Dopo aver provato Da Vittorio a Brusaporto, ho avuto il piacere di visitare anche la loro sede a Portofino. Che dire? Un’ulteriore conferma della qualità e della cura tipica della famiglia Cerea. L’antipasto misto di pesce e il risotto sono stati semplicemente incredibili.
ti aspetti il massimo e purtroppo qualcosa su cui lavorare c'è...il servizio. non sono molto organizzati non si parlano tra di loro e così succede che spesso vengono a chiederti la stessa cosa uno dopo l'altro rendendo l'esperienza un pò noiosa. detto questo i piatti sono da Vittorio e si discutono poco. prezzi molto alti ma sei a Portofino. tavoli abbastanza vicini. risotto e fritto davvero speciali. prezzi dei vino forse con troppo ricarico. posizione del ristorante ottima prenotazione consigliata fine settimana.
Nulla da dire, dal personale alle pietanze ottimo. Una esperienza fantastica dai sapori estivi e liguri. Noi già grandi fan di Bergamo ci siamo concessi la coccola post passeggiata e recati in questa esperienza culinaria tramite la degustazione.
Posto incantevole nella piazzetta di Portofino. Il servizio è curato nei minimi dettagli con una particolare attenzione al cliente. Consiglio il Risotto mantecato al pesto con gamberi ed emulsione di pomodoro e poi da non perdere i Paccheri alla Vittorio, il must del ristorante!
𝑴𝑨 𝑫𝑰 𝑪𝑶𝑺𝑨 𝑷𝑨𝑹𝑳𝑰𝑨𝑴𝑶 𝑸𝑼𝑰 𝑺𝑰𝑨𝑴𝑶 𝑰𝑵 𝑪𝑯𝑨𝑴𝑷𝑰𝑶𝑵𝑺... 10 stelle non bastano – un’esperienza indimenticabile a Portofino Pranzo da DA V Portofino presso lo Splendido… e che dire: un’esperienza che va oltre ogni aspettativa. Abbiamo iniziato con uno spaghetto al tonno da paura, esaltato da una bagna cauda rivisitata con le mitiche acciughe di Monterosso — un’esplosione di sapori autentici, intensi, perfettamente bilanciati. Poi è arrivato lui, il protagonista: il mare caldo, un piatto straordinario con pesce appena pescato, cucinato in modo sublime. Una carezza del Mediterraneo, diretta al cuore. E per chiudere in bellezza? Colomba artigianale e cannoncini da arresto. Letteralmente. Un dolce finale che ha alzato l’asticella dell’eccellenza. Menzione d’onore ai ragazzi dello staff: giovani, simpatici, preparatissimi. Un servizio perfetto, mai invadente, sempre sorridente. E il bartender? Fenomenale. Ci ha preparato un gin tonic analcolico spettacolare: fresco, creativo, memorabile. Un posto dove tutto è gusto, classe e passione. Se passate da Portofino, fatevi un regalo: andateci.
E' un'esperienza davvero unica e speciale. Un sabato sera ho avuto il piacere di cenare con mia moglie al DaV Mare di Portofino, situato sulla famosa piazzetta. L'atmosfera è mozzafiato: silenziosa, incantevole, con una vista che rende speciale ogni istante. Abbiamo optato per un menù degustazione di cinque portate (190 euro a persona), accompagnato da calici di Berlucchi Imperiale, che si sono rivelati perfetti per i piatti di pesce locale proposti. Fin dall'accoglienza, siamo stati seguiti da un team di camerieri specializzati – c'era chi si occupava dei vini, chi dei dolci, e persino chi curava le proposte di ingredienti stagionali come il tartufo bianco. Ogni piatto era ben curato e preparato, ma in particolare ci hanno conquistato l'antipasto di spaghetti di tonno e il risotto con gamberoni crudi di Santa Margherita. Anche i dolci sono stati una piacevole sorpresa. Se devo trovare una piccola nota meno entusiasmante, il secondo di cernia sotto sale con cubi di tonno e nocciole non ha lasciato lo stesso impatto gustativo delle altre portate. Sono irresistibili anche le piccole focacce fatte al momento che servono per accompagnare i piatti. L’ambiente è intimo e raffinato senza eccedere nello sfarzo, e questo contribuisce a mettere in risalto la qualità sia dei piatti che del servizio. Due piccoli aspetti migliorabili: la vicinanza al bar, che a volte ci faceva sentire i rumori del barman al lavoro, e qualche cameriere che ci è sembrato un po' sbrigativo. Tuttavia, la giovane cameriera – nuova nel team e normalmente di servizio all'hotel – ci ha colpiti per professionalità e gentilezza. La sua attenzione e il calore con cui ci ha servito, fino ad offrire una pashmina a mia moglie e spiegare i dettagli di ogni piatto, hanno aggiunto un tocco speciale alla nostra serata. Sapevamo che Da Vittorio fosse una tappa irrinunciabile e siamo rimasti positivamente sorpresi dalla qualità e dall’atmosfera intima. Promuovo questo ristorante per la sua autenticità e l'eccellenza del made in Italy, lontano dalle trappole turistiche.
Il Dav Mare a Portofino è un bar accogliente e grazioso, situato proprio sulla piazzetta con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Il personale è molto cordiale e qualificato, pronto ad accogliere i clienti con sorrisi e gentilezza. Le bevande sono preparate con cura e gusto, offrendo una vasta selezione di cocktail e drink. Un posto perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi un momento di tranquillità in uno dei luoghi più suggestivi della Riviera ligure. Consiglio vivamente una visita al Dav Mare per un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Nella bellissima piazzetta di Portofino ha aperto questa primavera Dav Mare. Ottimo ristorante, ampia la scelta dei piatti, tutti super buoni e di qualità . Gentilissimo e super professionale il personale, giovane e dinamico. Champagne Rose biodinamico la nostra scelta nell’ampia carta dei vini. Torneremo!
Bonjour gourmands, Vacanze all’italiana, aria inebriante di salsedine e un fascino del cinema in bianco e nero, Portofino è questo e altro. L’apoteosi della perfezione, durante un soggiorno nella perla del Golfo del Tigullio si ha viziando le proprie papille gustative dalla famiglia Cerea. Tutto perfetto dal servizio caloroso, preciso, competente e professionale alla location sulla caratteristica Piazzetta, non posso che consigliare l’esperienza al Dav. Parola d’ordine Storytelling e qualità sublime delle eccellenze Made in Italy. Da non perdere i loro signature dishes i famosi paccheri e le trofie al pesto. Diventate anche voi “oggi Golosi”!
Un po' in ritardo scrivo questa recensione. Dopo aver provato il ristorante tristellato a Brusaporto, per il ns anniversario proviamo il DaV di Portofino. Si ritrova la stessa qualità nel cibo e la confidenza del personale. Ottimi piatti, pesce e i classici DaV rivisitati mare. Da provare
Ci siamo fermati prima che il ristorante fosse aperto per cena. Stavamo solo cercando un aperitivo dopo aver fatto un'escursione a Castle Brown. Hanno preparato i cocktail più deliziosi, non potevamo averne solo uno.
DaV non è “solo” un ristorante blasonato, è un luogo dove ti senti a casa, l’attenzione che viene riservata al cliente non è impostata, è sincera, Fabio e tutti i collaboratori ti accolgono con uno sguardo limpido. L’esperienza gustativa è sempre superlativa Il luogo magico .. imperdibile

Tutti i ristoranti della costellazione Da Vittorio sono per noi come casa, e DaV a Portofino non fa eccezione , anzi. A partire dal servizio e dall’insolita capacità che lo staff, di un luogo tanto raffinato, ha di farti sentire il cliente piú importante. Fabio, il Direttore, e tutti i ragazzi del team, sono efficienti, empatici, disponibili, ben oltre quanto il loro ruolo richieda. La cucina, che abbiamo conosciuto sotto la direzione dello chef Davide Galbiati, è sempre all’altezza e coerente con la propria filosofia. Il “Cappon Grasso” e “La Pescatora” sono due piatti che, chi visita questo ristorante, non può non assaggiare. Per noi è un piacere tornare ogni volta da DaV, che sia un’occasione formale o una goliardata con gli amici. La versatilità è un indice di intelligenza di chi dirige questo luogo, nella magica cornice di Portofino.
Esperienza culinaria incredibile!! Entrée di mare, con crostacei freschissimi, seguito da un risotto superlativo, e trofie al pesto eccezionali, con addirittura, l'onore di servirli al tavolo direttamente dalla pentola. Oltre alla qualità sublime, al servizio ottimo del personale di sala, la differenza la fanno le persone che vi lavorano. Un plauso alla talentuosa chef Nicole, e al suo premuroso fidanzato Andrea. Grazie davvero, ci torneremo di sicuro!
The best culinary experience in Portofino. Excellent staff and service. Each dish is made with great passion for the best ingredients and often locally sourced. It is always a pleasure for me to sit at DaV for a lunch or a dinner while enjoying a prime view of Portofino bay. Do not miss the opportunity to eat here! A visit to Portofino without visiting DaV is not complete!
The most incredible restaurant: food, ambience and service was exceptional. The paccheri is served at over £70 in Da Vittorio in Bologna where you get it here for under £40 and it’s incredibly soft, delicious… They granted us a table right at the front of the piazzeta in Portofino and the waiter was so caring and helped suggest other restaurants in the area. Thank you so so much for everything. We will never forget the experience! GRACIAS!

I was too skeptical when my sister insisted in going to this place (I mean we were gonna break the bank cuz it was a five start hotel restaurant). We decided to try out the breakfast instead of dinner (after rescheduling for the 3rd time, the staff was very accommodating). The price tag may seem high but it was so worth for me. We got eggs, toast and some pastries. The presentation and pastry selection met the expectation. We laughed so hard when more pastries just kept coming. The hot chocolate was good. Coffee latte was decent. They even served bread with butter and jams on the side for breakfast which was insane. Service 10/10. Very attentive and supportive. I did not regret having brunch there.
Excellent location, décoration, gastronomy and service. The staff were warm, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Very kid-welcoming and kid-friendly.
I didn't see if DaV has any Michelin stars, but they should. Great service with table-side presentations. The meal started with a delicious amuse bouche from the chef (ours was a little pie-like pastry filled with a shrimp mousse and some pesto). For my meal I had the pasta with pesto, and for dessert I had strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries and pineapple, both dishes were delicious. At the end of the meal the pastry chef came around with a cart and filled complementary little sugar cones with a vanilla creme and presented those and various sweet petit fours for us to enjoy. A top-notch meal with top-notch service.
I think this is one of my favourite restaurants I went to during my trip! Service was exceptional, the waiters were clear professionals and were super kind to us. The food was well presented and absolutely delicious. I loved every single dish from starters to dessert! I also loved how they gave us traditional italian desserts to taste at the end of our lunch. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a wonderful dining experience!

My parents and I had lunch here 2 weeks ago on a hot day, so dining close to the sea offered us a lovely cool breeze here. Everything tasted wonderful, and of course, the pesto was to die for and so refreshing. Thanks to our waiter Davide for exquisite service - Justin from Canada.
True fine dining • everything (I mean everything, even the bread made in-house) was fantastic. Service was great too. The pastry chef, Simone (?), came table-side to present a courtesy dessert, and it was divine. The veal milanese serves 3 people and it was out of this world. The potato & veges appetizer is a must try, the fish was unforgettable, the pasta (pomodoro) was so good we re-ordered it 3 times! Desserts were pure bliss! We will be back next year!
This restaurant is truly mind-blowing. The food was amazing. For starters, we had the seafood mix which was very tasty and then for the main course we had the “Homemade Green Tagliolini”, the “Pacchero alla Vittorio Dav” (which was the best pasta in the menu in my opinion), 2 portions of the “Gran Fritto Misto” and for dessert we had 2 portions of the “Tiramisu” (one of the best I have ever eaten). They were all just amazing. The waiters were also very nice, presenting to us every detail of what we ordered and recommended us certain wines. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing as the music and the scenery around us was very beautiful. They gave us 2 complimentary appetizers and 3 complimentary desserts, which I thought was so nice. The one I liked most was the “Pannetone” at the end. It was so flavourful. Although it was expensive, the food is definitely worth it. I’d say this restaurant is a must-try here in Portofino!

We had a very nice time at this up scale restaurant on the water in Portofino. The complimentary bread service was incredibly fresh and had a large variety of delicious choices. My husband had the trofie pasta which, to our delight, was served table side. I ordered the pacchero alla vittorio and the veal milanese. The pasta was a touch too al dente but otherwise absolutely delicious and while the veal was good it was a very heavy meal. Service was wonderful and the location is hard to beat.
Really enjoyed the food here and they even had some creative and delicious vegetarian dishes for my beloved bride. However the service was overbearing. It was a slow night for them and as a result we basically had our own waiter. Service ended up being wayyyy to fast and we even had to come up with creative ways to say f’off for 5mins so we can digest our last course.
La location e la cordialità dello staff non si mettono in dubbio, ma la cosa che ci ha fatti rimanere molto, molto delusi è stato il conto: la seconda bottiglia di acqua portata senza averla ordinata e fatta pagare € 10,00 e il secondo "Elefantino", che nel menù viene € 65,00, sul conto risultava esattamente il doppio poiché eravamo in due a mangiarlo, sebbene sulla carta vi fosse già specificato che fosse un piatto da dividere in due (ma a quanto pare col prezzo di un singolo). Questo non è accettabile. Siamo stati bene e abbiamo mangiato abbastanza bene, ma essere presi in giro non ci piace e non lo consiglieremo a nessuno. È auspicabile una maggiore chiarezza per rispetto del cliente.

We recently visited Dav Mare in and had their bar menu. Overall, it was an average experience. The fried calamari was unfortunately too salty for our taste, which was disappointing. As for the pizza, it was more like a soggy piece of bread with warm sauce rather than what we expected. However, the burrata was quite nice, both in taste and presentation. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made our visit more pleasant. Additionally, the bathroom was very clean, which is always appreciated. While some aspects of our meal could be improved, the welcoming atmosphere and cleanliness were definite highlights.

In this restaurant you should be warned, that the staff is dishonest. They charged us false for the elderly couple, who sat at the table beside us. The couple had already paid in cash, but unfortunatly the woman hadn't taken the receipt. We were charged 50 euro too much. The staff was delaying the whole process, just because they knew we were in a hurry to catch the boat. So we had to leave after paying 186 euro.
