Walking through the door, customer service was good. The cashier had to step away after completing an order, the gentleman, who appeared to be a possible GM, stepped in and ended up assisting me. The food was the desired temperature, my order was made correctly, wait time for my order was less than 3 minutes. Facility was clean inside and out.

The service at this Whataburger is always a 10/10. I drive out of my way to come here because they always get my order right and they have exceptional customer service. This evening we went through the drive-thru and the employee at the window was incredibly kind.
Best Whataburger experience ever. My boy can’t eat buns, so I asked if they have a lettuce wrap. He said sorry no, but then suggested a bowl and to add avocado and bacon to bulk it up. Great option. Guy’s name was “Son”. Give that man a raise.
Old skool and the best. Long wait times but it seems they are getting better. But how could you not love whataburger. Its the after the club spot. Lol

Shoutout to Taniyah who gave me the best fast food service I have truly ever had!!! She was kind, attentive, made sure my order was right, and even offered me napkins before I left the window!! She made sure my food was given to me quickly, hot and delicious. I was so tired after work and just needed a quick meal but she made my day! Give this girl a promotion!!
I got a spicy chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was cooked fresh because of the time being like 3a.m. the fries seemed semi fresh and had zero salt on them. I asked for both the meals I got to be large and only got one and of course I didn't notice until I was gone and I wasn't going back.
Genuinely the best burger place I've been to in a long time, would recommend.

Ta’niya B was the cashier after a long day of work I stopped by to get food for my family, she was amazing and so patient with me I ordered almost $70 worth of food she answered all questions I had with a friendly loving attitude. She kept asking if I needed anything else and did not rush me one bit she was so very kind with the worlds brightest beautiful smile. I wish all employees were like her she definitely went all out to make me feel satisfied as a customer all of my order was correct and she made sure. Thank you Ta’niya.

The Whataburger was great on a Brioche bun with extra lettuce and tomatoes, accompanied by medium fries and a medium drink. The only thing is that I have tried to let Whataburger know that they should increase the density of their fries. Because, when it is cold outside, the fries will lose their temperature in 5 minutes. I wish they would listen. But, what I love about Whataburger is you can order your Whataburger any way you want it, for the same price. Way to go Whataburger!
DRASTICALLY IMPROVED! Whataburger is usually my go to spot on my lunch break, but I started going somewhere else when the quality dropped. But in the last 6 months or more I started coming back frequently as the freshness, quality, and cleanliness drastically improved! Not quite sure who or what changes were made, but can definitely tell the difference even in the environment. Now if only the breakfast menu was 24/7, then I can enjoy all my favorites anytime! Kudos 👏
I was greeted by the sweetest drive thru worker, she was very quick and helpful with my order, she even answered many questions and requests that I had. Her name was Kayla and I went inside to finish my food and was greeted upon entering the restaurant by managers and employees there with a big "welcome in" and smiles 5 STARS!!!
From start to finish this location rocks. All the way from the staff to the food to the way this place is run is exceptional. Keep up the great work!
Food was extremely fresh and good. Gentleman that served me gave me a free cookie for the wait time that was slighly longer than usual, but well worth it for hot food.

Nice and warm food got my whole order correct except my spicy ketchup of 3 they only gave me 2, so make sure you get your ketchup
cashiers are the 1st people you talk to when placing your order, Mrs Beverly was the 1st one to interact with me and my husband and her positive and welcoming personality made us feel good , our food was brought to our table almost immediately after ordering, I highly recommend this location ☺️
Drive thru is always quick and convenient. Food is also always on point. If the fries are cold just ask for a new batch and they will take care of it. Thank you for being open 24/7
First time in Austin and eating at a Whataburger. Surprise! It is very good oh, way better than say, in n' out. The hamburgers are large size and the meat taste great oh, well cooked and seasoned and the fries are very crispy and tasty. All the people that helped me at this Whataburger were very fast and efficient and nice. Recommended.

Service was really slow that night. It happens. I was going to pick up in the dining room but the closed early, some other customers were leaving really mad about the dining room being closed. But I don't know what kind of entitlement they were expecting late at night for minimum wage. It wasn't a big deal to go through the drive through. Despite having to deal with rude customers and obviously being short staffed, they were pleasant and helpful.
For dinner this WB is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but for breakfast it's ⭐⭐ ⭐. Breakfast service is slow, people can't wait any longer to go to work and get out of line which leads to confusion and lost profit for the business. I'm there with a mobile order but I have to wait in queue with people ordering in person. This creates a longer line which exasperates the problem above, more lost profit for the restaurant. Food arrives *almost* warm, which makes people more likely to try nearby competitors Chick-fil-A, McDonald's. But hey: to their credit, the team looks like they're working hard, they're friendly, and most important: THEY GET 100% OF THE ORDER CORRECT. Refreshing these days. I sound down on it, but it's a good WB.
This location used to be great but seems like they’re only hiring high school aged people recently. The quality of the food has decreased and I really wish there was a feedback section on the app because 9/10 times something is incorrect on the order. The service has dropped too. You don’t get a hi or welcome when you walk in. You usually get ignored until they’re ready to take care of you.
Normally great service at this location but for some reason I've been waiting 1 1/2 hrs just to place an order and asked to hold on longer now!!! Wtf!!! Never again!
Dec 2023 update: service and food worse than previously experienced on a busy weekday evening. Three (out of five) burgers were missing from our order and there were signs the food was not well prepared (milkshakes not well mixed, Texas toast a bit soggy). I hope this is not the new normal for Whataburger. Older reviews: Whataburger food and service continues to be excellent, a step above most other fast service restaurants. The reason for four stars this time is I tried online ordering. It worked great except for the estimate on when the food would be ready to pick up. The food was actually ready about twenty minutes after the estimated time.
The chicken in my honey butter chicken biscuit was just mostly fried breading and half of it was too hard to bite into. Our extra gravy wasn't an additional gravy. It was just filling the normal container to the top like it should be in the first place. We were the third car in the drive through. It took over 5 minutes for someone to ask for our order. It took over 30 minutes to receive our order.
The drive through service was excruciatingly slow today.
Our fries are cold more often than not and they "forget" to add extra cheese so much so that we don't bother ordering it. It sucks have to pay extra for something you almost never get. I would say that the food quality is the same as others if you are willing to accept the shortcomings. We continue to order at this location but we know what we are getting into.
Ordered no onions on burger, got onions. Took them off, burger still tasted like onions. Disappointed. Fries were hot and fresh. Cheese was not melted, a common thing lately at Whataburgers. Speaking as a lifelong Texan: In-n-Out is better. Go there unless it's 3 am - 10 am, when your only alternatives are Wendy's/Jack/McD's. That's the only time Whataburger is your best choice. 👍🏻🫡🇺🇸

Middle of rush hour. Stopped for a 15 minute break and they have no meat ready. Wasted the entire 15 minute break waiting on them to make 1 burger 🍔. That was the only thing I ordered. Manager woman just kind of looking lost. They were polite but they were caught slipping. This is technically dinner rush and don’t know how it took this long. She did not add the extra grilled onions or extra sauce to my sweet and spicy burger. So… we just making food how we want to make it and not placing items on the sandwich that were requested or paid for? Wow…
Slowest. Whataburger. Ever. I've tried to pop into this location to grab breakfast on my way to work a few times. It is always the slowest fast food drive through ever. This morning I thought maybe if I ordered ahead on the app it would be better. Nope. I arrived before 7:00am with one car in front of me at the drive through. I left 8 minutes later with my one breakfast taquito, and that was only because the guy at the window finally asked the car in front of me to pull up to wait for their order. I get it. We live in a world of instant gratification. But it's supposed to be fast food. That's the point. If it's not, I'll find someplace else where it is.
I felt they didn’t know how to listen. They had 2 things wrong with the order. 1 on occasion is fair but 2 in one day. To add to the blow, one employee was very rude and acted we were an inconvenience when first bringing up the first error of our order. We dare not mention anything to them when we discovered issue number two. Check your orders before you leave and make sure you give them big smiles because I feel they may need it for morale.

This is the slowest fast food drive thru you'll ever experience. Took me over 40 minutes and we we're only about five cars deep. After trying this location a handful of times over the years it never improves. Don't go to this location, it gives Whataburger a bad name.
True Texas Authenticity & Experience. Always expect a line & bit of a wait at this location, it's always busy! They get my order correct about 90% of the time and it's usually very tasty & fresh but not always hot. Texas Whataburger value and taste we've all grown up with. I just wish the crew were a bit happier to be there but maybe it's the pace @ this location. Update. June 2021. Why is the wait line so extraordinarily long time-wise at this super busy location ?? There were 6 + men at the checkout scrambling around with no direction or manager insight. Unbelievable to get a cold cheeseburger after waiting being in line for 30 min to be brand loyal. Corporate office. Please check on this. The manager said “ well at least you got this within 5 min of ordering.” Really ??? This is your standard and no regard of the 30 + min wait on a Friday or Saturday night with a huge visible workforce? I think there’s improvement available. Check your surveys on this location please or save the request of your customer’s feedback. 45 min to one hour for a drive thru order!!! Unforgivable Whataburger corporate office.
If you’re looking for fresh and good, this Whataburger would not be the first choice. I would drive an extra 10 miles on the other side of town if need be before going back to this one. The service was super fast however, I don’t think that’s a plus for Whataburger when they make breakfast fresh. Kind of indicated that it was premade tasted like wise
For some reason, the guy at the drive-through window had on blue gloves. His name is Ben. He took my money. He took my order. He did everything in the gloves. I watch him make a drink a few drinks as a matter of fact, and he used the same contaminated gloves to pick up the lid and put the lid on the drink on all of the drinks. I mean why those gloves touch everything including the food why?
Be aware that ordering for pickup or curbside won’t be much faster than drive through. I ordered online thinking it would be quicker only to find out after checkout that the only one way to pick up my order was through drive thru. So I waited over 30 minutes to get through a line for an order I already paid for. This is no criticism toward anyone working here, it’s all toward the policy and lack of transparency on how pickup orders operate and at what hours.
They forgot my drink and food. I was literally the only person in the drive thru untill another car showed up 10 min later... finally got my food... they still didn't give me my drink till I asked if I was gonna get my drink... I didnt know it was so busy on a Sunday night with no customers.
The food is good. I've never really had a problem with their food. This location, in particular, seems to be pretty understaffed, so needless to say...slow service. I originally placed a mobile order for drive-thru. I sat in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes, and we moved forward once. I watched 6 cars leave the line and then myself ended up leaving to go inside and grab my order within a couple of minutes. Just go inside to grab your order. Don't do drive-thru or curbside unless you want to wait 30-60 minutes
I hate to leave negative reviews, but this location is worse every time I go. 1) Slow, whether busy or not. Today I ordered on the app, which said 3-6 minutes. I showed up, only one car in the drive thru in line, one car at pickup, inside was empty. Waited 20 minutes 2) Order is always wrong. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with all the veggies, add grilled onions. It came without bacon, no grilled onions, and no regular onions either. They also forgot my ketchup and straw which I was able to get before leaving. 3) Cold food. Today it was hot, but other times this has been an issue. 4) Unhelpful management. On one visit I ordered and paid for a milkshake. Waited 20 minutes only to be told their milkshake machine had been broken all day, and would I like a soda. I said no, please cancel my order. They fought me on that but eventually agreed to cancel the order. But they didn’t cancel it, the charge stayed on my card. Unfortunately this one is the one that’s convenient for me when I’m in austin and need fast food…instead I get slow, incorrect food
Food was 5 star. I LOVE the Dr Pepper milk shakes. 3 stars today because of the clunky/long line. Wanted to walk into dining room at 10:59 to order milk shake and fries, but it was already locked before "11" pm scheduled closing time. So I ordered on the app, and got in the Long drive thru line, and had to wait 25 minutes for something that could have taken them 2 minutes to fill the shake cup and put fries in the bag. Even ordered on the app, before I was able to pull up to drive thru window, DIDN'T help the line situation.

I've never had a bad experience at any Whataburger until now. My partner and I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order placed at 8 am that was projected to take less than 10 minutes. When we finally got our order, it was cold and missing fries. I walked in the store to politely ask for our fries and the staff gave me looks and acted like I was inconveniencing them. There were at least 6 workers, only two of whom seemed to be doing something productive. What was shocking to me was how the manager in particular meandered around and didn't discourage his employees from making side comments about me. The store itself was filthy (the customer area and the back), and the napkins/ketchup/salt/pepper were unstocked. I came back a year later and it is just as bad as before. This particular location makes me not want to go to any Whataburger again. It was so filthy with food and trash all over the store, employees were talking about customers, people were waiting over an hour for their food, and every order behing handed out while I was there was missing items or flat our wrong. Absolute madhouse.
Food is good. The quickness of service is pretty lousy though. they screwed up my order a few times but have always been great about making it right. So changing it to a 1 star now. Update.... So out of 6 times I have had to come back 4 times to go in because they got the food wrong. I mostly was going during morning shift but this time at 9pm it is no better. people were more interested in the vehicle that I was driving then getting the food right. Ordered chicken strips and got a hamburger. I talked with the manager and really he seems to be way overwhelmed and not able to talk with his employees. As I sit outside riding this review I see two more people that went from the drive-through and are now walking in. New manager is a must.
They always get my delivery order wrong. I complained to them - they sent me a canned message with no solution, and then never responded when I tried to reach them again. I dropped my rating to a 1 b/c these guys did it again and the customer service is awful.
The manager Cheyenne is rude and very unprofessional!!! I was the only customer there LITERALLY and was left waiting 20 minutes on a breakfast sandwich. While asking About my food Cheyenne yelled at the cashier to get off the clock! The cashier apologized and closed the window on me. Definitely NOT THE WAY TO SPEAK to anyone! Worst Whataburger I've ever been in. Super slow, employees were not getting along with each other. Most of the staff was just standing around. Spent a good half hour in the store waiting for them to get the order right. Of course everything was cold. Just horrible! It was all take out but we ended up eating some of our food while we were waiting for the orders to be corrected. So we dined in and took out.

Absolute worse! Both the burger and fries were cold and old. The burger was also dry. The wings had a horrible after taste. Needless to say my money was wasted considering nothing was edible! The old guy at the front took forever to take our order and messed up up order more than once. We got our food and we had to send it back because it was wrong or we ended up not getting our order and having to go ask for the correct order or tell them we were missing items. By the time we left our other food was cold and nasty . Horrible service and speed.

Bottom of the barrel quality as far as their burgers go. Nothing special about the fries. Wins are their spicy catchup, salads, chicken fingers and the shakes. For good fast food burgers go to In and Out, Buddy’s or PTerry’s - far superior taste and quality, just with a more limited menu.
This location is always super slow. There was 1 vehicle in front of me in the drive thru and all I ordered was a Jr bacon cheeseburger and I've been waiting behind the truck for 10 minutes now this is ridiculous

This location is hit or miss. While I have had a good experiences once in awhile, I have had more bad. But it’s the closet location and easily accessible on my route. When ordering last night before work... I was in drive thru line for over 20 minutes. Then when taking my order seamed easy enough to find out they did not take any of my customizations in account. Totally made the burger the way it comes and not to my specifications. What’s the point of being able to customize the burger you want and agree when taking the order to just not do it ?? I also asked for ranch with my onion rings and they were “out” so I asked for the jalapeño ranch which is absolutely disgusting but was over charged. I’ve never been charged for ranch as one should come with your onion rings. I also asked for a bottle of water. I’ve received in the past but he said they don’t do that at the window and so gave me a cup of water. Had I known that at the speaker, I would’ve order something else. Felt ripped off. When explaining to the clerk at the window, he was less than interested in hearing what I had to say and was rude about making by burger over. So I opted to take it as it came and moved on. $15 meal for something I didn’t even order. Super disappointing.

I hate this place, it’s in my neighborhood and I worked here as a teen, so I constantly give it an opportunity to shine and I’m constantly let down. This morning I ordered a breakfast burger #24 combo and received a #1 with a gross amount of mayonnaise. I asked for a remake and refund the manager said he could only do one or the other, I chose my money back because if yall didn’t care enough to check it the first time I know neglect will persist.
Consistently gets orders wrong, has charged us for other peoples orders in the drive thru multiple times, wait times in drive thru are very long. Picked up our food in the drive thru today, got halfway home and realized it was someone else’s order. Went back, returned and explained. Get home with our order, and still had errors throughout the meal.

I ordered through mobile thinking my order would be ready to just grab and go. 15-minute drive to this specific Whataburger (convenient for me; on the way home) Arrived and one of the managers happened to be up front completing an order. Gave him my name and informed him it was a mobile order. Old man didn't hear me. I repeated myself 3 times; still nothing. He proceeded to just tell one of the employees nearby to take care of "this" customer (that was kind of rude/unprofessional). The employee (yet another rude one) went toward the back and decided to go talk to another employee. Oh, wait! Another manager (female) is there. Maybe she can help? (nope!) Told her I was waiting for my order; gave her my info. She just said "oh he's getting it" and walked into her office. STILL WAITING! (ANNOYED) The same manager comes back; she sees me still waiting. Finally, that employee gets my order. He has it in his hands but proceeds to just chat it up with that second manager (female). Literally had to interrupt them and ask for my order. That rude employee has the audacity to ask me if I was in a rush. ( I held my tongue; grabbed my order, and walked away) Ohhhh, but wait!!!! Since my order wasn't ready, I still had to get my beverage. I wouldn't dare ask the "busy" employees or managers. I proceeded to the drink fountain only to find out the beverage I wanted was all out. OF COURSE!!! ( Calm down; just get something else). Second choice; EMPTY!!! Found one that wasn't empty and left. NEVER COMING BACK!! Luckily, the burger was just ok.
I ordered potato taquito with cheese whataburger meal for drive thru and I got sausage taquito. I found that when I opened after coming home. When I called to that respective business place they’re hanging up the calls when I said “I got a wrong order”. I think this is not the place that you can get quality food.
Horrible service and very rude. Food was slapped together. This is the worst location. There is no management present and if there is they care as much as the employees working there!! Go to any other location. This location has been going down hill but this is the worst that I have ever seen!!! Whataburger should be ashamed and disappointed with the management and employees at this location!! Terrible avoid!!
The manager Steven is very rude to both his customers and even worse to his employees.all of the employees do not like him because of how rude and demanding he is.Get someone else to do the job that actually values whataburger goals and values and not just time and hitting numbers.
Fast food? This line hasn’t moved for ten minutes! I love Whataburger (hence the 3 stars instead of one) but this location is always painfully, horribly, mind numbingly slow. Update: I came back (late night this time) and the drive thru line was even LONGER and SLOWER. I have been watching people bail out of the line after getting sick of waiting. Whoever is running this location is killing the business. Downgraded to two stars. Update 2: Its been a while. Tried again. The line didn’t move for 15 minutes. When it finally did, the guy taking orders no joke shouted as fast as he could to ask for my order and spoke so quickly I couldn’t understand him at all, then proceeded to mess my order up and give me the wrong sandwich. Downgrading to one star. Whataburger needs to fix this location.
I usually like the food and the service. But a worker walked in to work stinking like weed 🤢it was so bad that it made my stomach feel weird kind of lost my appetite 😵💫 How can they allow him to work high?
I ordered a double whataburger with a sprite. On my receipt it said I ordered a small fry and drink when I did not. Then when I get to order my food at the drive thru, 4 people asked me what I wanted and were rude. The staff is rude and inconsiderate and extremely unorganized. Got home and it was the wrong burger. Terrible experience. I guess that’s what happens when you have people who hate their lives. Come on management!!
I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a simple 2 item order. Other cars were also waiting in the line for the same amount of time. The person did not even know what kind of drink they were giving me nor provided a straw. No apologies or reason were given for the extreme delay. Terrible customer service.
Location used to be pretty good but it's gone downhill pretty fast every time I order fries and a burger burger comes out decent in the fries always come out still and blend like they've been reheat it several times I come across an instance when my fries are still frozen in the middle you want to ask for a new batch the young lady at the front counter rolled her eyes and said like do I really need it

I’m currently pregnant and my child craves Whataburger breakfast sandwiches on a regular basis and more often than not whether I do a mobile order or I do a drive-through order. My order is incorrect and I can’t eat it because I have severe morning sickness even into my second trimester so I spend a minimum of $10 just to throw it away because the manager gets irritated when customers complain, so instead of complaining, I just throw the food away. I unfortunately live near this location and have reached the point that instead of going to this particular location, I’d rather drive to the round rock location because they have never messed up my order and I’ve never had to explain to them that I’m pregnant
MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS RESTAURANT WHAT'S HORRIBLY I ORDERED SOME FOOD AND THEN CALLED TO TELL THE RESTAURANT THAT THEY MESSED UP ON MY FOOD WAS TOLD THAT I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY NAME DOWN SO THEY CAN REMAKE MY ORDER CALL TODAY AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER MR BEN! TELL THE MANAGER MY SITUATION ABOUT MY FOOD LAST SATURDAY THAT WAS INCORRECT MY FRIES WERE COLD NONE OF MY FOODS WERE ORDERED THE WAY I ASKED ! VERY DISAPPOINTED CALL TODAY TO SPEAK TO MR BELN TOLD HIM MY SITUATION AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE THIS IS WHAT I CALL NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I PAID 60 PLUS DOLLARS ALL THAT JUST TO HAVE THE MANAGER HANG UP IN MY FACE 👀👀
I went to this location since it was right off highway. I made a $60 purchase the entire receipt was correct but out of my 6 meals only 2 were made correct. I spoke with Andrea she said I was more than welcome to come back for a refund or remake. Well 2 weeks exact I was around that area and decided to try again. Andrea was not friendly at all in person didn’t make eye contact or even look at me once. I even paid for the 2 meals that were made correct the first time. Order was made correct this time just forgot the gravy.
I can't belive this is more expensive than McDonald's. Never again, the food is not all that either 2 milkshake 2 chicken sandwich no fries 32.00. Isane
Bad service and poor care, nephant environment and lack of education, did not receive any help from the staff. adding an arrogant and arrogant attitude without wanting to attend to any person I am paying for my food they are not giving it to me, my order was 20 minutes and the staff did not want to deliver it to me
Customer service is terrible. Watched multiple customers being ignored and then talked down to. A customer needed help with what was in a meal and Naomi M made sure to make them and other feel unwelcome by talking down to them. Clean up your service.
The ONLY reason this place is even getting 1 star is because the 2 workers at the window were so nice. BUT I will advise NOONE waste their money here. Waited in line for almost 45 mins when the inside was dead, ordered food & got home to eat it & when I say it wasn’t edible is being nice, the chicken strips, onion rings & even the bread were almost black, there was no way to even try to salvage anything. After working all day in this heat I just wanted a quick/simple dinner but I just put $15 down the disposal 🤬🙄
This location is a hit or miss. I didn't leave a review before because the last few times I've come here, the food was decent. This is one of the only places I can stop for breakfast in the morning because it's close to work and I cannot tell you how many times I have been served stale food. My biscuit today is hard as a rock. It is stale and disgusting. That is completely unacceptable to serve people. If this is the food you are serving, I cannot imagine how disgusting it is in the kitchen. The staff is just plain lazy. That is all there is to it. Because there is no other excuse for serving disgusting food to customers. People today have no desire to provide quality service. No one wants to work in a fast food restaurant, we all get that but it is no excuse to serve bad food to customers that can make them sick. Everyone in this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. This place should honestly be shut down if that is how they are going to run their operations.
This was the worst Whataburger I have ever visited!! The restaurant was a total mess, trash everywhere no one bothered to clean the customer sitting area. The trash bins over flowed with trash, all the employees where to busy playing in the back or talking amongst themselves in the customer sitting area. The bathroom was even worse, I walked in only to find a mess and all the water faucets on with no one there. (Waist of WATER). NEVER AGAIN!
