This is my top choice of pizza in the world. The staff are super helpful, they made me a super thin base, with great flavour toppings and cooked just right. It was worth the 10 year wait to taste it again! Love from the tall British girl.

Tasty and well priced meal options. Service was friendly and prompt. Open seating, no booths, so can be a bit noisy. Good place for a group/team gathering.

Pepz potatoes are so good. Some of the best wedge style potatoes I've ever had. The pizza is delicious, and the other sides are worth it. Dining room could use a bit of an overhaul, but otherwise a worthwhile place to eat and watch some sports.

My favorite pizza place to come to whenever I am in town. Love everything about it. Food is amazing !

I have been there twice in a week, It was my first time. My first Sub, the Italian, On the 2nd visit the pastrami Sub and salad. I can only say extraordinary flavors so warm and toasty delicious. Next Friday I'll be there 👍 again the staff is very helpful. Thank you

I just had the best customer service at Pepz picking up my order. They called to let me know my order was ready and were so nice when I arrived. They kindly upgraded my salad which was a wonderful surprise. They also wrote a kind note on the box which went a long way. Just all around a great experience and I will be a repeat customer because of it. The food was perfect too and so delicious (pizza, salad, cheese bread)!

I recently went to Pepz after not going for a while because of a couple bad experiences I had. I had 2 soccer team parties in one day and I was pleasantly surprised by the new ownership. It seems Pepz is offering more deals, which is always good and the best deal for sports teams is free pizza and drinks for the players. They have a small arcade area that thoroughly kept the kids entertained. The food was delicious and the service was even better. I will definitely be back and am looking forward to all the new changes being made!

Pizza is some of the best. The Tandoori pizza is a must try. Delicious, spicy and unique. Crust is nice and crunchy. The buffalo chicken pizza is perfect for dipping in blue cheese. And my toddler says the cheese is the best pizza they have tried. Wings were good but not the star of the show. Server was very nice and attentive although she was pretty busy when we first got in. I’m not a local and very glad I stopped in to try this pizza!!!!!

We went to Pepz pizza (732 N Rose Dr, Placentia, CA 92870) for the very first time at the recommendation of a friend. We were so pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the place and more importantly the quality of the pizza's we ate. We ordered a meat lovers and a veggie lovers pizza on a thin crust. The pizza was so flavourful and delicious. The pizza dough was so soft and tasty and the ingredients were also so fresh. The staff was very friendly and courteous and attended to our request attentively and efficiently. The pizzas came to us in a timely manner and hot and tasty. In addition to tasty food, the area was very clean and inviting with large screen TV everywhere for the patrons to enjoy. There was also a play area for the kids that kept them busy. Lastly, the toilets were also very clean. This experience was excellent and we will definetely be back again here very soon. The owners should be proud to provide such an excellent overall experience to they customers. This is one sure way to bring customers (and their friends) back again to Pepz pizza. Sunil

The mouth watering pizzas at Pepz are out of this world. The ranch is the best and the combination of pizza ranch and creates such a tasty combination that is hard to beat. The latest paneer pizzas are very flavorful. The service is great, all the servers are attentive and always treat us very well. The place is well located with a very inviting ambiance, and ample seating available whether you go alone or with your extended families. Highly recommend this place.

I came for the Super bowl and the vibe was amazing! The food was also very tasty. There were also many fun arcade games. We were also always being checked up on which was very nice!

This was a great place for a fundraiser. Very helpful, communicative and friendly. Plenty of parking and seating. Even when the restaurant was full, it is still quiet enough to hold conversations without yelling. I plan to hold more events here!

Did not notice until I got home & looked at receipt and I was given the wrong sandwich. I was not driving all the way back. So make sure you pay attention!

They have a pretty good deal of 25 dollars for 20 wings but other than their pizza is way over priced. Not only that but they have terrible customer service. I walked in and the girl at the front desk never greeted me or asked to take my order or anything of the sort. Instead she walked over to the bar and was flirting with a guy that was sitting their drinking a beer. Then some guy which I presume is the owner walked over by the front desk and just looked at me but never said a word and we were legit standing there for 20 minutes and nothing. I know it's a family owned place but seriously not only should they lower the prices but they should also stop acting like they're doing the customers a favor when it's us doing them the favor giving them business in the first place.

Later, I get a text that a doordash driver picked up my order. When the driver "arrived" around 5:20pm, the app sent him to the wrong location maybe 10 minutes away from my actual address. I corrected him and assumed he was on the way to my real address (he never said that he was cancelling or not coming, he just said he would let doordash know about the app's mistake). Almost an hour later (6:15pm) driver still has not shown up. I try texting, no response. I tried calling and he hangs up on me. So I call Pepz and explain the situation to them. They tell me it's a doordash issue and put me on hold multiple times trying to call doordash. After a while Pepz asks me to call doordash myself. So I do, but it's new years eve and I'm waiting for like 30 minutes on hold. I decide I don't want to deal with this on NYE so I call Pepz back and just ask them to refund. They tell me they can just make a new order but they said it will take a long time because it's busy for new years. I said no thank you, because at this point it's already been like 2 and a half hours since I ordered. Then they tell me I need to contact doordash for a refund. I said that's crazy because I don't even have a doordash account, I ordered through Pepz own website but got a text that doordash picked it up! After being put on hold another time I finally got my refund around 7pm. Ended up with Jack in the Box for our new years eve dinner. Sorry, but never again... For future reference: 1. Maybe offer to remake the order the first time I called instead of going back and forth between doordash and having ME call them when I didn't even order through doordash. 2. When you DID offer to remake the order, I was hoping I would be told that I would be bumped up as a priority since I had been waiting so long, instead of being told it's going to take a long time when I've already been waiting 2.5 hours.
