Esperienza spettacolare in una giornata uggiosa! Siamo stati all’Easy Bistrot e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti sotto ogni punto di vista. Lo staff è semplicemente splendido: accoglienti, simpatici e sempre disponibili, riescono a farti sentire subito a casa con un sorriso sincero e un’attenzione rara. I primi piatti sono davvero eccezionali, preparati con ingredienti freschi e curati nei dettagli — un equilibrio perfetto di sapori che racconta la passione dei proprietari nella pasta fresca (ottimo il radicchio-noci-gorgo e tartufo) Anche la pulizia del locale, compreso il bagno (molti locali si classificano anche da come curato questi spazi di servizio), è impeccabile: tutto ordinato, curato e piacevole da vivere. Un posto dove si torna volentieri (anche perché da pugliese voglio vedere il posto con il ☀️!!) Grazie dei biscottini con il caffè! Top. Consigliatissimo

In un luogo iper turistico come Sirmione è raro pagare per la qualità, invece Easy Bistrot mi ha davvero stupito. Situato in una via centralissima, facile da raggiungere, prenotato su WhatsApp. Personale attento e cortesissimo, propongono sughi a cui abbinare il tipo di pasta e lo fanno molto bene. In due abbiamo preso un secondo da dividerci come antipasto (tartara di cavallo, ottima!), due primi buonissimi, una lugana (bottiglia) molto buona. Finito con due caffè, limoncello offerto dalla casa, sorrisi, simpatia ed una bella serata come ricordo. In cambio poco più di 100€. Consigliatissimo!

Cinque stelle perché non si può dare di più! Ci siamo imbattuti casualmente in questo delizioso locale, attratti dal buon profumo e dall'atmosfera inconfondibile che emana. Il cibo è ottimo e il personale professionale, gentile e accogliente. Non mangiavo una bolognese così buona da tanto tanto tempo: sapore di tradizione. Torta della nonna di produzione propria fantastica. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non penso si potesse chiedere di più. Complimenti!

Siamo venuti a cena in questo posto trovandolo su internet ed è diventato uno dei nostri posti del cuore... Il locale carinissimo, accogliente come essere a casa in famiglia. Il cibo è stato delizioso, davvero eccezionale. La pasta fatta a mano una chicca straordinaria. E il personale gentile, cordiale, professionale e disponibile. Le mie gemelline di due anni hanno gradito qualsiasi piatto assaggiato, dal più semplice al più elaborato e non volevano andare più via. Sono felicissima di aver trascorso da loro questa serata a Sirmione. Speriamo ce ne sia presto un'altra. ❣️❣️❣️ Alice e Aurora non vedono l'ora, e anche noi 😍

Ristorante migliore di sirmione sono stato con la mia ragazza e abbiamo preso le tagliatelle allo stracotto e spagetti frutti di mare posso dire i migliori che abbiamo mangiato, prezzo top e il personale anche, grande vlad❤️

As we like to go to michelin starred restaurant we had a look the ones in Sirmione. We knew that they won‘t have any place for us we went to the neighbor, Easy Bistrot. What made us curious was the sign ‚Home Pasta‘. It‘s a small simple fournished restaurant. But eventhough there were a lot of tourists that day in Sirmione, the restaurant was full of italians, a good sign for us. The service was very friendly and the chef had a talk with us anout how they manage to get their ingredients. On the well sized menu you can choose ftom the pasta and meat dishes.You will find the classics as well as pasta with a sauce with fish from the lake but also horse and donkey (!!!) meat. We had Tagliatelle with donkey and a Horse Tagliata . Both were excellent as well as the Tagliatelle al cinghiale (wild boar). For us a definitely MUST GO when in Sirmione. By the way, the pasta was definitely HOMEMADE

in our 3rd day in italy, this is the best meal by far, everything else was disappointment before this, finally found the one restaurant! the chef was nice and she cooked excellent pasta and meat and the staff also, highly reccomend this place for lunch or dinner. make a reservatiom cause it might be full. thank you for a dinner to remember

There was an initial mix up with the reservation and we were asked to come back 30 minutes later but the food and service here is exceptional and we were offered a complimentary glass of Prosecco as an apology. The Donkey Tagliatelle was a highlight, it was very flavoursome. Quite possibly the best pasta I’ve ever tasted!

This place has got to be one of the best restaurants in Sirmione. There’s a reason it’s rated as high as it is. We were able to get a reservation for two people the day before. The small nicely decorated restaurant seats around 30 people. Most of the tables are inside and a couple outside. There’s a nice vibe and nice background music. It’s a bit hidden down a small street and it’s run by a mother, her son and daughter. The mother, Marianna, is the cook. They were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. We were never rushed. The menu has a nice selection and the pasta is made in house. They also let you pair different pastas with different sauces. As with almost all restaurants in Italy, bread was provided with dinner. We started with a bottle of dry local white wine that was recommended. Really nice flavor and not too fruity. Good choice. The Caprese presentation was stacked rather than flat like we normally have it. It was very good. For mains my wife ordered the Ragu Bolognese paired with tagliatelle pasta. I ordered the Ragu Pesce di Lago which had five different types of fish from Lake Garda in it. Portions were very good and the flavor was amazing. We finished with a tiramisu dessert and coffee. The restaurant provided limoncello to wash it down with. Overall, a memorable meal served by really nice people.

We were served by a brother and sister duo who were the perfect hosts—personable, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. They struck the ideal balance of being talkative without being intrusive, and their recommendations were spot on. It felt less like a formal dining experience and more like we were being hosted by friends. ​The food wa Simply amazing. The pasta dishes were a highlight, each one perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. To cap off the perfect meal, we embraced the family theme and tried the Nonna's Cake—the grandmother's cake. It was a wonderful, heartfelt dessert that was just as delicious as it was comforting. ​Easy Bistro offers more than just incredible food; it provides an authentic, warm, and memorable dining experience. If you’re in Sirmione, this is a must-visit. You’ll leave with a full belly and a happy heart. Pre book to avoid the disappointment which we saw many people who tried to walk up experience. The waitstaff did aways try to accommodate but the place is quite small. Prebooking is easy via their website and the WhatsApp service is very quick.

The lasagne al bolognese (20 euro), the gorgonzola pasta (20 Euro) and tiramisù (7 Euro) were all outstanding. Very kind service, it feels like a small family business. We received 4 little buns as starter or to dip the pasta sauce. 2 buns would have been enough too, but I would recommend serving it with a homemade tomatoebutter. It was very busy (after 8pm during the week). All tables constantly filled. The waitresses seemed overtaxed with that. However, our meals came quickly to us, approx 10 min waiting time from ordering. It was not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth it. Would go again if I will be back at Lago di Garda one day.

This place is an absolute gem! Hidden in the small streets of Sirmione, you’ll find an amazing fresh pasta restaurant—a real breath of fresh air compared to the busy testaraunts filled with day tourists. You may need to wait or book ahead, but trust me, it’s worth it. We tried the lasagna and the carbonara, and my wife said it was the best she’s ever had—that’s very high praise 😂. The tiramisu was also the best I’ve had in Italy, and definitely not to be missed! Well done on all the staff for being so lovely and creating a space that encourages people to interact with each other again aswell. 🥰

I was skeptical at first because I always think you can make pasta as good as in a restaurant at home but these were on another level. Everything fresh and so delicious you can’t compare it. Tagliatelle with Pistacchio and Misto Funghi were amazing. You get free soft bread and Grated Parmesan to use on your table.

What an absolute gem! I’ve been blessed to visit all over Italy many times over the years, & I will say this is the BEST fresh made pasta dishes I have EVER had. So good in fact, I dined here two days in a row. And for the dessert…tiramisu would be the last dessert I would typically choose, but I trusted the recommendation and my goodness…it was a delicious, delectable experience…so much so, that I ordered it again in my second visit with a macchiato. The atmosphere is inviting and it’s truly a family experience, as the family works together. They are absolutely lovely & their service was attentive, inviting, yet never making me feel rushed. As a solo diner, I felt ever so comfortable and welcome. My advice is to be there when they open or to message them via WhatsApp and make a reservation if it’s high season, as both times I was there when they open and they filled up…it’s worth it if you do have to wait..trust me. I saw a couple from the UK who had just dined there as well, & they also couldn’t stop raving about how incredible the cuisine was and the hospitality. Grazie mille!! This was my most favorite dining experience while here in Sirmione & I hope to be back again!!

Amazing place to eat in Sirmione, cozy and quiet to escape the crowded streets of the town. We tried the amatriciana and one with pistachios and burrata. They were both very good, the pasta is homemade and cooked to perfection, you can also freely choose between 6 types of pasta to have with your sauce of choice. The staff is very nice and helpful. The tiramisu was also good. The price is also very reasonable compared to other restaurants in the area. Overall very good experience for us, would recommend to everyone looking for fresh pasta in Sirmione

So we had the best food we had on our trip at this wonderful family run restaurant in Sirmione. Having spent 12 days on our honeymoon travelling around northern Italy, sampling lots of this amazing countries cuisine, we landed on Easy Bistrot one evening. It was so good we came back the night after! The pasta dishes were just amazing. The chef is mum and her family provides the amazing service. Thank you so much for such great memories. We can’t wait to come back!

Abbiamo mangiato una tagliatelle allo stracotto d'asino e una con radicchio zola e noci, per me il gorgonzola era troppo forte ma nel complesso buono, con lo stracotto molto più buona per me. Tiramisù eccellente, servizio buono, tavoli un pò stretti ma d'altra parte è giusto così Consigliato!
