It was the reception we dreamed of: the food was unforgettable and the wines superb. The chef created a welcoming and surprising culinary experience, and his passion for it is palpable, enjoyable, and sincere. The location was also the perfect setting. We're now longtime members of the fan club!

A unique experience! We chose the three-course tasting menu, and what can I say? It was a feast for the eyes and the palate. The attention to detail is meticulously crafted and highly original. Compliments to the staff, and especially to Mehdi, who was friendly and very helpful in explaining the dishes, creating an oasis of deliciousness in a refined and classy location. Highly recommended for those seeking a new experience and extraordinary flavors.

An intimate and well-maintained restaurant, excellent service, and unexpected dishes that combine Piedmontese culture with international influences. The chef is present in the dining room to present his dishes and conveys a lively passion for his creations. The excellent tasting menu allows you to discover different dishes and flavors. The excellent wine cellar can be visited to choose the perfect accompaniment to your meal. In addition to the upper and lower dining rooms, there is a beautiful outdoor lawn furnished with swings and available for private events.

A real surprise! We had read excellent reviews, and I can fully confirm this. We ordered the five-course tasting menu with matching wines. The dish featured unusual pairings, with references to Moroccan tradition revisited with an innovative Italian twist. The wine pairing was very interesting and featured niche wines. The location was beautiful, the table setting was beautiful, and above all, the chef was very friendly, often coming to the table to chat amicably with the guests. Kudos to the sommelier who chose the wine cellar.

The location is beautiful, the service excellent, and the food is all very unique, with this blend of Italian-Moroccan flavors... all the right combinations, but only a few that are truly wow-inducing... but in my opinion, the path taken is the right one... honestly, we had a great time and will definitely be back... impeccable service. Excellent location, great service, a good atmosphere, excellent, high-quality meat, and for my wife, who is vegan, they offered valid vegan and vegetarian options on the menu. Even though it's a grill restaurant and some dishes need to be finished cooking at the table, the classic grilled meat smell, which often bothers diners, wasn't noticeable. A very small flaw (but it doesn't lower my overall positive rating) in my opinion is the lack of a wine list. They have a good selection on a noticeboard in the dining room, but it's not clear to me whether the number on the bottle equates to the price or an internal identification number (perhaps just asking would be enough, but if it were more intuitive, it wouldn't put the customer in difficulty).

A mixed experience. The chef's cuisine is excellent in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the flavor combinations, but unfortunately the service was decidedly lacking. The wait was too long. The wines paired with the dishes arrived, without any explanation, much earlier than the dishes. The bill was high, consistent with the cuisine but not with the rest. I recommend trying the restaurant to sample the food, but I don't think I'll be back.
