Mountain Mike's

I love their pizza! The sauce is great and they have ample toppings. I do wish it didn't take so long for one pizza. Usually it's only 15 to 20 minutes for pickup but today was 45 minutes. Still well worth the wait. I like them a lot better than round table. I can't stand round table's sauce. I definitely recommend mountain mike's! They still have the best pizza! I always love it! The crust tastes great with butter or ranch!

My dad and I are from out of town and picked Mountain Mike Pizza because they offer gluten-free crust. We chose The McKinley and The Olympus. Very yummy pizza! It was about 330pm (Saturday) and we pretty much had the place to ourselves, in the exception of customers coming in to pick up their order.

The young guy who took my order greeted everyone with a smile. He appeared to love his job and made people smile. He was very friendly and made our dine in visit experience great! Pizza of course was delicious.

Traveling to AZ and stayed over in Patterson. Found this place and we are so glad we did. Staff was very friendly and didn't mind 2 tired people trying to make up their minds. We had a meat lovers style pizza and wings. Everything was amazing!!!! This is now our go to when we make our annual trip.

I'm from Ohio and pizza is a big thing there, so I'm kinda a pizza snob. I really enjoyed the pie. We ordered bbq and zesty aloha wings and they was delicious. My hubs said he could have ate a dozen of them. The fries were good, but of course we had it delivered to Joe's truck stop, so it's 15 minutes away. I just tossed them in the air fryer for a couple minutes and they perked right up. We also got a mini pizza, bc like I said I'm a snob. It was great, the sauce and crust were top notch and the toppings were very fresh. I have nothing bad to say about this place and if we do our clock reset at joes again we will be ordering here each time.

Mountain Mike's is one of my favorite chain pizza places. My BBQ Chicken pizza was excellent, Dude the Poodle loved the plain chicken strip, and the apple pizza dessert was wonderful. I got my food delivered promptly to Kit Fox RV, I appreciate this.

Had mountain mikes pizza for dinner. Half Pike's half Everest large. Thanks MM you rock. Delivery service is on point as well

Tried the Nashville Hot Wings = spicy and bomb!! Medium Pikes Peak very good & individual chef salad very fresh and very good. Delivery was perfect timing. Thanks Patterson Mountain Mikes, Mama and I enjoyed our dinner. You guys rock!!!

The pizzas that i have ordered are not greasy like some other places where the card box is soaked in grease but a bit pricey.

Mountain Mikes gets 3 stars cause it's ok, but it's basically another round table clone, IMO. They may have some gluten free cardboard, but their pizza is not anything to rave about. Granted, I come from the NY area and am a bit of a pizza snob, but I have had every style of pizza you can imagine, and I know good pizza, and this place is just ok. It's also double the price of better pizza, so you make your choice.

Used to be my favorite pizza place but the last three times I ordered on line they would call back and say we don't have that would you like to substitute something else. I'm like no and if you already paid they won't refund your money that you paid for the extras item.

I know during the holidays restaurant's are extremely busy. Management should take that into consideration and schedule accordingly. The service we received tonight was not the fault of the staff who by the way was wonderful and extremely apologetic, it is a reflection on management.

Tried ordering for delivery at truck stop down street, very tiring day. Get call back saying they cant deliver to truck will only deliver to front of store. Front of store is about a block away. Not far, but if at home would you walk to end of block for delivery of pizza??? Come on mountain Mike's wake up.

I ordered a mountain size pizza online and when I picked it up I felt the box was kind of cold. I assumed the pizza was jus put inside the box and the heat hadn't transferred over to the box yet. Mind you, they don't use heat lamps while your pizza is sitting on the counter they have. When I got home I noticed the toppings were still cold and the dough was still wet inside. We couldn't eat this pizza and I just threw away a whole mountain size pizza.

I was speaking with a young lady, and she kept repeating my order, but wasn’t getting it correct, but I was patient and had to re-explain it to her multiple times. Finally, when the order seemed correct, the complete wrong order showed up. I called back and spoke with a manager who told me she was going to credit me and note it in the system for my next order. I tried to redeem that credit tonight, but the assistant manager couldn’t find it in the system, and only wanted to give me a five dollar credit. Talk about cheap and poor customer service. Other than this snd forgetting ranch a few times, the pizza is still pretty good. That’s why we order from here every week. Just not anymore after this though.

BEWARE OF UPCHARGING!!!😳 2 stars only because the pizza was good. We hit Mikes up occasionally to get our pizza fix on, and they always seem to be quite consistent! BUT, this last visit……🤔 So, it’s just my wife and myself. We order a small 1/2 pineapple chicken luau, and 1/2 snowy alps and 2 beers……a Hazy IPA and a Blue Moon. On ordering, the girl asked if we wanted a pitcher or glasses, and we just wanted glasses. Well, the pizza was pretty good as usual, and the beer was cold. But, after we looked at the reciept, we realized that we were charged $37.18! Apparently, we were told, the beers were “large”, which were $8.99 each!!! What? No one asked me if we wanted a large glass, so we asked the the manager to show us the difference……who convincingly showed me the small, pint and large glasses…….which looked different, but upon filling the “smallest” looking one with water and pouring it into the other two glasses, there was NO DIFFERENCE! BEWARE OF UPCHARGING!!!!

Don't get me wrong I CRAVE Mountain Mike's pizza it's delicious. I just can't stand trying to place an order over the phone. You can't get through, and then when you do the staff is either to busy or don't care about taking orders over the phone because they put you on hold for 8 mins then come back laughing saying what I can get you. And I'm not calling during peak times this last time 3 pm on a Friday. Obviously this isn't the first time this has happened to me. But unfortunately the last. I will only dine in for your awesome pizza. I challenge who ever reads this call you will be put on hold no matter what time it is. And yes I've ordered online which was good a little hard to navigate for me but no issues.

Won’t deliver to the truck stop right down the road. Was looking forward to it as I was told it was good pizza.

So yesterday my husband, myself and 2 of our boys were out on a bike ride. We were passing by the Mountain Mikes and it smelled so good we decided to stop. Unfortunately we had not brought our bike locks. I walked in to ask if we could please use the small EMPTY area to put our bikes in, out of the way and would not be taking up client space at all. First the gal behind the counter was polite, well polite enough, and said that it shouldn't be a problem. She went back to ask, I'm assuming, a manager if it would be ok. Time passed and finally she came back and said that no we couldn't. So Mountain Mikes lost out on a potentially $70+ sale what with pizza, salads, soda's, wine and beer. We just moved to town back in August and have not tried this Mountain Mikes yet. We won't be going back and we will be telling friends and family not to go either. There were maybe 6 people in there on a Thursday evening around 6pm. Place should have been a lot busier so I assume the food isn't any good, the service was poor and now we get why it wasn't busy. With pizza at Domino's and Little Caesars so inexpensive you would think that Mountain Mikes would want to do a bit more to get in customers and repeat customers at that coming in. So BAD customer service and can't say anything about the food other than when I walked in it no longer smelled good, it smelled burnt. Guess we dodged a bad meal and experience.

They do have gold pizza, but I was put on hold for 20 mins and never was taken off. Ended the call, called back and was immediately put on hold for another 10 mins. Tried to order takeout online, but all I wanted was a large pepperoni and it said that a $35 purchase was required. Decided to cook some food at home instead.

Do not order from this location. They are racist and will REFUSE to give you your pizza without your ID and card. EVEN if you pre-paid for it online! I tried to show my email confirmation and they refused to give me my pizza without the card I used and my drivers license. I will never go to this location ever again.

Just left mountain Mike's, I and my family walked in we didn't get acknowledge stood there for 5 minutes cashier on the phone manager comes out saying cashier will help you went to the restroom cashier still on the phone with no acknowledgement, now my family is here at Round Table right when we walked in Hi welcome to Round Table thats how you greet a family. Customer service goes a long way 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

The manager is an absolute disgrace. While I was standing at the counter making my order she proceeded to actually yell at an employee for serving alcohol. Apparently he's under 21 and can only hand it across the counter, but he walked it out to a table. Granted rules need to be followed but she should have taken him in the back away from the public to handle this matter. She is highly unprofessional and rude. I rarely frequent this location solely based on her in particular.

I tried ordering food and was kept on hold, and when i hear any noise from the phone, they hung up on me, i tried to call back but no answer, after 5 minutes i called again and i tried explaining what happened and was just sent straight to voicemail

Worse experience Ive had the order was the wrong pizza even had to wait another 30 minutes to be corrected..... While waiting I was observing the (crowded) kitchen area and the total chaos that was happening. Overheard someone being ordered to start listening and being told they should be fired. I will not be back or recommend this mountain Mike's ....

Was rudely put on hold 3 different times. Each time was 12 minutes minimum. The person who answered phone was rude.. the price of their pizza is definitely not worth the attitude.

Horrible service! They have teenagers running the place. No one knows what’s going on. Waited over an hour for a pizza I ordered online to pickup. They charged me for a 2liter soda and didn’t give it to me.

Don't waste your time or money, food always undercooked, there are roaches in the lobby where you eat at and the food is overpriced. Try mannys or roundtable in town

Tried to order delivery from them to deliver to my truck like I do from Dominoes all the time they said they only deliver to locations like I can carry my house with me? How hard is it to find a large red truck sitting in front of an Amazon distribution center. Guess I'll vote with my dollar and spend it elsewhere heard their pizza sucks anyway so maybe their incompetence and tardation saved me a stomach ache.

Waited for my order to be delivered .Never got here i called and was told that you guys were to busy and that because it was raining that you couldnt deliver .I guess cars cant drive in tge rain anymore what a joke. Supossible you guys tried to call me and let me know .This is some bs .

I have been coming to this location for many years without problems. However, we had a coupon that clearly stated the details of a specific offer, but upon pick up, the manager could not process it in the system, so he would not honor it. Instead, he offered a much smaller discount to which my husband said, "no thanks, enjoy the pizza" and walked out. Pretty sad to lose a loyal customer over something so ridiculous.

Skimpy and expensive, I have been going here for over 6 years, I live in a small town, and there are not any good places for pizza around here but I have never really been satisfied and never could recommend this place. The staff acts like they don't need your business and they charge a lot for toppings, but give you the bare minimum. I am tiered of getting ripped off. they show you your pizza after its cooked, but who would send it back, if it was not right, when the whole family is waiting and starving (it just lets the heat out that would have kept it warm on the way home). Im done with this Mt. Mikes, Idiots! $26 rip off, 0, stars would be better rating.

I’m so disappointed with our experience with mountain mikes. My aunt who’s pregnant requested pizza. We order and drive from Newman to pick up our order. When I get there they tell me they gave my pizza to someone else and that they were going to make me a new one. I said no biggie whatever. Get home kids start eating and my uncle noticed that the dough looked funny. It was gummy and not cooked. Called and let them know. Manager on duty says bring the pizza back in and I’ll give you a 10 dollar credit for next time(won’t be a next time). I told her that’s not even enough for the gas I wasted not to mention we just consumed uncooked pizza dough.

I got 3 orders of 12 SMALL Bread sticks.The Cheese was so dry you couldn't even taste Cheese. I literally threw away the 3 orders when I got home I called and spoke to the Manager she was so rude. Told me she has no control to the ordering online. That their bread sticks only come in one size and its a 10 Piece. I told her that even there online order says 20 Piece.. she basically called me a liar and said no it doesn't... I left voice messages and several emails for corporate with pictures.. Nothing was done they never called me back or emailed me. So Don't waste your time with Corporate. As for me and my Family we will Never step foot in that restaurant again. I will continue to order from Mt. Mikes in Modesto when getting off work.
