My buddies and I go here once a week. Love the service, the food, vibe, the employees. The manager, Veronica, is super nice and always gives us great service. Great place to grab a meal alone or with a group of folks to just catch up. Overall, would highly recommend to everyone.

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Love the food, everything always tastes great. We go for breakfast often, the eggs are always perfect! Burgers are great, fries are great, pies galore! It does get pretty noisy in there on busy days, but that's my only complaint! I love this nations!

I recently stopped by Nations, and it did not disappoint. The food was on point fresh, tasty, and just what you want when you're craving comfort food. Big shoutout to Veronica, the manager. Nation’s never disappoints! The food was fire — burgers were juicy, fries were crispy, and everything came out fresh. But the real star was Leslie! She’s seriously great at her job. Super friendly, fast, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. You can really taste the quality in every bite.What really made my visit stand out, though, was the excellent customer service. Leslie was incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. 10+ Years of Excellent Service! I’ve been going to Nation’s Giant Hamburgers – Store #25 in Brentwood every other Monday for over 10 years with my friends, and it’s still our favorite place to hang out for breakfast. The service is always top-notch, and the food is consistently delicious. A huge part of what keeps us coming back is Veronica Cassillas, the store manager. She always greets us with a warm smile and friendly energy that makes us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and her team. If you're looking for great food, friendly faces, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. Thanks, Veronica and team, for making our Mondays something to look forward to!

Update: I once again after about another 2 years, like myself previous post, went to this Nations. Nothing has changed. They made it very clear that customers are just an annoyance. There was a lady in front of me, so 2 people in line, they only had one person cooking ( thank goodness I was only picking up a pie for my dad because with only about 5 customers total in the whole place, one person said he had been waiting 20 minutes). The person taking orders was bagging up a pie. She saw the person in front of me, she saw me. She didn't acknowledge us at all. Just a "I'll be right with" would be nice but instead she just made it clear she hates her job and ignored us entirely. I thought I was a ghost. Compared to others Nations, that are far busier, with the same number of staff, like the one in San Leandro (I have a review on that Nations in my reviews), this one is awful and it has been since it opened 20 years ago. I dont know if Nations are franchises or run by a company but just avoid this place. If you really need Nations, go to Pittsburg or Concord. And the pie was $21! Like I said, I only went there for my dad. I had not been here in 2 years.....going back yesterday, I remembered why. Their customer service since they opened until yesterday has always been lacking. I called in my order in advance for pick up. They told me 15 to 20 minutes. Knowing them, I waited 25 minutes. When I paid, he said they were just adding my fries and my order would be ready. 10 minutes later, I finally got my order. I watched as they added my fries to a bag that had been sitting there for at least the 10 minutes I was there (but obviously longer since it was already there). It was not under a warmer, just sitting there. When I finally got my fries, the burgers were cold. They have never figured out customer service. And, like too many places now, they clearly care more about Doordash and Uber Eats than the customer standing in their establishment. Maybe we see in another 2 years.
