This is the third time I come to blaze Pizza here in Paso Robles. The service is horrible. The two boys at the counter don’t greet you, they don’t smile. They’re just very monotone. Their placement of ingredients is almost empty all the time they did not have onions they did not have more cheese available. It was very empty. The vegetables are not fresh. The meat are not fresh either they look brown dry. you don’t feel welcomed at all. These boys need to learn appropriate customer service because they do not know what it is to handle a customer. One of your reviewers said that the phones do not ring they do not whatsoever I was in this restaurant for over an hour and during that time there was no phones ringing whatsoever either nobody’s taking order to over the phone. Nobody’s picking up orders online. Something is wrong with this restaurant site. overall, sorry to say, but this restaurant has poor service poor management and it sucks.

Didn't like the fact the guy asked what sauce I would like and I wanted the spicy and said we dont have that one and didn't understand why he asked me if he didn't have it. They also didn't have the cheese I wanted they should get better on getting ingredients for the paso location. They should let us know ahead of time what they dont have and avoid this conflict. They also charge extra for ranch which is weird because i never have in other locations. I didn't like the customer service at all didn't feel welcomed and when I said that you and have a nice day they guy ignore me and didn't say anything back so rude.

When we arrived, there were two people ahead of us. The wait wasn’t long. When it was our turn, the guy said he only had enough shredded mozzarella for a light cheese pizza. We had three people in our group so only one of us could get a pizza. It seemed rather odd that a pizza place runs out of shredded mozzarella for pizza. He tried to upsell us on salad and then after I made my pizza order, he asked if we wanted another pizza. I looked at him questionably and asked how do you do that when you have no shredded mozzarella? And said “well I’ve got other cheese”. His attitude was indifferent. He didn’t apologize or try to make light of the situation, such as it’s rather odd for a pizza place to run out of shredded mozzarella, isn’t it? But instead, it was more of a calm arrogance. When we received our pizza which was a high-rise crust, the outside crust was cooked, but the center of the pizza was still very doughy and raw. Very disappointing for a pizza to be halfway cooked. Then I noticed a cup of sauce that had fallen on the floor by the food prep area that was just laying there splattered on the floor. Makes me wonder if they’re unsanitary upfront, are they unsanitary behind the counter? I wouldn’t recommend this chain pizza, which was a standard line buffet style topping bar approach with little to no customer service. Next time I’m going to try PPK or Marv’s that has a more authentic pizza place vibe.

Recommend opening each box and check before taking your order. I paid for three toppings and had one. I also witnessed the guy cutting gluten free pizza into portions with the same utensil he just cut regular pizza with. It is clear they are not undersanding what a 'food allergy' is. Recommend Celiac individuals avoid this establishment.

They’ve messed up my order three times in a row. Someone desperately needs to be fired. Once I tried this place once I started getting the 11 inch pizzas pretty frequently. But I don’t what has happened. Both times I ordered pizzas in June there was missing items and the second time I got 2 pizzas and they literally jumbled the toppings for my both pizzas and it was absurd. Since then I’ve put off going here because that was a big screw up. But today I wanted pizza and thought I’d give another try cuz it’s been about 3 months. But it’s the same old tune. So many missing ingredients. Something needs to change. It keeps feeling like a waste of money every time they do this. In regards to attached photos, you’ll see there’s no chopped garlic, no arugula, no pesto drizzle. There’s also like one banana pepper on the whole pizza. Insane.

This is my first time coming to Blaze Pizza in Paso Robles, and I was extremely disappointed. They had no salads, they were almost out of mozzarella cheese, and they had a grease truck come with a very long hose to pump out their grease bins and the smell that came through the door was nauseating. I Ordered the thin crust, and it was burned on nearly the entire outside edge and was overcooked and dry. We observed three other customers who came in after us and when they found out that they had no lettuce for salads or were very skimpy on their mozzarella, those people left.

This blaze pisses me off. I love blaze pizza. But ever since I moved here, I’m starting to not liken them: This store never answers the phone. In fact I’m pretty sure they have the ringer off because when I’ve gone into the store I’ve never heard the phone ring. And at my old store they were constantly answering the phone. I have now ordered online three times. And twice now my order has needed assistance. The first time they forgot the cheesy bread. This time the the order was COLD. Like cold cold. And when you call it just rings. I’m so annoyed with this store My other location was always on hand and quick to fix an issue. The Paso Robles California store obviously had their phones off. Oh and all their beer is out of code. Don’t buy it. Update; went in this afternoon too speak with a manager and the store was completely closed even though they should have been opened Update AGAIN how many 1 stars can I give at this point and WHY do we keep trying again DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND HAVE IT DELIVERED they do not care about accuracy and it’s gonna arrive cold. Shame shame shame fool me once…. Update Again 11/29/25 They gave me a free pizza I ordered online Card got charged And pizza never showed up Can’t call the store they have their phones off Online complaints don’t care This store sucks

Very unfortunate that Blaze has decided to data scrape their security cameras and feed their customers likeness into generative ai without their customers consent. Especially when the sign warning customers about this is inside the location not outside. I really love Blaze but unfortunately will not be returning until this is reversed 💔

The ONLY reason I came here was for the low carb, keto crust, which apparently they don't carry anymore even though it's still on the menu. The employee tried to say that the cauliflower crust was the same, but any idiot knows cauliflower crust is a trend most companies cash in on by mixing a tiny bit of cauliflower with regular dough. The result is a $20 high carb, high calorie, super watery, super gross pizza which you have the pleasure of consuming in a loud, messy, sometimes chaotic environment. 👎👎 I hate to say it, but never going back .

We ate at this Blaze location on 6/27/22 at about 6:30 pm. It wasn't busy at all. There were 2 other customers there when we entered. Anyhow, we ordered 3 Build Your Own Pizzas. 2 of the pizzas had super black, burnt crust. I wanted lemonade from their lemonade machine, but the lemonade was empty. I asked the worker to please make more lemonade, and that I could wait. The worker said they would not be making anymore lemonade for the rest of the day because she said 'it was too busy". There was no shift manager available to me to talk to.

Ordered a vegan pizza online for pickup and found some bacon and a weird burnt I don't know what?? Maybe it was an onion that just got toasted and thrown on the pizza but after I found the bacon I was not about to chance it. Really bummed bc I love blaze and now I'm done eating there.
