Oh man this is great. Wooooooooow, the prices have gone up quite a bit, but I'm sure rent has too. You'll feel awkward walking in, but just be cool and know what they have. The prices are up on the board. Oh yeah and get some horchada!

Got a wet burrito, by the size it was more like a horse! Very good food. My kids loved the tacos. Will come again!

I called a the lady replied very nicely. I asked for Quesabirrias and she said they didn't have but they will give it a try. I get there and the Quesabirrias are MARVELOUS! I wouldn't doubt that the other dishes are as good as what I ate this day. Buena taqueria, hicieron unas Quesabirrias que estaban muy deliciosas. Las personas son muy amables y educadas. 5/5

Where I live, this just doesn't happen, so this was awesome to see. My husband and I loved how delicious the food tasted, we came two nights in a row. We had burritos, tacos, and nachos... nothing disappointed us. Try to ignore how horrible their surrounding is (it's not the best), but inside is nice. I'll be back another time for sure.

Great food, great service, all at a great price. The area they're located in isn't the best but sometimes you have to get through the grit in order to get that prize meal. Theyre pretty quick not to mention the free refills and complimentary salad bar and chips. You really can't complain here.

The food is amazingly delicious!! I love that they have the drinks available so one can have a refill, that chips and salsa are available for self-service. Where I live, this just doesn't happen, so this was awesome to see. My husband and I loved how delicious the food tasted, we came two nights in a row. yes the burrito was fantastic if you're ever in town or around East 18th Street you should think about stopping by and grabbing a super carne burrito fantastic!!!!

Tacos were good and very good salsa bar and plenty of parking.

It's a little pricey but the food is really good and the people are super nice

My go to Taquiera. I like to order their al pastor super burrito every time and their homemade flan.

Food was delicious! Able to eat gluten free. I had shrimp with a tomato broth bell peppers onions refried beans guacamole Spanish rice corn tortillas and chips.

The burritos are really good, love the fact you can make your own chips and salsa and they are free! Price is good, cheaper than some other Mexican restaurants that charges for a small bag of chips and salsa and small burrito

Very decent food for the prize. The location is a little sketchy but the service there is nice and they have a get your own chips and salsa bar which is nice. I usually get their Carnitas burrito and its always good!

They have good soups..the burritos are big but mostly filled with rice..I only come here for soups but today I tried Al pastor super burrito and it was not very good..

It's a very clean and friendly environment inside but not so good when it comes to it's location . Aside from being surrounded by dozens of homeless people that only make the place look real getto and scary to leave your car outside while you eat they make good tasting food that makes you forget of the harsh environment outside .

Not sure what is happening with many of these "Mexican" restaurants lately. Things are getting super expensive, even if some of us pay extra for them to make it right, they still decide to not deliver. Microwaved tortillas that are falling apart when you grab them? Really? Last Carnitas burrito I ordered was drenched in Manteca (lard), just dripping from the bottom as I took a bite, bag was already wet before I unwraped it. Seriously, where has your pride for cooking gone to? Since when did many of these restaurants stopped doing it right? Is it just greed? Just do things right.

What I experience today it disgusts me so much that I would never go back again the cook grab his nose while talking to another employee and my order went in and just started cooking without washing his hands it’s just so disgusting because they wrap your burritos with their bare hands so I had to get my money back and I waited to see if he wash his hands but he never did it And after I confronted them he was all mad and say I’ll give your money back people do not eat there make sure that cook haves his hands clean for real😷

I just called it's 9:37pm on a Monday 9/4/17 and the lady who answer the phone calls said: it's close it's close . No it's not you b$$&- taqueria caporal closes at 10pm, I come here 4 times a week and I like it but tonight you I quit buying greese food from this place.

Bought 2 burritos cañitas no taste only lard beans were not fully cook and no taste this is the second time I bought carnitas burritos $26.00 it cost me had to put them in the garbage

I odered grilled chicken tacos and a grilled chicken enchilada plate it was awful the chicken tasted old and the enchiladas didn't have any sauce the rice was dry. I spent 25.00 and threw all of it in the trash.

Eating area is filty ... Tables are sticky ....health deparment should come and see the dirt in floor .its completely unacceptable... Good food in a dirty place is very questionable.... I wonder how clean is the preparing are... Prices are a bit high for their dirty place.
