Stonefire Grill on Rosemead in Pasadena is my absolute favorite place to eat! I come here so often that many of the staff know me by name, which makes every visit feel warm and welcoming. The service is always top-notch, and the food never disappoints. I usually swing by during my lunch break for their lunch special, and it’s always a highlight of my day. The combo in the picture—fresh, crisp salad with grilled chicken, creamy mac and cheese, and those deliciously seasoned breadsticks—is my go-to order. Everything is prepared perfectly every time, and the balance of flavors is amazing. It’s comfort food done right! Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a spot to relax during the day, Stonefire Grill never disappoints. Great food, amazing service, and an inviting atmosphere—it’s the complete package.

Great customer service! At the beginning we were so confused. It looked like a traditional restaurant and we waited to be seated. Table was ready but no one leaded us. Then we found out we should order first. Finally we requested to be seated and studied the menu. After group discussion, ordered was placed. We were told the Tri Tip was a must try. The manager helped us to exchanged our order from chicken to tri tip. Afterwards, we found an item that we didn't make. The manager was very nice to adjusted for us and told us to keep that item. Somehow the adjustment on the receipt showed the tips was credited to my card as well. Since they had great service, how can't we pay the tips🥰

Personally, I think this restaurant is very delicious. At a time when everything is going up, the fact that it can still maintain low prices makes me highly recommend it! The BBQ Tri Tip was tender and juicy, the pork ribs were unfortunately a bit dry, the Caesar salad and garlic breadsticks were generous and very tasty!

Good place to grab a bite. It's not the usual full service restaurant. You order, pick your seat, get your own drinks, plates, utensils, and napkins. We ordered a 4-serving family meal, which includes tri tip, garlic lemon chicken (half chicken), caesar salad, and bread sticks for about $50. We added two more pasta plates and two drinks. We could have skipped the two pasta orders since there was plenty of food from the family meal. The restaurant has plenty of seats inside and outside in the patio area. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The best garlic bread sticks that still taste good even as a leftover the next day!!!! Came with friends and we ordered a family meal for 4. Chose chicken (with lemon and garlic, it’s the best option) and ribs (the tri tip is always dry but I haven’t had it in 3 years so not sure if it has changed). The lemon garlic chicken is delicious and juicy! The ribs were also very good and not dry! Something I forgot about dining here, is the utensils, napkins, plates, and boxes are all self-serve. They have it out in the middle for you to get yourself. So if you are wondering why the utensils aren’t brought to you, it’s cause you need to get it yourself! This location is the best cause it is big and has a variety of options for seating. Bathrooms are clean but sort of dimly lit. Cashier in the front was friendly and parking was pretty easy for me to find.

It is Holiday season, it gets busy here, but they never make you wait long to check in for to go order. Everyone is friendly and food is good.

Food was good and taste great. Staff was friendly. Not to busy for the lunch hour. Would definitely go back. The family deals are a steal. You get so much food. Such a great deal. And the staff is very friendly and kind. Ruby, I think she was the manager gave my wife a birthday slice. Didn't know they did that. Awesome service.

We picked up food we ordered on Christmas Eve. Our order wasn't ready even though we were 40 minutes late from the actual pick up time. It's understandable that they were busy. But one of our orders were missing ( we placed 2 orders ) apparently it was canceled by Uber Eats. 🤷‍♀️ Pasta was still cooking as we wait longer. Gave us complimentary coffee/soda while we waited. Manager was helpful and apologetic as it was the holiday. The Food never disappoints though. We had Tri tip, mashed potatoes, breadsticks, Pesto Pasta, Ceasars Salad.

If you're a garlic lover this is most definitely a place you have to come. I came around lunch and ordered the chicken with the garlic lemon sauce as well as the tri-tip with a pepper garlic butter I believe. The flavors were on point especially the chicken. What I thought was onions were actually chunks of garlic which I'm absolutely okay with. The tri-tip tasted great but it was a little cold and didn't seem fresh off the grill. The butter wasn't even melted but I still enjoyed it. The garlic bread was the star of the show. I normally don't eat too much bread these days but I destroyed both pieces. Pro tip: get a side of ranch for that bread and thank me later. I'll be back whenever I'm in the area.

When our party of 7 arrived, we were told that the patio was closed for an event. They made space for us, and we didn't have to sit in two booths. Food arrived quickly after we ordered. But when we decided that we wanted beverages and beer, that took a long time in line. Plus, I had to go check on the beers that never showed up. We were done eating. The manager and cashier resolved the issue and gave us carrot cake. We were celebrating so we were all in a good mood. So, this issue didn't cause too much of a problem overall. New items we tried were the pesto pasta and pizza. Both were really good.

We visited the day before Mother's Day, so we expected the restaurant to be busy,but not to this extent. The food took forever to come. We waited for 2 hours for our lemon chicken. We were told at least 3-4 times that it was coming. Well, we later found out they had been out of chicken since 4 pm. To be fair, they gave us the lemon chicken before we left with a complementary carrot cake. Unfortunately, the chicken was still raw. It think it will be a long time, if ever, before we would go back.

Good variety, average taste, the carrot cake is pretty good. The Mesquite chicken was not that great, the Mac and cheese was way too cheesy. The portions are big. An adult can easily order a kids meal. The ribs were good. You order first and then you seat, they give you a number and they'll bring you the food. Service was good, the staff was attentive.

The food is over priced for the quality. I ordered the chicken breast plate. It came a little bit more cold than room temperature and was super soft almost soggy. I tried to force myself to eat it anyways and I just couldn't and stopped halfway. The breads ticks need more butter . Also ordered the tri tip and baby back ribs and they were 5/10. Not worth the price. Chilis or Applebee's would've done a better job
