Opinions de Rocco's Tavern Pasadena
The food was excellent. We had wings, onion rings, and pizza with a beer. Service was good. Definitely recommend this place.
Rocco’s is the place to be. Shoutout to Chris the bartender! He’s the best!
THIS IS THE BEST SPORTS BAR l have visited in 40 years!! The Pasadena Rocco's is now our place to go. EXCELLENT menu and VERY efficient and polite service. OUTSTANDING 'happy hour' to boot. A MUST VISIT!
Amazing food. We had pizza, wings, and Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious !
Food was meh needs some major work. Don't be afraid of seasoning it doesn't hurt but overall for a bar service was fast atmosphere is relaxed and friendly the staff was super friendly to my dog even filled her water bowl which was sweet even tho I asked for just water in a cup they happily took her bowl I carry and filled it
I've been a resident in the area for quite some time and have visited Roccoes Tavern on several occasions. This past Saturday, I had the pleasure of being served by Joi during lunch, and she was absolutely exceptional. Having worked in customer service myself, I know firsthand the challenges of managing multiple tasks while ensuring top-notch client experiences. Joi exhibited kindness and remarkable attentiveness throughout my visit, ensuring I was well taken care of the entire time. Roccoes has undeniably secured a place in my heart as one of my favorite local bars. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, especially Joi, for her outstanding service.
Very good pub style food with an Italian twist. Great dive bar atmosphere, fantastic service, and good value for the area.
It's Wednesday nite and my friend and I came here to chill. Pasadena is our hideout place. It's a nice clean city. Moses is a nice friendly waiter. He made us feel very welcomed..I'm looking forward to coming back again😎🍽
Usually stop by here when in the area for drinks. Their 2 for 1 is my preferred time to go. Have had a few different food menu items and haven't had a bad experience yet. The service is typically fast and friendly but expect a wait if there's a game on which should be expected. The scene is what you would expect for a sports bar, lots of TVs with music loud enough so you can still conversate without having to yell. The atmosphere is overall friendly and a good place if you want to grab a quick drink or sit and watch a game.
Their happy hour specials are the best! 2 for 1 drinks, 1/2 off pizza and wings too! Good spot to start the night or to have a good time. It has a sports bar feel to it, so it may get a bit crowded.
Came here by chance because I forgot to make a reservation for Gyu-Kaku but I honestly loved the food here! The atmosphere was perfect the food was delicious and it came out very quickly. The waitress was also very nice. 5 stars! Would come again!
I would say this spot is one of Pasadena’s top spots for a good happy hour that ends at 7pm during the week; not too sure if they offer HH during the weekend. It’s an awesome 2 for 1. Inexpensive. My favorite beer is the Rocco Red... drink 2-3 of these and you won’t have to worry about running an expensive tab to get a buzz. Their wings and pizzas are delicious. Love how the tables are set up. Plenty of TV all around the bar. Great for catching a sporting event. It does get crowded on main event nights, so you have to show up early. Oh, and on occasion you may catch a glimpse of a celebrity or two. Check it out!
Super happy hour! All drinks under $25 are 2-for-1 nearly all day. And the food has never disappointed either. However, last time I went the micheladas weren't as good as they have been in the past.
Our server was excellent. She is the reason for the 5 stars. The kitchen even burned my first order ( never made it to the table just was told) and I was happy. Also the hot wings are unreal, there is a little sweetness to them. The dirty bird were a good exercise in stepping out of my comfort zone.
First time there to watch a Football game with a friend. The Server John was very nice and checked up on us often. The drinks are doubles for Happy hour & the food was very delicious😋
Best Happy Hour in Old Town Pasadena. Trust me, I've checked. I think of this place as more of a bar than a restaurant, personally. That being said, the food is actually good. And did I mention the happy hour?
Great atmosphere. TV's are large and the local teams are always on. You can also request games you want to watch on another TV. Food is better than most bars of its kind. The bartender Rob is super cool and attentive. I love the gritty feel of the place.
I really liked Rocco's. My long time bud from high school and I caught up after work and grabbed a Beer and watched a little bit of the NFL games that were on. We are both Football ex athletes and enthusiasts, but it could only hold our attention so long, before the ambiance and beer takes over. A large flow of beautiful people frequent here. Open feel to it, no doors and your in the heart of Old Town Pasadena so your set. Go visit and make an experience of your evening, night or Life. Awesome place!!
Wow.. so glad we chose this place to grab a bite to eat. The pizza is the best I have had... I think even better than when I was in NY... ordered a small plain cheese, perfect crust, perfect blend of cheese, perfect crisp and no sogginess. Fries were amazing, thick cut crispy made to order and with a hint of basil ( never knew how great Basil would taste on fries!) The chicken parm sandwich was delicious, bread was perfectly toasted, perfect blend of sauce and cheese the only thing is , with my order, the breaded chicken was overly done leaving some chard breaded chicken pieces, When I got to those areas the burnt breading was overpowering the rest of the sandwich, but this could’ve been my order only these things happen occasionally and definitely would not have returned the sandwich because of it, it was still very much delicious. Staff was great and drinks were cold crisp and never empty!
This place has great pizza and After 10p.m. its half off. Highly recommend.
A random post Rose Parade Monday morning stroll brought me to this great place in Pasadena on Green. The pleasant door greeting, the fast service (considering a busy holiday) and plenty of seating makes a very easy-going and friendly sports bar. With special morning holiday breakfast and sandwich menu items, I ordered the Breakfast Pizza which came piping hot and loaded with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and cheese. Deliciously priced at $10 the pizza easily fed two. Coupled with a Bailey's and Coffee and a full house of happy visiting college football fans, it was a great time. I'll be back!
Betty is amazing! Thank you Betty and Roccos family!
The atmosphere and staff are great. Didn't get a chance to really check out the food, but the appetizers were yummy. We came here at the beginning and end of our trip.
Wish I had taken photos of our food but it wouldn't have done it much justice. Pizza is delicious - every single bite. Had wings and Ceaser Salad. Service is hit and miss. I've dined here several times and two nights ago the bouncer was giving hella odd vibes. Food is worth it though lol.
Amazing place! My nephew told me of this place. Came here with family and friends to watch some NFL football games and had a blast! No problems at all, vibe is cool and collective, just happy drinking crowds! Excellent service! Had a blast! Will be back again! D-LO recommended 😃👍 #D-LOreccommended😃👍
Came here because I was highly recommended a good combination of pizza and wings. Our server was very attentive and polite. I have came back here a couple more times to try more food on the menu and it has not failed. The customer service has been great to me the times I've came here and definitely looking to come back for more. Not to mention the cold beers on tap and good mix drinks.
Coo vibe , drinks not on happy hour are kinda expensive
Rocco’s white pie is my favorite. I crave it all the time! Their wings are amazing too so we have trouble deciding between ordering the pizza or wings. We usually end up getting both and having leftovers for days because the pizza is giant lol I don’t think their pastas or appetizers are good but the pizzas and wings are amazing. And you can’t beat their generous happy hours that go to 7pm! Service is always fast but we were served by Studio City location’s manager Bridget who was at the Pasadena location the other night and she was just the best!! So attentive and friendly, even to our little dogs. We had the best service and such a great time thank you :)
Great late night sports bar with outdoor setting available. Excellent wings.
Went with my neighbor here to wait while he tried to get his lost iPhone back from an Uber driver. I opted for the pizza, which was great! He had the buffalo chicken wrap which he also enjoyed. It’s a great restaurant with a sports bar type vibe. ALL the major games from NFL, NBA, College, Hockey were on. So I recommend it for watching the games or for their happy hour.
Honestly one of my favorite bars to go to in town. I've enjoyed almost all the food there, and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Bartenders know how to mix drinks and tend the bar, even when crowded I havent gone long without a refill. Shout out to Betty and Chris! Also dog friendly!
Great place, good food, great service.
Fantastic experience. Excellent way in which to start the day before and after the Rose Bowl. Alex, at the door, is extremely friendly, and professional. He keeps things organized and moving while making you feel welcome, and an important part of what makes Rocco's the fantastic place that it is. Nothing like waffles and beer to prepare to support the lions. #Go PSU Football. #Winner of their 100th Anniversary game.
This Tavern is an open air design, which gives it a very spacious feeling. The menu prices are very reasonable amd the food delicious. My husband was excited to get Peroni Beer on tap- he is European amd siad he has never had Peroni Beer here in the United States. The service was excellent as well. There are a dozen or so large screen TV's in Tavern, all with sports playing. Most people were watching Baseball the day we attended. Although I am not a sports fan, I still enjoyed watching the game. I highly recommend this establishment- give it a try! You won't be disappointed
Awesome service from both our servers.. The wings and sandwiches were fabulous. Had my March Madness event there and it seemed like the service went level 1000. Never had to ask for a refill or worry about ordering food, The servers were there taking our orders. Thanks for providing an awesome experience. Recently visited this venue. 2nd review. New requirement of Vax Card to enter, which we should all have by now. Same good vibe same friendly Staff. Good times
By far, the best sports bar in Pasadena. We love Barney's but the service is almost always terrible. Always great service at Rocco's and the best food of any of the sports bars. Their pizza is excellent. We order the caesar salad eveytime.
Wonderful Pasadena bar on Green street.. stopped by recently for a couple of Bloody Marys. Yumm
Ambiance and service are on top tier level. Service was above and beyond and the experience was great. Everyone that shows up is either a return customer or a neighboring colleague. For only being there for a couple of hours I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that’s a traveler or local. We had wings and pizza. The best for a late night drink and wind down.
The food and service was great. We had a large group and they were quick to accommodate us. Definitely recommend checking it out if you are in Pasadena!
My go to for weekends and the perfect place to hang out with friends. Amazing wings and pizza. Plenty of TVs to catch games and the most amazing staff. Always attentive and in a great mood.
We came into Rocco’s Tavern in Pasadena and had an amazing experience! I ordered an extra, extra spicy Bloody Mary after a long night of partying the day before and wow, it totally hit the spot! They make it perfectly spicy and flavorful. The service was great we sat at the bar, and the bartender was super attentive, keeping the drinks and good vibes flowing. I didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo of my pepperoni and jalapeño pizza because I devoured it so fast it was that good! My husband had the shrimp tacos and loved them too. It’s such a fun place to watch sports — there are TVs everywhere, so no matter where you sit, you’ve got a great view of the games. This was our second time coming here, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Quick service, great food, and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend Rocco’s Tavern for drinks, bites, and game days! 🍕🍹🏈
Arrived shortly after they opened, so early they were still cleaning up the outdoor seating . Server was very attentive until she had to take over tending the bar, but we were done ordering and eating by then. Shared the Mediterranean plate appetizer. Enjoyed it. N/A selection a bit limited (the bright spot being Sam Adams Just The Haze IPA), but had a decent Arnold Palmer as well. Liked their Pint glasses and beer mugs, so we bought 2 of each for our backyard root-beer brew pub.
The wings and the pizza were dooopppe. One of my favorite items was the pizza though- the BBQ was one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. They're also pet-friendly and the 2 for 1 happy hour rules. Another great aspect were the prices. Even though I had a party of 4, the tab didn't exceed 120. I'd totally go again.
The food and the service was excellent. They have a drink special so my son and I ordered a Watermelon mojito and it was amazing. He ordered the half order ceaser chicken salad and he thought it was full order that's how larger the portions are. I ordered the calamari appetizer and that in itself was a meal. The prices are great, the food is awesome and the service was amazing.
Great spot friendly service, guidelines being followed as well. Our drinks were great, long Island ice tea and Moscow drinks with Tito tequila. The appetizers were super delicious. Got the dry rub and hot BBQ wings, garlic cheese bread with pepperoni. The artichoke dip was the exception however. Our group was not sure how to eat it. Tried digging in and yeah never ordering again. Stringy and chewy after attempting to consume it. The waitress took it off our bill with no backlash which was nice. Definitely a go to spot and would recommend others to try. 🍻
Great local watering hole in town. The staff really makes it! Large sized mugs of draft beer for a good price. Especially happy hour. The Italian sub is particularly good.
They have outdoor dining only because of the pandemic. My beers were nice and cold and my pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza was good. The only thing i would ding them on was the slow service. It seemed like they only had 2 servers for a busy Friday night.
They have happy hour everyday! This is a fun place to meet with friends. You get two for one drinks!! The Staten Island Iced Tea was just what I needed to quench my thirst on a humid day. The garlic bread was crispy and buttery.
Great place. Shame on Yelp for identifying this place as an “Eagles bar”. Went here expecting that. Everything but the server was great. He seemed to either be too busy, or he just didn’t care. He was friendly enough, and attentive at times. But outside of that, the group felt the service from this sole server, was just sub-par. Please note: the tip did not reflect the lack of service from this one server. The rest of the expos and bar tenders were awesome!! They saved the experience. Would definitely go back.
Quick service after a short wait to get a table....small spot that gets very busy after shows @ Rose Bowl.
Solid sports bar. It's not really my scene, but sports fans were very lively. The food was solid. I got wings with their 911 sauce. It was very spicy, but had a really good flavor. The pizza was also really good. Overall, not my favorite place, but a solid pick to enjoy some sports, drink a beer, and hang out with friends.
Great sports bar. Nice open air-ish seating. People come here to check out dodgers games, so a good bar for that. Standard pub food fare here. It gets rowdy and that's good for a sports bar. Their 911 hot sauce is pretty 🥵
The staff is friendly and helpful. We went on a Dodgers game night and so it was incredibly busy and the whole space smelled like Clorox from the constant cleaning of tables. And somehow they got the sound just right and it feels kind of like a stadium. We had the boneless wings, meatball hero and linguine with shrimp and everything was good but the wings were the best! Just yum. Good time generally if you wanna get a drink and watch a game
Great, attentive and friendly service. Drinks are super strong although not that tasty, which is the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5. The wings may be the best wings I've ever had, and they will cook them to order. Even the super hot habanero ones were still very tasty, not just hot. Pizza was really good as well. The really make you feel like a regular at a local spot.
The happy hour is awesome because of the 2 for 1 drinks. Super great deal in this area. Their wings are out of control good. Definitely get the Maryland dry rub! One of My favorite spots to watch sports in Pasadena. They are always crowded so expect a wait when you go.
Cool bar to catch a game, socialize, and have some drinks. Is always busy so if you want to catch a table make sure you arrive early. Service is a hit and miss. No parking, you will have to park in the parking structure accross.
Great place to watch a dodger game. Beers are a bit pricey at $9 for bottled domestic beer, but it is Pasadena. The pizza was good, not great.
These guys are creative in patio seating due to covid restrictions. I love that they let you sit outside and order. Food was really good! But I couldn't give five stars because the service was quite slow. I'm sure they ate understaffed and struggling with that issue too balance a budget and stay open. So if you're going, be patient with the service.
A good sized sports bar, it can get full in the early evening, and it can get pretty loud inside, even with the front entrance being open air. It's not the cleanest place, nor somewhere you will want to go for privacy or quiet. There's plenty of drinks, and a long happy hour. The food menu has standard stuff, and not too expensive. From what I saw and experienced, the food can be hit or miss. I wouldn't order any salads, they just didn't look appetizing. I got the rocco's fries and the pretzel....both were served very hot. The fries were lightly seasoned and came with garlic aioli, I got the pretzel with cheese...it's nacho cheese...it was good, but the pretzel was more crispy than I had thought. Overall, it's really a place for after work gatherings or the like...it's not a date place.
It's a nice Sports bar to hangout in. The staff is friendly. I had a large pizza with fresh mozzarella tonight. They put some green stuff on it, maybe basil? Anyway it was too doughy, and not that good. It would have to be thin crust to be better. I would give it 2.5 out of 5 stars.Their regular cheese pies are a lot better, and you are likely better off with a thin crust. I am from NY and picky about good pizza.
It was busy but service was very slow for beer. Garlic bread not worth the price, nachos were better.
The happy hour was good and a good deal, and the pizza was good too. We were a large group of friends that all grew up in Pasadena, and we were having a great time. But when the large bill came the waitress failed to tell us that 20% gratuity had already been added, so we were a bit buzzed trying to figure out who needed to pay what, and it would have been super helpful if the server had informed us of the 70$ tip they had added to the bill. I know that Tuesday nights might usually not be very busy, but the place seemed totally understaffed with one bartender and two servers.
I came here for St. Patrick's weekend, I ordered the Calamari and my boyfriend ordered the pizza fries. The Calamari was one of the worst I've had, it was overcooked and very chewy. I also asked the waitress for some tarter sauce and was told they don't have any instead they served it with 2 marinara sauce 1 looked like they dumped a bunch of chili flakes. The pizza fries were okay according to my boyfriend.
Why am I being charged a fee to use my credit card and charged gratuity for a party of 3? Fun place to watch games though. Solid happy hour.
So we came about an hour before the 7pm happy hour. We ordered drinks. It was busy because of the Stanley cup. That's fine it was unexpected. They found us a table right away but the waitresses were not aware. So it took over 20 mins to get a order in. The drink that was recommended was absolutely horrible. I switched that out and got a new one and ordered food which was so long so they comped it. Like a restaurant should. Overall thank you but I most likely will not be coming back here. It's not worth the hype.
The environment is pretty chill and laid back. The first waiter/ host wasn’t that attentive he told us to take a seat outside, never came to our table to offer drinks. He was too busy chatting with customers. After a couple minutes another waiter came by and asked if we preferred to sit inside since the heaters weren’t working (mind you it was kinda chilly outside) so we sat inside and an older gentleman took our orders and brought us our drinks. He was a much better host than the first guy. Anyway chicken Alfredo was too watery and flavorless, maybe needed some Parmesan cheese , never brought it out and we asked for it twice! chicken parmesano was actually very good, spaghetti came with it you get lots of food on the plates are big portions and the original cheese burger meat was kinda dry, got lots of fries tho. The customer service from the only waiter working that night (even tho there were 2 other waiters) was outstanding.
Ordered take out last week. Staff were friendly and ambiance looked nice but the food was pretty disappointing. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. Barely any sauce but the sauce that was there was watery and tasteless. The meatballs had zero taste and were mushy like wet paper towels. Did note, the meatballs were an extra $2 😬. All in all, it was hardly edible. Should’ve gone elsewhere.
Not sure how it is rated so high. Good only for noise lovers not when you want to be at peace. Food is very average. The margarita was good. They take the card in advance for swiping and return during the final payment. Something I hated through I understand that they play it safe. It affects the trust with customers. I could have given three stars but reduced weighing the price vs quality.
Unfortunately for the second time, waited 15 minutes and neither server even looked at me. 3 people at bar and 5-6 tables. Walked out this time. Happy hour beer program is terrific ..... if you can an order placed. Rob, sorry I had to do this but no contact on your websites
This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately a problem controlling the ambiance. Because the bar is open to the street, they kicked sometime out but he lingered outside and waited to harass us. Security was very reluctant to use force or be firm with getting rid of this man. In the end around 2am they had to use force but they should have intervened sooner and without being asked. It is hard to feel safe as a group of women when these are the situations you face in bars. The good thing is that the food here is excellent and the bartenders are wonderful.
We came here for lunch at happy hour and were disappointed to find only drinks are on happy hour. But it goes way beyond that. Our service was awful! The chicken wings were served way over-cooked Too hard to eat but we were starving so we powered thru I ordered a burger that came with fries The burger and beet was ok But the fries were so over-cooked they were inedible The service sucked We got our order taken but our original waitress never checked in again I had to find someone to finish placing our order The food was horrible Very low-quality Very disappointing! I can’t believe this location survives in an affluent town like Pasadena! Just awful! We are foodies but this place sucks! I’ve eaten out many times but this place is one of the most disgusting ever! And to top it all off out bill was $85! For 2 beers 1 coke 2 side salads A burger and fries! I will never come back Thanks for the awful experience!!! I hope this will help others avoid the great disappointment we encountered today😤
I wish the reviews of this place seemed more authentic. So that I could have avoided this attack on my tastebuds. I came for lunch and ordered one of the lunch specials, a salad and a hero. The salad was ok. The dressing was a little weird but edible. The hero was saved by the sauce. And the sauce wasn’t even that good. Pretty much a tomato mashed. The “margarita” grew on me... because I fell for the happy hour get two of the same drink at once deal. I knew immediately from the color that it would be 40% orange juice, and pulpy orange juice at that. I’m usually overly positive in my reviews, but i want to save someone else. The service was perfect, the food was less than. The open air seating is lovely. But probably stick to beer and the wings (supposedly the wings are the winner here).
So call their famous chicken wings… harder than a wood stick, 0 marinade. The bar is not even full but so little waiter… asked for napkins 4 times for more than 40 minutes. Food super expensive for no reason, drinks are okay
Service was average Burger was pretty good Meatball sub was subpar Drink was a heavy poor but failed at being an Old fashion A bit pricy for a bar Might be great for bar flys but we will not return
Aside from the happy hour deal, it’s not worth it. I had 2 beers, 1 burger, wings, and 1 appetizer $94 in total w/o tips. On top of that, the food was way too greasy.
Seemed like a pretty good bar until I fell in their bathroom. Simply lost my footing standing up from my wheelchair and went down. I went back to pay my bill from that day, and they refused to serve me. Non the less, I left the money there. So, if you are disabled or have any health issues, this is not the place to go. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Tonight was my first time coming to Roccos and I had the worst experience in the matter of 15 minutes. We came to support a friend on their birthday and 5 minutes into being a patron security walked up to us and said " you can't purchase drinks because you look like you are drunk. We had only been there for 5 minutes. We hadn't had any alcohol prior to arriving and we wasn't allowed to purchase alcohol based on the assumption that we were under the influence. We were the only 2 patrons, my brother and I who were told we couldn't purchase alcohol. We showed no sign of being alleged inebriated whatsoever. The worst customer service is to be profiled. I will never go back to Roccos.
They card non-white people here! Friend who is 62 and white not carded. I’m 60 and not white and carded even when I show a photo of my id. I leave it in my car. Never going here again. The bouncer sucks!
Horrible place. Wouldn’t even give me free water despite being in the state of California where water is free. And i was a patron. Should be shut down. Can’t even believe a place like this could exist in 2025 wow
I genuinely don’t like to leave bad reviews. But I do feel like others should be aware because my friend had her card stolen here, possibly by an employee. Myself and two friends were there on a Saturday evening at dinner time and it was packed. The service wasn’t amazing but we were understanding due to how busy it was. One friend paid the bill and we were going to split the cost later. However, she wasn’t given much time to look the bill over and as soon as she signed the waitress took the card holder away, my friend not realizing that her card was still inside. Later she was notified that her card was used by someone at Rocco’s very late on Monday night. Of course she took all precautionary measures after this but I’m just writing this review to warn people that this happened and to be aware.
Went today at 2:15pm, 10/10/23. 9 patrons. Bartender. The server with blond hair on the phone. From the time we walked in to seating ourselves to walking out, not one greeting. My first visit one week ago was pleasant. Vanessa was attentive. The reason I returned with new blood to try your place. Don't think I'll be returning. Thank your server with blond hair on the phone for that. Oh yeah, since she has nothing to do perhaps tell her to clean the tables. There was lettuce on the seat we chose.
Our first dining experience at Rocco’s Pasadena was truly unfortunate and left us feeling taken advantage of as guests. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that hospitality is not a priority here. The hostess, who is supposed to set the tone for the entire dining experience was unenthusiastic, did not smile, and made no effort to be welcoming. For a small party of 2, she handed us menus and told us to find our own table. At that point, one has to wonder what the purpose of having a host even is. It later became apparent that the hostess was also our server, which unfortunately explained a lot. The service throughout the meal was completely lifeless not a single smile, no engagement, and no sense of urgency or care. To make matters worse, two small 10-inch pizzas took over one hour to arrive. When the check came, the experience went from disappointing to outright frustrating. An automatic 18% gratuity was added to our bill for a party of only two despite the extremely poor service. While this policy is apparently mentioned on the menu, it does not make it acceptable. I typically tip a generous 20%-25% when service is good and deserved. On top of that, we were informed that any check over $150 is also subject to automatic gratuity, regardless of service quality. Gratuity should always be at the discretion of the guest, not forced through policy. To add insult to injury, a non-cash transaction fee was also added simply for paying with a credit card. Between mandatory gratuity and additional fees, the entire experience felt driven by greed rather than hospitality. The beautiful city of Pasadena has hundreds of incredible restaurants to choose from, many of which truly value their guests and take pride in service. Don’t waste your time or your money at Rocco’s Pasadena. Unfortunately, this was a very poor first impression, and we will not be returning.
#BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I am livid. Not only did I have to walk up to get my drinks. Waiting & waiting while this Betty and a co-worker are talking and on phone! I was cool. Then saying she fixing computer. Every drink and food order wait and walk up for attention. Then we order a cheese pizza to go, mind we hate pineapple. They gave us a cheese pizza with pineapple. Who hates pineapple and utters the word. We were cool we gave her a $40 tip cash! Not knowing they add $43 gratuity automatically for lame service. My bill was 291.56. Begging to be served. We were going to give her a $1. But she had a kid. I felt like she had an off day. But then the off day should have expressed hey gratuity included then we would have come back again. Like I said, we met some cool people. Never again! Ever! She added a Margarita on our bill just because our friends sat next to us. And a Cali squeeze, what the hell is a Cali Squeeze for $9! Extra $22.22 on our bill that wasn't ours!!! I sat next to a guy and he didn't buy me a drink!!!! Horrible experience! Awful!!!! Never coming back again. We met some rad people though!
Came here to eat with a friend and from the door a darker complexion Hispanic or middle eastern man walked past and ignored us to go laugh and joke with patrons was strike 1 while we waited. Didn’t say “hi” or “one moment someone’s coming to help”. Strike two was the beautiful Asian woman that came seemed discriminatory when she walked up and looked me down and up and said “for 2?” We said yes and she said “ok pick whatever seats you want” and walked away lol. So at that point me and my friend started googling other food places with bars and we luckily found an amazing bbq spot called Crafts one door away and the service from the door was dramatically different and very respectful. As an lgbt / Black person I can pin point discrimination from the door and it was sad we drove 20 minutes to try this beautiful place just to have horrible service that made us feel uncomfortable eating due to potentially risking out health and safety eating somewhere that didn’t want us there. Crafts has amazing smoked brisket fries and an amazing full menu for people who may feel the same as I did walking in, this is a alternative right next door with good service 💕I uploaded photos we took of the bbq next door just so you can see the difference in menu and when you walk in you will feel a big difference in courtesy and hospitality!
