First let me start off by saying I am a die hard tender connoisseur. I'm as picky about tenders as a human being could possibly be without just being neurotic lol. Embarrassingly enough, i admit I can't really eat overly crunchy or hard battered food. I'm not saying I'm on a yogurt and noodle soup diet or anything lol. I think I still have at least 20 to 30 years to go for anything like that. HOWEVER, this joint I've discovered, is heaven sent! The breading is.the PERFECT balance of crispy and light so that it melts in your mouth. It's finely seasoned to perfection and the chicken within is succulent, moist, fresh, and mouth watering! It is by far and away the absolute most delicious and always freshly made chicken I've had. I look at the list of Austin's best chicken tender places and I just laugh at what they consider the best haha. Burnt or blackened cinders slathered with eye watering and tongue blistering hot sauce and seasonings that only really serve one purpose, to cover the taste of the chicken and breading. Why not just pay me 20 dollar to shove some inedible crap and drano down your gullet, and then punch you in the mouth. Its the same effect right? Lol jk Anyway yeah I'll be sticking with Caines. Btw, my guess for the reason their food is always so fresh and perfect is because it's CONSTANTLY being made and sold at high volume since their so popular. There's always a line but it moves like the dickens! Anyway that's all i have to say on that matter. Don't believe me? Try'em yourself!
We just stopped to get food to go. Quick and friendly service. They were pretty busy, but it was still quick. Would definitely stop at this one again.
I know Raising Cane's is good, but this place was spot on. I ordered, and the lady behind the counter was nice. I paid, then sat down; as I sat down, they called that my order was ready. The Dr. Pepper I got had the perfect mix of syrup and carbonation. The food was hot and delicious. I got in and out fast which is perfect because I only have 30 min for lunch.
Just amazing 👏 how tasty, soft, and delicious are their chicken, the sauce make everything so splendid just keep going back for more kudos 👏 💐
Great canes location. Service is spot on and the food is always fresh and hot.
It's all about that pepper dipping sauce! This is one of the more consistent chicken chains out there and this location does not disappoint. I have been to this location so many times with a FULL lobby and a line of cars wrapped around the building...and the food is still fresh, the staff is still super friendly and despite the ambush of customers, there is never a long wait time. On my last visit, the manager (I believe his name was Shy?) absolutely made my day and it was impressive to see such a busy restaurant remain so nice and caring. Thanks!
This is quickly become one of my favorite places to get fast fried Chicken tenders. Depending on when you go this popular stop can be quite busy but the staff works very efficiently and the drive-thru line moves quickly as does the in-store queue. On this particular visit it was extraordinarily busy the line of cars backed up into the highway I pulled off into a parking spot placed an order expecting to wait 20 to 30 minutes but I was pleasantly surprised to see that my order was ready in 10 minutes I went in picked up from the order pick up area filled my drink and was on my way. As always the food was tasty crinkle fries were nice and crispy but soft on the inside my favorite is the raising cane sauce. This is a must try, but chances are you already have and you will again.
Evelyn does an awesome job. Been here several times and she’s always high energy and good attitude. I finally brought her aside tonight and asked her name. I’ve been a member of the canes family along time and she’s a great asset to Canes. Food was also on point tonight
Fast and fresh as always. The drive-thru line may wrap around the building, but you still won't be waiting long. The Sweet Tea is great; we will visit just to get a gallon for the family sometimes! I've never been inside, so I can't comment on atmosphere, but I've been through the drive-thru more times than I'm ready to admit!
I love love love this place!! The food to me is amazing!! I love the sweet tea and lemonade!! The canes sauce is so good!! Their honey mustard is great too not a lot of people know they have it!! The drive thru around lunch and dinner time is always packed but you get through in a timely manner!!
Very clean interior. Outstanding customer service. Delicious sweet tea. Oh and the chicken fingers always a delight. Came during the rush a little after 1 on a sunday. Place was packed feared we would never get our food fast enough. Dont fret Caines has the workforce to get through any rush and leave you satisfied. Theres a reason this chain won chicken tenders of the year in the reasturant industry. Consistency cleanliness great customer service. If ain't broke dont fix this place is firing on all cylinders
Employee very friendly. Order was correct and the chicken tenders are so good.
Came by for a quick dinner on Sunday evening and this place was hopping! Still got my food very quickly, service was excellent and the food was delicious, and the place was very clean! Thanks y'all, I'll be back!
Great chicken, fries , sauce and bread, quick and fresh. Good stuff at this Pflugerville location.
I arrived just when they open at 9:00 am, and everything was clean, organized, the lady at the counter was polite and friendly, the food was warm, and the sauce was really tasty! I love that they use real lemons and cane sugar to make the lemonade, it tasted fresh and refreshing, thank you!
Great place, chill atmosphere, good for conversation, though you'll find yourself needing to shout a little over especially loud songs, food is delicious, my most recent stay I got a little food poisoning, so just double check there's no pink in your chicken.
I ordered pickup. My order was ready on time and fresh. I appreciated that they had the to-go orders on the side. This allowed me to walk in and out without standing in line.
Food is always good, they gave very friendly staff and they can connect with us since most of them are teenagers. They're sauce is the best, can't get enough of it. My friends and I always go here once a week and we are never disappointed with the service, such friendly and funny staff!
Fried chicken that's crispy not oily . Sauce that is delicious 😋
Never thought I would end up enjoying a chicken finger sandwich as much as I did. I Was surprised at the size of the sandwich for its cost. Staff was extremely efficient and professional, and the restaurant was clean and in a convenient location.
This is a great location and a very friendly team. Made it very simple and were very helpful to this Canes First Timer. We are a family of 6 with 4 kids and great chicken fingers are our go to meal. We will be back.
Friendly staff and great food make this location a great lunch spot. Always hot, always fresh and most important, fast. Plus it's always clean.
Consistently great tenders, fast, and reasonably priced. A bit too loud for me
Always wanted to try this place out. I'm glad that I did everything was great! The chicken fingers were amazing as well as the cole slaw, toast, and iced tea with lemonade mix!
I absolutely love Raising Cane's! I get the 3 finger combo with Texas toast, crinkle fries, Cane's sauce and sweet tea. So yummy.
Went Around 8 p.m, it was extremely packed. line of cars was around the building. But even that said, this location No matter how busy or long of a line. The food is prepared fast and by the time you know it your ordering your food. The food always taste Fresh and Hot. And the Orders from my Experience are always on point no mistakes even with the Rush Hours. Asked for extra sauce got even more then expected. makes it even better. the sauce is the best. The picture shown is the Caniac Combo Meal.
I live in Maryland and I so wish we had a Raising Cane’s restaurant in our state. What a treasure. The chicken fingers were hot and delicious, the breading was perfect. The dipping sauce complimented the chicken and was very tasty. Crinkle cut fries were hot and a wonderful treat. The Texas toast was a yummy addition to the meal. The prices matched the quality and quantity of the meal I received. Service was quick and the restaurant was clean. The Staff were friendly and very efficient.
Very friendly, fresh hot food. Sweet tea is the bomb. My husband loves the fresh lemonade.
Came in the store twice and Ms Avrie remembered my name from morning to night. Their customer service is excellent and food is fresh. Always.
We came on a Thursday around 2pm. I have 6 boys and myself and my mother. We ordered and everyone was so nice! No gruffs or moans seeing me and my huge crew walk in. The lady at the register was extremely nice and helpful! The manager was running around with his crew, the place was super clean, every employee was smiling and working and everything was stocked. Way to go crew! Yall are killin it!! It’s not very often a place runs this smooth. I am impressed!! We will definitely be back!
Grab lunch here for me and my girlfriend it was actually an amazing stuff food was good and yeah great spot if you're like wanting some decent fast food
Planning on eating out? You'll need the fingers. The chicken tenders here remind me of the tenderness of my grandma's hugs, if my grandma was a culinary wizard who knew how to season and fry chicken to perfection. The fingers will always elevate any eating out you may experience. This is incomparable when you think about what you get at Kentucky Flacid Chicken. Over there, you might as well be chewing on rubber. Here, each bite is a delightful, flavor-packed journey. So, if you're looking for a place where the chicken tenders are more tender than a Hallmark movie marathon, this is your spot!
My son has been raving about this place since we relocated to Texas. I eventually took him to the location in Round Rock when my family came in town to visit. I had already eaten, so I didn't order anything initially. They were all so silent while eating and loud at the same time from all the smacking and finger licking they were doing. Even though I wasn't hungry, I had to try it and boy was I surprised. It was everything and more of what they had expressed. I'd have to say Raising Cains is one of the best fast food restaurants I've ever had. This is coming from a Californian that loves In n Out Burger and Chic Fil a. I will be going back!
Raising Cane's has one of the best marketing and it doesn't stop with this new one being ice t's iced tea. What I love about raising Cane's is the atmosphere is pretty consistent at every location. You're going to get a good vibe with some great chicken and a little bit of sweetness from that tea. The lemonade is always a great addition to any hot summer day in the coleslaw past the Tang that grandmother used to make. The only gripe that I have with raising Cane's is that they don't offer free refills for lemonade. Most locations will give it to you for free but it is a dollar charge for refills. If you see a raising Cane's make sure to stop. We won't be disappointed
I love the team at this store is a very diversified group of individuals and they're working together. I love that the manager was there welcoming the team and even toke the food at our table. And walk around asking the other table if everything was ok! He didn't need to do taht but this is what good employees do they dobwhat is good wiouth having anyone asking them to do anything! The manager make sure everything was good with us. Why all store can be like this one. The employee also was cleaning and make sure the place was cleaned what I don't see in many other locations. Keep up the good work y'all.
Raising Cane's delivers an exceptional fast-food experience with a laser focus on quality chicken. Here's what stands out: - Signature Crispy Yet Tender Chicken Tenders: The chicken tenders are undeniably the star of the menu—perfectly cooked to achieve a crispy exterior while remaining juicy and tender inside. - Addictive Cane's Sauce: Their signature sauce is the perfect complement, offering a tangy, savory kick that leaves you wanting more. Don’t forget to buy extra! - Streamlined Menu: By focusing solely on chicken, Raising Cane's ensures every item is made with high-quality ingredients. - Outstanding Customer Service: From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring you feel valued. - Quick & Efficient Dining Experience: My order was taken and served promptly, making it ideal for those who want great food without a long wait. In my opinion, Raising Cane's excels at providing a simple yet satisfying dining experience for chicken lovers. Highly recommended for anyone craving comfort food done right!
First, I order through the app and typically take it to go. They’ve never gotten my order wrong and it’s always delicious. I ordered on the app for pick up and my food wasn’t there in the mobile pick up area. I spoke with the cashier, his team mate, and one of the cooks who concluded someone likely took my order. They apologized for the inconvenience and prepared my order in not time. They were kind, got my order fresh, and I was on my way. Because they worked together to address the situation, and got my food to me quickly, I felt they deserved a good review. We enjoyed our dinner!
Have waited my whole life to try these tendies! Juicy and crispy and batter to meat ratio was on point. Loved the canes sauce, but these tendies are great on their own! Bread was delicious and crispy and soft at the same time, fries were on point. Lemonade was soooo refreshing. Did not disappoint!
Always great service! The employees have great attitudes. My daughter really enjoys the chicken fingers. The restrooms are always clean.

I keep coming... my son is a big fan of this place. Chicken is so much better than any chick file to me. service is usually quick and I like their reward program.

I'm so thankful Raising Cane's chooses to keep their dining room open. Great food served hot and fresh. Friendly service and clean floors and tables. \n\nGreat job!
Good food, but the staff needs to be more welcoming.
Personal favorite fast food place. Service is always good and orders are consistently correct. Dining area is clean and neat. The ONLY downside to this place is if you are in the heat of craving Canes you might want to increase your patience for the drive through lines can get VERY long. In the end it's worth the wait!
pretty nice. parking is a bit odd. tables are not always clean. But staff is nice. just noticed that canes chicken fingers are more closely looking like chicken nuggets in terms of size.
They should train the kids working there better. I went to the drive through but nobody took my order until went inside. The guy in charge of the drive through was all distracted.. not good for a business..
def need to start sealing the bags or boxes for delivery orders. ordered 2 toasts, when my delivery got dropped off, 1 toast was missing and my container was ajar. either ya'll didn't read the order and didn't add an extra toast or the delivery driver stole my toast. either way, seal your delivery orders!
Fast drive thru. But got my order incorrect. Was repeated at the window but in a mumble. Handed card and food at the same time making a scramble to put away efficiently. Had to go back and go inside to get extra sauce that wasn’t received. Staff inside took care of it immediately and apologized for mistake.
I ordered thru the app to pickup at the store. There was only one option and it was pickup, didn't specify further. I get to Cane's and there's 4 spots that say for mobile ordering. I park, no number on the sign to call or text. I look in the app, and it just says pickup. I run a quick mock order and sure enough, only pickup. So I went in and picked it up, off the shelf and went about my way. But the gripe is obvi the parking spots for mobile orders, for them to bring it out to you, but no such service. I think this is the 3rd time it's been like this for me. Other than that little gripe in a lot of words, food was on point like usual
Constantly screws up online orders\n\nDon't y'all get that a lot of people don't like cole slaw and want extra bread/fries instead???

Food is alright. Service is great. I think I’m only a big fan of the fries which are salty. However, I realized it’s something you should eat right away then let it wait in the container for 10 mins. I realized the food becomes soggy right away. On the other hand the sauces are great and super bold. It’s a 50/50 you won’t know until you try it.
This is the third time I have picked up my order from the drive thru sitting in line for 26 minutes and all three times the wrong order. I love Canes but I'm tired of getting home and not getting what I payed for......sad.
Why would any fast food place allow a dog inside. It is running around jumping on seats and employees are just ignoring the situation. Go through the drive thru clueless dog owners.
The food was great as usual. I love stopping by for some delicious, fresh chicken tenders. They’re famous for the way they make their chicken very tasty. Despite the great food, I’d say the service was poor with drive-thru staff being very rude and short with customers. 3/5 stars at best.
Basically the food is overpriced. You could order a tender plate from Chili's or 54 Street and get more chicken with better sides. They were really nice and got the order out fast for sure. It was my first try, and I doubt I'll go back. I'm just not impressed.
It's raising Cane's so it is good but when I went there, there was a circle all the way around the building for the drive-thru. When I finally got my food, the chicken wings were more like chicken nuggets size from Mickey D's. I love raising Cane's but for the money you spend I don't think it's worth it to go to this location, there's a few other locations pretty near to this one which I would suggest going to instead.
This place used to smack, but the other day I went and it was just meh. Not worth the ~1,000+ calories.
Their chicken fingers and accompaniments are really good. Their ability to manage ordering at the drive-thru was very strained, resulting in the line not moving for long periods of time. This was my first return trip after 3 years because of disorderly ordering processes inside the restaurant. I won't waste my time going here anymore. There are too many other great options available to me.
Chicken is very good but expensive and they do not give you enough sauce and make you pay for more. If it were a little less pricey and they gave you more sauce, it would probably be 5 stars
Good, not great. \nAnd girlie at the drive-thru who can't enter the correct beverage order after having to repeat myself thrice just lost another star.

Apart from zaxbys this is the worst chicken in the United States. Thats saying something considering how bad chicken from restaurants has gotten. Why do they did it in water after cooking it? It would be so much better if it wasn't soggy and gross.
I have been going to Cane's for years and have been to countless locations across Louisiana and Texas. I can say today hands down was the worst Cane's experience I have ever had. The fries were undercooked and soggy, and not worth eating. The toast appears to come in a new shape which is cool but it was super dry (sadly because the toast is a favorite). Chicken flavor was good but again it was all just kinda soggy and the breading was falling off. Portion sizes seem to be going down along with the quality all while prices are going up. I will give this another chance because I know it can be great, but if this was my first experience I would never go back again. Also to be clear this was not a delivery, this was my impression as I munched on things driving home. Overall it feels like my meal was prepped long before I arrived. Service was great. Food total miss.
The only plus about my experience is that I was shorted chicken on my order so I didn't have to eat it. This was some of the most expensive yet disappointing fried chicken I've ever had the displeasure of eating.
We normally love Canes for their food and service, but today we visited this location across from Typhoon Texas at 6:45 pm on Friday 6/23/23 and had quite a bad experience that we thought the establishment should know about. While waiting for our food at the second drive through window, we asked for an extra sauce, to which the cashier seemed to be bothered by. She indicated it was 42 cents and we gladly gave her 50 cents. To which she asked, “do you want the change?” as if annoyed. My husband who was driving said, no that was fine. And we said thank you. Nonetheless, we saw her practically throw the bag of food on the inside counter when it was given to her. When she then handed it to us, we checked to ensure we got the food order we asked for. As we checked she said she’d put the extra sauce in the box, which wasn’t even closed properly, likely from having been handled roughly when she got it before giving it to us. Overall we were quite disappointed with this whole interaction and service and to make it worse, it seemed we got the smallest chicken fingers to boot! We hope others who visit this location have a better experience with the service and with the food portions.
I love canes and everyone seems really nice but consistently forgets to put extra sauce and extra toasts orders, really disappointed. I understand it can get busy but this was not the first time it has happened at this location.
Food was decent, service was horrible! For starters our cashier seemed like she didn’t want to take our order, she got our name wrong, forgot to give us our drinks and when she finally gave us our drinks she gave us the wrong size. We didn’t notice till we looked at our receipt and noticed she had charged us for a large instead of a medium. Also our table was dirty which we cleaned our selves. Finally there was no ketchup out in the lobby. Felt like a drag to ask for anything.
We ordered a 25-piece chicken tailgate meal. We ordered sides, and the girl who was helping me said we could order a tray of fries and bread for $10.00 she said the fries would be full. We got home, and the fries were enough for 3 people. I called and told the manager and was told I could get extra fries, but since we were already eating, I just asked for a credit. The manager said okay, so I told him I would come in as soon as I was done eating. While eating, I got a call from the manager telling me that they had gotten my order right and that I was not eligible for a refund. I told him okay and hung up. He didn't even ask to see the pictures and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. This has happened to me before with this location. They never try to make things right with the customer. I paid almost $10.00 for these trays. They didn't even give me a receipt of what I ordered, so it's my word against their word. Had I known this, I would have ordered more fries.
Great food, and really wish I could be kinder in this review, but they virtually NEVER get the order correct. Since I often order thru Uber, I don’t find out until the food arrives at my door. They make great chicken, but I CANNOT TELL YOU how frustrating it is to receive my order with the wrong side or the wrong drink time after time. Disappointing.
Getting out of the parking lot is a big issue unless you're trying to turn right. There is no left turn available. The wait was Long. The Chicken strips were very small. The tea didn't taste fresh. It was overall a very poorly run location at Least that evening I went.
Slow service and they keep shorting me strips when I order a box or caniac. Not up to the standards that canes are supposed to have. Kitchen is supposed to make the food as the customer orders. They can hear everything the window hears over a speaker in the kitchen. Its plated by kitchen, then window service is supposed to double check it before giving it to the customer. Unless the standards have changed not sure why I keep getting shorted on expensive food.
even tho they say “yeah the extra sauce is in the bag” you should check anyway. 12 hour nursing shift just want some canes after i get off at least have the sauce.
Omg the stripes of chicken are really Nuggets.plus $. 84 cents for extra sauce and the chicken sucks. Guys go to Pluckers much better chicken and service. Horrible

Music so loud you can't hear the person across you. Food gray and cold... tasted like they just flashed fried precooked food to heat it up. . Lemonade just yellow water.
Went on Friday lunch hr to get my daughter her birthday lunch. Upon opening the food there was hair that must’ve fallen while fried on top of the fact we said sweet tea & got unsweet. Today went to get my meal replacement & ordered other things & 2 gallons of sweet tea 2 lemonade well after specifically again telling them sweet tea they gave us unsweet. Called manager kid extremely rude that I will not be going there again. Stop putting kids in charge
I enjoy going to Raising Cane’s, But what I can say I do not enjoy is the service i received from a employee my vision is not too well but the name tag read something with a “J” and he or she I couldn’t really tell had some type of twists in their head. My hard earned money goes to this place and i get treated terribly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Man dont even know where to start, this used to be one of my favorite locations when i was younger, but like now i despise this location every other Austin Rasing Canes is so much better. Today i came to buy for my friends and family 4 Box Combos, and every one of them had either 2 or 3 strips, and broken up, and when i had called Literally 5 minutes later after going through the drive through, they asked what i ordered and i said what i ordered and they hung up, so i called on another phone, i just was calling to see if i can get the missing strips and they hung up again. So i went inside, and they were making a whole deal out of it, didnt even want it anymore, excuse my language but this is a Half Ass Store.
I bought the six piece chicken, fingers Combo with fries and coleslaw garlic bread. I noticed a very smoky burn smell on my way home. I didn’t think too much of it until I opened the package. We were unable to eat the chicken because of the strong smell. I tried to call the place. No one picked up. Very disappointed! I was unable to go back this afternoon because I live quite a way from the place.
I was going through the drive thru about 30 minutes ago and there was a young lady standing in the drive thru window with a dog. After I placed my order and was about to pull up to the window the young lady working the window let the dog stick it’s head in the window a few times while petting it. I pulled away and let her know that she shouldn’t be letting the dog put its head in the drive thru window. She said that it’s a service dog and that the girl was allowed to have it. I said that I wasn’t questioning her right to have her dog,and that I was stating that the dog shouldn’t have it’s head in the window where they are serving peoples food. The the young lady working the window then stated that her manager was fine with it. I drove off.
Never again... $2 tenders the size of half a playing card... Management response "bird flu" "winter chicken is smaller" "it's what our supplier gives us"... When you rapid fire 3 completely different responses... Yeah you're full of it... You had a chance to apologize and hopefully make it right but avoid this chain like the plague... Congratulations you made Pluckers look affordable and either they don't have this issue or they haven't made it the customers problem. Also your tenders no longer match your marketing... False advertising.
Inedible. Got this to go, and got back to the house and saw that the chicken tenders for the Caniac Combo (most expensive meal on the menu) and they were extremely small quarter slices of meat, and weren't even breaded. I've eaten at Raising Canes in various locations with nothing but high regards for the food, and this one takes the cake for the worst Canes location. Save your money in Pflugerville and drive down to the Chick-fil-A next door.
Went in to pick up an order for a watch party, they said everything was inside the bag, they looked a little irate I even asked. Only to find out when I get home they forgot the sauces for a tailgate order. So I know had 25 chicken fingers with no sauce
The place opens at 9am. I was there at 10:25am and nothing was cooked. I waited almost 10 minutes for my food. When I got home I realized the chicken was under cooked and rubbery! Never again
This location always has drive-thru disabled for a pickup option and refuses to do curbside. I drove thru and asked if I could pick my order up at the window, and they absolutely refused. They said I HAVE to walk in. This is very unprofessional and hateful toward those who have mobility issues. I paid and can’t get the food I paid for? Terrible humans!
Let me first start off with this is my first negative experience but customer service was really bad to mind blowing. They made mistake on my order and tried to force me to keep the food without replacing with what I ordered and paid for. That is the worse service and then they tried to get me to buy some BS it’s company policy. Never heard of company policy when restaurant gave customer wrong item not to replace and try to force them to keep or trash their mistake. If my kid did not like Raising Canes so much, this would be my last time I order anything from them.
Everyone that went through the drive thru waited 10-15 mins before they came in the mic it was like they was doing one persons orders at a time that is ridiculous. 1/19/2026 at 7:05pm
