Domino's

As I stand here, once again, waiting on a remake of an order they messed up on, I’m looking at this guy who is handling the cash register, the fridges, counters, utensils , answering phones ALL while making pizzas and plates bare handed and with a “bandaid” on his finger. I not only was upset that I had to return to the store but now mortified that this nastiness is taking place. This is right in front of you with no cares as If he never took a health class or never been properly trained. This location is convenient for me but now I have to find another or stop eating domino’s altogether. Oh. And to top the remake was even worse.

There was only one employee in this store. I entered the store. I wasn't greeted. I wasn't acknowledged until the person before me had got their order, but it was as if I didn't exist. I waited for about 10 minutes before the employee even acknowledged my existence. Probably will not return.

I reached out to the store manager but was unable to connect. The delivery guy couldn’t come upstairs because of my building's policies. I explained my recent major surgery and that I live alone, but he still wouldn’t wait. I even offered to send my neighbor down, but unfortunately, the delivery guy wasn't at the building. I appreciate any help to ensure this doesn’t happen again!

It's ridiculous that a $16.99 pizza can balloon to $38.19 with a $5 tip and a rip-off delivery fee of $7.99 for a measly two blocks. I don't know why people keep using you guys; the local pizza joint is better.

I placed the order and the pie took 1 hour and 50 mins to show up. And the Dominos is only five blocks away. If I wasn’t working I would’ve picked it up myself. Delivery guy shows up speaks no English. I just wanted to make sure if my pie was warm he left with my food. I had to call back again to let them know. Dominos should bring back the deal if you don’t bring it before 45 minutes your pie is free !!! Just got my pie instead of having a pepperoni pizza Ir came out to be pepperoni and ham Smh.. 😑

I keep getting woken up by a domino's delivery saying I ordered something that was not ordered. Its an online order and needs to stop. Take me off your list please.

Not matter if it opening or closing the store should be ready to take orders and greet their guest. We're the ones giving you our money. I made my order for pick up at 11 am and the food wasn't ready until 11:50 am. I came to the store and no one greeted me. The manager or shift lead was making pizza and the other guy was cutting ready orders. I wanted and saw my pizza was still being made. Then the pizza maker starts walking around yelling at the other guy repeatedly about stuff he couldn't find. Then he proceeds to cut ready pizza. At one point I see him picking an order. He was putting his raw hands on the finished pizza removing the topping and cheese. He saw that I saw and then stopped and walked away to the back. I saw my pizza come and the other guy was cutting it. That when both guy come and ask if I'm here for pick up. Really 🤷🏾‍♂️. I've been standing in the store for 20+mins and now you ask for my order name. I pay for my order and the guy cutting didn't give me my pizza. I had to ask where's my pizza and he looks at me like an idiot. I get my pizza 10mins later and asked if I paid. Really? Right before the shift leader yells at the pizza cutter about where the register key is. If you can't treat your employees with respect why would I continue to come here? If you can't treat you guest/paying guest why would I continue to come here. Absolute terrible experience at this location.

Terrible service and customer service. They take forever to do everything and never want to deliver to your door.

i ordered a cheese pizza a man with glasses gave me a pizza with just sauce and when u told him he started calling me stupid and said i ordered with no cheese and im showing him my order he didnt listen to me and kept callibg me stupid

Ordered dinner. The pizza literally came COLD. I called. The guy told me it is impossible. I said ok. It will be impossible for me to order from you guys again. Your disclaimer is that if I’m not completely satisfied, you Dominoes will make it right. You did not make it right. So peace ✌️ out.

Staff thinks they’re doing us a favor taking our order. Only one guy in this whole operation is capable of taking an order and he keeps mean mugging you. Lol.

This is the worst dominos location I've tried. The pizza is always disgustingly dry, it seems the workers were given the instruction to use the least sauce possible. I've communicated this to them before but they don't care and tried to charge me extra, while i was just asking them to put the minimal decent amount of sauce. Choose another location, there are many really close.

I ordered a chicken Alfredo I wanted a bowl I literally placed the order in less than a minute notice my mistake call the store while I was across the street he said he already made my order. I then watched him prepare my pasta after he rinsed his hands with water no soap so he lied about even creating it could have still fixed my order and he made my food without gloves on. I still retrieve my food and my pasta felt so light no wonder the bowl is half way filled. These employees really be touching money then rinsing they hand with water before creating the food.

This is one of the worst Domino's ever they discriminate against the disabled. I have been buying the St. Jude special every month. Today I get some miserable woman stating that she could not do the St. Jude special because they stopped it. I just ordered a couple of days ago. These people do not know how to lie. Then they tell you have you have to pay a 6.00 or 7.00 charge for delivery and they are only walking two blocks. If I were not in wheelchair I would go myself. This is the worst place. Domino's discriminates against those less fortunate. God doesn't like ugly.

The wings were the most disgusting things I ever tasted. I’ve never had worse food in my life. A total waste of my money. The wings were cold, slimy, and raw texture. Absolutely disgusting.
