We LOVE coming here because of Gerald. He’s truly the best and makes every visit to Outback an A+ experience. The food is always excellent, and if there’s ever an issue, it’s resolved instantly and without hassle. We’ll keep coming back because of the outstanding service.
All excellent except the restaurant was a bit chilly. Taylen was an excellent writer. Friendly, kind, fun, and fast. Dirty dishes gone. Glasses refilled before empty. Great job!

Taylen was our server and was exceptional. Very attentive and kind. Checked on us several times throughout our dining experience. This is coming from a Customer Service Manager of 27 years and am usually tough on ratings but this guy did awesome!
Outstanding Service from Taylen! We had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse, and a huge part of that was our server, Taylen. This was hands down some of the best service we’ve ever had at an Outback location. He was extremely attentive, very personable, and consistently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. Taylen was also very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, which made our dining experience even better. His professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out and made us feel welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. If you’re dining here, ask for Taylen, he made our visit exceptional. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an absolutely exceptional evening at Outback Steakhouse tonight. The food quality was amazing — cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and honestly some of the best we’ve had in a long time. But what truly made the night unforgettable was Carson. His customer service, knowledge, and personality were on another level. He made everything effortless and enjoyable from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Best time ever. 🥩👏
I did a pick up order and it was one of the easiest processes. The online menu is easy to maneuver and pick up was a cinch! Everything was carefully packaged and maintained integrity for the 30 minute drive home.
Fantastic! The food is delicious. Yes the Aussie kitch may seem tacky, but underneath is a darn fine restaurant. Outstanding service, even impeccable for curbside pickup! Everything on the menu is delicious. Highly recommend. My family think the "Aussie" chili is better than traditional Texas chili. Steaks, seafood, shrimp, chicken, baby back ribs it's all delicious. Dine in worth the treat
Taylen is the best server! He is always friendly & attentive, going above & beyond to ensure an outstanding dining experience. From the moment we were seated, Taylen greeted us with a warm smile & genuine enthusiasm, making us feel welcomed. Do you know how hard it is to get somebody to cook your chicken wings right these days? I just moved over to this area and I found a new location I could go to and get great service and great food. I like my chicken wings all flats and fried crispy. This location did a great job!
Last time I ate at Outback was 10 years ago. After tonight I’m asking myself why I waited so long to come back? My steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. Salad was fresh. I love that adding eggs was an option for my salad. Scallops were delicious. My daughter kept raving about her macaroni and cheese. So I had to take a bite. I think that’s some of the best macaroni and cheese that I’ve had in a very long time. Even the ice tea, which I’m usually disappointed in was really good. Service was fast and friendly. Refills were offered. When I’m in the mood for a good steak I’ll definitely be back. I’m definitely not waiting another 10 years again lol.

Solid steakhouse. They have very reasonable prices as you can easily get in and out for less than $30 per person. The classic prime rib is good enough for it to be my go to place for getting prime rib without breaking the bank. On the other hand, the Outback style prime rib, which additionally seasons and sears the prime rib, was a miss in my opinion. I prefer medium rare, and it was apparent that they cooked it to medium rare and then seared it more. I was really left with a steak that hovered between medium and medium well and that was rather tough and dry. The molasses bread is pretty good, not overly sweet, but also never really freshly hot. The mashed potatoes, french fries, and potato soup are all perfectly fine. The salad however was old and not appetizing. The servers I've had were all friendly and accommodating.
I got the center cut sirloin with shrimp and sweet potato. The shrimp tastes good, but it's not that big. The sirloin was cooked medium and tasted delicious. The sweet potato was great too. The steakhouse Mac n cheese was lukewarm because they didn't heat it up all the way. The blooming onion is good, but it's a lot so we asked for less of it and they gave us blooming onion fries (petals)
Nice experience at the Australian themed steakhouse - food was average, service is good and the manager is courteous. The place doesn’t pull that much crowd. The steak was made as requested - price and portions could have been better. The drinks were prepared delicious but didn’t like the dessert.
Love steaks from Australia and great food. I love the customer service and atmosphere. The management was great and our server was amazing and very attentive. I went with my sister to get the koala punch because it looked like a really fun drink. We were told the bar was open seating and went up and sat down in two of the four open seats. The bartender waited until we were sitting down and then (in a very unfriendly tone) told us that the seats were reserved and that we needed to sit somewhere else. At no point during the duration of our time at outback did anyone sit in those seats. I think he just did not want to serve us. We ended up sitting at a table and had to call over someone so we could order after a long wait. The koala punch was not a very good drink (WAY too sweet) but I liked the little koala rubber duck. We ate our dinner somewhere else after our experience ordering the drinks.
My friend and I both ordered the same Delmonico steak both orders were cooked the same, hers was tender and delicious and mine didn't even look like hers and was tough, full of gristle hard to cut through sent it back got the same thing another crappy expensive steak. So disappointing the second time in a row going there. I love a good steak I have never had to do this at Texas Roadhouse always a great steak Outback get your act together you used to do better
