I love the triple famous star burger. I placed my order to go and my food was ready and sitting on the counter waiting to get bagged up for 5 minutes which I didn't care for. They didn't have many staff members at the time of my visit.

Great lunch on a work day! The counter/register lady was pleasant, quick, and accurate! We found a great table, and started to sit, ..just as the smiling gentleman at the serving end of the counter called our number! He seemed to know we were going to enjoy these full-sized, full-flavored burgers, ..and he was correct! The 'Famous Stars' were perfect! ..fresh! ..clean! ..great vegetables! ..and they fully satisfied our fuel (and fun) needs! My thanks to Carl's Jr., ..and the joyful, professional people there, who provided us exactly the re-energizing we needed on this long hot workday afternoon today. ..and they did it all with such a happy smile! Now I know where to go!! Thank you! .. :)

It was the staff and clean environment that would bring me back.

Chicken sandwiches are not good. Chicken consistency is a strange hard fiberous patty and seems always over cooked. The burgers are great and the staff there is usually pretty friendly.

For fast food, Carl's Jr. is great. Unfortunately, good tasting food does take a little more time to prepare. So they are a little slower. But what only makes it four stars is, they only offer orange juice in a small carton. I don't understand why it's not on tap.

1/2 lb. California double cheeseburger is okay. The onion rings should be avoided, over breaded, over fried and tasteless! Oreo milkshake was pretty good. In the burger zone here in Antioch this place is #3 of 5? For the money and time, better food quality and quantity is available not too far down the road.

To me the food is mediocre at best the service is OK ...

The food portions is big but the taste is average. It's a good quick bite but expensive for a hamburger drive through. Paid $26 for Large drink, large fries and 2 burgers.

Salty food full of sodium. Made my stomach sick. I won't recommend this place for breakfast.

Be aware that when ordering a medium drink you will get a small. They sized all the drinks down to to smaller oz and claimed that the 12oz size was the medium. Even though you may pay for a large meal you will get a medium drink and paying for a medium you get a small drink .Food is good but don't like the feeling of not getting what I paid for.

Not to good if your looking for fresh hot fries! Every time I get fries that taste like they have warmed up a few times , rubbery! I just keep thinking maybe I just came at a bad time but it's every time I go there.

Manager refuses to serve me my online order. I did nothing to these people and came to eat what I thought was good food. I will not be coming to this location again. They wasted 60 dollars of my money and refused a refund. Ignored my calls and refused to work with me due to a lack of communication they are capable of. I'm appalled at the lack of care and rudeness I received. This should be addressed asap. I will be getting my money back but the fact I had to go through this process should speak volumes. I wasted time and energy when I could have just stayed home and made my own food.

Well I have to finally give a rating. It's been too many times that I haven't gotten what I ordered, or they over charged me. I like Carl's Jr food, but this one just isn't going to get my business anymore. I told him 4 times what I wanted and he still didn't get it right and overcharged me for it.

Food was one if not the worst Carl’s Jr ever in my life service wise they ignored me for about 1 or 2 minutes at the counter by the time the help me they were rude about everything, I spend 48 Dlls worth in food and by the time I ask for some ranch they charge me extra 48 cents for each ranch so so sad

My boyfriend and I pulled into the drive-thru, there were no other cars both in the parking lot nor the actual drive-thru itself so it was clear they weren't slammed with orders. We pull up to the microphone and ask for a simple order of 1 Large Dr Pepper and 1 Six Piece Star Nuggets. We were not asked if we needed anything else and were told our total. I found that strange but assumed the worker simply forgot to ask. As we pull up to the window, the worker, "Esperanza" or at least that was the name on our receipt, handed us our large drink and our receipt. The cup was not filled all of the way, if anything it was just a little above half way full of soda. The lid itself was completely bent, smashed, slipping off of the cup and covered in soda. It seemed as if he had smashed the lid on as hard as he could and shook the drink by doing so. He then tells us "Bye, have a good day" and slides the window shut. My boyfriend not noticing anything began to drive off. It then dawned on me that we didn't receive the whole order. I mentioned it to him and he reversed back to the window. We waved into the window trying to get his attention but he paid no mind, hopefully tending to a customers needs for once. Once he opened the window, we told him we didn't get our nuggets. He told us "Yeah they're cooking. It's going to be two minutes." And slams the window shut. The look on his face was ridiculous, he was annoyed with us! We sat in the car and waited, I was still surprised by his attitude since I've worked in the food industry for YEARS and I know what apologizing is. Eventually he hands us the bag and doesn't say a word, he just slams the window shut once again. We pull off and think back whether or not my boyfriend and I had said or did something to cause such a disgusting attitude from a worker. My boyfriend asks for a nugget, and I reach into the bag only to discover that Esperanza had placed our nugget bag upsidedown causing all of the nuggets to fall out when I grabbed it. The mishaped and soda covered lid on top of the partially filled cup, the improperly placed nuggets which I'm sure was deliberate, telling us goodbye and to have a good day knowing our order is not finished, and most of all the disgusting attitude is all of the more reason I will never be returning here again. This was my first time coming here, and it will be my last. Never once have I ever treated another person like this, more importantly while I was standing behind a counter and serving them their meals. I have worked in the food industry for half a decade and I know a terrible worker when I see one. This was absolutely horrendous service and this worker needs to be spoken to and dealt with because this was ridiculous.

We wanted to go to In and Out last night but they were too crowded. So we opted for Carl's. Big $$$ mistake! $8.00 for a burger???? In and outs double double isn't that expensive! Over 40.00 for our order! My husband got our money back and we went to El Pollo Loco for HALF THE COST!
