Smoothie King in Texas can turn even a non-smoothie lover into a smoothie fan. The first smoothie I tried was the peanut butter protein, and it was amazing. They have great deals like Free Size up Friday at no extra charge, plus plenty of lighter, healthier options to choose from. They also offer convenient grab-and-go snacks. The staff is always friendly, and the quality is consistently great. Highly recommend!

Consistently a great experience with kind staff members and yummy smoothies. We recently started ordering in advance through the app, and the smoothies are waiting in the cooler when we arrive.

GREAT customer service, never have had an issue when it comes to ordering. VERY friendly and always asking if I need additional items other than the smoothie as I usually get gladiator or other protein to make smoothies at home.

I come here all the time, but it was the employee tonight who convinced me to review. I came in late with honestly a ridiculous smoothie order with four smoothies. Staff working was so kind about it and prepared them in a timely manner. She was quick in cleaning up a spill, sanitizing the area and replacing the order. I will continue to come back and enjoy my before work smoothies!

I come here after almost every work out and only enjoy coming to this location because of Karen. She’s the kindest, sweetest, and most hardworking employee I’ve met at Smoothie King. She recommends great drinks, is personable, and never fails to make me smile before leaving. Thank you Karen for your exceptional customer service!

I have visited and purchased smoothies for over a year at this location and for the last two weeks the bathroom is locked and not available to their customers. Last week, the employee was gracious and unlocked the door so I could use the facility. This week I was told that the toilet handle was broken. This is why I avoid the West Parker franchise as they put displays and guard the potty as if it was a national treasure! What is the store policy on bathroom privilege or is the toilet broken at the Park location?

I usually have an uneventful experience at this location. Unfortunately tonight it wasn't good. I received a e-gift card. I'm wasn't familiar with how to use it. I presented my e- gift card and the attendant scan my bar code. She received an error message stating the card not found. I said, I'm sorry I don't know how this suppose to work. What do I need to do? She stated, I don't know. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't helpful either. She repeated the total and I said I don't won't it. I said I want to use my gift card so once I figure out how to make it work I'd return. I went to my car searched the Smoothie King website and finally figured it out. I didn't go back in that location I drove to another location a few miles away and made my purchase. Which was uneventful. Smoothie King should train the attendant to be of more assistance in such a situation. Of course I'm going back, but not to that location.

I recently purchased two smoothie bowls from this establishment and noted that they contained unfilled spaces. I inquired whether the employee could level the contents and add more to ensure I received the full product for which I paid. I was informed that the filling policy restricts the contents to the white line. However, I pointed out that the presence of gaps indicated the bowls were not entirely full, resulting in a diminished product. This is not an isolated incident, as I have encountered similar resistance at other locations. Given the premium pricing of these bowls, it is imperative that customers receive the full value of their purchase. Ultimately, after some discussion, my request was accommodated, though with a discernible shift in demeanor. I urge you to address this inconsistency across all locations.

It’s a Friday night, location says it closes at 10pm— on google & on the door. When I came in at 9:10pm the lady that attended to me asked me to order quickly because they were “already closed” I was confused but I got my order in. Then with everyone that tried to come in, she turned them all away saying they were closed. She also was very frantic about the “open” light still being on. After I brought up the fact that it clearly reads on the door that it closes at 10pm and brought up google also says 10pm, she dismissed it and closed shop anyway and turned away all the customers. Something needs to be adjusted, training of the employees or at least the hours on your door & google page.

I ordered a pick up order today at this location and was on time upon picking up order I noticed the smoothies were really watery but I was in a rush since I was lunch break. I didn’t even get half way to my destination and the smoothie slid through the cups and smoothie was all on the outside of the cup .so I call the location and request them to be remade and I will pick them up she insisted that I bring the smoothies which is fine since I didn’t drink either of them . From there I get there and the worker and telling me she can’t replace both mind you I said I wanted both replaced or just give me a refund she then got smart and said you want a refund or for me to remake them . I said remake the she seems to not know how to make the mango ginger smoothie and makes 2 smoothies of strawberry peanut butter plus . Knowing that’s not what I ordered .I take the smoothies because once again I’m on a time crunch . I have already put in feedback and contacted corporate and am waiting on an update. Please don’t go to this location there customer service is bad and don’t know what they are doing

These people don’t understand that people speak multiple languages. They will talk about you very negatively in their native tongue and laugh right in your face. What sucks for them is I spoke the language. I will never set foot in here again.

I was at your plano store on 9/5,/2025 the other day my order came to 5.00 because she used my new app yesterday I went in to scan my order for angelfood strawberry small I asked her what the cost would be she said 5.00 then it scammed up to 7.06 I was very very mad that there was a 2.00 difference the hostess name was Sherlin order number was AABAMEZACBA my name is Mary Kay I need a call back on this pleasev

Noticed a chemical smell entering this location. Walked to the register to place an order. The young man behind the counter wiped his nose with his hands, and was slouching over the register.

I visited the store this morning hoping to cool down with a smoothie, as it was extremely hot outside—easily around 100 degrees. Unfortunately, the experience inside was even more uncomfortable. The air conditioning was either not working or completely ineffective; it honestly felt hotter inside the store than it did outdoors. It was like stepping into an oven. While the smoothie itself was decent, the unbearable indoor temperature completely ruined the experience. If you're advertising cold beverages as a way to beat the heat, maintaining a comfortable indoor environment should be a basic expectation. Very disappointed with the lack of climate control. And god knows how the employees are surviving in the store.

I love the smoothies here. But next time I will not tip in the app!!! I ordered on my phone and gave a tip through the app. CS was just BAD and one of my smoothies was watery. The kids run back and forward from the back of the store was just crazy. I understand that times get hard and you have to bring your kids sometimes. But keep them in the back.

The smoothie part of it is good, but omg, the person who was taking my order was so disrespectful. I came in for my birthday, and decided to use my reward and they were very aggressive and failed to help me out when i asked questions. I believe the persons name might be katherine but I may be wrong. I was very upset because of how the treated me.

This is definitely one of the most disappointing experiences I've had thus far at a Smoothie King location and will probably NEVER visit or recommend this location again or at all. First, walking in and going to the order line where no one was waiting but an employee was standing, she nor her counterpart bothered to acknowledge me or anyone else that walked in. Now, the most basic, elementary, first rule of thumb for customer service/sales is to greet the customer within the first 30 seconds. One is much more patient to wait should this rule be followed. However, standing within a foot of the young lady at the register, it was not until I practically stared a hole in her head did she offer a short "hello." I finally place my order, pay with the app using a reward for a free new- addition-to-the-menu smoothie that was good for that day only. Two more people walk in and another complains about her drink and asks to have it remade. After waiting longer than anyone of these patrons that placed their orders AFTER mine of which was the smallest order, I brought it up to the staff. The young lady that had began my order left it for the other one to pour and when I made my comment of still not receiving my drink even after people that ordered theirs after me, I was met with a "she had to mix it 5 times, it's a new drink." NO APOLOGY FOR WAITING. Yet, as i mentioned, the drink had just been sitting there to be poured into the cup! To add insult to injury, the drink was STILL not mix properly and contained several ice shards that were not blended. What a waste of a reward and opportunity to make this another Smoothie King favorite. Clearly, proper training is needed at this location.

There's this girl that work here, her name is Madison she's a totally disrespectful person. She's inconsiderate of the customers and she always has an attitude like she doesn't want to work. I came in at 9:40pm to ask her if they take Apple Pay because I had forgotten my wallet. She responded yes but you have to make it quick. While I was inside the store and setting up my Apple Pay finishing at 9:59pm she said she is close and will no longer take my payment. She obviously don't care about the business or the customers.

I love Smoothie King, but every time you walk into this location you're punched in the nose with the sour smell of raw sewage. They clearly have an issue they're not fixing. How do the employees, manager or territory manager not smell this??? It ruins any appetite you might have had when you walked in. This is a shame since it's right close to my job and is a quick in-and-out for lunch. I've started going to Nektar a few doors down and Tropical Smoothie Cafe across the street. Both of those places are priced similarly and don't reek of sewer gas.
