Extremely attentive service and wonderfully crafted cocktails and bites. We are visiting Panama for a month and this is exactly the type of experience we were looking for: something elevated, special and unique to anything else we’ve ever tried. we got a truffle mezcal cocktail and sushi rolls unlike anything we have ever tasted before - all delicious!! Absolutely loved this dining experience.

Outstanding food and service! The place is so beautiful!!!! Everything you order is great! My suggestions try the tuna tacos, the KFC, the octopus is great as well... and as main course try the cochinillo or the white fish of the day!!! Regarding desserts go somewhere else... none of the desserts have been WAO according to me.

One of the best places to eat in Panama City, Panama. I have followed them in Instagram and I was fascinated by their dishes and presentation. So during my stay in Panama City, I looked them up and I was not disappointed. The service and food are phenomenal, as well as their drinks. I highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous stunningly beautiful restaurant serving Sushi and steak. We really enjoyed the tuna tacos, The Bao Buns and the ribeye. Service for this English speaking Texan was great. I've now eaten here two times within a week and we'll make it a third here shortly. The food is a flavor explosion in the mouth.

Excellent restaurant!!! We enjoyed our cocktails and all the food. The mini tacos were indeed mini and tasked very good. The Menu is Varied so plenty of choice for everyone. We were seated outside and had a very nice and attentive waiter. If you want to sit inside don’t wear shorts :)

Delicious food exquisite flavors. Their tacos are however extremely small, finger size.

Haven’t had a dining experience like this ever. Five stars all the way!!! Hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Johan Quintero (Manager) came to our table and recommended the beef carpaccio and tuna tartar tacos for an appetizer. He described in detail his personal favorites. For our entrees we ordered salmon with tamarind glaze, corvina filet and seafood and mushroom risotto. We savored every bite. Luis (our waiter was polite, patient, friendly, attentive and kept the mojitos coming. I have to add that even the side dishes were amazingly delicious. It’s this attention to detail and passion that makes all the difference. You can tell they take pride in ever effort and dish. We WILL be back!!!!!!

It is an amazing place, everything we ordered was delicious and enough to share, a large amount of options on either food and drinks. Definitely will come back.

Udon vongole & mocktails were amazing! Vibe was energizing & elegant. Gripe bc this has happened before here: waiter served & charged for an expensive bottle of water after both of us specifically ordered agua de la casa. There were enough food miles in our feast without that.

Where do I start… I went to this place with no expectations, and it turned out to be one of the best restaurants I’ve visited in all the years of my life. From the warm welcome at the entrance, to picture-perfect, art-gallery-esque dishes, to impeccable service, everything was above and beyond. The explosive flavors in every bite impressed me right until the very end. And their truffle butter with sesame was to die for. This is my favorite restaurant in Panama. Big thanks to the amazing staff once again.

After spending three weeks in Panama this is top 3 beat restaurant of my visit. It is the type of place where attention is given to the details and they attempt (dare I say successfully) to make even the simple things great. The quality of food, drinks and service was top notch. Every single dish impressed. Lobster mac and cheese was simply amazing. Quality of rib eye AAA. Cocktails delicious. Fully recommend! It gets busy and vibey so if you want more quite atmosphere suggest booking for 7pm or before.

Great vibe, service and meal! Expansive selection of culinary options to please all diners. Each dish was an explosion of flavors, from the crispy tuna rice to the croquettes to the amazing chocolate sweet ending. Will definitely come again when in Panama City!

We are so pleased to have discovered this restaurant. Our server, Luis, was engaging and knowledgeable giving us information about the restaurant, the wine and the food. It was wonderful to have a server who was bilingual and I took full advantage of this practicing my Spanish with him. We ordered the seafood udon and the risotto as a main course. As a starter we had carpaccio served with grilled bread. Everything was delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant and our amazing server, Luis.

Solid choice for dinner, ordered rock shrimp bun, tuna and the KFC cauliflower. Vibes were great, dj was playing. I thought the tuna lacked some flavor but the texture was wonderful. Service was great, food came out as it was cooked. Prices are somewhat high but i think the space and ambiance makes up for it. Overall great experience. Will return when I’m back in Panama.

It is a very nice place, good attention. The food was first time pretty good, only the main food was not like I expected. We had different Risotto and I guess he was cooked before, the mushroom came out to dry and the cheese in the risotto was to heavy.

This was a fantastic restaurant! As an expat, the staff were so good, they can't be complimented enough. I would highly recommend going!

Brutto stands out for its stylish décor, vibrant ambience, and a diverse menu of food and drinks. The wine list is solid and offers good variety, though unfortunately, the bottles are not stored at the proper temperature, which takes away from the experience. While the food was enjoyable and the setting is great for a night out, the service fell far short. Basic training is clearly lacking; our server, for instance, was unfamiliar with how to take a steak order and had to ask the kitchen if medium rare was even an option. Throughout the evening, the service felt disorganized and intrusive, which was disappointing given the restaurant’s otherwise polished vibe. Brutto has all the ingredients to be excellent, but the team needs training to match the level the restaurant is aiming for.

So the apps were great (Brussel sprouts, ossobucco dumplings, tofu Greek salad, sushi) but the entrees were rough. The Vongole dish was inedible -so incredibly fishy, it was disgusting that my dad and I couldn’t eat ours. The white fish was good and mild, the short rib was a bit too complex in its flavor, while the schnitzel was decent, but not phenomenal. Stick with the apps. Atmosphere was dark-hard to read the menu, which wasn’t a huge deal, but the music was super loud so we had trouble hearing each other.

Out of like 8 dishes we ordered, I’ll say 3 were very good: tuna tacos, Daniel San maki, and coliflower. The rest were average. Pizza was not crispy/hot enough. Rock shrimp tempura buns were not that good, the flavor was not on point. Other makis were good, but nothing outstanding. Would like to come back to try other dishes. Music too loud, but overall ambience was good. The place itself is very cool. Excellent service!

Food was good but choices for vegetarian food are bit limited. My husband was wearing shorts so we were asked to sit in outside area but there is one fan behind a pillar for the whole area. It was really uncomfortable sitting outside. Enjoying food while sweating is not my idea of fun evening.

My duck was unexpectedly sweet and mostly from the drumstick as opposed to breast meat. Our group needed to have separate checks, it was a discussion. We asked for drinks, some came with our entrees, some at dessert. It's impossible to have a conversation it's so loud.

The food is good and all, extremely kind and polite the service. But the prices are too high for the portion given, even though I understand since is a high class restaurant.

I always used to recommend Brutto because of its amazing service and food quality. On Valentine’s Day, my boyfriend wanted to spoil me a little bit and took me to what was my favorite restaurant. I was so excited until the food arrived.The burrata was tasteless, the bread was soggy, and oh my god, the Concolon de Paella was dripping in olive oil and had tons of parsley. It was a very disappointing night. The only decent thing was the sushi. I couldn’t believe how bad the food was.
