Great location and amazing food. The menú has a wise selection of Piemonte cousine (from where I'm from) and wines are exelent, at least the ones i had. Unfortunately it was rainy but the background seems wonderful, I'll defenitely return during the spring or the summer to enjoy some time around the place!

We've been twice. The location is beautiful, in a renovated farmhouse with an internal courtyard featuring a swimming pool. The welcome and service were excellent. We chose the €35 menu, which included a selection of appetizers in a single dish, two first courses, a second course with a side dish, and dessert. Drinks included. The wine is good, the dishes are good but not top-notch; there's still room for improvement. The bathroom is spotless, and the staff is very friendly. For animal lovers, there's also a horse, donkeys, and cats. The experience has always been positive.

If you're looking for an authentic experience at a farmhouse surrounded by nature, this place is definitely worth considering. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The location is enchanting, surrounded by nature and tranquility, ideal for an escape from the chaos of everyday life. We had the pleasure of tasting some unique dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, which made our meal a memorable experience. The quality of the dishes is average, but what stands out is the care and attention given to their presentation. Each course tells a story, and the staff is always ready to engage in pleasant conversation, making lunch or dinner even more special. However, there was one small negative: we noticed one of the staff members touched a very sweet cat before serving the dishes. While it may have been just an oversight, it's important to always maintain good hygiene practices, especially in the restaurant industry. In conclusion, despite this small inconvenience, the overall experience was positive, and I highly recommend visiting this agriturismo for a meal in an idyllic and peaceful setting. If you're looking for excellent cuisine and warm service, this is definitely the place for you.

Excellent Christmas lunch. The portions, from appetizer to dessert, were average. The dining room was dimly heated. At the end of the meal, since it was Christmas Day, dessert wasn't accompanied by a glass of Moscato or sparkling wine. Overall, a lovely experience. I'll be back to try new dishes. Very friendly staff.

A perfect spot for a day away from the city heat. The set menu lunch and use of the pool from 12:00 to 18:00 costs €40. A delicious lunch includes an appetizer, two first courses, a main course with side dish, and dessert. Friendly staff.

The experience at Agriturismo Castel Rainero🏰 was an experience beyond just a stay (or rather, a largely successful one) 🥳 I booked a week in advance 📆 and I must say that Mrs. Karen (the owner) was very KIND, helpful, and above all, incredibly welcoming. As soon as you arrive, surrounded by greenery ☘️🍀, not to mention nowhere, you immediately notice a beautiful, huge farmhouse, but above all, well-maintained aesthetically, and you immediately know it will be an unforgettable experience. The location is very popular for events 🥳🎂💍 but especially for groups of people who want to spend time away from the city and, above all, share some time surrounded by greenery. It features a swimming pool 💧 in the center of this SUPER-kept garden space, and above all, something we learned: the pool water is replenished weekly with kilos and kilos of salt🧂 To make it more consistent with sea water 🌊, but also for benefits on the skin and body. 💯 When seated at the table, they bring the set menu 📔 consisting of a mixed appetizer with three compositions as you see in the photo, two tastings of first courses (so if someone asks for seconds, the staff has no problem bringing them another course), and a second course with a very gourmet side dish (like almost the entire menu) 🤙🤤 APPETIZER ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - A revisited veal with tuna sauce🥩 is served with an ancient peasant sauce - Zucchini flan with yogurt sauce, mint leaves, and beetroot. - Tomino cheese mousse with chives on a radicchio leaf FIRST COURSES ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Butter and sage macaroni with lemon and cashew crumbs - Carnaroli risotto 🔝 with cream of zucchini, basil, speck, and Asiago cheese MAIN COURSE with SIDE DISHES ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Pork tenderloin in a port and blueberry reduction 💯 with baked potatoes. 🤤🤤 At the end, I can say that we still had some panna cotta with citrus sauce, which I personally didn't have because I was really full 😂🐷🐽, but it was certainly very tasty. After our lunch, we spent the afternoon sunbathing ☀️ on the lounge chairs the venue provides for guests. ⚠️ The only flaw, comparing myself to other people with children and families, was that at a venue like this, where we were kindly asked to sit at lunch dressed and not in swimsuits (which is VERY RIGHT), I noticed, to my dismay, that a table of kids attending a birthday party didn't quite follow the rules. ⚠️A toast aside, since it might be okay to make a bit of a racket for the event, but it's a little less okay to sit at the tables without shirts and swimsuits. I didn't see any staff members who called attention to the rules mentioned above, and to top it all off, the little soccer match was played on other people's towels and family lounge chairs. ⚠️Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I hope this is taken as advice to be more restrictive, not in terms of restricting access to certain people, but out of respect for all those who perhaps travel a few kilometers (in this case, me)—125km—to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. ⚠️ Last tip: a foot bath by the pool to prevent it from becoming a puddle of dirty water at the end of the day. We'll be back with friends because the place is magnificent, and I think it deserves to be offered to as many people as possible. I'm sure Karen and her staff will work to improve this fantastic service even further. ❤️ See you soon 👋🫶🏻

Beautiful location, excellent food with a set menu. Price slightly above average (€34) but more than justified by the quality. Staff were friendly and helpful, although not enough for the number of guests. The only downside was the unacceptable wait times between courses.

The location and service were excellent, but the food was a bit less so. Good wine selection. Good risotto and meat. Decent appetizer. Mezze maniche with Bra sausage were very salty, and the flavorless bonet pasta was sent back...

One positive is the location with a beautiful outdoor pool. The quality of the dishes is lacking, from overcooked pasta to dry pork. Terrible service. When we asked for decaf, they were annoyed and told that they only had regular coffee (dirty water!), and the same attitude when we asked for a Sambuca fix. Piedmontese cuisine deserves much better!

I don't not recommended The staff is very rude, they speak bad about the clients they don't care if u lissing or not. The food is disgusting, we try the menu degustazione, first plate the food like old, second plate one rissoto over cooked like soup the favour is terrible impossible to eat. Meat is old. Terrible.
