Always Friendly. During covid when no one was allowing people to use "the facilities" they kindly allowed my fiance' to washup. Again, always nice and cheerful and I dig the beyond burgers and their shakes are TASTY !

Just recently started going here again since they put out the coupons that is a big deal but so far I've enjoyed every meal I've gotten the fries are hot and everything is how it should be

Never had an issue. Staff are respectful and polite. Order is always perfect. My go to for any meal just wish they open later for dinner time as I get off work later

My favorite fast food restaurant. I have been going there for almost 3 years now. The restaurant is always clean, the hamburgers are delicious and the people who work there are always happy, and providing great customer service.

Well managed store! Even though some employees can't seems to be able to smile to customers. This is more like a widespread issues in customer service industry! Especially in fast food or quick serve restaurants.

Amazing staff. There was a mix up with my order and the staff were extremely helpful in figuring it out. The mistake was on my part but the staff remained courteous throughout the whole debacle. My definite go-to spot for a late night burger.

Always good! I can't speak for all Carl's Jr's but this one always gets my order right, always gives me extra sauce without asking, always quick and courtesies! Highly recommend!

Okay. Let me share something with you about Carls Jr. This particular one. Make it a trip and go out of your way because they are a real experience. Very nice staff. Food is always hot.and fresh. I was there pretty much my whole vacay Breakfast was on hit. Thanks so much guys!

Havent had Carl's jr in a while so decided to go with my kid. Order the guacamole burger and she got a happy meal with a Ryan's toy review toy. Her favorite person.

The new 'Beyond Famous Star' burger is really good. If you order a combo you can substitute the fries for fried zucchini. Its a nice change from the usual.

There arnt to many Carl's around but I choose this 1 it's less fast foodie than the 1 on lonetree if u really really want the ultimate carls experience Oak Grove an YV rd. In concord walnut creek days the 1. Next best is here

Customer service could be better. Nicer. And ask if we want condiments. And burgers could use more love to it.

I had the Chicken club combo, small. The fries were old, dried up and barely edible. The chicken club was as fresh as can be expected from a fast food joint. The sandwich had a whole wheat bun, lettuce, tomato, sauce and a strip or two of bacon and a slice of white cheese of some sort, no doubt processed cheese. I ordered the small order which included a small unsweetened iced tea and small order of fries. The total came to $10.00 plus change. Meh.

Their burgers are good without a bun unlike most place however their onion rings taste like flavorless dough. Their fries are tasteless as well. I only reccomend their burgers.

In the burger zone here in Antioch this place is #3 of 5? For the money and time, better food quality and quantity is available not too far down the road.

To me the food is mediocre at best the service is OK ...

The food portions is big but the taste is average. It's a good quick bite but expensive for a hamburger drive through. Paid $26 for Large drink, large fries and 2 burgers.

Not my favorite place..I was just hungry it was there...I won't be back any time soon... Not terrible just not great..

This visit took forever..they said the broiler broke down and the meat was coming out raw..checked my burger and the patties we're not cooked all the way ugh!

I wrote a long review but discovered i had posted it on the wrong address...so long is now short. WRONG FOOD! My order was incorrect and i did not discover this until i got home in concord. I did not go thru the drive thru! And there was 0 people other than myself in the place. So i find it hard to justify. Plus my order was substituted for a much cheaper menu item...which basically means i was ripped off. The last time i was in this area i went to del taco across the street...SAME THING except the substituted food was barely cooked at all. GROSS!!. I used to think sommersville exit was fat food heaven...but it is looking More like Hell.

Be aware that when ordering a medium drink you will get a small. They sized all the drinks down to to smaller oz and claimed that the 12oz size was the medium. Even though you may pay for a large meal you will get a medium drink and paying for a medium you get a small drink .Food is good but don't like the feeling of not getting what I paid for.

No matter how many times I repeated and clarified my order they still got it wrong and charged me for a more expensive burger. Very frustrated with poor service. Guy stopped talking to me and said he had it right.

Said $6.29 on the menu for the big fried cheese burger, rang me up and was almost $9, they said the price changed... went there on Friday night because chick-fil-A and IN & OUT was packed. the burgers at CJ was disgusting. the meat on the burgers was still cold and the fries tasted like it was from a week ago. the chicken strips was dry and tasteless. so my wife, my son and myself ended up with stomach problems. We pull up to the microphone and ask for a simple order of 1 Large Dr Pepper and 1 Six Piece Star Nuggets. We were not asked if we needed anything else and were told our total. I found that strange but assumed the worker simply forgot to ask. As we pull up to the window, the worker, "Esperanza" or at least that was the name on our receipt, handed us our large drink and our receipt. The cup was not filled all of the way, if anything it was just a little above half way full of soda. The lid itself was completely bent, smashed, slipping off of the cup and covered in soda. It seemed as if he had smashed the lid on as hard as he could and shook the drink by doing so. He then tells us "Bye, have a good day" and slides the window shut. My boyfriend not noticing anything began to drive off. It then dawned on me that we didn't receive the whole order. I mentioned it to him and he reversed back to the window. We waved into the window trying to get his attention but he paid no mind, hopefully tending to a customers needs for once. Once he opened the window, we told him we didn't get our nuggets. He told us "Yeah they're cooking. It's going to be two minutes." And slams the window shut. The look on his face was ridiculous, he was annoyed with us! We sat in the car and waited, I was still surprised by his attitude since I've worked in the food industry for YEARS and I know what apologizing is. Eventually he hands us the bag and doesn't say a word, he just slams the window shut once again. We pull off and think back whether or not my boyfriend and I had said or did something to cause such a disgusting attitude from a worker. My boyfriend asks for a nugget, and I reach into the bag only to discover that Esperanza had placed our nugget bag upsidedown causing all of the nuggets to fall out when I grabbed it. The mishaped and soda covered lid on top of the partially filled cup, the improperly placed nuggets which I'm sure was deliberate, telling us goodbye and to have a good day knowing our order is not finished, and most of all the disgusting attitude is all of the more reason I will never be returning here again. This was my first time coming here, and it will be my last. Never once have I ever treated another person like this, more importantly while I was standing behind a counter and serving them their meals. I have worked in the food industry for half a decade and I know a terrible worker when I see one. This was absolutely horrendous service and this worker needs to be spoken to and dealt with because this was ridiculous.
