Spettacolare, cibo ottimo e prezzi più che giusti! Un must!

Cena con vista meravigliosa, mangiato veramente molto bene e bevuto divinamente ad un prezzo veramente onesto!! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Piacevole soggiorno di due notti usufruendo di due cene al ristorante. Ci è stata assegnata la suite di Rosina, stanza molto spaziosa e pulitissima. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Il titolare Massimo è simpaticissimo e preparato. Se siete in zona provate sia il ristorante che l'alloggio, ricordando che è indispensabile la prenotazione.

..mi era stato consigliato e ieri volendo festeggiare un importante evento personale, l'ho scelto. Mai fatta scelta più felice!! I titolari ed il personale attenti ci hanno coccolati e consigliato vini meravigliosi! Le portate succulente ! Se si vuole pranzare in langa qui non si sbaglia!! Ci ritornero' presto. ❤️

Altissimo livello, una serata con amici che rimarrà nei nostri ricordi. Tutti i piatti, con o senza tartufo, curati e decisamente sopra la media. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di incontrare lo Chef, professionista di spessore. Super consigliato!

Mangiato a cena una domenica sera. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno, il servizio è stato veloce. Gentile il personale e squisiti i piatti. Mi riferisco a quelli vegetariani che sono stati una vera sorpresa!!

Siamo stati a pranzo sabato 06/12 e devo dire che già appena arrivati ho avuto l'impressione che il posto era decisamente ottimo.Siamo stati calorosamente accolti dal titolare e dai figli ,che ci hanno subito accompagnato al tavolo.abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione,(decisamente ricco e abbondante)e,dopo una piccola entre, abbiamo gustato vitello tonnato della tradizione (ottimo),carne battuta al coltello(sublime)e flan ai funghi (uno ai cardi per la mia signora che non ama I funghi)...poi sono arrivati loro....I sublimi tajarin al ragù di langa ,che devo dire, già da soli valevano il viaggio fino a Novello!A seguire brasato al barolo e panna cotta al caramello e frutti di bosco.caffe,piccola pasticceria al tavolo,due calici (altalanga e barbaresco per me).prezzo onestissimo e possibilità di avere tartufo bianco d'alba .CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!

Esperienza davvero piacevole! Abbiamo pernottato in questo ristorante con camere e ci siamo trovati benissimo: stanze pulite, e comode. La cena è stata squisita, con piatti curati e sapori autentici. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca relax, buona cucina e ospitalità. Un saluto da Fabio e Laura

We had an incredible lunch at L'Angolo di Rosina, an absolute gem of a restaurant. Alongside the best tatar with black truffle we’ve ever had, we enjoyed fresh porcini that were simply exquisite. The owner’s son, who speaks multiple languages, guided us through the menu and their excellent wine selection with impressive knowledge and genuine hospitality. He immediately made us feel warmly welcomed. We highly recommend this true culinary treasure to anyone visiting the area!

We were in Novello around lunchtime so decided to go to l’angolo di rosina and try it out. The waiters (father & son) were super friendly! Even when they had to wait high demanding/difficult clients they remained professional. The waiter suggested us a good local white wine and gave some information about it. It was so good we went out to buy it afterwards in the local winery!! Food all delicious. Maybe a bit more expensive comparted to the italian standard but all worth it!

My girlfriend and I just ate at L'Angolo di Rosina and we had an amazing night. The food was great, especially the panna cotta. The ambiance set by father and son, who also make and serve their own wines(Barbera and Barolo) was perfect! I would recommend this to anyone who comes to Novello.

Very nice local hotel with an excellent restaurant. Good knowledge of wine and friendly suggestions and advice of local wines and food. I have been many times in the Barolo wine district and L'Angelo di Rosina is one of the better places I have stayed. Friendly and nice people :-)

Wow!!! Such a beautiful little family-owned restaurant. We took a cooking class with the chef Lucca and had a great time. Afterwards, we ate our completed dishes and got to see the lunch crowd (it gets crowded) eat them too! The kitchen staff were helpful and patient; we really learned a lot and would love to return. Thank you Lucca and everyone there for a great time!

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Piatti con impronta piemontese, molto buoni e curati. Ottimo il vitello tonnato e il tortino di cardi, la pasta al tartufo e l' agnello arrosto. Buonissimo il bunet e lo zabaione. Prezzo in linea con la qualità del cibo.

Nella zona più bella e produttiva delle Langhe. Ristorante nel centro del paese, con sala interna e tavoli all'aperto. Posteggio vicino. Il menù fisso, su nostra richiesta, offre porzioni per lo più giuste con le principali portate del menù alla carta. Antipasti di carne con ottimo vitello tonnato, tortino agli asparagi appena sfornato. Un pò avaro il secondo, una sola fettina di brasato, e il dolce, panna cotta. Vini di loro produzione. Servizio ottimo da parte del titolare e del figlio presenti quando necessario.

Un bed breakfast immerso nei vigneti,l'accoglienza è davvero molto speciale,la proprietaria ti fa sentire subito come se fosse casa tua,dispongono anche fi un ristorante a Novello,circa 9 km dove diamo stati a cena, si mangia cucina tipica delle langhe. Ottima!!!

We’ve recently stayed at this family run hotel, the location is in a quaint pretty village at the top of the valley. The views are superb and definitely photo worthy. The hotel and staff are so lovely, very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant 3 nights and all I can say is WOW, I honestly have never eaten pasta that tastes so good, literally everything on your plate is like art, outstanding food every time, the wine list is vast and there’s is something on the list for every taste. The hotel organised wine tasting at a local vineyard and that was such a lovely morning with again outstanding views over the local villages. We will definitely return in the future .

Friendly staff! I loved the fried porcini 😍. The pasta was homemade and good. The sauce was thickened with flour, we didn't like this. Beautifull view.

Cibo buono ma sevizio lento e camerieri maleducati. Giudicavano noi ed altri ospiti per l’uso del telefono, ci hanno criticati perché non abbiamo ordinato vino e perché hanno dovuto ripetere più di una volta se volessimo lo zucchero per il caffè. Tartufo di pessima qualità.

Ho prenotato per 4 una domenica a pranzo, seduti esternamente il clima era ottimo. Il cameriere gentile, il cibo buono peccato per i tempi di attesa perché per mangiare un antipasto ed un primo ci siamo seduti alle 13 e ci siamo alzati alle 16.. contando che il locale non era nemmeno totalmente pieno davvero troppa attesa! Peccato..

Locale non molto grande nel centro di Novello ! Abbiamo mangiato bene anche se l’accoglienza non ê stata delle migliori ! Hanno lamentato il fatto che fossimo 7 anziché 9 malgrado il giorno prima io avessi telefonato per modificare la prenotazione ! Purtroppo non è stato un bello spettacolo ! Comunque il cibo è buono . In visita a Novello con un amico, incuriositi dalle buone recensioni e dalla disponibilità del tartufo nero, in tarda mattinata decidiamo di chiamare per prenotare il pranzo. Ci hanno fatti accomodare all'esterno, di fronte ad una vista splendida sulle colline circostanti, accolti con una frittatina e con un ottimo cestino di pane e focacce. Abbiamo ordinato spaghetti e tartare di manzo con tartufo nero grattugiato sul posto, il tutto accompagnato da un buon calice di vino rosso locale. I piatti buoni, ma il tartufo, purtroppo, era completamente insapore...una delusione. Durante il pasto, l'ombellone da esterno a fianco a noi si è ribaltato con il vento e, poco dopo, lo stesso è accaduto al nostro. Nessuno si è fatto male, ma la situazione si è rivelata molto pericolosa! Il titolare ha chiuso il nostro ombrellone senza interessarsi se avremmo gradito o meno consumare il nostro pasto sotto il sole. Fortunatamente, il sole non era cocente e siamo stati ugualmente bene. Giunti a fine pranzo, chiediamo il dolce. Dopo un'attesa di circa 30 minuti, decidiamo di alzarci e pagare il conto. Fatto notare l'accaduto alla cassa, il ragazzo ci risponde "mi sembra un po' tantino mezz'ora, se volete tra due minuti è pronto". Ancor più scocciato, decido di pagare e andarmene. Ho poi trovato il titolare leggermente "invadente", non solo con il nostro tavolo. Peccato...

This restaurant was recommended by a friend who owns a winery in Barolo. Our party of four enjoyed a great lunch with excellent service. Of particular note was the fried porcini mushrooms, in season at that moment and excellent. The problem experienced was more around integrity than food quality. We were were served wine three nice glasses of wine from a fresh bottle at EUR 8 a glass and then decided that we would just keep the bottle since we all liked the wine. The owner mumbled something about his profit margins but that it was good for him. Later when settling the bill he was unable to separate the bill by couple so we just split the bill equally to make the math easy for him. Later when we analyzed the charges we found that he charged us EUR 55 for a bottle of wine where glasses for EUR 8. He also charged us for extra coffee that we did not order. We were surprised by this situation, but since it was discovered after the fact we did not waste time to go back. I write the review because the food was excellent but customers should be aware.

Disappointment 1st star less for the homemade bread that wasn’t fresh 2nd star less for a frozen pasta 3rd star less for charging us for a grappa that they offered (without saying that they will be charging) after we paid already the dinner and were seating on the terrace. Most of the restaurants offered us a grappa without any additional costs, and if so it didn’t come as a surprise Very disappointing
