I came here at about 12:30 PM on a Saturday and there was no line and they hooked it up with good portions not skimping out like other places that are possibly busier

I always go here when I can afford that guacamole! Haha but really it’s a very good location. Never dirty, and the staff here are super fast! You’ll be in and out in no time. Their food taste freshly made, I usually take it home and it’s still hot and good by the time I get here. Thank you!

My sister and I came in a little wary because the place was 25 minutes to close, but nonetheless went in because we were craving it. We went in and had the absolute best service from Sasha. She was very nice and friendly, and did not rush us in any way. She even made some friendly small talk as the other cashier was ringing up another customer in front of us in line. So grateful for service workers like Sasha! Thank you :)

It tasted Great, fast service I was in and out, and worth what I paid for my bowl. Excellent bowl .

My sister and I came in a little wary because the place was 25 minutes to close, but nonetheless went in because we were craving it. We went in and had the absolute best service from Sasha. She was very nice and friendly, and did not rush us in any way. She even made some friendly small talk as the other cashier was ringing up another customer in front of us in line. Place is great the only reason there are not getting 5 stars is because the tables were not clean, try to find one clean, I couldn't other then that everything was great!

Food was fresh and not stingy on the helpings. Walked in and was surprised there was nobosy in line. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Was able to eat in peace and comfort. Will definitely stop again if in the area

Good service but the employees can get a little selective. Dont come back to back for they get impression that you are trying to ask for a phone number or a discount not sure but they made me feel uncomfortable. So stopped going to the same location in Paramount and now go to Lakewood.

Nothing special to see here. Had the carne asada burrito. It was ok. 6.8/10. Location is fine, staff is ok. Looked clean but I went at 10:30a. I'd go back in another 6 months.

Went here tonight as my son's school had a fundraiser. They are very generous in offering 33% to the school and a flyer isn't required. I was pleasantly surprised that the food was quite good. Had a bad experience at a different location a few years ago and haven't been back since. Although, after tonight... I will be. Good service and the food was good as well.

Jason and RJ went above and beyond, excellent customer service. Food: I did not appreciate receiving unchewable steak and pinto beans that were not fully cooked….

There is nothing like stale chips when your expecting them to be fresh, especially when you're paying extra. Also, they are very stingy with their portions unlike the one in Compton. The customer service was great but the food fell short mainly because of lack of seasoning. The guacamole had no salt and therefore had no flavor. I will not recommend going until they work out all their kinks. I will try them again in the near future only because it's a new location and I know the people working there are just trying to get their use to the menu.

The portions are small unlike any other chipotle, the customer service was ok, the big turn off was the cashier charged me with a used trash bag on one hand. It's close to home but I don't think I'm coming back. The sad part it just opened.

Love chipotle and the food, my last 2 visits they've messed up the order they didn't put extra beans, corns and forgot the fajitas. Getting your order correct varies on the staff who's currently working.

Disappointed in til this location— They had no steak And other things they were running out of Seeing the line was very long—they should have been making more items The last two times we have come They have forgotten our chips as well and We’ve had to come back to get them-after getting settled at home. We have been wanting chipotle for the past couple days but when they were running out of other stuff they were getting it out They just kept saying how it’s almost time to close but your not closed yet so make sure your customers are happy and satisfied until after you lock your doors Also my husband didn’t ask for lettuce on his burrito and they put it anyways

Customer service was great since the moment I walked In. The reason why I'm giving ONE STAR is for there lack of seasoning specially in there guacamole. Also I noticed the beans where dry and smashed. The entire pan of lettuce was yellow and dark brown. It looked like everything had been on the line for more then 2 hours under and over temp. It's a new location and for that they should be on top of having fresh food. Hope no one gets sick from eating at that location.

Where to start ? Firstly, The manager Yelitza is very unprofessional. I could not believe she was the manager. What happened was she had wiped the counter with gloves. And I was to be served next, SHE DID NOT REMOVE HER GLOVES AND GRABBED THE CHEESE that I was to eat. I told her no thank you and she proceeded to place the cheese back. 🤢🤢🤢 Only for the next customer to eat that contaminated cheese. I can only imagine the practices she has passed on to her other team members. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. If you are to eat here beware of how they handle the food and cleanliness. I had lost my appetite after this.

I normally don’t leave negative reviews and I love Chipotle but the service at this location needs a lot of improvement. My local chipotle didn’t have the dining area open so my bf and I, drove to Paramount to dine in. As per usual, we asked for chips and queso, we only got the queso and no chips... I kindly told the cashier that we were missing the chips and she rudely responded that chips and queso were sold separately... I took a second look at the menu and it clearly said “chips and queso”.. I pointed at the menu and advice that the menu had “chips and queso”, she said “no, it’s sold separately”.. I don’t mind paying for my food so of course I asked for the chips and paid for them. We got 2 napkins and I walked back to the cashier and asked for more napkins, she literally handed me “1” napkin. I just walked away. She seemed to have been the manager because the other workers would just look at her without saying anything. She was very rude. I’m never returning to that specific location.

My experience the other day was terrible I go in this chipotle all the time at night but this time I went on my lunch and the store manager was rude and racist. I had 2other times where she has rang me up and over charged me. When I get the same every time but with her she always charges me. The other day she made this comment "Those people always want a discount" because I told her she was over charging me. I called the complaint line they did nothing. This is the type of management you fit for your company. I won't be back.

I usually went to this place every Sunday but today I had a bad experience. I always get two salad bowls and the lettuce was a vert very bad looking and I told her to the person and she answered me with a really bad attitude this is all we have, and then just walked out.

I get the same order every time and it seems like they don’t know how to do their job because they never add my beans,queso blanco, and fajitas. Can never enjoy a good meal from here anymore

Food is good service quick but what is the most annoying is that they don't accept payment with contact less card or NFC form of payment to stay safe during the pandemic, and this is in all Chipotle locations all of them. Why during this difficult time they rather grab and sort coin and bills full of bacteria germs and VIRUS? WHY?

Ordered through postmates. They forgot our large guacamole and chips. The guy went back to pick it up. They send old looking guacamole. Definitely not eating here ever again. I'll only go to Lakewood from now on

Never going back. Ask for a certain sauce 2 times. Person making burrito then claims I said different ingredient not even 10 second after repeating myself…. Would give a 0 star if possible

You messed up my order and then don't offer to replace the food.... instead give me a phone number where I have to remain on hold for 25 mins to talk to some guy who cant find my email or order number he then suddenly hangs up...I call back and someone picks up...I hear people talking in the background, I keep saying hello and no one replies... ridiculous!!

Food was bad, rice was not cooked properly (mushy), bland burrito. Out of all my chipotle visits, i gota say this was the worst. Maybe the cooks were not too happy to work on a Friday night? Idk I've had way better at different locations. Husband felt the same, we left unsatisfied.

I used to love this Chipotle, but this time, the food and service were horrible. Very small portions now, hardly any rice, beans, and meat. Something had to be expired because it tasted sour and had a bad smell. I'm not going back there again.

I asked for a manager Miriam was not there & who has been amazing for as long as I can remember, being an employee in the area I always would go there. You can tell she wasn’t there because the rice was mushy, the protein looked dry and overcooked, guacamole looked like it had been sitting out all day. Don’t get me wrong as I said I’ve been visiting this chipotle for years and for some reason today Liz want to forget her role as a manager and going back and forth with me on how well I get treatment from the other manager. She should be taking notes instead of trying to be tough and clean the food prep area. I spent my money almost $50 but will not be eating my food because I believe you should not eat food from people with bad energy. I knew better.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback—the rice I received was extremely dry and overcooked, to the point where it was hard and getting stuck in my teeth. It really affected the meal. Every bite I take is filed with hard rice. I ordered 2 bowls one with white rice the other with brown both a disgusting and hard. Do better I wasted 34$ !
