There were two girls working there when we walked in but one disappeared the other girl handled our entire order like a pro I think her name was Christine or Christina she was great food was awesome as always!!!

We had the best service, and the best sandwiches! The women working let us in 2 minutes before closing and treated us very special. Thankyou girls!

I love me some Togo's. I recently got the pastrami pretzel sandwich. Expensive, as usual, but soooooo worth it!! It was about $9 for the sandwich alone, but my god, it was delicious!! Plus the girl making my sandwich was kind and engaging. I really like this place 😍

Depending on the employee, if your order wasn't right she will make up for it next time. Mistakes happen.

They didn't have the bread we wanted. It seems they're always out of at least one of the breads. Sandwiches are very good (but they need more variety with the bread).

Premises needs cleaning and some attention to the bathroom. The Monday daily special is advertised for $6.75 that includes 6" sandwich and a soft drink. The pastrami was barely warm, bread was nothing to brag about and the pastrami, after it was weighed, was placed in the sandwich with the sandwich ordered with everything they had to offer as condiments! Maybe another day or another store.

The workers are very patient with the customers. The workers get things done as professionally as possible while customers may be rude or have attitudes. I appreciate how calm the workers are. The food was also good.

First time today visiting TOGOS and glad that I did. My Italian classic was fresh and tasty. The place is super clean, things are in order and Angelina F was very pleasant. This place is so much better than Ike's or Subway. I'm ready for another sandwich. I'll return again and again for sure. Thank you!

I always ask when I order online to not put onions on my Sandwich. Somehow someway there is always Onions on it. I don’t understand why.

Unfortunately they took away my favorite barbecue sandwich, so therefore I don't frequent as often. Only when I have a craving for a hot pastrami sandwich

The heavy set Mexican lady was annoyed we came 30 Minutes before closing. She had no patience with me. But the sandwich was good, the pastrami was amazing and plenty of it.

Ordered 3 sandwiches. Roast beef with side dip. Hot pastrami, Rueben. NO SAUERKRAUT ON RUEBEN!!!! NO DIP FOR ROAST BEEF!!!!! On top of that, I gave her a $5.00 TIP 😡 My granddaughter was so disappointed, she specifically asked me to get dip. I let her down. There was NO ONE IN LINE BEHIND ME , so no stress for her. The lady that helped me and received my $5.00 tip was black. I am black also, so no bias. Just want you to know who needs additional training on MAKING SANDWICHES. I WILL GO TO THE OTHER TOGOS next time.

I was a customer near 3+ times a week. I had an issue with my sandwich took it back, they attempted to dissect making a mess of the sandwich to show me the item I was concerned about. Then tried to put it back together resulting in a mess between two pieces of bread. Then didn’t want to give me my money back and acted like I was in the wrong... very disappointing- will just need to find a new sandwich place!

The order was made promptly but the bread was almost stale and there was only a thin layer of tuna on the sandwich. This was the worst sandwich I've ever had from here i had to throw more than half away.

Reviewing Togo's in Antioch off Hillcrest. Out of most breads. Poor customer service. Skimpy. Worst Togo's I've ever been to. Go to Pittsburg if you want a decent sandwich.

This store used to be great but now they keep closing earlier than posted. I have already gone there twice in a row and both times the store was closed before posted closing time. I will not try a third time and they lost a long term customer.

We spend a lot of money at this Togos eating here almost 4/5 times a week. Recently we have changed our mind due to new staff and how they handle this business. When ordering Online, our sandwiches are NOT made correctly often times having very little meat or missing items. We have tried to come in and order twice, after work, around 20 minutes before closing and were told that they won't make any hot sandwiches as well as being told today that they close at 7P.M. so we can't order by phone. You all close at 8P.M. on Sundays so why were we lied to??? You lost business and loyal Customers.

Was a long time regular customer, but then had a bizarre experience here. Staff was fine. Had a coupon from corporate offices, but when trying to use it the manger in charge told me it was up to me to provide him with come kind of documentation that he was a participating location. Haven't been back since.

Called in for a catering order. Got to the restaurant 15 minutes later than the time I said I would arrive so there would be no delay and I would get to my event on time. Once I had got there they still had not started my order. Instead of an apology all I got was excuses, "the earlier shift didn't say anything" "our manager didn't say anything". Worst part my 430 pick up time became 520 and I STILL had to pay FULL PRICE.

Went in for lunch on Feb 2nd 2017 at approx 12:30pm with a friend of mine. A woman making our sandwich was extremely rude to us. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she rolled her eyes at me. Besides that her tone was very rude. The woman's name is "Faith" which I received from her coworker since she wasn't wearing a name tag. I will never come back to this location again.

I ordered two combos what's a sandwich chips and drink and I was charged almost $40 because he didn't make them the combo he charged me all the cart for everything and the chips and drinks by themselves cost $14 which is unbelievable but on top of that I got regular Lay's chips I was charged for The gourmet jalapeno chips all in all I just felt like he hustled me and maybe kept the money from the chips and drink somehow

They also treat their employees poorly and she should face consequences!!!

After that, I completely lost my appetite. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered someone at this location covered with hickies all over their neck. These employees always look very dirty and really don’t care how they look. The sandwich wasn’t the best. I’ve never had an issue like this with their food but I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again!! Do better Togo’s!! Hire people who actually present themselves in a professional manner…

There is usually carrots and cabbage. I don’t think the one who made it didn’t know how. It was good but not what I usually get. I got my husband a mini pastrami but bread seemed to be old it was a little hard. He wasn’t liking the bread that it was hard. I don’t think I will be going to a Togo’s for a while. Very disappointed with my visit there this time
