Very good takeout pizzas. We hadn't had them in a while. Fair prices and friendly service. Kind and punctual staff! Maybe something changes every now and then (management?), but the fact is that the pizza was really good, just as I remembered. The place was packed, so thank goodness I booked! Really good pizza, both the dough and the quality ingredients! Excellent value. I also tried the cuoppo, which wasn't bad and had a lot of variety! A little disappointed that the dessert wasn't fresh (it was still frozen!) and was also expensive! The Moroccan coffee, however, was good! Friendly service, even if a little distracted at times, but given how crowded it was, that's to be expected; it was Saturday night after all! Takeout pizza! Good, excellent dough and good ingredients! Too bad that at 7 pm they already didn't have some ingredients like the prosciutto... But oh my, what a queue!

In the gray desolation of Pieve Emanuele, across from the gigantic Ripamonti Residence, BistroNapoletano adds a splash of color. The place isn't large, but it's a bar, artisanal ice cream parlor, pastry shop, and pizzeria. The concentration of activity can obviously lead to confusion, but the pizza is truly delicious. Tastefully decorated, and reasonably priced.

I came to this place for the first time after reading positive reviews and seeing tempting photos on Google Maps. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff, and I pointed out the pizzas I wanted to order. While waiting, I sat at a table and looked around. The place was nice, but alas, as time passed, the pizzas never arrived. I waited over an hour and a half for three takeout pizzas. I believe there is a lack of organization, as a service must be effective and efficient. I learned from the staff that the pizzeria doesn't take appointments for takeout orders, but as a customer, I consider this a negative aspect. I hope that over time, this negative aspect will be addressed and improved, turning it into a positive aspect. I am writing this review so that it can be considered constructive criticism. New customers like me come willingly the first time, we arrive with all the good intentions in the world but if we are then disappointed you no longer see us and our money

You can't just make money if I ask you for a pizza and fried fish you can't bring me some wood-fired dough with buffalo mozzarella that didn't arrive, 2 (2) slices of ham, a few leaves of wrinkled cheese and some flaked cheese that you grated instead and make me pay €10 for it. Instead, the fried fish that cost €18 had 2 (2) prawns and eight (8) pieces of calamari on half a kilo of salad. The price is fine but the quantity must be adequate...

In any case, when a customer leaves a review complaining about poor service, I advise you to be more humble and perhaps apologize instead of being rude to everyone, as many responses have shown. If you advise everyone not to come back, you won't last long, and even if you made the best pizza in Italy, your unprofessional and unkind attitude will ruin your reputation! Bye bye This is already the second time we've had takeout pizzas, and each time something is wrong. The first time, they got the wrong flavor, which is understandable considering it was crowded, but yesterday, too, my pizza wasn't what I asked for, and it was completely burned underneath and therefore inedible. A little more attention should be paid to those who order takeout, since they can't return it. I'm sorry, but we won't be returning!

We reported that the gin and tonic we received wasn't gin and tonic, but gin with lemon tonic. We reported it to the waiter, who told us it was regular gin and tonic. We reported it to the cashier, and we were treated like idiots, as if we didn't know how a gin and tonic was made (which, not surprisingly, is called gin and tonic, not gin lemon). We were repeatedly told that gin and tonic "is just like that," when it would have been better to say something like, "We're out of regular tonic, sorry, we've added this lemon tonic." This was a very poorly handled issue, and the attitude was haughty in front of a 70-year-old woman (my mother). They lost a customer, or rather, an entire family.

My visit to this bistro in Pieve Emanuele turned out to be a completely negative experience. We intended to simply order two pizzas, but their "FRITTO NAPOLETANO" was highly recommended. We specifically requested ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT due to my fiancée's vegetarian diet. Despite the waiter's reassurances, we SCANDALIZED to discover pieces of ham in the fried food. This gross lack of attention to customer needs profoundly undermines the restaurant's credibility. In addition to this UNACCEPTABLE mistake, the atmosphere is unwelcoming and decidedly noisy. Customer service is clearly lacking, and the disappointment was amplified by the bill: €15 for four pieces of low-quality fried food, easily found at a fast food restaurant for a fraction of the price. An experience to forget, and a place I will never set foot in again.

The pizza isn't Neapolitan, but Egyptian, like the "pizzaioli." The only thing Neapolitan is the name. The owner who serves is extremely rude. Not recommended.

I'm only talking about the last time, since you never check your Facebook page. I wanted a Bismarck pizza, and I got a pizza with scrambled eggs. I would have gone back to have it remade, but my mother, who told me the person who took the order had no idea what a Bismarck was, forbade me. Please, you can't make these lapses in style! And it wasn't on August 15th, but on the 8th, and perhaps I didn't clearly state that my mother and her partner went to order the pizzas themselves.
