They forgot to make something in my pick up order but they were courteous about it. Did have to wait a bit longer though.

Ready in under 20 minutes. Friendly staff and quick pickup. Loaded tots were great.

One of them even recognized one of my friends that cane to helped and didn't give us any trouble about bringing a rival,pizza place's warming carries.

Their website keeps us informed as to what stage our food is at, right up to it being driven to our home. Love it. We just stopped in person last night to order our food, because we were driving on Colorado Blvd and Domino's Pizza was right there in front of us, and we were very hungry. Our pizza and BBQ chicken wings were delicious.

It seems like domino's really stepped their game up with their pizza. There was a point where I didnt care for their food but I can honestly say they dont disappointment. Except their sandwiches, I wouldnt recommend those

REALLY good stuffed cheesy bread!! Ive never been a huge Domino's fan, but when I ordered my pizza w/ double toppings, it was very, very good!!

Sometimes the dough is not fully cooked but the pasta is usually good. It would be great to see more vegan options 😊 I would definitely order more often.

Well my favorite is Big Mommas and Poppas across the street but they closed early....so I had to order Dominos. Better come in correct or I will post something unkind...and recommend Big Mommas to everybody. edit: arrived quickly and just as I ordered...paid the tip :)

The delivery person was courteous and careful to make sure that my order was correct. I ordered the pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I also ordered the jalapeno bacon cheese bread. They were both delivered to my specifications. I've also tried the chocolate chip cookie and it was excellent. Since I ordered the food online it was easy to track from the store to my door. By the way the app actually works really well...

I called to order a pizza and they hung up on me twice after telling me to hold. I tried a third time and this time someone different answered and handled my order with ease.

Ordered a thin crust philly cheesesteak pizza and a chicken alfredo and a 2 liter coke. I was polite since making the order. Now im mad as hell. I did call them that the order was wrong. They did deliver what i originally ordered which was cool. Still going through all that could of been avoided. It was almost 10 pm and i was hungry AF. Imma give them three stars.

Pizzas that are on a promotional discount are not as good as when paying full price... cheaper promotional offer should not reflect anything negative as YOU GUYS NEED TO REALIZE, when we get a$20 for $9.99 carry out deal, you guys better make it the best damn pizza you can....because corporate is taking a 50% loss to promote a better pizza, RIGHT? Cause it WILL leave is craving and coming back for more. Come on team, I'll change my score to 5 stars If my next pizza isn't so dry and short of sauce or chess or toppings.

Ordered three large deep dish pizzas only to find out there is no large deep dish they should have told me before that there wasn't large deep dish bit they came really fast for delivery and they gave lots of red pepper

The boneless chicken was just sad, not even worth the $8 deal. They prepared the food quickly and the staff are nice.

Our pizza order was places online at 6:51 pm. The pizza arrived at 8:25pm/ It was sloppy and all over the box and COLD! Very disappointed.

2 thin crusted pizzas with 3 toppings were a junk. I took 2 different sauces with 3 different toppings and both were tasting like a cheap pastry sold somewhere in the cheapest burger place. They cut those round pizzas for terrible uneven squares. I've eaten Dominos pizzas in other countries before. I always take thin crusted pizza. The others were on italian thin crust and were juicy because perfect sauces and toppings and tasty. These two were dry like Dry Valleys and had no taste ( just one of them was with a garlic parmesan sauce so I felt only garlic there at all). Also the store doesn't have any direction where it has the carside delivery. So I was waiting on the parking beside the store and 10 mins later I just came on to the store and asked where are my pizzas and they said we did not find you and tried to call but you phone is offline. It was true about the phone but still I was on their parking lot where was only one car. So they easily could find me if they wanted to. So I got not only pizzas on puff pastry (a nightmare of most people who know how pizza should be made) but cooled them also.

PasadenaCA location on Colorado Blvd across from Leslie’s Pools and next to America’s Tire Depot. They have bad attitudes. First, the young men who are also drivers are not knowledgeable about the specials. I did ask twice of which he was clueless. He was in a hurry to just ring me up. After I decided I did not want a $13 medium cheese pizza - I changed it to a small cheese $7 ish, when a nicer knowledgeable tall gentleman helped. Upon getting the pizzas (we ordered more than one), the other young guy making the pizzas had an attitude because I changed the size so our pizzas were not a priority. If I did not know any better - I thought I just took money directly out of his pocket AND that I was interrupting his work! They have Misplaced emotions to the most trivial stuff… mental health is real!!!

If I could give zero I would. This place as well as the rest of the generic pizza joints is horrible. Bad customer service, messed up orders for carryout etc. Tonight's order was really bad, all of the toppings on one side. The crew seems cheap, one loud mouthed chic with way too much make up on stood out. She had her 2 children on the job with her while she gave attitude to customers, the kids sat and waited for their free pizza no doubt. I'm giving up on eating out, too many "adults" with issues that can't get the simple job done right.

Expect to get unwanted toppings accidentally (but nearly every time) on your pizza. Also, this is essentially a credit ONLY location. It doesn't matter if the order is small, medium, or large, they somehow never have change. There are definitely much better locations. If you have that option, take it.

Most horrible dominoes I’ve ever interacted with! They close early they give horrible service their food is prepared very below par, they never pick up their phone, and they give horrible attitude with every interaction. There are five other dominoes in Pasadena that I know of, I would highly recommend using a different one.

When the driver shows up, he doesn't have my cheese bread. He tells me that it's no problem, he'll call the store and have it delivered. After waiting another 20 minutes, I call to check on the status of it. The driver NEVER CALLED THE DAMN STORE! So I speak to the manager, she takes care of me and for the trouble she asks what kind of 2-Liter I want. I tell her Coke and feel good...for a moment. Finally, when my cheese bread showed up, the driver handed it to me, expecting a tip and throwing an attitude at me because I already gave it to the driver the screwed up in the first place. Whatever, I sit down to realize they sent me a BOTTLE of Coke, NOT a 2-Liter. Really? Why would you say one thing and do another? Are these people high? I open up my bag of sauces and lo and behold, it was the wrong damn sauces. I've worked in a local pizza shop FAR less equipped than a chain store like this and we would put them to shame with how poorly and sad this store is run. I will be doing everything I can to never order here again, nor have anyone I know order from here again.
