The best onion rings! OMG! y’know how it feels to get just what you wanted? That first bite into the hamburger.. Yum! Crisp veggies, buttery bun. Mmm, but then you get those perfectly golden brown onion rings and there’s that CRUNCH! Oh, and the staff! They were perfectly staffed, with a back-up person just watching the processes and at the ready to get whatever the cashier needed. Boy, a great, clean, efficiently run place, AND good food. Even mom was raving.

I come here often enough. Usually have no issues. Had a small error in my order this time - I called in and got to speak with the Manager, Tim. Tim went above and beyond to correct their mistake. He was very apologetic and even gave my toddler a picture to color at home. We will be coming back here for sure. Great management!

Compared to fast food from the northeast, this was really good. We got regular cheese burgers, fries, apple pies, and the Dr pepper milkshake. Kinda like a cross between BK and Wendy's but better ingredients and quality. Service was great, they bring the food to you and sauces to choose from. Price was pretty reasonable for what we got. Dr pepper milkshake was incredible. Also, some of the local patrons were really friendly. Good conversation about my Red Sox hat and were I'm from. Lol

One of the fastest and freshest Whataburgers I’ve ever been to! We ordered a double cheeseburger meal, Whatachick’n bites, a kid’s cheeseburger meal, and a grilled chicken sandwich meal, and everything was out within 5 minutes, even on a semi-busy day. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly made. As someone who frequently visits Whataburger locations in both Killeen and Houston, I was genuinely impressed. This location was not only quick but also very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend stopping by, definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Whataburger!

Came through late at night the other night and was honestly impressed. The overnight shift was busy, but the manager handled everything really well! I asked the Manager what her name was she said Isabelle Franco I think I heard someone called her Izzy. The team stayed positive, the food was fresh, and the wait time wasn’t bad at all. You can tell when a manager actually cares about how things run, and it showed here. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Came in during the freeze after calling in and asking if this location was open and Tim was so so kind to let us walk in and take our order even though they had Drive Thru Only option. The service at this location is on and off.. this time around was good.. young lady at the counter was very helpful and polite.. seemed like she was being trained so I was really patient with her because she was genuinely trying to help.. this was a breath of fresh air since service at this location has gone downhill a lot.. workers seemed to not care most times.. and wait for online order pick up takes forever.. Anyway, finally tried their wings and they were just ok.. regular chicken pieces and sauce was drizzled over.. I had to shake the container to coat them.. next time I'll order them naked with dipping sauce on the side..

I have been to this store many times and will say the quality has been declining for several months. Went on Saturday night most recently when coming back from an event out of town. Had to wait in the drive through for 25 minutes to get food. Both of our orders were incorrect. Both burgers and drinks were incorrect. Service of the drive through staff was ok.

Came to get a burger. I asked for my buns extra posted and in doing so I was told they're ready toasted. I asked if they could be toasted on both sides and I was met with attitude and frustration, which I don't understand why. Stopped by the Whataburger in Stone Hill Plaza. The burger was fresh and flavorful, the fries were on point, and the sweet tea was great. Food quality and service has declined markedly since the chain was sold. This location has extremely slow service. Took 20 minutes to fill an order of just fries! Ridiculous! Prices are also up significantly. The floor was filthy with a lot of trash, and tables were dirty as well. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned off in a while. These restaurants shouldn't rely on people busing their own tables. They need to actually clean them off too!

This location used to be decent, but they don't have enough workers and they don't care about service. The prices have gone up too high, I'd rather get better burgers for less money at a clean place like In n Out or P Terry's. The last time I went they didn't have any tea dispensers, and I waited nearly ten minutes for the drink after getting my food. There were no napkins or paper towels in the dispensers. The tables were dirty. The food wasn't anything special to come back for. The Hutto Whataburger up 685 is much better.

Call me picky, call me whatever you want, but how come “easy ice” is at least half a cup of ice??? Whoever took my order didn’t even bother to write it down even when I said it clear and paused, because I always always always order my sodas with easy, specially if it’s a to-go order since there’s no chance to refill it, obviously So, as you can see on the photos, they filled the cup up to the half with ice, but it’s the “littlep details like this that actually make a difference Also, there were only 2 cars in front of me, TWO, at 1:30AM, and still took me about 15 minutes (counting the time I waited before being able to order) to finally get to the windows and get my order Chick-fil-a dispatches at least 50 cars in the same span of time during rush hour at lunch, so there’s no excuses Whataburger, your drive-tru is sloooww I’m giving you 2 stars just because of the Sweet & Spicy Bacon Burger being fine alone with the fries, but you gotta make it better

Went through the drive thru and sat waiting on my food for more than 10 minutes at the window. The people working the drive thru seemed to be very confused and asked me for my name 7 times. I am pretty sure they lost my order. The girl at the window left on her cell phone at some point and came back about 5 minutes later. Drink was watered down by the time I actually got my food. I have never had this problem before with this location, but I probably won't go back. Took way too long and was totally disorganized.

My family used to come here a few times a month. Our last three visits were a bit disappointing. 3rd to last visit waited in line for about 10 mins. We understood since staff is low etc, but once up to the counter was told it would be a 40 min wait. I did a doubletake as I thought the young lady at the counter said 4 mins but she repeated 40 mins. I said Ok then, we walked over to Chik-Fil-A and had no problem.......2nd to last visit we ordered our items with no problem. The floors were sticky and the tables were all dirty. I had to run to the restroom and get a few wet and dry paper towels to wipe down our table. Once we got the food the burgers were lukewarm and fries were cold..........Our last visit I should have known better than to go back but we were in the same shopping area. This time the place was a completely disorganized. Once up to the counter we noticed that the crew was more busy cutting up than actually getting orders out. From the counter we could see the pile of trash and fries on the floor where the orders are kept. See pics attached. Trash overflowing from the cans, trash under tables, floors all dirty and sticky again. Our burgers were room temp and the cheese like it had just come out of the fridge. That did it for me. I wrote corporate with my grievances and sent them the pictures. No response back, its been a few weeks. Obviously they have no concern. I'll go out of my way to go to a different location or different restaurant all together. I left then two stars since the place could be good again, they just need to get their act together.

Whataburger is a favorite especially when I'm pressed for time working, usually the only thing I have problems with is they usually get the size of the meals wrong, this time I had to repeat the order multiple times to a couple different people and they still could not get it. Brought food to my co workers and it was the wrong size, wrong drink and one of them didn't get fries. So thanks for that headache.

Food was fine but nothing special. Fries were a little soggy but it's expected in the lunch rush. Customer service was fine but they forgot one order of large fries. Still charged me for it. I Should have checked when there but they also should have given me my fries.

I generally don't complain about fast food; it's fast food, so it would be silly to expect Michelin star service. However, when I order a sugar free/ diet drink, whether it's Tea, Coke, Coffee, or whatever, it needs to actually be diet. Not only was my drink not diet, but when I asked the employee, she looked unsure and walked away. Then another employee came up and said, "here's your diet coke." I should have tasted it there, but I'd already been sitting in the drive through for much longer than expected, and needed to go. It was not diet. It was a delicious blast of sugary Dr. Pepper. If I were not diabetic, that wouldn't be that big of a deal, however, do you know what your body does with excess sugar when you're diabetic? Let me tell you. As a diabetic, your body will deposit excess sugar in your eyes. That sugar can form crystals, and lead to blindness overnight. It usually doesn't happen, but it can. It can also, for some reason, attack the nervous system, leading to neuropathy, and the eventual loss of limbs. Oh, it can also lead to death. A Blood sugar of 500 can easily cause a heart attack. Sugary soda is one of the fastest ways to raise your blood sugar, so my way too expensive drink got to feed the grass on my drive, and I got to stay thirsty for an extra hour. Don't give diabetics sugary soda. Oh, no employee greeted me. Since none of them so much as said hello, the management should probably address their training procedures.

This is the most disappointing Whataburger I have eaten at. Usually WB is consistent and tasty. Whoever runs this one is doing a disservice to the Brand. Got Biscuits and Gravy and the Gravy was pure water and sausage. Zero taste and disgusting. The has browns were not cooked enough... they were all stuck together and cold mush in the middle. Done with this location. SAD!!!!

How do you think your customers feel about watching SEVEN cars that were behind them pass through the drive-thru getting TWICE the amount of food? That was ridiculous. The absolutely worse experience in any type of business. This place was terrible. 50 minutes to fill our order and everything was all wrong. Then your employees didn't give one shit. I will never eat at any whataburger again because of this experience. Your customer service is non existent. Guess that's part of be a corporation huh. Employees playing grab ass behind the counter while people are waiting 30 minutes plus for a meal. All 100 percent focused on anything and everything but doing their actual job. This place should be closed down.. And even after I confront the employee. He takes my receipt to the back and comes back without it. Didn't say sorry. Didn't apologize for the terrible service. Asked for a manager and not a single one cane to talk to me.

I came here and they missed my honey butter chicken biscuit. I called them and the manager said to write his name on the receipt and take that the next time I want it to get it taken care of because at the time it was 2am (too late for me to go back and get it). I went there recently to show them the receipt and the manager was SO RUDE. She automatically made it seem like I was doing it because I was broke and said there was not a manager named Kevin so they can’t honor it. And they wouldn’t allow me to add a 3rd order even though when we asked at first they said they COULD do multiple orders. Then on top of alll of that, the manager asked me if I wanted the receipt back even though that was only reason I kept it. Long story short, don’t expect them to attempt to fix your order or make you happy. They obviously don’t care.

Horrible experience. I went to the drive-thru to order a number one with cheese. They asked me to pull forward because they were running behind. So I pulled forward. The guy behind me received his order first so I had to move forward so he could get out. After that, I moved back in line waiting for my order. Finally after 7 minutes, one of the attendants came up to me and asked me why I was waiting? I said that I was waiting for my order and the guy behind me had already received his. Then the attendant said, "can you please move around the corner and wait there because you're blocking everyone else." I said the only reason I'm blocking is because you're running late with my order, so where is my order? I said the guy behind me already received his and I'm still waiting. The attendant said go ahead and park in a parking spot and I will get back with you. So I parked and went inside the store. I asked for my order and no one knew anything about it. Finally after a few minutes the attendant came up and said we lost your ticket. We're starting your order now. "What was your order?" He asks, again. So after almost 26 minutes I finally get my order. I received no apology, no, thank you, nothing.

Not to mention the employees always got an attitude. If the problem is short staffed then the manager needs to do something about it. Anyways don’t waste your time or money here it ain’t worth your coin truly.

Horrible service. Placed an online order for in store pickup - went to the online pickup spot inside - then had to get in line because no one noticed me. Order took an additional 15 minutes outside the window given. Went online to give feedback and website survey unavailable and contact us button not working. Also location email button was not working. Guess they don't want customer feedback.

Ordered a cheeseburger, breakfast sandwich, and fries. The fries were extremely cold and the breakfast sandwiches tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. Will never go back to this location.

Charged me 43 cents for bbq not even mad about the money but who charges for bbq I ordered food like 2 minutes ago as well with 0 sauces and this dude says 43 cents for a bbq are we serious??? PLUS my friend which is next to me got it for free. Also something is inside the sprite, came with tons of bubbles for some reason

Terrible wait time!! This place gets worse and worse with service! Went through drive through window! Didn’t get my food till 30 min later! This is ridiculous don’t know why I still come to this place!

What a horrible location. Asked for a patty melt and got old double meat with no sauted onions. Fries were also old tasting. You pay for an over priced burger that's not even prepared properly. That's a shame. This is supposed to be the staple of Texas!

Bun was soggy and gross, this is the meat I was given torn an undercooked. If it wasn’t for the avocado it would have been flavorless. The employees are rude and condescending, when I received my food it was basically thrown at me. This was a complete waste of money please don’t come here unless you like cold food.

one of the worst places ever, it took forever for them to serve one person. I had to wait forever for my food and when i got it i waited another 30 minutes just for ketchup- one of the employees looked me in the eyes while i stood there waiting for someone to get me it and walked away, i ended up having to yell over their loud talking and got it. When i went to eat my food the box was disgusting and dirty- tables arent clean and customer service is terrible.

Showed up at 1, ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and a whataburger meal, both had incorrect drinks, on top of a 30 min wait time. I could see the employees in the back running in circles, playing on their phone, etc. Didn't receive food until someone realized it had been sitting on the counter in front of the window for about 10 minutes.

White girl with pink makeup at window was rude, didn’t label the dark drinks or tell me which was which, and don’t offer a cup holder despite me ordering 2+ drinks. then proceeded to watch me drop one of my drinks on my seat which wasn’t her fault but anyone with common sense or decency would at least offer napkins.

Worst experience ever!!!! At midnight, I waited close to 5 minutes before I could even get my order placed in the drive-thru. After placing my order, I pulled around the building to see three cars parked out front waiting for their food. I was able to immediately drive to the second window, and pay for my meal. The cashier then directed me to pull to the right, so I would vacate the main lane. It took me another 10 minutes before I got my three taquitos; potato, egg and cheese. Come on Whataburger, you can do better!

I went through the drive-thru at 10:40. Waited for over 40 minutes for them to bring me the wrong order. Then when I was trying to get the right thing they said they could no longer do it for me because they can't pull out breakfast items anymore. So 40 minutes wasted. I have a sick kid at home who didn't get what they asked for and all I was offered was a refund and a cookie. DO NOT GO HERE

Worst service I got on a Whataburger ever I order a #10 that is a regular chicken sandwich and I got a #12 wish is spicy chicken. After the bad moment of having my mouth burning I have to wait more than 20 minutes for the right sandwich that I order with no apology for the time at least

The drive through girl was rude and got the whole order wrong. We ordered over $60 worth of food that was cold, burgers not made to order, buns tough and cold, sodas a little over half full, they forgot a lot of our order. It was just so frustrating and disappointing. This was the second time. No more eating at this Whataburger. Sorry

I was there yesterday in the drive thru and didn’t realize that the cashier held on to my credit card so I drove off, earlier this morning I realized it was gone and drove down to the store to pick it up. Not only did Tim the manager flat out refuse to give it to me, insinuating that I stole my own card asking me over and over again. “Ma’am is this your card? Are you sure it’s your card?” Yes? How would I know the exact name on the credit card and it’s color. He made me show both my husbands ID and my ID?? and only then he gave it back to me. I was visibly a little annoyed over this but then as he was giving it back Tim said “I don’t know why you’re being like that, maybe don’t leave your card behind.” Excuse you, horrible manners and service ESPECIALLY FROM A MANAGER. Should be fired.

Every single table in the lobby was dirty! EVERY SINGLE ONE!!! There were french fries and napkins on the floor and under side of the tables. Then there was the disgusting tea that was spoiled the sticker says it was made at 3pm it is now 1030! If the staff members had time to be in their phones when we walked in then they had time to clean the lobby and make fresh tea when it's time to!!! This is very disappointing..... don't know if I'll be back to this store.

The Manager Trevon VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY ARGUMENTATIVE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Went in for a replacent on and order that was messed up. Gave paper that was given by another "manager" about getting the free meal and he talked down on her not being a Manager and making decisions she wasn't suppose too. When I got my "free food" it wasn't how requested so Trevon was called to fix the issue. When he came to address me about what I requested he again told me what I didn't ask for said the meat was fresh although I ask it to be cooked fresh and he said I didn't. Everything I said he SNAPPED BACK in front of other customers that heard him snd his workers. I end up leaving and gave him the "free food" back left and called the GM TIM!!! He apologized replaced the meal which was fine but it seemed as if he may not have spoke to Trevon about his RUDENESS!!! I don't care how much MONEY YOU MAKE THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT 💯. I wasn't rude, I wasn't disrespectful or raise my voice one time. I will never do business with this WHATABURGER as long as TREVON IS WORKING that's how bad it was!!! Even his employees fear him as the girl that initially took my order wouldn't answer my question about my food request while he was standing there!!! WHATABURGER DO YOU REALLY WANT SOMEONE LIKE THIS RUNNING YOUR BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER OFF!!!

Went to the drive thru and waited at the third window for over 40 minutes, called the store and was told “yeah we’re super busy” and then after waiting another 10 minutes someone came and said they would remake the food, meaning it was never made. This location is always super slow but this was just stupid

Absolutely nasty. The fries taste like grease and soggy. The burger was awful and sick as well. It's dry they taste absolutely nasty. I couldn't even eat it. I had to go somewhere else for food. I'm from a different state and I regret ever trying that place. 15.00 dollar's for one meal. I wasted that on something I couldn't even eat. 😡🤮🤢

This location is definitely going down hill. The past time Iv been to this location either drive through or delivery. My order is ALWAYS wrong.no gravy when we order chicken strips. No ketchup when we ask for it. Cold Fries even when I go drive through. I ask for a number 10 with mayo only and the past 3 times they still put the spicy sauce on it. They only put 1 slice of cheese on our triple cheeseburger (every time!) I guess I’ll just make sure to goto the other location next to HEB. This location NEEDS new management ASAP!

Me and my friend went to whataburger the other day, and since there was a line we went inside hoping we would have faster service but we were in there for 45 minutes. Firstly, we ordered our food and the lady taking our order forgot to add a burger which we didn’t know till after. My friend ordered a chocolate milkshake and they gave her Dr Pepper. We also asked for an add on of onions to our burger and they took everything off and just put onions. When we asked for them to fix it, 3 girls just stood there and kept asking us what we wanted after multiple times of us telling them. I will not be going back anytime soon. Also fries were cold.

Had a bad run in with a manager 12/9/25 at 12:27pm. Rude tall Eddie Monster looking man manager. I came to pick my order. He raised his voice at me about an order. Very rude. Very disrespectful and did it in front of people to try to humiliate me. Of course you know he got told off back.

This place just keeps getting worse. I ordered 2 Wrangler meals and 1 Sweet & Spicy meal. The cashier told me the order taker got it wrong, they had entered 2 Sweet & Spicy and 1 Wrangler instead. He said he would fix it, but it took about 30 minutes. The most frustrating part is that when I finally got home, I found they gave me 3 Wranglers instead. “NO SWEET & SPICY” So disappointing 😡

I used to love whataburger but steady over the years it’s declined in quality and attention to detail, I’ve worked in several food industries and to serve good food you have to have a good attitude and work ethic. Chocolate shake tasted like vanilla and waited almost an hr for my burger in line at drive thru. Pretty dry and fries were cold by the time I got the food. Not a Karen and don’t usually complain ever period but when the craziest thing is asking for honey butter and getting a literal honey packet and butter for toast on the side was just insulting 🤣🤣 need to put the 🍁💨 down fr, to think I’d leave a bad review for my favorite location is sad.

Went to the drive thru for quick lunch. This whataburger used to be decent. Simple whataburger jr order with mayo. Burger is soggy with mayo and to top it off no napkins. Mayo was literally dripping from the wrapped Burger.

I’m not sure what’s happened to this location. We just picked up our order after placing it on line. Two of the four drinks were missing. Our fault for not noticing till we got home, but the fries were stale and half full. The fajita wraps were just thrown together sloppily. The employee who offered the smallest amount of help to get our food was rude and dismissive. Pflugerville eating establishments are all going downhill but this is by far the worst experience at this location. Order Number 2019064

Worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I’m not a fast food person and honestly try my best not to go. For some reason I decided to go and get a honey bar-b-que chicken strip sandwich and let’s just say I will not be back. My chicken was literally raw, and I waited 40 minutes just to receive my food. I called to explain to a manager about what happen and all I was told was “well no one else has called and said their chicken is raw”. Sir idc about 20$, but please train the staff so your not literally giving out raw chicken.
