This is always my go to chick-fil-a as they are always fast and efficient. But this morning I went to pick up a mobile order super early and brought my dog along for the ride. Chris in the drive thru was so sweet and asked if he wanted some ice cream. I didn’t think much of it, as most places normally have a free pup cup of some sort, but Chris had actually taken care of it for us. I insisted he didn’t have to but, he persisted! This was such a thoughtful gesture that made our day! Wish I could’ve given him a tip!
We just wanted to write a review to say how great Dan is. We think he is the nicest person! He’s always so kind and friendly. Best Chick-fil-A employee for sure!
My in-laws take my daughter to this location when there isn’t school during the week. It her “favorite place” and there’s usually other kids playing there. Service is great, atmosphere feels local even though it’s a chain. And who complains about their food? lol

The best service and then some! Brianna helped me with an order error AND got me fresh fries. You seriously can’t pay enough for good service anymore but Chick-fil-A knows how to hire, train and all the things!!! Always my favorite and today I needed the smiling friendly face and her kindness more than I needed the food!
The employees were very nice and helpful. They didn't make me feel some type of way for only getting the free sandwich and that was it. They even asked if I wanted any sauce and how many.

I brought a group of 12 here during state solo and ensemble. Incredibly busy day, and this location wasn’t spared. I can’t believe how fast and accurate the service was. Truly impressive. Great job by the manager and employees here.

I absolutely love coming to chick fil a! As everyone does!! Customer service is amazing, it is just sad that it is always busy because I will be standing in line during lunch break and would be late sometimes going back. But it is worth the wait!

Derek and Dan are wonderful employees. I have never seen CFA employees throughly cleaning the dining area, but those gentlemen were so hard working and attentive to their guests. Proud to see people with amazing work ethics. Keep up the great work!

This chick Fil A location is amazing! They almost NEVER get your order wrong even if it’s extremely complex with extra stuff and removal of other stuff they always get it. They are very quick and the food always comes out delicious, Keep up the great work!

Trash compacting, trash receptacles have proximity sensors so you don't make as much of a mess and less work for the employees. If you're looking for a long wait to get your fast food, go somewhere else.

Dan makes the difference! For the last three times we have come to Chic Fil A in Limestone, we have been greeted by Dan! He has a smile on his face, acts with urgency cleaning tables, gives refills generously, and makes the atmosphere so kind and professional, you would think he is the owner of this location. I don’t think this Chic Fil A would be the same without him and he deserves a big shout out of recognition!
My first meal in Austin and I was greeted by Liz. She noted I was English and asked why I was in Texas? When I said I was visiting for the eclipse, I was introduced to the manager, Cathy, who showed where I could charge my phone. I didn't know what to order and when it came, I was told it was on the house! Cathy gave me a soft toy and sunglasses which had been on promotion. Beautiful, welcoming staff.
Me and my kids went inside to enjoy a quick meal and we were serviced by a nice young lady named sandra , she handed out our food with such a great attitude , the food was nice and hot and came out quick too!! Overall it was nice and efficient service will definitely be coming back
I love this location. Everything is always cooked perfectly and the staff is friendly! Quick drive through with two lanes, even on a busy night. On another note, avoid these two if you decide to go here! They'll not only INTENTIONALLY cut you off as you wait patiently, they'll even block oncoming traffic to do so! Very rude behavior especially when it's completely intentional.
We all know already that Chick-fil-A food tastes great. This isn't about that. This place has amazingly impressive service. We went at the busiest possible time, and were just floored with the attention to detail, patience and kindness of the staff. Did not think that was humanly possible. They really are setting new standards. Thank you for an awesome experience! We'll be back for more.

This drive through is absolutely on point I mean Chick-fil-A is already the only drive-thru that I will wait in if there's a long line because they keep it moving and grooving..... but this location in Pflugerville, holy schnikes Batman, at Prime Time on a Friday it only took about 6 minutes for me to order and get my food! They constantly outdo themselves in their previous speed records LOL. These guys know what they're doing and they've got the system down pat I always get the same thing so I'm not going to review the food but I will say that Chick-fil-A is the only fast food I can eat without getting sick. Way to go Pflugerville Chick-fil-A, premium service guys, grade a select, gold star
Everything was great except my sauces went missing in action. I went inside, the staff was super cool about it, fixed it instantly, and even threw in a free cookie. That kind of customer service deserves a shout-out!
So I was at ST.Davids For a family emergency it took a while so I went here. Good food, service was a lil bit bad they didn’t bring an apple juice we ordered but we got it. Good playground etc. recommended

One of the best chickfilas I’ve ever been to. Very busy would be the only complaint. But the service was great, very clean, and customer service was great. My compliments to the chef who was cooking the spicy chicken sandwhiches at 2pm on 1/2/26. Bro put that thing DOWN. Perfect heat, juicy patty, cheese was deliciously and delectably melted. Who doesn't love Chick-fil-A? It was wonderful. They don't offer a military discount and this particular owner is an ex-marine. I don't understand it. This is definitely one of the BEST Chick-fil-a's we've ever been to! The employees here were so attentive to their customers.(checked and double checked on them) The restaurant was packed, but they were so great that everything flowed smoothly. Great job!

Food is excellent! Largest problem at this location is the lot and traffic flow. This is the most difficult CFA location in the area that I've been to to get in and out of. Traffic flow is practically constricted to one way and has to merge both drive thru and regular traffic through the back closing off the enter portion of the main entrance.
Stonewall has the WORSE reception for cell phones. Forget trying to order online unless you order long before you get there....
This place is frequently crowded whenever I happen to crave Chic-fil-a. Don’t know if that is by design or not. Mobile ordering leaves some to be desired. Place it ahead of time but the app tracks your location so it’s not prepared until you arrive. Quoted time is 3-7 minutes. Unfortunately my order took closer to 20-30 minutes with having to check in with staff only to be told they don’t have it. Their app was having an issue with showing the previous transactions so I had to find the conformation email. Thankfully they send one because the manager was able to qui resolve the issue afterwards. If you come here, be prepared to wait.

I recommend they do better on their handicap parking. You have to cross thru the drive thru Lane to get to the store. This store isn't the only one. Too dangerous during a busy time.
The food at Chick-fil-A is consistently amazing, and the service is exceptional—this location in Pflugerville is no different. However, I’m deeply concerned about the conditions for the employees working outside. Today, with temperatures at a frigid 30°, I saw two employees taking orders and another handing food out in the drive-through. While I understand the efficiency of the drive-through system, it seems inhumane to subject employees to such harsh weather without adequate protection or alternatives. This reflects poorly on Chick-fil-A, a company known for valuing its staff and setting high standards in the fast-food industry. Surely there must be a way to maintain your signature efficiency without compromising employee well-being. I hope Chick-fil-A considers this feedback seriously, as no meal should come at the expense of someone’s health or comfort.
Busy Saturday night. Must have gotten a new person. Ordered and was told after paying that the item was no longer on the menu. Ordered again and had to go back for sauce. The sweet tea was trash. The first time I had it I will never have it again.
They forgot to put 4 piece strip in the bag of a large order. We had receipt. They were very busy but they quickly gave us the missing 4 piece. Would have been nice if they gave us in a fry or coupon for next time as we had left the shopping center when we finally diacovered the error. Overall it was Chick- fil-A as usual friendly, clean, hot food, tasted good, good service overall and when fixing an error.
The food was great. But I did order Zesty Buffalo Sauce (3) on the app, but guess what, we got Zero! My son was pretty upset. Especially since he loves Chick-fil-A and I don't get it for him all the time. Also, for the fact that everything is going up in prices. You can order what you want, when you get to the window, it's something different. They always run out of spicy chicken biscuits, which requires you to be pulled to a parking spot. Would be great to tell your customers you're out prior to being at the window to pick the food up and then be pulled to a spot to wait. No complimentary anything but my wasted time
Chik-fil-a I love yall but I have been given my food with no sauce in the drive through 4 times in the past two weeks. I don’t carry the sauce I ask for at home and I am usually in a rush and can’t turn around. It is on my receipt each time the sauces I asked for and I don’t get them. Otherwise, the food was good

I went to get lunch there to be at my grand daughters lunch, but I was late because they do not start lunch until 10:30. You would think they could have lunches ready at 10:30. They had a bit of attitude there too! I was there at 10:25, did not get my food until 10:45. That was at Phlugerville Chick-fil-A!

Went before lunch rush. The logistics of parking and drive thru here are really messed up. Half of their dine in parking is unusable due to huge lines with rude people who will not let you out of your space. We ended up having to park next door and walk (we almost went somewhere else). I was clipped in the shin by someone in the drive thru as you have to walk across cars to get into the restaurant if you utilize the other half of their parking. Restaurant was chaotic (when are they NOT?). Wife had to scout a table due to squatters and took 10 minutes (but since they prioritize the drive thru like other CFAs, it wasn't anything big). There was a lady who cleans tables who insisted on cleaning the table before my wife sat down but it was kind of awkward because she didn't want someone else to hawk the table while their buddies were in line ordering food 🙄). Food was consistently goodnfor CFA. $35 for fastfood lunch and we didn't even get a tray full of food so you betcha I refilled every drink we could before leaving. The logistics of this place are awful so dine at your own risk.
It’s in a convenient location and with clean dining areas. The staff is always polite and courteous. This may be an isolated incident but today my 6 years old, minding his business and playing inside the playground, was called unpleasant names by a random little girl whose mother was sitting inside the playground with them and did absolutely nothing to correct the behavior. It’s disappointing and such a shame because we always have a pleasant experience at this location…but today’s experience is overshadowed by this incident, parents please beware of interactions inside the playroom.

I have always loved everything from here but today was a big disappointment. The Cobb salad had lots of brown around the edges of the lettuce, the chicken pieces were so small I wasn’t sure there was any chicken it seemed like mostly the batter. It was just not a good product today, highly disappointed.
I am from GA and was really excited when my friend told me the peach milkshakes dropped. The location closest to my house is closed for remodeling. I drove all the way to this location and the ice cream machine was broken. I guess this could happen anywhere but I have never seen this happen at chic fil a. I then drove all the way to the Louis Henna location for them to also tell me that their machine was broken too. It seemed really fishy to me. It would have been one star down the board but the team members were nice as always. This isn't the service I am used to at this restaurant.
This location is consistently below standard. Food isn't as fresh, portion sizes subpar, high school employees chatting while the dining area is dirty. Avoid if possible.
I dont mind to see staff happy, laughing, and having a great time at work thru the drive thru but doing all that AND missing things on orders isn't up to par. It may seem trivial (missing ketchup packet) but its disappointing. I love yall at chick fil A. And I know yall were taught better. It took about 2-3 min after getting to the window to get my food, no update on the hold up (even with notifying the restaurant thru the app that I was already there so the food would be ready, im not sure if that is what that button does), and front row seat to the laughter. Then finding out I have to eat my bowl dry, with no ketchup. And all I can think is, if the haha kiki was also about getting things right, I wouldn't care. Only 2 cars in the drive thru and yall missed it. But hey, can't have everything I guess.
Frequently disappointed by the service and employees. As a former Chick-fil-A employee back when I was in high school at a different location (and in a different state), I know for a fact that there is a standard of service that the company members must adhere to. These employees act like this is any other fast food company - they can be rude and don’t even know the menu. Items are frequently missing or incorrect as well. Maybe it’s because Chick-fil-A doesn’t have the same reputation in Texas? I’m not sure, but at least the quality of the food is as expected.
Love Chick Fil A HOWEVER if you’re Celiac stay away from the Pflugerville location in Stone Hill . Ordering through the drive through was a nightmare, non of the staff was trained about Celiac, everyone was clueless weather they used a separate fryer for the fries or not, after a 5 minute debate between the staff I was told the fry’s had a separate fryer (Gluten Free) so I placed an order of fries and a chicken sandwich on a bowl since they don’t carry Gluten Free Buns. By the time drove around to pick up our ordered I doubled checked to make sure they’ve used a separate fryers for the fries, one of the girls looked at me like I was crazy and the other girl called the manager to confirm a separate fryer had been used, the manager looked so lost. Finally he said NO they DO NOT HAVE A SEPARATE FRYER FOR Gluten Allergy (Celiac) so I ended up with paying for fries that my son couldn’t eat, totally disregarded me. Why claim that you have GF options when you don’t even care to have a GF buns for your Gf clients, how hard can it possibly be to have GF buns or have a dedicated fryer. I’m so glad I double checked or my son would have been really sick. Chick Fil A surely you can do better.
Overall experience from here is what you would expect from a chick fil a. Service is fine, employees are kind as the chick fil a brand has made its name from. Although, it always feeling so rushed and the standards I've come to expect from Chick fil a, I got into the habit of not checking my bag for food and sauces. Twice within the last 4 times of me going, I've been left without an entire entree item, such as fries the first time and just now it being the entire main part of my meal being the spicy chicken deluxe. I am on a time crunch on break getting food, so I don't have time to go back and get the correct order after I've opened my bag at work. Therefore I'm just out of the money I've spent. This also happens pretty often with sauces in general at this location. Definitely make sure to take the extra time and make sure all your food is there, regardless of how rushed the service may feel.

This particular Chick-fil-A is so subpar. I've been here several times and the service is always bad. I've never seen any other Chick-fil-A give so few fries.
I have so many issues at this location, especially when I use DD for delivery. This is the ONLY location that I consistently have delivery issues with. They NEVER have all the food. This time there were 6 meals that we ordered. 2 were delivered. Seal CLEARLY broken on the bag. They never answer the phone. Will not be ordering from them again. May not actually be the location’s fault but it’s funny how the problems always occur when it’s delivered from here. Tried again on a redelivery. EVERYTHING COLD AND MISSING MORE FOOD THAN THE FIRST TIME. Funny thing…the few items the did get delivered the second time had the original order number. So they didn’t even make the second order.
This store by far must be ran by the absolute worst manager in the era of fast foods. Her poorly trained employees had me wait for 40 minutes in a parking spot and not deliver the food order. I thought she would come and apologize but instead she was making smart remarks Infront of the whole restaurant causing a seen. I hope the chick fillet brand would look and excuse this manager from her duties and save the face of the organization from such a horrible representation to the brand.
This was one of the filthiest stores I’ve ever been in. It was hard to eat the food after seeing giant dead roach on the floor, and the manager mad at me for telling her. The toilets were disgusting. The restaurant area was filthy. I don’t know who owns the franchise, but if these are their employees they need to dump them. If this is just the way he is don’t go there!
Disappointed in the service from this location. I live 30 min away and drive here often to get food. Today I ordered 2 brownies, paid for them, and discovered they weren't in my bag when I got home. Obviously, this isn't the end of the world - but I called, and left a message asking to be refunded and never heard back from anyone. It isn't the brownies, or the $4.50, it's the principle. Not to mention, incredibly annoying. This is the 2nd time they've forgotten something.
They serve the drive thru line well yes !! Full credit for that, but please serve the walk in customers same as the drive thru. Stood in line Inside for about 20 minutes. While many employees just chatted along without any supervision.
So glad they can hand me my food with 5 cars in front of me so I can enjoy the experience of it getting cold and soggy as I wait for them to get there food, really makes for an amazing customer experience. But wait, there's more...on top of that the girl handing out the food was beyond rude when I checked to ensure my order was complete. Recommend going to another location unless soggy is your thing. Oh...and I did try the graceful route of contacting the store the first time this happened and the kindly told me this is just how it is, and they were right.
Went to the drive thru on Friday 5pm, and part of my chicken sandwhich was raw.
I am black and I came to bring my wife to CFA and we’ve had to wait 30 plus minutes on food. White people have came and gone and we are still here waiting on food. Employees and operator came outside to greet their own people made sure their order was right and on time. I don’t recommend anyone of color to come to the location on limestone.
Once again this Chick Fil A has proven that the worst CFAs are located in TEXAS. On top of screwing up my 1st order. Today must be Burnt Fries day. No way I ordered twice at 2 separate times this Saturday and received the ugliest fries I’ve ever seen or tasted. They mine as let McDonalds win. It was not my pleasure to eat at your restaurant today!
Ordered extra lettuce. Checked receipt and it showed a charge for extra lettuce. Once I received the sandwich, I went somewhere else to eat it. I open it and it's missing everything but the chicken and bun. It was only the chicken, bun and cheese. I drive back to the restaurant to voice my issue and they offer me free lettuce and ask me to wait outside. By the time I returned to the restaurant and waited for the lettuce, the sandwich was already cold. I tried explaining but I was handed the lettuce and the door was closed in my face. I frequent this location and I've never had an issue before until now. The situation was handled Horribly by the staff.
Food was good, but a couple of other people at the table next to us decided it was okay to watch their show at full volume. Employees were not helpful about this.
Parked their 6th car instead of getting food out. Took longer waiting in the parked section than the drive thru. They were only wanting to get the cars through and time down not orders out. Also we ordered a grilled sandwich and got fried.
Does not accommodate customers. Treat guest as if they are dumb. Breakfast is from SOS to 10:30, employee states they are out of breakfast a before 10:30. When asked about lunch items stated you will have to wait until breakfast is over.
It’s not the first time. This restaurant is the worst. Every time we eat there, it’s a reminder that we go to a further Chick-fil-A. The line it’s always long and they always take forever to give you the food. But the last time I was very upset because it was a long line like usual, I ordered online to make everything faster and just drive thru. When I got to the point to get my food they told me to go to park. They send multiple cars to the same area and I was the second to get there. They started to bring everyone else’s food but mine. I was there for at least 10 min. When everyone else left the parking spot, I started honking the car so they will noticed I was still there. The girl run to the car and asked me the name of my other. They ended up having my food there ready I don’t know for long. I checked my order and of course they got the order wrong with missing items. I hope I will remember this always and don’t forget that Pflugerville stone hill Chick-fil-A is the worst.
If some one orders a gluten free bun DONT PUT IT ON A GLUTEN BUN! This is so dumb! I have celiacs if some one ordered a gluten free bun grilled chicken sandwich THEY DONT WANT IT CONTAMINATED!!!! I can’t even eat this now! And my friend drove all the way out there for it because she knew it was safe and your stupid staff are untrained. Train better next time! Oh and no pickles…. I’m really disappointed with my recent to-go order from Chick-fil-A. I didn’t notice anything wrong until I got home and took a couple of bites, and that’s when I discovered two tiny bugs in my burger. Since it was a to-go meal, I had no choice but to throw the whole thing away. This was extremely frustrating and honestly pretty upsetting. I’ve always trusted Chick-fil-A for good quality and clean food, so this experience was a real letdown. I would like a refund for the meal, and I really hope the store takes this seriously so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Not sure if I’ll be coming back either.
CONNOR THE MANAGER AT CHICK-FIL-A IS DISRESPECTFUL I am EXTREMELY ANGRY and deeply disappointed with the treatment I received at this Chick-fil-A location, specifically from the manager, Connor. What should have been the simplest interaction—a polite request to remake TWO large fries that were served completely cold and untouched—turned into one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I approached the counter calmly and respectfully. All I asked was for my fries to be remade because they were cold. That’s it. Instead of handling the situation like a professional, Connor chose to argue with me, talk over me, and give me nothing but attitude. The way he spoke to me was beyond rude—it was unacceptable, dismissive, and completely unprofessional, especially coming from someone representing your establishment as a manager. His whole demeanor was negative. The energy he brought to the situation was aggressive and completely unnecessary. I walked into Chick-fil-A expecting basic courtesy; instead, I was met with confrontation from someone who should know how to treat people with respect. What made everything worse is that the way he was speaking to me left me feeling racially profiled and singled out, which is absolutely infuriating. No customer should EVER feel targeted or disrespected in that way. Let me be clear: I am beyond upset. I am disgusted by how I was treated. This experience did not just fail to meet expectations—it destroyed any trust or respect I had for this location. I am disputing the full amount of my order because I refuse to pay for cold food AND disrespect. I will not be giving Chick-fil-A another dollar of my money after this. And let me also make this very clear: I will be posting the video of this entire incident across ALL of my social media platforms so people can see exactly how I was treated by a manager at Chick-fil-A. No company that prides itself on hospitality should have a manager who behaves this way. The public deserves to see the kind of “service” being offered at this location. Chick-fil-A needs to take a VERY hard look at who they are putting in leadership positions. Connor’s behavior was beyond out of line, and he showed absolutely NO care for customers, NO professionalism, and NO respect. A manager should be someone who knows how to resolve issues—not escalate them and make customers feel disrespected, dismissed, and targeted. I am furious, and rightfully so. This entire situation was unacceptable on every level. i am now Disputing all of my money back from chick-fil-a here and submitting a report of him to chick-fil-a
I was here 11/13/25. I just needed a few simple things, two cookies, ice cream cone and a hot coffee. Fits the employee was not welcoming at all, a young teenage boy it looked. He had tattoos, unsure of his name. He took a while to put in the order, was moving very slow. As simple as the order was he was stuck putting the order for the coffee in. He told me it would be a wait for it, i didn’t mind. So I was told to park on the side to wait, i did. They bring my coffee with no creamers or sugar on the side. The employee tells me to check in my cookies bag maybe they are in there. What’s so hard to just give me creamers and sugar? Why am i the one who has to check after already waiting? So for the employee to bring me what i want i check the bag and show him there is nothing. He now has to go back and get what i need. Now more time than what i planned on wasted at a drive through. I get home open my coffee and this is how much they gave me. Insane.
I am CONTINUOUSLY given the entire wrong order... Where I'm missing an entree item, or the entire order is wrong. At this point, I'm actually losing money by ordering at this location almost every other time. Speed means absolutely nothing if the entirety of the order is wrong. Please do better lol... 4th time this has happened at this specific location. Go down about 5 reviews and you'll see another review I've posted from another account, due to this same issue. I see others have posted about it as well, you'd think something would be done about the quality assurance.
I was given the wrong order even though the window person asked my name. I call the store and pressed option to talk to someone about my experience then the call disconnected. They do not want to know what experience they had. I like Chic fil a but how does one get a 2 item order wrong. Come on!!!!!
