I've had bad customer service here before so I usually avoid this location even tho its by my house. but tonight I went after work after finding out their drive thru is open 24hrs. The lady that was working drive thru was super nice and helpful which honestly really shocked me cuz I've never had an employee actually be really great with customers at this location (which is why I haven't been here in over 6 months)but this made me want to try coming back to this location in hopes that theyre hiring better workers. Really great job tonight it was super appreciated 👏 👍 really convenient hours too!

I have not been back since they rebuilt. And was impressed. Food was excellent, but overpriced. But that is Carl's for you. Paid $30 for 2 burgers, 1 frie, 1 zucchini, 1 drink. Service was actually good. Not use to that here in Pico. I recommend 7.5 of 10.

I think i got served a burger that was sitting out for hours , the bread was hard to bite into, i should’ve known when my “Spicy” Double Western that came out in like 5 seconds was sitting out. HEADS UP YO! They cheat you on the Large Fries. They don't push in the bottom of the carton so it holds in LESS fries but it looks FULL. ALWAYS make sure it's pressed in when receiving your Large Fries.

Management is non existent and when you bring an actual complaint to them, they roll their eyes and make it seem like you ordered it wrong. If it’s hard to not put cheese on a regular hamburger, they really need to have corporate come to readjust everything

Visited this drive-thru on a Saturday night and ordered just two meals. The drive-thru wasn’t busy, yet we waited 16 minutes for our food. When we went inside to check, the staff gave us attitude and said they were waiting on our Santa Fe chicken sandwich. For $41.39, we expected better. The food was cold—fries and cheeseburger included. Only the chicken sandwich was warm. Very disappointing experience, and customers shouldn’t have to pay premium prices for poor service and cold food. Having to walk inside in the rain takes the convenience part of drive thru pointless

They never have your food ready on time and then ask you to back up so their drive-thru timer doesn't accurately record how long it takes them to make your order. It's been like this for months, it's ridiculous. Twice they made my order wrong and had the nerve to argue I didn't order it correctly on the app.

I read the reviews and seems like we are not the only ones. Honestly take a drive and drive to another location. You drive far and probably make it home faster then going here. By far the worst location ive been to and its only minutes away from where i live.

Just used my card at a liquor store to pay 5 minutes before and now it doesn't work here yet they say it's not their system and I show them on my phone that says the card is good. It is their system I wouldn't trust this place then again that the burgers aren't they good anyway. My point being I just don't understand how they can tell me it's not their system when I show them on my phone The card is good I wouldn't trust him who knows what they do to the food stay away from this Carl's Jr.

Drive thru order, the receipt shows that the cashiers name is Ashley (she was definitely a manager, not sure if her actual name is Ashley or not), and she was rude for no reason at all! Not to mention it wasn't busy at all. These combo's are not cheap, and our money could've been well spent elsewhere. Not to mention on top of the bad service, my burger patty was luke warm, almost cold (cheese wasn't melted). My husband's fries were not good, and he said that the milkshake had a terrible aftertaste, so he threw it away! Will definitely contact corporate.

From constantly staring at me to talking about me to an older lady who I’m assuming was a cook. The cashier was also an older lady. Usually I am not one to complain but I did not appreciate the way I was treated!

The manager in charge on Wednesdays has a really bad and unwelcoming attitude, I believe that is the reason why it’s so slow. Terrible customer service doesn’t smile or make the customer feel comfortable.

I hope corporate sees this second time visit in this location first time I just drove away because of the poor customer service while ordering in the drive-through. Was asked to wait five times. This time I drove right up to the window my order was taken. It seem like the person was in a hurry taking my order. I reiterated multiple times no onions when I drove up to pay as soon as a car pulled up behind me the employee asked me to go park rudely. after waiting another 10 min just to get my order wrong. Employee asked me to provide my receipt due to the lack of not caring for my service or my time. Due to their lack of caring, I just proceeded to ask for a refund, which also took a while.

Horrible customer service even from the manager! So much attitude from the older employees which is shocking because the younger ones are so nice. Really sad how down this place went. Where’s the friendliness and good attitude. Be better Carl’s Jr employees this is so sad to see.

The workers are so slow and have no clue what there doing take 10 minutes for a kids meal with no drive through like then make us park when there is nobody in the line
