Another incredible discovery in Pavia. A true Neapolitan pizzeria, simply furnished with plenty of Neapolitan references, and impeccably clean. But I'll get straight to the highlight: the pizza. It's simply amazing, with a dough you could eat without any toppings, but that would be a shame because every single component is top-quality. I had the May special; look at the photo to see the ingredients. The tarallo sugna e pepe was out of this world, as was the ricotta. The pastiera was also nothing to complain about, just a touch cold, and plated with great care by the very kind waiter. €25 with a 75cl water and coffee seems very reasonable for the quality of what I ate. Congratulations again, guys!

Wonderful pizza, and the pizzaiolo has unique technique for shaping the dough that I have never seen before. The pizza is built dense and with what looks like extra sauce on a tiny disc of dough. But the he grabbed the borders to pull the dough out to a proper size, and somehow the sauce and toppings ended up perfectly portioned. It was like watching a magician yank a tablecloth out from under a full set of plates and silverware. The prices are a bit higher than we normally pay for pizza, but the toppings were very high quality, and worth the cost, in my opinion.

Good, light, and tasty pizza. Today I found a really kind, smiling, and helpful waitress. However, I've had a less positive experience in the past. I came for lunch with a friend a few months ago, and there was another waitress who asked us to leave about 45 minutes before closing time (1:45 PM), making us feel out of place. One can understand the staff's needs, but I think it's crucial to respect the designated hours without making customers feel like they're in the way. Fortunately, today the atmosphere was completely different, thanks to the attentive and helpful staff.

We discovered this pizzeria in Pavia by chance. The pizza is truly delicious. My partner and I ordered the "spicy" pizza, which features tomato, fiordilatte from Campania, spicy salami, burrata, and basil leaves, but without the 'nduja and olives. We've tried other options, but this is undoubtedly our favorite. The appetizers are also delicious, especially the cacio e pepe frittata. We'll definitely be back soon!

It was a lovely discovery. We stumbled upon this pizzeria because the one we'd previously chosen didn't have any seating, but the selection was truly excellent. The menu is truly Neapolitan, as are the dishes served. It feels like being in Naples. The only downside is that we ended up in the lower room, and being the only customers there, we were a bit disadvantaged in terms of service. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice place, even if it's small, and the pizzas are good, although my pizza had porcini mushrooms as the main ingredient, and they weren't very noticeable. In any case, the pizza was good, and the value for money was excellent! The waiters were very helpful and friendly. I recommend making a reservation since it's a small place. The only drawback might be the parking, as it's not easy to find nearby. Anyway, congratulations, I'd love to eat there again!

Very good pizza, I don't recommend the fried pasta because they only tasted of cream, while the croquettes were decent. The location and the courtesy of the guys who served us made everything better.

January 26, 2024 I booked a table at this pizzeria with friends. As soon as I arrived, I realized I'd made a mistake, having given less than our number. The waitresses resolved the issue without any fuss...thanks and well done! We ordered some appetizers and pizzas. Crocchè (€5.00), classic montanara (€5.00), arancino (€4.00) were tasty but nothing exceptional. The pizzas arrived.... "mortadella" (€15.00), "tartufosa" (€15.00). The dough was good, but it was a shame about the ingredients, which were so flavorful. I didn't like the truffle pizza, but the mushrooms in oil covered the flavor of the rest. We finished with a classic babà (€5.00) and a Nutella and pistachio sfiziosette (€6.00). Medium beer at 0.40 (€5.00) and water at 0.75 (€2.00). Nell, overall not bad, although I expected much better. Decent value for money. Kudos to the waitresses, who always excelled throughout the service. Parking nearby is not easy, so I recommend making a reservation.

Excellent pizza, easy to digest. Classic flavors and equally unique ones. Good quality ingredients. The place is quite spacious, although it may seem small from the outside. The staff is very friendly, and they offer a small welcome drink. The service is good, considering the place was crowded. The tiramisu was very good, but I didn't particularly enjoy the pastiera because it was a bit dry. Recommended, especially for the pizza, which can also be taken out.

Pizzeria napoletana a Pavia, situata in una zona periferica. Locale molto carino e particolare, pizza molto buona ed impasto digeribile. Da consigliare!

Esperienza negativa, per questi aspetti: 1) Disorganizzazione, che sfocia nella maleducazione: al di là dei tempi esagerati di servizio (40' per vedere le nostre pizze ma soprattutto un quarto d'ora …

Serata nel complesso piacevole: pizza buona e staff gentile. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata rovinata dall’atteggiamento molto maleducato della ragazza alle prenotazioni, KATIA. Il giorno dopo, per una semplice richiesta di chiarimento, mi ha risposto in modo scortese e mi ha persino bloccata su WhatsApp. Chiamando il locale (per avere informazioni sul mio acconto versato nei giorni precedenti che non mi è stato scalato al pagamento del conto) mi è stato detto che “avrebbe dovuto bloccarmi anche prima” perché il telefono da cui chiede gli acconti sarebbe personale — cosa che ovviamente un cliente non può sapere. Non sono una persona che lascia recensioni negative, ma un atteggiamento del genere colpisce davvero. Peccato, perché per il resto il locale meriterebbe una recensione migliore.

L’educazione questa sconosciuta. Alle 23 chiudono e anche se stavamo consumando ci fanno capire che ce ne dobbiamo andare La pizza buona c’è anche da altre parti. Se vede che vi ha dato alla testa fare qualche cliente in più

After a series of very positive experiences at this place, we ran into a truly terrible situation. There were eight of us, we ordered appetizers and pizzas, and everything was served in bulk, under the pretext of the approaching closing time. But it was 1:30 PM and a Saturday. If there were problems like this, it would have been better not to even accept the reservation, and it would have been appropriate to mention it even when ordering. For the same reason, we were asked to order coffee standing up at the counter! Furthermore, the pizzas were all mediocre, lacking in ingredients, some were served practically cold, and not even remotely comparable to what we were used to. We are very sorry to have lost a reference point for pizza in Pavia.
