Went out with family, great dinner atmosphere our was really attentive and help with our order. The cactus blossom was delicious and everyone at our team love it. The smother Ft worth rivet was delicious and hearty I got smother with onion and mushrooms. Got mash potatoes with brown gravy and a cup of chili for the sides.

11/2025 as far as chain restaurants go, this one is about as typical and formulaic as you would expect. You must wait until all parties are present to be seated, and thevservers have electronic orderong so your food is being prep'd before they even leave the table. Then you can pay at the table with their little tablets. So get in, get food, and get going. The food is good, but nothing particularly unique. Prices are fair to moderate.

Have never been so this was our first experience. Our server was fabulous and full of energy! She was really the star of the show. Portions were huge and tasty, blooming onion was yummy and those BUNSSSS probably could have just eaten those all night.

It is a great place with friendly staff and a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Due to the long wait times during dinner hours, I decided to order to-go instead. I absolutely loved their rolls paired with cinnamon butter — the flavors matched perfectly! The grilled chicken was just average, but I really enjoyed the fresh vegetable side dish. There’s parking available on-site, including designated spots for to-go and pickup orders. I recommend preordering through their mobile app to save time and avoid the dinner rush.

My wife is 100% disabled Navy vet who received her certificate for food at Texas Roadhouse. We show up around 6pm and decide to sit at the bar to avoid any queues. We had a predetermined list of items to choose from so we decided on the chicken fried sirloin. This was a good choice In my opinion as the other options seemed more traditional "chilli,TGIF" We were able to order premium sides smothered at no charge so I picked the loaded baked potatoes and sweet potatoes wow! My wife got the salad and loaded baked potato. The Chicken fried ribeye was actually quite thick and was not tenderized down. So definitely happy with portion and the meat selection. Baked potato and sweet potato always have a good crust on the outside so I usually eat them in their entirety which I did here. Big fan of brown gravy my wife's, a big fan of white gravy. I'm not a fan of white gravy at all. Can never go wrong with the rolls. And the alcoholic beverage my wife chose was the Texas peach fuzzy or something like that?

The food was wonderful and the service was great, but the music was so loud we could barely hear each other. We had to lean in and raise our voices. We left earlier than we would have because the loud music stressed us out. There was one good thing to point out and that was our server; he was very nice and friendly and made sure everything was okay. Great customer service. The issues that we (me & my partner) had was the hygiene & food preparation. When we were sat down at our table, we noticed a half eaten rib bone was underneath the table. My partner grabbed the bone with a napkin to notify the server. Nobody really had swept the floor beforehand. Next, was when my partner went to the restroom. He noticed that the men’s urinal was flooded with urine and that the surrounding floor was also covered in urine. Lastly, the food was okay. It was cooked adequately but prepared poorly. The Mac and Cheese was served with macaroni on top of the cheese. It had the cheese at the very bottom & the plain macaroni wasn’t mixed well. The loaded fries were separated with the cheese and bacon as one (hardened) layer that didn’t mix with the fries layer underneath.

I was told that I could "sit anywhere" in the bar area. However, once I had been sitting for quite some time, I was asked to get up to accommodate another party. I was embarrassed, as I became the subject of a scene. The staff was considerably younger than myself, yet was very impolite, unprofessional and discourteous. I will never dawn the door of this particular restaurant again and if it where possible, I would discourage everyone I could from spending their money there as well. Nothing like a report to the health department to make sure things are up to par!👍

My brother came to visit me from Florida, and we chose Texas Roadhouse for a small family reunion. Unfortunately, the service we received was unacceptable. Although I do not recall the server’s name, from the initial greeting it was clear that she was disengaged and reluctant to serve our table. While every other table around us was promptly seated and served bread, our table was completely overlooked. We initially assumed this was an oversight and did not complain. After ordering cocktails, the server stated she would return with bread but disappeared for 10–15 minutes and never followed through. During this time, we observed her actively checking on surrounding tables, asking if they needed anything, and delivering bread, while continuing to ignore our table. Because of this, we had to ask other servers—who were frequently assisting nearby tables—for bread instead. Due to the continued lack of attention and unequal treatment, we eventually requested a different server. This experience was especially disappointing, as it was meant to be a meaningful visit with my brother, and instead left us feeling uncomfortable and disregarded. I hope management reviews this feedback seriously, as the level of service we received did not reflect the standards expected at this location.

This place has a serious issue with the quality of pickup orders. It’s been happening consistently, and today was no exception. How is it possible to let meals like this leave the kitchen? When I dine in at the restaurant, the food is always much better. Unfortunately, we can’t always eat there, which is why we choose pickup (but the difference is night and day). The steaks are never cooked properly: they come out tough, gummy, and overcooked, even when I clearly request medium. The bread is just as disappointing, burned, hard, and flavorless. It’s frustrating and disappointing because it feels like pickup customers are treated as less important than dine-in guests. If you want to keep that side of the business, the pickup system and quality control need serious improvement.

I want to preface this by saying Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. But I can’t return to this location because they have roaches. My boyfriend and I went right at opening and were sat a booth and seen a roach crawling on the wall. We notified our waiter who didn’t seem to be surprised by the roach and proceed to smash the roach with a napkin on the wall. Then offered to move us to a new table. Ultimately we decided to just leave, but please be aware THEY GOT ROACHES.

We come here at least once a month because it’s right down the street from our house and the food is usually great but the last 3 times we’ve gone here it’s been terrible. The potato skins were so burnt they were flat and hard, we could not eat them. The kids burgers were burnt. They gave us the wrong drinks , which isn’t that big of a deal, but they also shoved the plastic cup with sauce into the Granny Apple Pie we ordered. Update 08/11/25 Management called me the next day and made the situation right. They were courteous and informative. It’s places with management like THIS that keep people coming back.
