Provolone y raviolis estaban muy ricos, pero las pizzas es otro nivel superior. Hacia años que no me comía una pizza BBQ así de jugosa y riquísima. Mis felicitaciones al dueño y a todo su equipo. We took the pasta quatro fromaggi and the pasta vongole. It was really nice we kept saying “mmm” after every bite. The chili oil they gave was also really good as was the bread. It was also our cheapest meal in Barcelona. Going back there during this holiday.

It became one of my favorite places in Barcelona. I really recommend that restaurant, amazing food, service and a fair price, during the week the menu of the day was 12,50 euro per person including 2 plates, a drink a dessert or coffee, we had a few meals here including pasta, fish, nhoque, beef, everything so good and tasteful.

After a long walk through the La Rambla, we sat for dinner in this italian restaurant, which turns out to be a through gem. The prices are very decent, compared with other restaurants in the same area. But the most important thing was the food. Everything we tasted was delicious, from pizzas, pastas, steaks, and deserts. On top of that, the bottle of the house vine (black or white) is €7,8. Well done, Al Passatore.

I've been going to Al Passatore for years and the food is consistently very good. The pizza is authentic and the lunch specials are fantastic. Although prices have gone up recently, it's still a great value for the quality.

Buena comida Italiana, la pasta es bueno y las pizzas muy correctas y hechas en horno de leña. Los precios son bastante asequibles, tienen menú los fines de semana de 16€, muy completo, y entre semana hay un menú de 8'50€ y 14€. Recomendable para ir con niños, tienen una pequeña zona de juegos. Los camareros son muy amables y el servicio siempre ha sido muy correcto, el local por desgracia está en bastantes malas condiciones y no es muy bonito.

Me a gustado la comida, fue menú del día, tenían 4 platos de primero y de segundo ( sí no me acuerdo mal), he pedido la ensalada de tomate con mozzarella y estaba muy suave, y costaba unos 13€ y algo, que te incluye alguna bebida y también el postre. Esta muy bien en cuanto calidad y precio.

Más que interesante restaurante para comer un domingo en la zona del Born. Tienen un menú muy completo por 18€ en el que entran platos típicos de la cocina italiana. Lo rematan con un horno de leña y unas brasas que hacen que las carnes queden deliciosas.

We had pasta here, one with béchamel sauce and one with four cheeses. Both were quite good. When I saw the pizza oven inside, I thought to myself, “I wish I had ordered pizza instead ;)”. I liked the interior design, and there are also outdoor seating areas. The restrooms could have been better maintained and cleaner. The music was very tiring; for a place like this, calmer and more romantic music would be preferable. Overall, it was a good experience.

Uno de mis restaurantes italianos favoritos aunque hoy que llevé a unos amigos a cenar tuvimos una experiencia incómoda cuando en los postres los camareros nos empezaron a meter prisa para pagar e irnos [de la terraza]. Eran las 23.15h de un viernes. La comida buenísima.

De italiana no tiene nada! Una melanzana llena de aceite y no era precisamente de oliva. Tanto que el aceite traspasó la casola. La pizza seca y calidad baja. La atención regular. La cerveza si bien fría. Pero no recomiendo el sitio.

It’s a place thats okay for ordering a pizza, but please never order their pasta! I ordered a spaghetti alla carbonara and I am quite sure they gave me leftovers. The pasta contained no sauce, was barely seasoned, was severely overcooked and it seemed as if cheese was already added to it even though that was something you had to do yourself. However, when I carefully asked for another pasta they did give me a much better one. Still, this was nowhere near a proper spaghetti alla carbonara. Furthermore, the place seemed quite unhygienic and overall just left me with a bad experience.

Cheap, service was fine but food was nothing special. I made strategic mistake for ordering steak from main menu. I should expect that it was too cheap to be good but anyway it doesn't explain the quality, it was very, very fat. amount of oil was so high that I need to use few napkins to soak it. Unfortunately this restaurant doesn't know how to treat its customers. Customer service was extremely poor. They had forgotten a few orders and when reminded; the food was not properly cooked. When asked to correct this, they made faces at us tourists and were undoubtedly rude. The menu listings were described incorrectly. When we tried to politely give our feedback, we were told that " in Barcelona we have to pay " as if we were some sort of thugs who wanted to just eat and leave without paying . Extremely offended. However we let that slide because there was obvious communication problems, when we asked for the bill, the area manager who had previously come out to " resolve the situation" gave us our €0.35 change in mainly one cent coins. I have attached the picture below. Pathetic and petty for a supposed area manager to have such behaviour. The area manager also seemed drunk and ignored us whilst stomping off to serve other local customers who were encouraged to gang up on us and tell us we were wrong and that we should leave. I'd like to think that no one should or would be treated in such a dehumanising manner in London but I am not so sure about Barcelona. I hope this place can improve its service towards tourists.
