Unprompted by me, they tried to save me money by switching around my order. I ordered a bigger plate plus extra of a side. They thought if they changed it to a plate with a medium container of the doubled side, it would be less. Sadly it didn't save any money, so they changed it back, but I appreciated that they would take the time and try. I have been here many times. Every time I come here, they always have an abundance of good vibes and teriyaki chicken.
The young man at the counter Quinn is awesome, he is an exemplary employee. Always fast and friendly even when it’s packed.
Stopped in to try this location...food was very yummy..especially the orange chicken..Management was especially nice..very clean..fast service..nice employees...a perfect meal..I will be back to this location...Thank U So Much
They have awesome workers and great food everytime I have gone in! I had sent my boyfriend to get some dinner well needless to say he got my order wrong and I was starving so I went back into panda to get it corrected right away a worker had asked if I was missing something when I told her what happened she instantly got me what I wanted and had it corrected within minutes I didn't even have to wait in the long line! So thank you for making me have a great night!
The food here was made fresh and piping hot And really good we got service with a smile, and for the long line we were in and out in no time certainly service with a smile with yumny food to match hats off to all the cooks and crew. well done! I must mention that I've never been a big fan of panda Express, until I found this location.
I love panda but i am tired of seeing them so understaffed lately. This place always have long lines and we dont get discounts so everyonenis paying good money, so I mean please staff more people on your line. No one should have to wait 40 minutes just to get to the food line to order and another 15-20 minutes to pay at the register. It is also affecting the online orders as they are never ready on time anymore. They used to have it ready before the estimated time but they are so popular and under staffed that its just not happening anymore. Sad because this was my go to place for dinner when I am working late which is always.
Been here a few time in the past mouth. It's normally pretty busy, but well maintained. When staff is pretty nice, and are always on it when running low of a menu item. Probably one of my favorite lunch stops.
NO TIP JAR !!??!! & No option for TIP in CC payment?!!? Teller Not Allowed to Accept Tips!!?? Everything is perfectly clean. Viewing glass crystal clear. Service staff informative friendly and work as a team. I thought the manager has trained a great crew! Polite n courteous! A rarity nowadays! Great Service.

The next friendly staff member completed the order and cashes you out. Lots of beverage options. The inside seating area is clean. There is also outside seating on a pet friendly patio. Plenty of parking in the safe parking lot. There is also a large grass area for pets and kids to run around on.

Good food, the only complaint I have is that there website isn't the greatest. Sometimes I go to order something and instead of just saying it's temporarily unavailable and giving me a time frame of when it will be back, it just gets completely removed from the site and doesn't come back for hours and you have to just hope it will be available. I understand that sometimes there are shortages of certain items but that's not the same as when the bowl is empty and they are cooking more of the item and it will be available again in a few minutes. Why are you going to completely remove an item from the site and prevent it from being ordered when it will be available in 10 or less minutes?
Good food, can be very busy and take a long time to get food at peak hours usually dinner time between 5-8pm. Be ready to wait in a long line. Staff is efficient and gets through the line at a decent pace. They usually will try and keep all the options stocked and ready to order but sometimes have to make a new batch during peak hours. Overall good food, quality service. Don't expect much room to eat in during peak hours as there are not that many tables to sit down at.
Food selection was much more scare then I would like it to have been. Customer service was mediocre, they kinda leave you hanging and the meals should have name written on the. So there isn't so much confusion. Employees need to be trained to communicate better from start of serving buffet line to cash register if they want it to run smoother and look more professional. Food was good nonetheless.
Professional staff, excellent food as always. Portions just enough as you will over eat. One strike for cottonwood fuzzies sucking into the dining area. Light misters over the doors might help. Seasonal issues that might bother some.
yummy delicious but i shouldn’t have to put my own rangoons and eggrolls in their baggies. I ordered 3 orders of rangoons (3x3) and 3 eggrolls. they were all for FOUR different people. They did not have to come in a bowl if they were ordered separately if i wanted them in the same bowl then i would’ve ordered the 12 count of cheese rangoons since its cheaper. Unless asked for don’t change how u serve stuff. If you are trained to put a set of 3 cheese rangoons in one baggie then do that. I shouldn’t have had to do it. Now ur food is delicious so 5/5 on that but please don’t do that. Again this is just a critique no hate to this panda cuz the food is firetastic

My issue with them is that they mark mobile orders ready before they are actually ready to make their times look better. I had to wait almost 10 after they marked it as ready on their system due to running out of black pepper chicken
All around good experience. It's Chinese fast food and it's done pretty well. Although they take a healthy marketing approach, I'm a little skeptical. I ordered the orange chicken with my plate. There was so much fried dough on it, we decided to call it "donut chicken". My favorite was the walnut shrimp. I ordered a small side and was disappointed that there were only five small shrimp, but they were tasty. The selection of vegetables with the entrees is good.
Chow mein and orange chicken was gooey. Not the best panda quality I'm used to.
Prices going up, portions getting smaller. Used to be able to eat here for two people for $20 now it's $30+. The latest redesign of their plates has definitely made the entree areas smaller, they hope you fill up on rice or noodles apparently.

Twice now we've used the app, prior to entering the restaurant only to be told they didn't get the order and then we've had to wait over a half an hour to get our pre ordered meal. Never has an offer been made to compensate us for the inconvenience. Poor customer service!

If you’re ordering food from this Paso Robles location, I strongly recommend double-checking your order before leaving. Unfortunately, mistakes seem to happen often. This is the second time within a month that my order was missing an entire item, despite clear communication. Today, I ordered Super Greens and rice. I was informed they needed to prepare a fresh batch and was asked to wait. After paying, I sat down for about 5–6 minutes while they cooked the food. When they called my name, I trusted that everything was in the bag and headed home. Unfortunately, one of the items I waited for was missing yet again. To their credit, the food quality is usually good, and the staff are friendly and courteous. But it’s pretty DAMN annoying to spend $30–40 on a meal only to consistently find items missing. Better attention to detail, even during busy times, would make a big difference for customers.
Only got 2 shrimp from from the new steak and shrimp dish. I ordered super greens to go with it and I a big ball of cabbage. Over price and over cook. Staff definitely need more training.

The food is great and used to be fast but since you started taking on line orders the experience has become tedious and frustrating. Your employees don’t seem to be concerned with how long people are waiting. Priority should be given to the people that are in your restaurant not the computer. Many people feel the same way standing in next to me. You people need to place good service before your greed.
Check your order before you leave. They shorted our order and when we called about it they were dismissive. No apology and they just said next time when we come we can get it...REALLY we were having a family get together and wanted our full order. We told the girl our orders that were missing and that we were coming back down. She didn't even put the order in so when we got there we had to wait in line. It would have been fine if they just said, "hey were sorry about your order, let's get it fixed for you". Instead we got the rude attitude of we don't care and screw your order. Glad we have other businesses that feel differently about their customers we will be going there instead.
Dont expect to get your food very Express, if there is a line be prepared to wait for the staff to bubble along at a rate of a kindergarten bake sale. The food is as good as it can be for less then $10 a meal, and really isn't that bad when it's cooked right. The quality of the service has really gone down hill since the old manager left, I think his name was Terry. I saw a manager disappear to the back when the line was amazingly long behind me. Not going back any time soon.
Not very good. Got there at 5:30 and the line was to the back door. I move up in line at a quick pace, but noticed it was not because people were being served, it because they were leaving.. they had 3 girls working the line and 1 guy cooking. The girls 1 being the manager were discussing there break schedule and then there were 2 girls working. One went on break. They were very slow and not very helpful with getting customers orders.
I ordered the cub meal, orange chicken, half rice and half noodles, noodles had no flavor, rice was not cooked it was hard, orange chicken was soooo salty you couldn’t eat it, so disappointed I went back, the young lady said she was sorry, she said we just noticed there was something wrong with our food, she said they had just made new fresh food and that I wasn’t the only one who returned it, she made me a new plate , it was alright , not going back.
The food is always bomb but the staff sucks. There life 4 people in line and they have us all waiting for mad long. Sorry part was it's not like they needed to make food they just suck. The Ben guy has to be the worst manager I've ever seen. How can you stand there and not help your people. Talking to your employees like the did something wrong and apologizing for them following his direction I promise if I come in there and I see it again I will call him out in front of his team and his customers.
It's all about the food during the days of CV, right? And service. Service was so so. The food was reheated from frozen. You know the taste. It is unmistakable. And I have been on chemo and very ill so Panda was all about the rice and orange chicken. Dry as a bone rice and orange chicken. Zero sauce. The noodles, same. I coughed and I swear dust flew out...that dry... I am going to give them another try because this is NOT my normal experience there but $20 for frozen food?? C'mon, guys! Give a girl her PANDA!!
It was freezing inside . I had to run out to my car and grab my sweater just so I could stand in line while waiting on half my order and it was getting cold my food that is while I was waiting on my husband's food . Chow Maine and Sweet N Fire Chicken to cook. So I asked them to please remake mine and they said sure but you have to wait again on the Chow Maine to cook and my Orange chicken cause they ran out again. So then my husband's food is getting cold , now I'm really mad . That was the coldest rudest place that I have ever been . And who ever that Tall guy filling people's containers for a phone order kept taking all the food/meats that's cause he would over fill the Large Side Containers to where you had to mash the top down and it wouldn't stay closed and very Rude. I'll NEVER GO BACK and I told a couple of my neighbors and they told their friends and they said that they had a problem before there also . Enjoy the Story Because it's True . That's how I was Treated Tonight There

This panda express made me sick to my stomach. I ordered a bigger plate with chow mein and triple grilled teriyaki chicken. Bad idea. I hope it’s not bird flu or something. Whatever the case is I got sick right after going here.

I used to LOVE Panda Express, but the quality and consistency of their food is lacking. This is the 3rd time in a row that I was disappointed with their food. This was not at 1 location. They were all different places. 3rd strike. You're Out! I won't be back.

Absolutely awful! Ordered the chow mein noodles and there were no noodles! Just bottoms of a bunch of leftover vegetables. And when you serve honey walnut shrimp you can leave out the tails.
The food was hot and fresh, but the restaurant was filthy. Every trash can inside and out overflowing. Floors were nasty. Employee walked out, got a drink from the machine, and stood there drinking it and getting refills while there was a line of customers. While I may return to a Panda Express, I will never return to this one. The cook was on point!
Not satisfied with the service. Ordering for a party but they want to control how much I order. Requested a tray w half chicken w green beans and Teriyaki chicken, they said NO because the computer wont let them... My tray didn't look appealing at ALL... Very disappointing.

I ordered teryaki chicken and iced tea at the Paso Robles location today. I asked for Sweet & Low for the tea. They don't have any. My first time getting the chicken. It was served in long strips but not completely cut through. I asked for a knife. Nope! None! I asked how am I supposed to eat it??? Sorry... Also the chicken has lots of fat. Yuk!! How can I cut it off? Going in the trash... 😡

I understand they have a pretty hectic environment but I do feel like they need to switch things up really respectful staff but I ordered my food since I was in SLO and I got it for pickup and when I got there I still had to wait 25 minutes and I was already in a rush since I had a meeting at 5:30 and I got there at 5 so I was a little upset but I totally understand they are busy I just feel that they should maybe try something different and start prioritizing online orders a little more or having them on hold.
