I visited Mountain Mike’s Pizza last weekend and had the pleasure of being assisted by Stephen, the cashier. He was a delight, exhibiting impeccable customer service skills. Since I don’t typically frequent Mountain Mike’s, Stephen offered great pizza recommendations and went above and beyond with my food allergies, ensuring I had a gluten-free meal. I truly appreciate his genuine attitude and dedication. He is an asset to your team. I also got a salad, and everything was fresh and made in a timely fashion. I will definitely be back! As a CEO, I can state firmly: keep up the excellent work, Stephen. You never know who’s watching or whose order you may be taking.

Great food and service. Had a private party here and they did a wonderful job. Looks like a little remodeling is also going on to make it bigger but it did not affect us at all.

We got what we paid for. A delicious hot pepperoni pizza. We watched the Ram vs Vikings football wild card playoff on their several of their big screens. A good place for gathering or setting up a meeting.

Great place for small to large groups or even parties. Pizza is really good. They have a salad bar but I wish they had romaine or spinach. They have some good lunch specials and a small game room. There is some outdoor seating which we enjoy when we have our dog.

Love this Mountain Mike's! They always have a variety of pizzas for their buffet and they keep them coming! Unlike one of their competitors that I had gone to in the past who brought out 1-2 pizzas at a time whereby the customers and their children descended on them like it was their last meal. Well I couldn't blame them. There were not other pizzas in the oven for the buffet. Never had a problem like that with Mountain Mike's even with customers taking 3-5 slices of pizza at a time! I absolutely love this place!

Ordered a pepperoni mountain to go with the Raider game and have to say it was one of the best pizza's I've had to date. Hot, loaded with pepperoni, and cooked to perfection. Nice job to all involved. It was delicious and that comes from the whole family. We all enjoyed every slice!

The Mountain sized pizza is a dream come true for pizza lovers. I get a half-n-half for fun. Fed my group of 6 with a lot going home as leftovers.

I really really really like and appreciate this restaurant. Very consistent. Lots of toppings. Highly recommend this Mountain Mikes pizza place.

The Garlic sticks with cheese and pepperoni pizza from this place are my favorite hands down. I like that they have games for kids and feels like place where families with kids can go and all have a good time. Always clean and always delicious.

Pizza is very good but salad bar needs attention easy fix put kids to work instead of standing there also carpets need help great pizza place lets keep it nice Salad Bar should hit you in the face when you get there

Good pizza place for either dine in or take out! Pizza is great too! There is also an area for big parties. They have a decent selection of craft beer on tap as well.

Soda machine needed syrup and the counter person acted like I didn't know what I was talking about, ( which I do know how it works & I'm not a soda drinker anymore) I had to speak to the manager about it.....in turn he was also not very cooperative....needs a little bit of people skills....other then that pizzas were great......

Pizza always great. Lunch deal is good if you come hour after it starts seems employee's need to get reved up for lunchtime.

Easy online ordering and pick-up. I wasn't impressed with my pizza though. Their pizza is one of my favorites but this one seemed to lack enough toppings. Just so so.....

The 2 pizzas we got were very good but the prices have really gone up since before covid. 2 large pizzas and churros was $51 with an $8 coupon

A solid choice for pizza, our kids love the barbecue chicken luau pizza, and we like the all meat pizza. What makes it a stand-out pizza is the crust.

Real thick, bread like crust. Like eating a loaf of bread. The rest of the pizza is good, but personally, I'm not a fan of big doughy pizza. Better than pizza hut, or little ceaser, but that's about it.

I'd give it a 5 for the food, but it loses stars for its cashier. Melina took my mom's order and asked them to put it under her name. I was standing right there for the conversation, so I'm certain of the name. My mom even spelled it for her. When I went to pick it up, I told them the name, they said they didn't have it, I said it was definitely under mom's name, and went through hoops trying to figure it out. Turns out they put it under someone else's name from our address/phone. No big deal, right? So I want to pay and be on my way but the chick wants to talk about how I ordered wrong and that I should have told them the correct name and yadda yadda yadda. Girl, how was I supposed to know YOU did YOUR job wrong? Just take my money and give me my pizza.

We had the $8. Lunch buffet. All you can enjoy salad, pizza & drink. We arrived to a full parlour of city workers, car wash detailers & families of crying 4yrs old. Pizza was ok, its been better

I walked in the only customer in the entire store and waited a good five minutes it felt like for the one person up front to get off the phone I had called in a order and just wanted to pick it up Does mountain Mike's not offer discounts for pickups on Tuesdays anymore?? The guy looked at me like I was insane when I said I used to get 40% off on pickup for Tuesdays

My online order said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 5 minutes after the online pickup time, was then told another 8 minutes. Turns out to be ANOTHER 43 minutes! The place wasn't even busy with dine in customers. Pizza was not even hot, which means they just left our order instead of checking the lobby once it was ready. This will be the last time this place gets any business from us. They're pizza is not worth the wait and with that wait not even the correct oder.

Called in an order. Arrived at resto to pick up just to find out they didn't get my order. Had to wait another 25 minutes. First time they screwed up. They should give free pizza to customer if they screw up like that. Higher management should be informed about this unacceptable service. Mountain Mike Corp should compensate for the inconvenience.

I asked for a crispy well done but the pizza was not crispy and well done. I have been buying at Mountain Mike's. Just disappointed! Maybe create a pizza like Margherita so the well done crispy can be made.

Unbelievable the pizza was so nasty !!!!& pizza dough not even cooked big chunks of onion & bell peppers thrown on top quality was horrible please do way!!! Better gonna get people sick !!!🤢

I would give it a five star but it was really uncomfortable when you have a gentleman who may or may not have mental issues that gets up every 5 seconds and struts around the restaurant over and over again the store manager needs to get that situation under control. The food was great and employees but management sucks.

The customer service here is really bad. The people running the store on Sunday night should not be left alone. We will be calling the manager on Monday since the acting manager suggested we do so. They don't seem to be concerned about how doubling a persons wait time would impact them. After all that our order was still wrong.

Called in an order with a meal deal coupon. Waited an hour for the delivery. Come to find out the girl who took my phone order did not use the meal deal coupon I gave her. She did not apply a coupon at all. Cold pizza to boot.

This use to be my go to location but the pizza toppings have been reduced by over 50 %. I noticed right away. Then on ND others were posting about this location and the sudden reduction of toppings. So others are noticing. Won't go back

I ordered a pizza for take out at 6:35 pm, I got a confirmation email saying the pick up time would be 6:55 pm . So when I get there I go to register to let them know I'm here to pick up. I sat and waited patiently for about 45 minutes from when i first placed order, until I noticed it was taking a lot longer then expected ...i asked one of employees how much longer until my order is ready and I noticed he was looking around in the kitchen for the pizza and asking his Co workers about it and it was obvious they forgot about my order. I hear the other employee tell him " just tell him 5 minutes" and started making the pizza instead of being honest saying they forgot about it . I asked for my money back for lack of communication and concern for my order. Manager comes to give my money back very rude , didn't even acknowledge me or apologize. I tried explaining the situation what had happened and he cut me off rudely and carless and told me "don't worry I will give your money back " instead of hearing me out. Then he says "we probably missed place your pizza like you can miss place a pen"? Sounds like a weird comparison to me. I do not think he is ready to be a manager.

We were told the pizza wasn't in the oven yet but should be ready shortly. I explained I had already waited past the given time frame and that I had ice cream in the ca. I asked for the manager and told him I would need a refund. He was rude and non-apologetic. He handed me a receipt and said my money would be credited back to my card. Deplorable customer service. After waiting over an hour for one measly pizza and some cheese sticks, I left with no dinner and 4 pints of melted ice cream and not one I am sorry or how can we make it up to you. I have been a loyal customer for many years. Highly disappointing. I won't be back.
