I’ve been waiting forever for Dunkin’ to finally open in Paris, and it lived up to every expectation. Fresh, delicious donuts and a warm, friendly team. Definitely worth the wait!
C’est ma première fois chez Dunkin après une longue hésitation et je suis très impressionné par le service vraiment vraiment agréable auquel je ne m’attendais pas du tout. J’adore leurs donuts qui ne sont pas tout glacés et du coup pas trop sucrés. D’ailleurs le lieu est bien propre et calme donc parfait si vous voulez éviter des gens et juste passer l’heure de goûter tranquillement.
L’équipe est accueillante et souriante. L’endroit est sympathique et propre pour une pause sucrée. La carte de boissons est diversifiée et les prix correct, les donuts 🍩 sont très bons. ✅
Les deux employées ont fait preuve d’un grand sens de l’accueil et du professionnalisme. Elles étaient très à l’écoute et souriantes. Le responsable a également été très sympathique et s’est montré disponible. Ils ont réglé le petit « souci » que j’avais concernant mon ticket de caisse en quelques minutes. Les produits étaient frais et de qualité. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Americans, it has arrived, black coffee and donuts for day, Dunkin is here to save us. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it, and I still can't believe my taste buds. Tastes like home. Service is impeccable, welcoming and fast, I highly recommend!
Melisandre was amazing ! I reached 10 minutes before they were about to close and honestly they welcomed me with a smile and i just felt like home the same usual taste of dunkin donuts and the coffee is 10/10

We loved the location. It’s in a lovely, lively neighborhood. The service was excellent, Shanty was so kind and spoke English well. It was my daughter’s Birthday and she made sure it was a good one. She gave us free donuts and they were delicious! Great experience!

Super moment passé dans ce café avec mes copines ! L’ambiance était vraiment sympa et mention spéciale pour la citronnade : fraîche, bien équilibrée et vraiment délicieuse. On s’est régalées. Je recommande sans hésiter !

I ordered a mocha with my black Frida deal that was supposed to be 30% off. I ended up paying the full amount on the kiosk so I went up to the counter to explain. They were very lovely and did their best to resolve the issue. Sadly they couldn’t do much, I think they are still not used to the system because it is a new store. But the customer service was 10/10, they even spoke perfect English:)

Très déçu de la qualité et du choix. Nous avions hâte de découvrir ce dunkin donuts en France car nous avions déjà testé dans certains pays d'Europe mais la déception fut grande. Tres peu de choix dans la petite vitrine et ensuite la creme bavaroise est assez basique et trop liquide. Les donuts ne sont pas gourmands. Tres petit, pas de salle , on te permet de s'asseoir dans la queue. Les prix sont assez haut, 3,10 € un beignet.
