Burger was delicious, staff was very friendly, place was nice and clean. Abit pricey, but I would love to go back. Went back two more times and was not disappointed one bit. They got it out the park with their all meat pizza and their jambalaya! Tried their dessert and it was very rich and delicious!

This restaurant offers the best food at a very great price. Declan was our server and he was very attentive and humorous, which really livened our night. I recommend this place to everyone. here's what was left of our delicious meal along with my to-go box ♡

Happy Hour was amazing here! I loved the Garlic Shrimp with Parmesan Toast Appetizer. I had a Glass of Red Wine with a Strawberry Short Cake Poozkie for Desert. I enjoyed my Meal with my Girlfriends!

It's been a while since we've been here but it won't be long before we come back! Great choices on food, terrific atmosphere and bar! We enjoyed the Flatbread over a brew and spicy Margarita rimmed with Tajin....it's hard to find.

I am a huge BJs fan. Probably my favorite restaurant. They never disappoint!! The chicken parmasean is delicious and always cooked perfectly! The servers are always so kind and there hardly a wait for your food. Very bright place, amazing atmosphere. Definitely recommend coming here!!

BJ's feels like every restaurant you've ever known mixed into one. It's the brewery steakhouse where you can get a deep dish pizza, margaritas made to order, and fresh baked cookies with ice cream. Service is excellent and makes you like you're server only has you and maybe one other table on the other side of the the restaurant. Prime rib weekend special is tasty and way too much food for one person. We took home a growler of our favorite brew for under $10. Would definitely come back again.

We came in on Sunday right at 11am for a celebration for my daughter's confirmation. We had a party of 12. Tristan was our server... He was amazing. He was professional, quick on all request. He never missed a beat. He really made the experience top notch. If you come be sure to request his section. The food was great as well.

Very pleased with my dinner! Katie was very attentive, efficient, and knowledgeable. She made my friends and I laugh and made great cocktail and dessert recommendations. Highly recommend the cherry glazed salmon and Gran Patron margarita. Pay her all the money, raise, she earned it!

Mia is the absolute best bartender and is always super sweet and attentive to her guests. she wished me a happy birthday and made me feel so welcome :)

Mia was a great server! The burger was cooked to perfection. Fries were hot and crispy, just perfect!

We stopped in to BJs on Sunday for the Hard Root Beer and also got a bacon cheeseburger and a jalapeno cheeseburger. Samantha C took amazing care of us, it was a great experience. First of all, if you haven't had the hard root beer and are a root beer and alcohol fan you should definitely give it a try. The burgers were great, especially the fried jalapenos. I've been here multiple times and usually had pizza, which is also amazing, but the burgers were a pleasant surprise.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Mia! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She knew the menu inside and out, made great recommendations, and checked on us just the right amount. You can tell she truly cares about providing excellent service, and it made our entire visit so enjoyable. Mia is a total gem and a huge asset to this place—we’ll definitely be back and hope to have her again!

Food was promptly delivered and absolutely amazing! My server, Samantha C, was incredibly accommodating and understanding of my food allergy and made sure to check in often to ensure everything was going well. Definitely an ideal and wonderful restaurant experience overall!

We've been to this location several times and the food is consistently good. But this particular night Sharon at the bar took care of us, and she is FANTASTIC! The absolute best server / bartender I've encountered in years. Knowledgeable, kind and helpful to everyone

Had an amazing dinner at BJs tonight. Mia our waitress/bartender, took great care of us and provided exceptional customer service. Our food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic.

EVERYTHING on the menu is amazing! How? I don’t know. Every person I’ve encountered was amazing but today Baileigh took everything above and beyond. Bring anyone here, even your pickiest eater will be pleased.

Best wings in town! Kenzie provided us wonderful service, was very attentive and knowledgeable with walking us through options for our meals. We will be back for sure. Sadly we were too stuffed to try the Pazookie so we will be back for sure!!

Honestly everytime I come to this location the service always lets me down, tonight Michael really changed my opinion on this place! He was so friendly and personable and was nothing but smiles and always more than helpful. Not only was he friendly but he was excellent at his job and never left us too long to wait and he kept our table clean and tidy! Something I always pay attention to. We were the last table in his section but he never rushed us and was hands down the best server we have had here!! Thanks again Mike, I hope management acknowledges your greatness and you keep up the great work!!! Thanks again :)

The food was tasty, and cooked to order, and the service was great. Request David as your waiter! He was awesome—the first thing he did was ask about any food allergies that he needed to be mindful of, and he was upbeat and checked on us frequently. Definitely recommend!

Never been here before but have heard wonderful things! First of all lovely customer service. Very helpful and patient. Prices I suppose are competitive with other establishments like this. However I think the avocado egg rolls are pricey. Definitely great to share with others tho. The food was good and fresh. Nothing spectacular but delish. The avocado rolls were recommended to me as they are a popular item. However I wouldn't order them again. Just the warm mushy avocado didn't do it for me. Now the wedge salad is absolutely fab with plenty of blue cheese crumbles. The crispy fresh fries were very good as well. I just wanted to try a new spot before a complete dine in experience. Would definitely return for that!

I’ve visited BJ’s Brewhouse at multiple locations and tonight’s visit at this location is the 5th time I’ve dined here. Had the Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba Noodles as an entree with the add on of a Caesar Salad. I was disappointed in the Caesar Salad in which it was an additional fee for it added to my dinner for a salad that was drenched in Caesar dressing, had barely any croutons and was such a small portion of mostly core lettuce. The Spicy Peanut Chicken entree had excellent flavor, but for the price, the portion was very small. I used to enjoy the experience at your restaurant, but it’s kinda lost the flare it once had.

We went to BJs on 1/5. We typically try and go about 2x a month and always sit at the bar! This is the first time we had below average service. We started with the Dubai chocolate martini and wine, martini was wonderful as always. For our main course we ordered the Monday pizza special, and my wife ordered the unlimited soup and salad. By the time our pizza came out the bartender (solo) was so busy making drinks for the rest of the restaurant it took over 15min for me to get a plate for the pizza . At first I was okay with waiting a minute as I assumed the pizza was hot and needed to cool. But waiting 15 min and finally getting a plate the pizza was cooler than I would like. Meanwhile my wife finished before I even was able to eat . The lady next to me received her flat bread (already had a plate) after I received my pizza and finished before I even had the chance to ask for a plate. Wasn’t able to get any Parmesan or red peppers bc as fast as he handed me the plate he turned around to make more drinks. I understand the bartender was very busy. I work in the service industry as well. Just a suggestion they have 2 bartenders on or maybe implement if someone orders a pizza to give them utensils and cheese/peppers right away so they are ready to go once the pizza is out . Regardless we still love this place

My first time here and this place is super cool!! Great food! LOVED THE BEER!! Nathan was an amazing server, super nice and professional. My only complaint at all is the floors were very dirty and sticky, and not just at my table but for as much as I could see all of the floors were kind of gross. Other than that this place is great and we will definitely return!

The "pepperoni extreme" pizza hardly was. That's like a normal amount of pepperoni that should go on a pizza. The melt was both burned in the center and soft and soggy around the edges. The flatbread was fine though the crust was a little under done. For what all this cost, I'd expect a much higher level of skill in how things are cooked.

Standard chain, although a little nicer and more modern on the interior than the competition. Dodo quality though on par with the others. The chili was a big disappointment as it tasted as if straight from the can. The wedge was standard with the also standards highly processed blue cheese chains use. The steak though, while not the highest quality of cut, was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. The broccoli not memorable. Overall. Just a straight up standard chain that I'd give a slight nod to over the direct competition due to the depth and breath of the menu here, and the more modern vibe.

restaurants need to bring down beer prices.the beer is 10$ and drinks are really expensive.i love beer and didn't have any.this is a casual restaurant with a lot of 30$+ prices.i found a 18$ hamburger that was good (+a lot of fries).my daughter got some kind of a bowl and she asked if it was a kids meal.it was busy but the food came out in 4 rounds and 1st round was finished almost a hour before the last round.server was good I think management was the problem.my 18$hamburger was good but really 18$.wedge salad was good but 22$ for a 2$ iceberg and no onions or anything and 5 Oz of beef.my wife makes a amazing salad every day for a couple of bucks.

I was so excited for my pizookie today, I ordered one for curbside today and I just opened it when I got home and it’s burnt! Literally never happened to me before. I order the gluten free pizookie every time and it’s never looked like this before or been so dry and burnt :(

Just ordered a to go pizookie here tonight. Other locations usually can handle this simple order fine- this location gave me half a pizookie and it was burnt. My fiancé went back in to pickup the remake, which came back full, but still burnt! It was a simple chocolate chip pizookie. Picture is of the first pizookie I received.

Do you actually look at your food before you put it out or even taste it. Ordered to go: her chicken, looks so nasty and your hot honey Brussels sprouts. I took one bite of the sprouts and nearly gagged. No salt or flavor whatsoever. Never buy from here again, if you do, I don’t recommend the chicken or sprouts!!

I always have the worst problem out of this BJ’s today. The pizza was tossed together, literally together. The manager didn’t even feel like dealing with what was going on. He seemed like he didn’t want to be there. The customer service and accountability always lacks. It’s very mandatory that the restaurant needs a makeover, a people that give a care makeover. A chef should be particular about their food. The people that’s in the back they don’t care and it showed. I paid for the pizza and I got it to go so I could come home and put it in the air fryer no compensation disappointment. Customer not satisfied and they made sure that I wasn’t.

I booked an online reservation at BJ’s Brewers in Pinellas Park on 12/22/25 for a corporate event scheduled on 1/3/26 and the entire experience was unacceptable. The manager, Danate, showed a complete lack of urgency and professionalism from the start of our interaction. Despite the reservation being made well in advance, I never received a confirmation call. I had to follow up myself on 12/31/25 just to verify if the reservation was even noted. They had to search for it and told I would get a call back. The online reservation indicated there would be a buffet with entrée options, which was never offered. Instead, the manager called the day before the event 1/2/26 to tell me what area they “could” provide, speaking as if they couldn’t accommodate us at all. With timing being awful there was no time to change the location as this location, date and time was announced to my team after making online reservation To make matters worse, he stated we would just have to order from the menu (which was not part of the online booking) and informed me that gratuity would be added—highly unprofessional given the timing and lack of clarity. I don’t mind paying gratuity but the services needed were not honored, which is the main reason I picked this establishment. On the day of the event, the table was not ready, and there were other guests seated in our reserved area. We were scheduled at 7pm didn’t get seated until almost 740 pm, we were told that we can make guest leave by the hostess instead of saying “we failed to communicate and prioritize prior commitments”. The waitstaff tried their best, but they were clearly overwhelmed and unable to handle our group of 20. This was observed by body language and of course rolling of their eyes. Orders were incorrect, when told of course this heightened their anxiety. Appetizers were placed randomly in one area verses being spread amongst the table, and basic condiments were never provided. Ex. Steak with no A1. I spent over $1,000, yet had to repeatedly ask for items and refills which seemed to annoy the staff. This entire failure falls on the manager’s lack of oversight and communication to his team. There was no follow-up to confirm accommodations, no effort to ensure the event ran smoothly, and no post-event check-in to see if we were satisfied. Even though BJ’s did not provide exemplary service my team and I still had a great time, we can make the best out of anything!!! Bottom line: If you’re planning a corporate event here, do not rely on their online reservation system. Go in person, walk the site, and confirm every detail yourself—because they will not honor your reservation or provide the service promised.

My husband & I ate at BJ's Saturday night ( January 31, 2026 ). We were looking forward to having the prime rib dinner. When we went to order our server Charlie informed us they were out of prime rib. I could see them being out if we had come in at 9:00 or 10:00 P.M. however we were there around 6:00. We ended up getting the rib eye steak.When the food arrived at our table my husband's steak was full of fat and My was very, very very well done almost to the pointe of being burned. ( I order my steak medium well). My baked potato was ice cold and the broccoli tasted like it was barely cooked. Charlie our server honored the dessert that came with the prime rib dinner and that was good. This was the fourth time we have eaten at this establishment & it will be the last. The food has NEVER been that great If you want the prime rib dinner I highly recommend getting there at 4:O0 PMwhen the special starts being served.

We came here last year and had a great experience. On thus visit, we were sat next to a large, extremely loud group. There were at least four members of the group I can only describe as yelling whenever they spoke. To the point that my five year old was covering her ears and almost in tears. Our server was also I think incredibly stressed. My husband asked the hostess if we could be resat, and explained the situation. She said it would be a twenty minute wait. There were probably nine empty tables in our section that absolutely could have been reworked to accommodate us. My husband asked to speak to the manager, her reply was she didn’t know where he was. As a manager in a store, when a patron makes a request like this, it’s your cue to address the situation. All adults at our table agreed that it was probably the worst overall experience we’ve ever had in a restaurant. I mentioned our concerns to the hostess on our way out. She did apologize but she said “sometimes that happens”. No, it doesn’t. Someone could have politely asked the table to speak in a normal indoor tone, or even a loud one. Also, my niece used the restroom and saw an employee come out of a bathroom stall and go back to work without washing their hands. Really unacceptable. Truly bad experience. Never going back.

We dined in tonight and were told our usual server Chelsi no longer worked here because of a secret test is wild. She was the best sever you had up here. I won’t be coming back because I don’t support a company like that. She always knew what we wanted just by seeing us sit down. It’s sad a company let someone so valuable go away. Shame on you.
