Best bar in Paso. It is getting crowded by young kids and hipsters. It's like cheers. Everybody knows your name (and drink if you are a regular), staff is cool. Karaoke is fantastic!
Best lil saloon ever.got to sit and talk with the owner about the two paranormal television shows that were filmed thier, the Dead files and ghost adventures. Great place to have a cold one and maybe with Billy the kid
I love the gal with red hair she's a Doll I'm sorry I forget her name, but let me say she's like me and every day I dress to feel great and I look amazing because why not dressing like a million you are worth every penny .it doesn't take anymore time to look good then to look average why not look fantastic feel fantastic daily.i mean to tell you love this bartender.shes 110%my kind of a person.always look your best, and feel better.
Fun dive bar. Karaoke on Friday night was great. All cash bar and a cover. I didn't feel the cover was necessary since there wasn't a band. Awesome bartender lady!
We had tacos from the guy that's out back, he has a little taco stand....the food was delicious and the guy was really nice! Loved the food! And my drink, from inside at the bar, was a good strong drink....I definitely got my money's worth of alcohol in my drink😀
10/10 recommend this place! My friends and I had a great time with expresso martinis and dancing the night away. The drinks were great, service was amazing, bar was clean, and the music was so fun! To top it off my wallet fell out of my pocket while dancing and the owner Ron mailed it back to Los Angeles for me. Just a great place, stop by if you can!
Fabulous place to go Good karaoke great bands tacos and burritos kitchen in the back bartender you see in that picture she's gorgeous as the other bartenders are!!!! And Ron the owner is a great guy Robbie W PS I'm a single middle-aged gentleman
Roxie, Kim and Megan are the BEST bartenders! These three have the motions down like the back of their hand, able to jump from customer to customer to customer; and with no comprise on their drinks! Megan is extremely kind, recognizes when you approach the bar and reassures you that she notices you, even in the middle of a busy rush. Roxie is the life of the party, and is able to work a busy rush solo; like a complete BOSS! Also super tentative and super professional! Kim is an angel that no one deserved. She is so sweet, a great conversationalist; but also recognizes when it's getting busy and is also able to jump from customer to customer without compromise on her drinks. I highly recommend these three!
My favorite place in Paso Robles. The staff are fun. The new bartender Pamela is great. Drinks are cheap. It has inside and outside with a good size patio. Always have a fun time. Plus a limo if you drink too much
This place is always hoppin! Friendly , fun and good drink prices. Great bands and the owner is a sweetheart !
I enjoy stopping at the Pine Street Saloon every time I'm in Paso Robles, CA. Great atmosphere and crowd aside the occasional drunk brawl which is quickly broken up by the staff. Karaoke night is a blast. There are a few regulars who can actually sign and few when define karaoke. The mixed drinks are a bit steep. Too much ice for such a small cup. Other than that, it's a great place to unwind with your friends.
This was the most amazing karaoke experience I've ever had. (I sang my go to "Wanted Dead or Alive"....I saw a million faces and I rocked then all!) The crowd was so in to it. They sang with every song and cheered every singer. It's is very popular so get there early or be prepared to wait your turn. Bartenders are quick and friendly. This place is perfect when your want to have some fun with friends. Not stuffy or high falootin' and reasonable prices.
Best place for Karaoke and great bands in the back of bar with the 5 star street tacos. Yes I am a local of 30 years. Roxy the bartender don't mess around! She's awesome 😎
The oldest bar in town! I can't say the drinks are the best tasting, but they are strong and inexpensive. Karaoke is a must, always a good time with friends.
Good ol' boy piece of history. Always a fun crowd. Great weekend entertainment. Fairly priced drinks. Usually you can expect a fight, which is always fun to watch. Pool tables, dirty bathrooms, great bartenders, (though they could use one or two more).
We love to come here to dance for late night live music. The dance floor area is very small but the crowd is safe and fun so it's ok. They have a great bartender (the tall blonde woman) who doesn't ignore people and makes nice custom drinks. Bonus is when the taco guy is out back, you can get delicious tacos and burritos. We like to take a burrito home for breakfast the next morning.
Bartender was awesome. Place was busy and she did not miss a beat. She was friendly but very efficient and mixed a nice margarita. Dive bars are the best and this is one to visit.
Fun place. Dance floor is small but it's usually packed. Great bands to listen to or if your into karaoke they have it there a couple nights a week. If you like to jam play music I believe they have a night of that. And of course the live bands on Saturday night. Pool tables are usually full so you have somebody that always play with. They have redone the back which is nice lots of seating area you want to sit outside. The tacos are a nice touch Outback perfect for that late night snack. Bathrooms little small and they could use more stalls but that comes with being one of the oldest bars around. Prices for the drinks are cheaper than the bar down the street. Best part my free calendar I get every year lol
This place is a classic saloon with the minimum in seating for the maximum in good times. Kind of reminds me of road house a little bit as there is no telling what you might see in here. Place is great tho if you want to get a little rowdy and have a good time Ron the owner is so great he will get you home in a limo if you cant afford the insane uber prices in the area. I was only in Paso for around 2 weeks and the few times I went there I always had a good time. It is cash only but they have an atm and the drinks are reasonably priced. And pamela is the best no sh*t bartender I've seen she has this belt she wears to maximize bottle popping and tip taking it's a sight to behold.
My first time there. I loved this place. It was on a Friday in October. The bartenders are great. They move so fast and keep us happy. The karaoke crowd is off the charts!! Great karaoke d.j./k.j. Really fun in crowd. This place gets packed so get there early. If you're going to sing sign up early. Tip them bartenders and tip the d.j. They worked hard. I'm looking foward to my next visit.
Didn't eat there but drinks were great, karaoke was super cool and atmosphere was the main attraction and didn't disappoint!
Fun little bar that's supposed to be haunted, the only spirits I saw were the ones we drank. I played pool and enjoyed some music. It was a fun stop to enjoy a spunky beverage.
2 pm Sun 1/28. Easy free street parking for first 2 hrs (metered parking, just type in license plate). $6 for the can of beer was a good deal. Friendly staff.
Owner was there, very nice gentlemen. Bartender was nice. Karaoke was fun to watch. Live band on weekends. RED, WHITE AND BLUE bar
MY FAVORITE BAR IN PASO! Great drinks, friendly bartenders and all around good vibes! It is a cash only place, but there's a ATM so it's all good, I just wish they took cards. The outside area out back is pretty chill and they do tacos out there too at night. Karaoke night here is also pretty entertaining, I haven't sang yet but I might with enough drinks. There is a $3 cover on Friday nights so have some pocket money on youbwhrn you roll up.
Absolutely the best and only dive bar in Paso Robles. Music on a number of nights. Friday, Saturday are bands. Wednesday are smaller bands and solo acts. Bring cash as they don't really take credit cards. There is an ATM available.
Great dive bar, and hilarious karaoke Has two pool tables and an outdoor area
Stopped in the Pine Street Saloon for a few cocktails while in Paso Robles for the Firestone Walker Invitational Beer Fest. Great atmosphere.
Love the atmosphere of a no questions asked, all cash bar. My type of place. Great drinks, good service, and convenient location.
Karaoke on Thursday was a ton of fun. Packed with people and entertainment and and of course, a few songs.
Great bar. Mostly locals come here. Good pours. Cash only. Definitely coming back.

Our favorite kind of local Dive bar
Fun, small local bar with a Cover Charge
Great dive bar to dance in!
Karaoke on Saturday was awesome. John the DJ/KJ did a great job with a large crowd and many singers. Miranda the bartender was quick and kind. Very clean bar. We will be back!
we had a really good time in the ghost town, and grabbing beers and a hot dog at the saloon was a core part of that. we enjoyed sitting on the deck, looking out at the scenery with our dog.
Karaoke 🎤 Saturday Night! KJ DJ John laid down the tracks. Music and Singers were good. We had a good time singing, And playing the harmonica. We will be back on a Friday. Thank you 🎵 🎶

Gritty, unpretentious. Inexpensive beers, frequent live music or karaoke, friendly down home locals and tourists alike having a great time. Just what you're looking for in a good dive bar. They have a limo available to take you home if you get a little too hammered. Some say the oldest bar in Paso is haunted. Featured on The Travel Channel's The Dead Files.
Dive bar in the center of a town that attracts non-dive people. GREAT fun. I saw the best karaoke version of "Bohemian Rhapsody" here than I've ever seen anywhere. The place was absolutely PACKED. As all the reviews say, it's cash only, so be prepared (I was not. I NEVER have cash. Luckily, I was with my friend who ALWAYS has cash.) It's dirty... and they make their politics clear... but isn't that what people expect from a dive bar?
I have only been once, but the daytime crowd reminds me of the old "dive bars" up in Humboldt. I didn't know anyone except the friend who treated me to some beers, but it was as spacious ad not as terribly trendy as some of the other bars in the neighborhood. The bartender was a nice, unobtrusive pretty blonde. Good service.
I would have given a 5 stars but if you come I the front door they charge you a cover charge, however if you come in the back door it is free, which I found a little irritating. Good music & lively bar. A guy makes and sells Mexican food out back which is yummy. We went on a Saturday so it was pretty busy.
Small and intimate. The band was pretty good they had there. The crowd was a bit odd but fun. I enjoyed myself.
Fun place to visit in Paso Robles. This place is a pretty fun spot to hang out with friends. We rode up here from Los Angeles and after a day of tastings decided to put down the wine and grab some real drinks. It was close to the hotel so we just walked over. Staff was friendly. We had a large group of people and we had plenty of room to sprawl out and hang. It was a fun memorable night. The Pine Street Saloon has a nice homey decor
Came for karaoke and it was a nice end to the night.
Fun local spot for a few drinks. Cash only. Had open mic on when we were in.
Cool lil spot, open late all nights. Liked it, heavy poor drinks a plus.

Megan was great. She made my boyfriend and I drinks that she hadn’t heard before based on recipes we showed her and charged us great prices. The patronage isn’t the best, but we also went during the mid state fair. Definitely check this bar out when you’re in Paso, especially if Megan is bartending.

The bar staff was amazing! From bartenders to barbacks. The KJ Darkman was a total jerk! I get that it was busy but when you see the same singers a few times you ask. Oh yeah you are up in a few then oh yeah a few more..... if you were not a regular or thin and cute you were by passed!!! Even trying to figure out how to sing was a nightmare! Pro or just wanting to have a fin DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Just want a drink great place anything else WASTE OF TIME!!!!! NEED TO GET RID OF DARKHORSE!!!!
This is the dive bar that other dive bars visit when all the other dive bars are closed. Cash only, incredibly overpriced drinks (think Vegas strip prices), and poor service for anyone who’s not a local. If you enjoy verbal and financial abuse, this is definitely the place for you!
