Passing through Treviglio, we decided to have lunch at this restaurant, attracted by the excellent reviews. I can only confirm them: excellent wine list from small producers, tasty and beautifully presented dishes, and a refined and pleasant atmosphere. The owner was very kind and knowledgeable. I also tried their own gin. Recommended!

Delicious! On a business trip with two colleagues, we discovered Ribelle e Rascasse. Warm and carefully designed setting, with a great welcome from a passionate owner who really knows his products. The charcuterie board felt like a tasting class, and my tartare with honey mustard and homemade gin mayo was a real surprise. Quiet that evening, but definitely a place worth discovering.

Truly beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful place. The staff was polite, competent, and aesthetically pleasing (which never hurts! 😏) I had an entrecote that I asked for cooked as well as possible.... the meat was amazing!!! The drizzle of Tuscan olive oil was the icing on the cake! I'll be back as soon as I can! Thanks for the excellent dinner!!!

Ribelle e Rascasse is a gem in the heart of Treviglio, located in an intimate courtyard away from prying eyes, offering its patrons a unique and inimitable atmosphere. The friendliness of the staff, the extremely high quality of the preparations, and the hard work of the kitchen are the key ingredients for a wonderful evening. Last but not least, for all lovers of the beverage component, the presence of refined labels and a signature gin allows for a stay that could extend beyond that of an obligatory dinner. Recommended? Absolutely.

The venue is elegant and understated. The staff is highly knowledgeable and helpful. Each dish is carefully explained, but without becoming intrusive. You can sense their passion and knowledge of the products. The quality of the products is excellent, and the prices are very fair. The selection of wines, champagnes, beers, and other beverages is excellent. I'll be back as soon as I can to try other delicacies. A special mention goes to the "Milano elite" gin offered at the end of the dinner.

The restaurant will only have to forgive me if, despite my five years of living in the city, I wasn't familiar with it. It offers what I would dare to call "refined" and elegant service, without, however, being grotesque (which is very easy), as demonstrated by the ease with which a drizzle of excellent olive oil is poured onto a plate to allow for a very rustic "scarpetta" (cleaning up the plate). The attention to detail is excellent, providing all the necessary information about the quality and provenance of the ingredients. This may have been due to the low turnout during my meal, but it's understandable. I won't mention the dishes I ordered because those fall within my own personal tastes, but, without exaggerating, I feel compelled to praise their quality: extremely high. Excellent accessibility to wines without being too pretentious and, therefore, at more than fair prices, without sacrificing extremely successful pairings. A very pleasant location, located in the city center but in a very private and peaceful setting. I will definitely return. By pure chance, I discovered what I think is one of the best restaurants I've ever tried, just a few meters from my home. The only flaw? The tiramisu isn't among the desserts. However, you won't even think about it when you get the bill: it's exceptionally honest.
