Some of the best boba I’ve ever had! The flavors are awesome, and the boba itself is super soft. On Tuesday’s, you can get a size upgrade for free, so my whole drink (including extra boba) was only $6! I would happily go back here again!

I've been coming to this TPumps since they opened and I just love how consistent they have stayed. Their employees are always in a great mood and aren't afraid to ask questions to their supervisors if need be (great indicator of a good manager/supervisor). On Tuesdays they have free upgrade to the large size, which is always appreciated! Their prices have also stayed pretty consistent since I was first coming here and I love that I can get a really big drink for a reasonable price. I got my birthday drink recently and I was very happy about it! I like to order the Green Jolly Rancher drink 🤗

Amazing tea at low price! The entrance has free tasting and various kinds of tea for $2.50. They seem to have monthly promotional drinks for cheap as well! Will definitely return for more!

They give you the option of sweet, normal or less sweet tea. I find yheir flavors run sweet so i always go with less sweet. Boba here is the best in Pasadena. Lines form out the door and up the street but it moves quickly.

Wow. Definitely a lit place on a quiet street. Drinks are customizable with topping and sugar sweetness levels and obviously cup size. Drink descriptions are accurate and all are highly recommended.

So many different options of Boba tea to choose from. You can never really get bored of the flavors that's for sure. Staff is always super nice and helpful in helping you decide what kind of drink you would like. Can be busy at times but the wait is worth it.

A genuine, 5 stars. It was perfect, both in the sense of taste, and customer service. So you walk in, it’s a decent place, has everything on the walls, you can take your time, pick what you want, AND there’s also a free sample of some sort (mine was pink lemonade), while you wait, which was delicious in itself by the way; moreover, the staff was super nice so that was a plus, and they got the drink in MAX 5 minutes, it was a super short wait. I would definitely recommend the (from what I remember) marshmallow cookie dough caramel, I know, it sounds like it’s too sweet, but it was absolutely delicious, and nothing too extreme, I loved it. But if I’m being honest, anything and everything is genuinely delicious I have this friend that every time we go out, we always come to this boba place, it’s just a thing at this point, and every time I get what she recommends, and safe to say I’ve never been disappointed. Oh and most importantly (again) the prices are decent, not cheap, but definitely not expensive as well, good every once in a while, so yeah, ultimately, I’d definitely recommend this place for getting boba.

Update: prices have increased a lot in the last two years but still delicious Large size for a relatively low price. The boba is the best and you have a wide variety of options for your drink which is delicious. The staff is friendly and while there is usually a line it goes by quickly and is worth it!

Teas and boba here are pretty good. I really like the customization options with a very large selection of flavors and milks. Service is good here but the atmosphere can definitely use some improvement it's gotten a little old and worn out over the years.

Over all a good boba and green tea. So far as I see all the flavor is just syrup. When I tried it full sweetness it was overwhelming sweet for me. I have since gotten it 50 percent or less. Staff is great and fast. You can also give your number to earn a free drink. Price is not bad compared to other boba shops.

I ordered mango peach passion green tea. Using the concentrated juice and cheap green tee. So I paid about 4 dollars to buy a 10 cent drink

I went into the Pasadena location on 4/29/25 at 11am and had the most unpleasant experience with the manager. I was ordering drinks for my staff at a preschool, and had 11 drinks to order. The young lady at the counter started taking my order and was quite quick and accurate with it. When she was almost finished, the manager (I'm assuming) came up and said to her "what are you doing? no more than 6 orders per person on Tuesdays!" She then scolded her several times while my drinks were being prepared. Asked if I had brought a box to carry them in, then rolled her eyes because I had not (who does that?). Then told ME that I can't order more than 6 drinks at a time. I checked the catering option and the minimum is 15 drinks - I only needed 11. Nowhere on the website or in the store does it state this policy. What are you supposed to do if you want to order between 7 and 14 drinks?! I asked the manager her name, and her response was "Why??" I said "Because you're so rude and I'd like to remember you." She refused to give me her name, but was able to tell me again that I can't order more than 6 drinks.The drinks were actually ready quite quickly (within 10 mins) and I don't think it delayed them too much. I was just shocked at this lady's meanness. I don't ever have to see her again (won't be going back there), but I feel bad for the poor employees working under her. She made everyone extremely uncomfortable - the employees, myself, and the other customers in the store.
