The counter people were short and to the point. No smiles, No welcome in. Immediately you are hit with this nasty smell! Smells like a dirty moldy mop! I ordered and waited a long time while they preferred the drive through line. I got my food and wanted to use the restroom before getting back on the road. Pewhee that stench was so strong in there it almost made me sick! Stinky , stinky restaurant! NOPE never again.

Very clean and very fast getting you your food, which they do good at making. My original review was some time ago, and they were one of the best Jack N The Box I had tried, this is no longer the case. Yesterday I and a friend stopped by. I ordered a Jumbo Jack, which was correctly served, never in my life have I ever felt I had no choice but to return my order, at any fastfood restaurant, my Jumbo Jack was the absolute worse hamburger ever. I returned it with no problem, didn't care about the money, which I did get back though. My Main point was they had to know how awful the burger was, I told the manager maybe it was a bad run of meat but I didn't want any other item from them. Will not be returning.

Update.. it's been a while since I been back due to the slow service however same line backed up into the street tonight, and even ppl just pulling out of line to leave because it's taking so long. This is not fast food.. it's very slow food. They have the slowest person on the drive thru at night. He constantly takes one order and then ask you to wait.. and you sit there for like 5min before he takes another order. They have three ppl on night shift so it shouldn't be this slow.

They refused to make my order I ordered through the app and they ignored me do not order here 30 minutes wasted

I prepaid the food online. I set the quantity of sauce I wanted. However, when I get to the store. I checked my bag I only received one sauce on an order of a build your own munchies and 3 orders of loaded tiny tacos. I asked this hispanic female associate. To what happen to the 10 sauces I ordered online. The lady simply told me with a mad face that they don't give 10 sauces. So i say ok, well the online does not limit me of the quantity. She dismissed me by turning around. So I told her I was going to report this incident at the corporate office. So as soon I walked away from the counter to the table, to check my order, just to make sure they didn't messed up my oder. I heard and witness this lady bad mouthing me along with her co-workers. Saying "do you believe this puto pendejo! This stupid guy! Going to report me to corporate!!! So I came back to the counter and confronted her, I told her to why bad mouthing me with your co-workers. She already knew the next thing I was going to do. Is to get her name. However, she simply covered her name tag by putting her arm around her chest. I try to call corporate but very hard to contact. So corporate people. If you are seeing this comment. Please train your associates properly. The world's worst Jack n the box!!! Such incompetence in this place year after year. So much so it deserves to be known. Save yourself the trouble of stopping here. The whole staff should be fired and replaced

I give this one 3 stars, because the girl who took my order did a good job. However, the lady at the window only gave me my food and not my drink. I tried to get her attention, she ignored me, and never came back. I had to drive around, and come in side to get it. People at this loctation need to work on their personalities, own their mystakes, and stop making up excuses. Its one thing to apologize for forgetting something, and another to say you did do it, when you didn't...

Gave Jack in box a second chance the other day. We had grabbed a bite to eat. And as soon as we got it. The food was cold. Cold sourdough jack and cold curly fries. We tried to call but no answer,as it was to late. I had a appt at kaiser... My husband and I say, the cashier's do not care about the customer's because if they did. Our food would be Hot and we pay money for.. So we are done. My rating is a zero... If I could.

I was so disappointed and Jack in the box I love going there but I had one of the worst experiences in my life there I ordered a double jumbo Jack with cheese they gave me a single I ordered four tacos the tacos were cold and stale the burger was cold the cheese was not even melted on the burger I was the only one in line had to say my order three times to the lady and she still got it wrong and serves me cold food I am so disappointed in Jack in the box I will never return to that establishment ever again and she had the nerve to tell me double sounds like jumbo but you still got my food wrong. What about the cold tacos in the cold Burger when I'm the only one in drive-thru

Today I ordered a crispy chicken club salad and received a grilled chicken. I asked for extra ranch and did not receive. I feel like the person who took my order just kept saying un huh and threw the first thing they saw in the bag. I hate ordering food to-go (#1), then when I have an opportunity to choke it down finding out the wonderful employees didn't put napkins in my bag(#2). This is the first time I've ordered the terrible tacos with mystery filling from Jack in the box and not received a drop of their version of salsa. What is usually mediocre was absolutely terrible!
