The hotel is in a prime location. The rooms and common areas are a bit dated. The included breakfast is decent. The value for money seems good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Considering all this, I recommend this place for a vacation or weekend getaway.

We stayed at the Hotel Ristorante Croce Bianca and had a truly pleasant experience. The highlight? Without a doubt, the terrace: spacious, panoramic, and perfect for enjoying a spectacular view of the lake, especially at sunset. The location is very central, ideal for exploring Omegna's city center on foot. The rooms are simple but clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A convenient and well-located option for those who want to experience the heart of the town in complete relaxation.

Perfect location right by the Omegna center, with one side of the building facing the lake. The hotel building is now a bit old, but it's in a good condition-- the rooms are simple and clean. Our room also included breakfast, which was quite nice and with a lot of options. Overall good quality for the price. Camillo at the reception always welcomed us enthusiastically.

Excellent location. Free parking a little further away if you're lucky enough to get a spot. The breakfast is excellent: fresh orange juice, juice extractor, excellent pastries, tea/coffee, fresh fruit, and a little ham and cheese. Unbeatable value for money. The room is fine just for sleeping; there's air conditioning, blinds, a TV, a small bathroom, and everything you need. The room isn't particularly comfortable or attractive, but it does the job. As for the windows, you can hear the traffic. Excellent restaurants and bars nearby.

Rooms are good for this 3star hotel, but they arent so generous, maybe like al of europe hotels. 10 ml shampoo will do u nothing. Breakfast is good though. And staff are friendly.

A view of the lake but also substantial noise from the street below. The room and bathroom were clean, very good food at a good price in the restaurant and a good continental breakfast with fresh squeeze your own oranges and a juicer with fresh carrots, fruits and ginger ready to be juiced. The hotel is also a short walk to the orthopedic hospital so handy for relatives of patients.

The hotel is nice, clean and well-positioned, with friendly service. The dining room has pleasant views over the lake. The dinner we had was reasonably priced (€16 pp for 3 courses) but mediocre in quality. The pastas were fine and abundant. The trout fillet was quite small, the vegetables bland and slightly overcooked, the roast potatoes frozen, not fresh. The bread was stale, and the desserts are not homemade.
