My go to sandwich spot when i come to brentwood to visit my family wish they had one in pleasanton or dublin i would definitely be there i always get the chicken buffalo would definitely recommend everything else and there fry are so good

Definitely tastes a whole lot better than it looks. Looks can be deceiving in this case and in a really good way! I ended up getting the largest size and it was delicious! I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into since I had never eaten here before but it was amazing. The staff is also extremely friendly and will help you find the exact craving that you have!

When I visited, it brought back memories of the Charlie's that was in the Antioch mall. I ordered a philly with fries and a lemonade. The service was great and the so was the food.

Chicken buffalo absolute fire. Regular steak Philly perfect for any day! Highly recommend and make sure to grab a lemonade there all absolutely delicious!

I'm a long time fan of Charleys. I have been since New York. Started eating it when I worked in the city and in Jersey City where I also lived. My all time favorite is the Buffalo chicken fully loaded 😋

I was hungry and decided to stop here because it was on my way home. Cons: Long wait, Atmosphere/Customer Service uncomfortable (Because employees were trying to work and what seemed to be the manager running the register male wearing button up shirt with black slacks. Kept micromanaging them and I could hear their conversations about what was being wrong and what not he seemed unpleasant to work with.) Pro: Philly Cheese Steak was very delicious!, Strawberry lemonade is the best, Facility was clean and organized. So to simplify things Food is great but Atmosphere/Customer service can be worked on that's why I gave it 5 stars because at the end of the day its about the food for me.

The cheesesteak sandwiches are consistent and solid. Their classic wings are a great addition and quality level of a wings place.

When I got there my order was almost ready, they were just waiting on the fries to finish up. I went around 5:30 p.m. during the week and I was the only customer. So not busy at all. Everything looked very clean and the atmosphere was inviting. It was only a few minutes and my order was ready. When I arrived home, my husband was so excited to try his Classic Philly, Bacon & Cheese Fries and Peach Lemonade. He was so bummed to see that his Fries was missing the best part, the bacon! 🥓 Despite that, we enjoyed everything. The lemonade tasted like old fashioned lemonade. Although, it was a bit sweet for me but not for my husband. He ended up finishing mine too 🤣 We are willing to give Charley's another try in the future but I'll just have to double check my orders correct before I leave next time.

I ordered a large original. The steak was way overcooked and there were hardly any onions, peppers, and they completely left off the mushrooms. Also, as seen in the picture, half of the second half of my sandwich was only mayo and bread. It's a real shame, as this is the only place to get cheese steaks around here. Fries were OK, fake cheese sauce and bacon bits equal gourmet I guess. For $24 it is not worth it and I will not be back.

I’m so disappointed, I ordered three sandwiches and cheese and bacon fries for carry out and when I got home I only had two sandwiches and cheese bacon fries, this is unacceptable. $45 for all of this is not worth coming to this location. Do better.

Food was horrible and not sure where this meat came from. It’s totally different from other Charley’s. The veggies weren’t fresh and I can’t go back. This is just terrible.

I went there a few years ago and was disapointed. My wife and i were craving cheesesteaks so we figured we would give it another shot. To our disappointment it was the same. The bread is soggy the meat is extremely dry due to it being over cooked. We ordered fries as well and they tasted like they were a batch from the day before. Id reccomend going somewhere else around town. Definately last time i go there.
