I’m so glad we stopped for dinner. Everything was delicious. The only regret was not getting more fried catfish. The kids went crazy for it. Thanks for a great meal!

Me and my Girlfriend both got the Tri Tip, Hot Link, Double Mac N Cheese plate & let me tell you….. Everything was so good. I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The trip tip and link both had a nice bite to it, and with that Spicy BBQ sauce🔥🔥🔥 Mac and cheese was perfect. I would come here just for the mac n cheese if i was craving some💯

Been here now about 4 Times. Seen a food critic do a review on Instagram and he liked it. So I had to try it. Mannn, the ribs are nice, juicy, delicious and hot when served. Same for the Tri tip and links. The bbq sauce was sweet but not over powering. It definitely compliments the bbq. The greens are good, but them beans is real good too. I drove from Concord to come here which is a 15 to 25 min drive. It was well worth it. Come try this spot out if you wants some good BBQ for a good price as well...

[This is an experience with Dad's BBQ food truck] My mother and I spontaneously stopped by the Wednesday food truck area by the water park in Brentwood and I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a delicious bbq plate. Since it's the holidays, I was pretty low on cash today and asked if they could take off whatever they need to make it within my budget. I have been struggling financially and couldn't help but tear up out of embarrassment being declined to first run-around. I'm not sure if they saw but even so - I get home and open up the food for my beau, and I was surprised with what I asked for originally. I've had such a long month and to be surprised by such kindness really brought me to tears and I wanted to give a big virtual hug and thank you for being so kind. A lot of people/businesses aren't patient and kind the way Dad's BBQ was with me today so I wanted to take the time to recognize that and thank you so so very much. I will definitely be returning with lots of money for more food and a well, WELL deserved tip. (To clarify, I don't want this review to seem as "hey get your freebies over here, just shed a tear!" Sort of thing. I just wanted to thank the business - especially that sweet little girl and who I assume was her father in the truck today) God bless and I can't wait to go back!!

Absolutely delicious! The BBQ was some of the best we’ve had in years — everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Portions were generous, and we definitely didn’t leave hungry. We live out of state, but we’ll make a point to come back whenever we’re in town. Highly recommend Dad’s BBQ!

Came in today with my son who's 7. We got the ribs, steak and chicken. Side were beans and mac and cheese, mild sauce and water. The lady at the counter was nice. We sat at a 2 chair table and enjoyed our meal together. The food was fresh the environment was mellow. My son wants to come back once a week. If I could spend this much weekly I would lol. I recommend this place.

The meat here is always tender and juicy. The portions are also huge. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and it is all very good. The sauce they use is also very good, and the sides are also decent. Check out Dad’s next time you are craving BBQ ribs or Tri-Tip.

I order Mac and cheese, baked beans, ribs, tri tips, corn bread, and banana pudding. Spent about $45. Banana pudding seemed old. The cookies inside were overly mushy. Very dissatisfied. Did not consume as it may have been expired or sitting out too long and I picked my order up within 20 minutes of ordering.

It disheartens me to make this review after years of coming here. I ordered a tri tip dinner it was disgusting. The beans were watered down had no flavor, potato salad taste like pepper, tri tip wasn’t done all the way barely had bbq sauce

I got the catfish plate and potato salad and got my wife links and tri tip with the salad as well. The fish was fried super hard and they definitely used store bought fish fry. The potato salad was super tangy with no eggs or mayo, sour mashed potatoes. My wife took a few bites of her food and was not able to finish

Today, I realized I’ve been paying extra for what should already be included in the meal. When I asked about it, the owner explained that she charges more for the greens because they cost her more to make. That’s disappointing and misleading. If certain sides cost extra, they shouldn’t be listed as included with the entree. It’s important to be upfront and clear about pricing. I really try to support Black-owned businesses, but situations like this make it hard when customers feel taken advantage of. Transparency builds loyalty, not surprise charges.

Raising your prices is understandable. what is not acceptable is raising your prices In combination with lowering the quality of your food and cooking abilities. P.s In response to what I’m sure will be your automatic generic reply/Response. I will not Be seeing you again soon. Don’t worry, you won’t miss me at all, but if the quality of your food stays crappy, then you will be losing a lot more customers

Service was horrible, food prices are ridiculous for the portion… 25 for 2 meats and 2 sides… but when I go to pay they charged me 35 …. So they charge extra for each side you order… and the portions are small. For 35.00 I can go to a restaurant and eat good . !! Dad’s BBQ is overrated . Negative stars and absolutely would not recommend
