we went here with my wife on june 25 2011 and my wife amy had the crunchwrap supreame and the taco supreame and i had the chicken box with a chicken burito a chicken taco and a chicken soft taco and the food was dulisas and we had pepsi and amy had the iced tea and the drinks were delisases the apitisers were good we had chips and chese all that was 10$ cheap thank you taco bell of patterson ca

Perfect Taco Bell experience- the man and I ordered $35 of items via the TB app and arrived to pick up. We got a lot of customizations and everything was made as ordered. Every taco/burrito we got was thicc and filled well. I even got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese was perfectly grilled (not burnt at all). Staff was pleasant and the store and bathrooms were super clean! Must stop if you’re driving to/from LA!!

I work at an Adult Residential Home and often come here to pick up food for our clients on the weekend. The staff here is always great and accommodating to my multiple orders. They are the only food place around that make the process so easy, especially during COVID-19. Very friendly staff that deserve much more than working at a fast food place.

This afternoon, my children asked me to take them to Taco Bell after school and I did. We order our food and it was taking to long to receive it but I didn’t pay attention because I was having a great time with my children but after twenty minutes I was already desperate and we all were hungry. I got close to the counter and I asked to the first person I saw if it would take more time to pick my order. With a big smile the manager looked at me and told me that my order was been taken while ago. So nicely he apologize (which wasn’t his fault, someone’s else took my food) and told me that they will do my order again. I was okay to that point because somebody stole my order and wasn’t Taco Bell staff fault but what surprised the most was that even though they did my order again, the gave me my money back and apologize to me and my kids for the inconvenience. I was really impressed for taking care of me. That was a great customer service!!!

The food isn’t always worth 5 stars, but the customer service definitely is and after today I had to write a review. I have never had such astounding customer service as I received today, Sonia deserves a promotion and not only was her customer service amazing but she has to be the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered on the other side of a fast food window!!!

I work at an Adult Residential Home and often come here to pick up food for our clients on the weekend. The staff here is always great and accommodating to my multiple orders. They are the only food place around that make the process so easy, especially during COVID-19. Very friendly staff that deserve much more than working at a fast food place.

This Taco Bell opens till Midnight on weekdays. They are also part of DoorDash.

The Taco Bell Manager today at Patterson Ca. Made our day! We were asked what we wanted to order and i politely asked to give 2 senior citizens some time to figure the menu out due to brain fog (one of the many aweful things you have to deal with when you have Hashimoto's disease). He was all smiles and said to take our time and gave us senior discounts but made us smile when he said lets call it discounts for cool people. 😊 So sometimes its not the food nor the ambiance, its the people who works to give you a very pleasant experience that makes it worthwhile.

The staff is friendly, but check your orders before leaving. About 50% of my orders have errors with them. Either I am given some incorrect items, or items are missing.

Ordered a drink (Starry) and it tasted like soap. When we complained and asked for something different, we were told that's the way it's supposed to taste, it was because of the"zero" sugar recipe.

Awful. Slow service and sub par food. Lobby is marked as open but is locked every time I attempt to enter.

There was one car ahead of me. They waited several minutes before they were greeted. Then I waited several more myself. Also, if you need 2 separate orders, they only allow the second order to be less than 4 items. Ine of the dumbest things I have ever heard.

I just went through the drive through and waited forever then an older woman who looked like the manager was very rude to the Asian employee about getting my tea ready. I almost told the manager how rude she was to her staff. My receipt says her name was Taylor....she was a mean old lady. Plus my food was cold.

Staff was very rude and very unpleasant, I had a coupon that clearly states any free taco of your choice and the coupon was given because they screwed up the previous order in the first place and then the girl at the front counter tells me I can only get a regular taco. I’m learning that I need to make everyone wait behind me as I verify they got it right. I hope they improve soon.

Seems to be a hit or miss with late night drive thru 3rd time I've been there and they were closed at least 20 min early but tonight I got to see three cars get to order food before pulling in and yet since I got to sit a at red light for an extra minute they gladly put the message up saying they were closed it would be understandable if it was 5 min till closing I'd be a little more understanding but it's the fact that it was 20 minutes early and there were people who just moments before got to put in orders

We ate at Toco Bell in Patterson Ca last night. The food was terrible the tocos have no flavor. After I ate I ended up sick. I’m thinking of calling the heath department on the Quality of the food.
