I highly recommend this restaurant. All of its dishes are very tasty. The penne alla vodka is excellent and the chicken marsala is exquisite. The bar offers a wide variety of cocktails. In the summer, they have outdoor service where you can enjoy the sunset. For this reason, it is one of my favorite restaurants

The restaurant is gorgeous, the food is magnificent but the service is beyond compare. We took my 96 year old mother-in-law to lunch and she ordered the mussels marinara, which she loved. After lunch my husband asked our waiter for a finger bowl. Steven bought out 2 lemon halves a warm wet towel and a warm dry towel and proceeded to wash my mother -in-laws hand so gently it brought tears to our eyes. We will never forget the warmth and kindness he showed.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the manager and staff were committed to delivering nothing short of excellence. His calm, confident presence was reassuring, and you could tell the team respected and responded to their leadership. The food was amazing, every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the main courses and desserts, the quality and creativity of the food were beyond impressive.  Dietary needs were handled thoughtfully and discreetly, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a high level of service across the board, but Lombardi's truly exceeded every expectation. Lombardi's on the Bay truly shines when it comes to service. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations—he was always just the right amount of attentive, checking in without being intrusive. James, the manager, took the time to personally introduce himself and ensure everything was to our liking. He even shared a few behind-the-scenes insights about the menu. What a great dining experience the place was clean. The view was excellent. We went there last weekend and the food was amazing. The amount of food was unbelievable. I couldn’t believe the size of the platter that came out.. James, the general manager was awesome. He has a great personality. He kept coming around to make sure that we were happy with the food and the service. The guy just lights up the room. He really made us feel like we were at home. When they wrapped up the leftovers, they actually gave us a catering tray, that’s how much food was still left over.. Looking forward to going back

My favorite spot in Patchogue! Love the view, the friendly service, the food, the drinks. Last time I was there, first thing I noticed was the big smile on a server’s face (Mia). The manager James is a funny, hands-on manager who interacts with both the customers and his staff in positive ways. You can tell a lot about a place’s management from the happiness of their staff. Would recommend!

Lombardi’s is a great place to dine no matter what the occasion. The atmosphere offers a touch of elegance, yet casual atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and accommodating to your dining needs. The portion of food is more than generous and absolutely delicious! Great for special occasions. Weather permitting there is waterfront dining on the patio. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained.

We found this place on Google. The reviews looked good so we decided to try it while we were in visiting some relatives of my girlfriends and I got to tell you this place really impressed me. It’s like a diamond and a rough little bit off the unbeaten path, but it’s on the water. It’s amazing views. The staff was absolutely amazing. Everything we had ordered was delicious. I had the stuff sold. There were so much crab meat in the two fillets. It was mine blowing. The drinks were strong. I thought the pricing was very good for what we got. The quality was commensurate. I would absolutely go back myself and recommend walking out to the pier at night. It was pretty cool. A lot of people were out there crabbing and that was kind of need to see and there was enough ice cream truck out there on the pier as well great place look forward to returning.

I have visited Lombardi’s many times as my family lives very close to the location so it’s a great option for us. I find that the service is always a bit slow and not as attentive as I need, many times we are a party of 10 so we appreciate a high level to attention. The food is always very oily, I am not sure why but it seems like it has an excess amount of seasoning and it’s not necessary, the dishes are also very large and truthfully unless you share it’s not worth it. I want to give them more stars but the reality is that the location and views make up for the rest. Fortunately our family is always pleased and in the end that is what matters.

Overall, I was expecting more. The waiter never asked us if we wanted any drinks. They brought us water, and that was all. Food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The appetizer was actually really good. We had grilled octopus. My daughter had a pasta dish. And I had the stuffed filet o sole. It was good, but nothing that I would be craving to go back. This restaurant has an older crowd. Music was ok. It was clean. It is expensive compared to other really good Italian restaurants. The desserts were good but nothing amazing. Would it be a choice to come back? No, really. Would I say any bad thing about it? Not really. It is just not that special of a place.

It has a nice view. There, I said something nice. Took my family here for an anniversary lunch and we were put in the corner and sandwiched in between parties. Both parties had loud and obnoxious participants which turned us off of our meals and we left. One particular middle aged blonde woman basically did everything but ask us to leave as we had inconvenienced her and her guests with our mere presence. Stay classy LI. Food was incredibly bland with respect to price. Wait staff spent so much time rearranging tables and chairs while sweeping around us during our meals that we may as well have joined in helping them set up for the next group.
