Never order here on a weekday! I've noticed a major inconsistency with our takeout orders from this location. When we order traditional wings on a weekday, they consistently arrive dry with very little to no sauce and don't smell particularly fresh. However, the wings we order on weekends are the complete opposite they are perfectly coated in sauce, hot, and fresh. I would recommend ordering on a weekend for a much better experience.

On a positive note, the 22oz Blue Moon was only $6. Other drink prices were pretty good. Lots of TVs with every game. You might want to eat before you get here. Got an eye roll when I said the food was way too salty.

Traditional wings are so delicious. You have a wide range of flavors for sauces. (Original buffalo, mango habanero and Lemon pepper seasoning are recommended) Service is too bad and slow, it seems they are short of staff, they also have a deal for Traditional wings on Tuesdays and for Boneless wings on Thursdays.

I used to like that place a lot but it has changed. Part of the food that we ordered came to the table partly frozen 😑 (i don't go to restaurant to get frozen food). Service took forever even though the restaurant wea almost empty. The staff was trying hard to be nice though what we appreciated 😊.

Definitely Wing Stop over this place. The service was OK. My issue is with the food quality and pricing. I paid $11 for fired pickles and it was literally one pickle sliced up some sauce. The portion size has definitely shrunk. I ordered a 6 piece boneless wings and they were $13.99 and a couple of the pieces were just fried flour. There were 2 maybe 3 servers working the entire dining room.

I've been to other Bdubs in other states. Service here leaves something to be desired. Sat at the bar with only a few others. Food was good. Bartender was very inattentive and aloof. He cashed us out after food and a beer without any prompting and it wasn't even close to closing time. Decided to move on somewhere else without complaining, seems to be an ongoing issue here.

Service was terrible; food was the same old, mediocre food, and we got charged for stuff that we didn't order that should have been part of the deal. Then, when they forgot stuff, they brought it out and charged it again. We had to repeatedly ask people to find our server. They never cleared our plates and dishes or brought refills. Warning: Do not sit in server Chevelle's section. How do you make 3-star food a 5? You do it with top-notch service, and this wasn't it.

I am not a frequent diner or Reviewer but wanted to share this feedback so this helps anyone that’s planning to dine in this BWW restaurant. Service was awful - they messed our Drink (it had the straw paper tissue in it) and our friend realized this after he finished half of his drink. Asked them to give us another one and the Bartender jokingly said he is sure this time he didn’t drop anything on the glass. Ordered a Cheesecake desert with Caramel sauce - we get the Cheese cake with no sauce. Food was good - no complaints. But for the price we paid and the service received, I would never return or recommend this to my friends.

I felt bad for our server they were slammed and a lot of the other customers were rather rude. Her superiors seemed kind of aloof too. The wings I ordered were good and the tacos were acceptable. It was more that I was put off by the vibe.

The order we received presented serious quality issues. The celery was in a state of decomposition, and the wings had a clearly unacceptable appearance for consumption. For this reason, we did not eat the food and proceeded to return the order. When we raised the issue, the manager attributed the responsibility to the delivery service. However, it is important to note that food preparation and quality control are the direct responsibility of the restaurant, not DoorDash. The attitude displayed while handling the complaint reflected a lack of concern for ensuring that products reach customers in proper condition. This experience was deeply disappointing and does not meet basic standards of quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I would not consider returning to this establishment.

Just left this place and never plan on comming back again after my 1 yr old and my husband where wet with a expresso martini that the waitress dropped and spilled all over/broke . Thankfully they are both fine and did not get cut by the glass but this whole situation was handled poorly to say the least. I was up having to pick up the glass so no one would get cut then my husband had to go get someone to put a wet sign because no one cleaned the spill .lastly we where charged for two martinis wich was including the one that broke . I understand accidents happen but it does not justify everything else and the least I expected was a discount let alone being charged for the spilled martini .worst experience ever not planning on going back ever after usually going in fairly often .

Service is lackluster. Sunday, a few games on, not busy at all. Server seated us at the bar as requested. Ready to enjoy some wings and football. Server 1 passes by with no acknowledgement. Server 2 passes by with no acknowledgement. Server 3 passes by with no acknowledgement. It’s not my job to flag people down and ask to be served. I go to an establishment, pay an ever increasing amount of money to buy food and drink. That food and drink is brought to the table by people that take my money in exchange for that service. Pretty simple business proposition. After 15 minutes, to not be acknowledged, say I’ll be right with you or any other form of pleasantries is like saying I don’t want your money. We got up and left. Their message was clear. Please do better.

I was seated right next to the entrance doors on a hot day; even though there were at least 10 empty seats available in the same section. I politely asked to move, and the server just stared at me and said "No" without any explanation. Okay... When I started ordering, I paused for maybe four seconds before continuing and during that brief moment, the server literally turned and began walking away. When I called her back to finish my order, she rolled her eyes like I was inconveniencing her. We didn’t see her again for quite a while. Our drinks sat empty for about 15 minutes until another staff member (who wasn’t even our server) kindly offered refills. That person honestly provided better service than our actual server. When our food finally arrived, we realized we didn’t have any silverware. We asked the server for some, and it took another 10 minutes to receive it; by then, the food was cold. Unfortunately, our server Chevelle was extremely rude and inattentive. I’ve never left a 1-star review before, but this experience genuinely warrants it. I saw a positive review for her from the day before, so maybe she was just having an off day....but almost a month later, I’m still thinking about how uncomfortable and disappointing the whole visit was.

I’m frustrated, upset and dissatisfied!!!! I ordered to pick up. Prices are high and there is very small portions on sides like fried pickles, mozzarella sticks and potato wedges. My order of 10 lemon pepper wings were dry and over cooked, I would say like very crunchy and difficult to eat and I ended up getting a cut in my gums. My 10 bufalo wings were dry. I know their menu had dry and original. I ordered original and I have never saw this in any other place. Honestly Dominos have better wings and cheaper! The BWW brand sounds fancy and I’m a foody I wouldn’t mind to pay for quality. Wings small, overcooked and dry even from inside. I paid almost $80 bucks for something so disgusting. Yes, I have to eat because I was very hungry after of 12 hour overnight worked shift. Oh and the dressings comes in small black containers HALF FULL! those things are already small and they come almost empty. This is the third time. The first time it’s kind of ok. Let’s give another chance, the second is like “mmm let’s try if they get better” the third is like F this! Not worth it. BWW need to buy nice quality chicken, hired a good cooks and definitely overlooked the management to cut the poison from the roots! Otherwise they are going down…. Just saying…

Checked in to a nearly empty restaurant and waited 40 plus minutes for our food. I ordered the Honey Barbecue salad and only to get processed chicken. Why would they make a salad with processed chicken? I get it that Buffalo Wild Wings is not a cordon blue rated restaurant, but come on. Won’t be back...
