I’m a regular at this Panda Express, and I always look forward to my visits. The food is consistently delicious, and the service is top-notch. Yesterday I paid a visit and once again wasn’t disappointed with the results! a special shoutout to my server this time Madison who was welcoming and attentive and the rest of the wonderful staff! I Highly recommend this location if you’re craving a tasty meal with excellent service for a good price!

What makes the difference among all locations of Panda Express is the people. The staff is welcoming, and the facility is clean. However, I would recommend cleaninging high chairs.

Okay Chinese cuisine. This specific branch sides are not so good as compare to other ones. But entrees were fine. Overall taste was fine and freshly made for entrees. Not too expensive for a meal and can be considered when hungry in local neighborhood.

The food has gone down hill at this location. There is no consistency with the fried rice! It’s a hit or miss! the fried rice taste like steam rice. I like the flavor of fried rice! How hard is to follow the recipe. Also the food taste old at 5:pm like it’s been sitting since lunch, maybe Not enough rotation. Save your money go to the new location or somewhere else. This place sucks! They are more focus on pushing you to download the app then making good panda food.

While ordering food for lunch, i noticed that one of the food attendants accidentally dropped her pen on the fried rice, and to my surprise, she didn't even bother to replace the tray. I found this quite unhygienic and off-putting. Moreover, when i politely suggested that the tray should be replaced, the staff members were rather rude in their response. I believe it's important for the team to maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all times. Just thought you should be aware of this incident.

I absolutely love Panda Express and I’ve never had a bad experience except for this 1 location! Brand new building is beautiful and the drive thru is super convenient! The staff was really nice and fast. The food was horrible! The chow mein was dry and bland. The rice tasted like it had sat out for a long time. The orange chicken and sweet fire chicken were both very tough to eat. All the food tasted old and not even hot and fresh at all. I would not recommend getting food from here, go to the Lone Tree one, it’s always perfect!

Eh I've had better,my chicken teriyaki was burnt and major portion of it was inedible because of the carbon bark. I did an online order to-go and this was what I was presented with. Disappointed they knowingly served food at that state.😞

Don't go to this location they don't cook their food properly. I wish I can post pictures of what my chicken looked like it was disgusting. I was very upset that we has to throw must of our food away. They also got our online order wrong as well which was frustrating. I was very disappointed and will not go back. I recommend going to Balfour or a different location if you want Panda. They need to retrain the entire staff.

The 7 employees left me standing at the counter for over 5 minutes, with no one else in line, waiting for my to go order that I could see sitting on the other side of the counter. I announced I was there to pick up my order, while 3 staff sat having a friendly break, 2 others were tidying up and doing busy work with no urgency. 1 other employee was apparently filling another to go order, as I stood there patiently waiting for one of them to serve me. Finally I went to walk into the kitchen area to grab my cold order, and one of the young women on break jumped up and told me I couldn’t go back there, and got up and handed me my food, rudely. I’ll never go back there. These young people have no skills dealing with the public that are the reason they are employed. Terrible experience and my food was cold, of course.

I have had the worst service by CAROLINE she's rude gives the bare minimum or less on the plate. Doesn't care your standing there she will not acknowledge you and she will keep doing door dash orders. If possible get someone else to serve your food CAROLINE you should retire if you hate what you do.

I Order takeout, 2 bowls. They messed up on both the bowls and gave me 6 to 7 piece of protein for my meat portion. Great job Panda ! Last time here. Definitely going family owned next.

The Cooks (young boys) have seriously BAD Attitudes that need to be addressed by management. Talking back to supervisors and manager and playing games instead of working. Not professional for $20 hr. Front staff was very professional. Management better address the problem employees because patrons can see the attitudes. I Had to wait 30 minutes for my order. 0 star.

Food is way less quality. Embarrassingly low amounts of chicken with mushroom and kung Pao. Taste of veggie chow mein combo was not enjoyable. Something is off here. Seems like overstaffed and yet value proposition has made it easier for me to cook at home. I felt ripped off this time so we are probably done with this place. Everything else seemed fine but food was just way below standards even panda standards
