Everything was sooo delicious, the chocolate in the chocolate tart was smooth and rich but not overly sweet, the strawberries in the strawberry creme brûlée tart were fresh and the crème brûlée was smooth, the lavender macaroon had a good strong flavor, it’s a must for lavender lovers, and the chocolate eclair was yummy and cinnamony. The staff were friendly and were great at helping us choose out of their delicious wide selection. Definitely looking forward to coming back to try more <3

Absolutely delicious. I’ve had the pleasure of ordering delivery from this bakery twice. I got the opera cake and then the raspberry opera cake. They followed the instructions right down to a T… and very beautifully, too! The macarons were delicious, particularly loved the raspberry ones. Cake was moist and very flavorful. Each layer complements the rest. It’s one of the best I’ve ever had! They were a hit with everyone. Suffice to say, I will definitely be ordering from this establishment for all of our occasions.

I moved to the area about a year ago, and due to Covid concerns, haven’t explored much. Out and about today, found this SWEET place, Berry Opera. They have a variety of pastries, sandwiches, & interesting drinks. I am mad for miniatures, even food. They have these fruit tarts that are about an inch in diameter and teeny cup tiramisu. I was in heaven. Ya gotta go, and ask for a mini-spoon 💜

Pricey cafe with incredible desserts and drinks. Free parking in the lot behind the shops. Heard everything here is fantastic. Tried the rose chai latte (lovely!) as well as the tiramisu and the raspberry napoleon. Tiramisu was so dense and creamy, Napoleon was perfect with a smooth filling between crunchy layers. Great place to get an indulgent treat on occasion.

They have excellent service here. Everyone is so nice! I bought a cake here for my dad's birthday and they wrote a custom text for me. My dad likes golfing so I have them put hole in one on the cake. The prices are all right. But the cake and the pastries taste amazing. I love the ambiance of this place as well.

Yes, they have super yummy individual cakes with high quality ingredients. But what’s really awesome here is — you can order birthday cakes with custom designs! I usually just find some pictures on Instagram and talk to the chef to see if he can make them =) Such a hidden gem in LA!

I think they are called Oui Berry now. The owner / baker was trained in Paris and is very nice! These were some of the finest desserts I have ever had in this price range. It’s a mom-and-pop locally owned shop with a great selection of individual and to-share desserts that are to die for! Seriously delicious.

Hey you- are you jonesing for a delicious pastry? Well you have come to the right place. If they don’t have something here that would suit your fancy, it doesn’t exist. Try one of my favorites like the coffee cream eclair, the red velvet cake or any of the berry tarts. Oh - also, these pastry chefs know how to make excellent cortados cappuccinos and other coffee drinks. My suggestion- go in there for your next special occasion and your guests will be impressed….but, since you are there, get yourself a lil treat and a coffee. Go ahead, nobody will know about your little sweet indulgence.

This our first at this Bakery we were fascinating this incredible pastry inspired it's true roots in France the best place for these incredible pastry. They were so variety of pastrys it was hard to choose we decided to get a lemon tart and fruit tart and also mimi lemon tart.

Very impressive. Traditional french products including pastries, croissants, tarts, cakes and baguette sandwiches are made in house daily - to a high standard of quality. Charming and peaceful ambiance. The café is beautifully decorated and conveniently located in South Pasadena.

We tried the different almond croissants and all have a satisfying crunch yet soft on the inside. The strawberry crème brûlée is a must try! The raspberry Napoleon and matcha opera were ok.

Finally made it here to check it out. As soon as we walked the smell was good and it felt promising. I asked the lady working there what she recommended and she said the Berry Opera as it is their name sake. It looked nice with all the layers but the taste was pretty bland. The strawberries on top of another of the dessert looked dry and not fresh. I actually thought they had chocolate on them but nope. The Macarons looked nice and my favorite was the Earl Grey one but it is very in your face flavor. (What all the other desserts were lacking this one was not). Overall it was just ok but definitely pricey for what you get. We paid $54 for the items we got and I felt underwhelmed with the taste. We don't mind spending the money if it's good but here for the most part everything was just ok. I don't see myself going back anytime soon.

This restaurant offers successful service with attentive staff, but the lack of crowds means that waiting ten minutes for the first item, which is already prepared, feels a bit excessive.
