Actually..... Great? They have a nice elderly woman that works there that provides amazing customer service. Offers refills, takes your trash, etc!. This location is always clean. The food standard of quality is quite high. Gotta give them credit. For fast food, this is how it's done!
This Wendy's is always busy at dinner time no matter what day it is!! And I'm sure the reason for that is because the food is always fresh when it comes out, fries are seasoned appropriately, and the refreshing lemonades...and I typically order online for pickup and it has never messed up our order!! The lady that bags the food at the window, perhaps runs the operations(Hispanic lady) is always on point. We order a lot and it is always correct!!

The service was really fast and the food tasted delicious. I got my mean within 5-8 minutes of ordering which is way faster than most joints. I would've expected the quality to lessen because of the fast time, but I was pleasantly surprised that it came out in great quality and tasted good. But, if you have an irritable stomach I wouldn't recommend Wendy's in general. Every time I ate I would be fine for 30 minutes and have stomach pains. It doesn't happen at other fast food joints I've eaten at. It may be a personal thing, but just keep that in mind if you have a sensitive stomach.
I ordered a Jr Cheeseburger Deluxe, small fry, and small frosty and was really surprised when my total was only $3.86! Wow! The food was hot and fresh, they got 4 stars on the food because the fries weren't salty at all. Service was quick and friendly at the drive through window so no complaints there! I'll be back on my next cheat day! Sorry no pictures cause I woofed it down 🤣🤣🤣
Wendy’s Regular Chicken sandwich and their Fries are my faves ! Their fries are definitely the BEST of all the fast food giants!
New to the area had a surgeon appointment ate there and it was a good
I was hungry and wanted something different. It's a little further from home than I usually drive and a lot busier than I had hoped, but the drive thru line moved very quickly. My order was exactly what I wanted, no mistakes which is always nice. The foods was hot, fresh, and very tasty. I will definitely eat here again.
Workers didn't even talk to me. Food was ok, overpriced
The food was great but not the services. They always forget to give something like the side order or the drinks. Do not trust them to put everything in the bag you need to check it again because when you out and call back they will not want to listen what they missed. I got my order missing for two days in a row.
530p arrival. Nobody at the cash wrap. One guy filling lemonade. Nobody came over for 3 minutes or even acknowledged me as a customer. No apology for the wait either, sadly. The cashier was very nice once she got free to help me. Bathrooms are locked. I didn’t bother asking for a key. Dining room area is dated. There’s carpet which means lots of spilled drinks and other things have hit this floor over the years. Sandwich was okay. Definitely not worth $7. Yes, the sandwich alone was $7 with a water cup. Absurd for fast food. Sandwich was dry. Nothing in the bottom and a tiny bit of mayo on the top. Lettuce and tomatoes tasted fresh. Bun seems like brioche bread. I don’t normally leave reviews, but the customer service at Wendy's is consistently awful. Every single time I come through this location there is some kind of issue, and today was the last straw. There’s a sign on the drive-thru window that says “two sauces per customer.” But apparently that really means two sauces per car, which makes absolutely no sense. I have a family of five how exactly are two sauces supposed to cover an entire order? If I’m ordering multiple meals, why wouldn’t the sauces be based on the number of meals or people? When you’re spending $50+ on fast food, the least they could do is provide enough sauce for the food you just paid for. Instead, you get attitude and a rigid rule that clearly wasn’t thought through. It feels cheap and honestly just frustrating as a customer. This happens almost every time I come here poor service and policies that make zero sense. If you’re going to charge premium fast-food prices, the customer experience should reflect that. Right now, it definitely doesn’t.
Waited nearly 10 mins at the drive thru just to get to the window to pay and was told that they didn’t get my order…
Brought my two grandson's in for dinner tonight. Had to point out an ant crawling across their counter where their food was being served. Told them their floor was wet and slippery by the self serve drinks. They looked at it from behind the counter and never came out to address it. My grandson's package of fries had one that was wet/discolored in it, with it looked like a hair on it. Very disappointed, will not be eating there again.
Have ordered from here many times through DoorDash and never had a problem until today. We enjoy the price and the food is always good but today was different. All the fries were the wrong size The drinks were diet instead of regular. Got my money back through DoorDash and when I tried to call just to give a friendly heads up as I also work in food service. The lady I spoke to was incredibly rude not helpful so this place has officially lost my business.
very disappointed in both the food and the service. was treated very rudely when they forgot to put my burger in the bag and was very rude giving me the bag of food and when i opened the burger there was just bun and patty, when i asked for it plain???? very very disappointed. -1 star tbh.
I was very disappointed in my order. I know I ordered close to closing but my food was cold. I was missing toppings, that I paid extra for on my burger. We ordered nuggets as well and they were stiff and cold we got not even 1 sauce for the nuggets that we requested, and my shake was completely melted. I doubt I would go to this location again.
I did a mobile order and had to walk in because they forgot the bacon as they normally do and they kept my reciept. When I got home 20 receipt. I saw that they put cheese on another burger for a family member who has lactose intolerance and when I called to explain what happened the manager asked if I had the receipt and when I tried to explain that my daughter gave it to an employee who kept it, she began to speak over me loudly and said she'd call me back. I waited and had to call back..because she never did and put my adult daughter on the phone so that she could explain (because the mobile order was in her name)but she was still irate kept on talking over her. Heres the point it was for a burger from the 4 for $4 that had cheese, couldn't just pull it off due to severe lactose intolerance for my mom. The manager put the phone down while my adult daughter was in mid sentence and never picked it back up. Granted she did have to raise her voice because the manager she kept talking over my daughter. Very poor costumer service. Not to mention that our previous order on June 8, 2022 was completely wrong and after speaking to corporate was given a apology and told I would be fully refunded and that never happened either. So I will stop patronizing this Wendy's. At this point it's the principle, 4 for $4 or not. And by the way tried calling back and got a busy signal.
