This was probably the worst taco bueno I've ever been to. Plus the chick at the window was always rude as hell. They use to get at least one item wrong or forget something. Was never going back and pretty sure they didn't care. But now they have made changes and I can be happy that there is a Taco Bueno so close to home. 👍🏻Thanks for making taco bueno great again .

The food was awesome. I received an ad in my mail and the food looked worth a try. I visited the restaurant and the food blew my mind. I had the beef tamales, chicken burrito and guacamole and chips. Wow, fast food can be delicious if done right. I'm living away from family out of state so I don't cook much. Taco Bueno will be on my go to list for sure!

Best location in NTX. The manager is always on her game and we've had nothing but great service. I go out of my way for this location to avoid the less than stellar service and product at other locations.

I honestly just really love Taco Bueno. I don't usually eat fast food, but this is one of the places that I go to regularly. The quality of the meat hits different, and my favorite thing to get is the B.O.B. and the regular hard-shell taco. I love that they have an app now, but the biggest reason I also support them is because if you round up your total, 100% of the proceeds go back to the Family Place, which is a domestic violence shelter in Texas. So if you ever want to shop and support local, eat good tacos, and give back to a cause, it's a good all-in-one stop.

At this particular location, the food has been great the three times we have been in the last month .. everything is hot, the chips and taco shells have been fresh , nothing stale .. 2x I got the enchiladas and once with the taco and I tried the taco salad , the taco salad was great , chips ,plenty of cheese meat. Lots of lettuce and tomato, I had guac n sour cream with it , something I would recommend if you want something lighter , was filling and you get plenty of food for sure

I like stopping here on my way home from school. I feel that out of the local places Bueno is, this one is by far the best. May I add that the salsa is super on point at this location. They are always happy to see you and are patient when you are a super indecisive person. My only complaint is the structure itself needs some work.

I've been going here for years. I'd like to see the salsa spicier, like it used to be? I know it's made fresh so I love it anyway. And people. Guests. Have some respect and try to not trash the salsa bar just because you don't have to clean it up! Good grief.

I'm always on the look for quesidillas. There are some out there as good and YES better but, I go here for my staple quesidilla. Bueno indeed!

I had a good lunch here. The staff is friendly and the food is good. I had brisket tacos and they were excellent. The restaurant looks like it's being renovated and it definitely needs it. The restroom was clean and stocked with soap and paper so I can't complain.

I don't get take out very often but if I do do and we want tacos or similar this is always a bonus with my crew. The quality is by far better than Taco Bell and the salsa is superb compared to the packets received from other similar establishments. Chopped onions and jalapeños are also available. There are plenty of options here and a wide variety of items so there is always something for everyone. One of my group's favorite things to order is the crunchy potato burrito which comes in either chicken or beef or stick I believe. If your family enjoys this cuisine as much as mine you may find it appetizing to get a few extra beef burritos or bean burritos and save them for the next morning as they're fantastic just lightly warmed up for breakfast. Fair warning about the parking lot , the location is on a corner of a very busy intersection and parking is limited. As I passed by this location sometimes I have seen the drive-through traffic wrap-around the building blocking occupants in or out. Patience is required when it's like this. The drive-through moves as fast as it can but remember this food is made to order and the employees can only go so fast when making quality food. The worst thing you can have is a poorly thrown together Taco or burrito that falls apart when you open the wrapper. Have yet to have that happen here. I would post some pics, but I always eat it all before I think to do so. Maybe next time. Not to sound cheezy, but this place is Bueno!

The food is good, usually hot and fresh. They haven't messed our order up since we moved near by almost a year ago. Allot extra time if you go around the lunch/dinner rush times as there's almost always a line. This location is great about not being stingy with extra hot sauce, napkins, or other condiments.

Never been inside, but used the drive through quite a few times. Their location isn’t great in terms of the parking lot and where the drive through line forms by the building. The service has always been fairly quick and correct for the drive through. Food is alright, mostly cheap and quick meal is why I go through every now and then.

Decided to dine-in at this location with the family while we waited for our clothes to finish at the laundromat. The man who, I assume, was the manager, was very friendly, and when some of our food dropped on the floor, he replaced it for free and added some cheesecake bites, which were very tasty. The interior isn't anything special, a little dated, but clean. I have had some not so great experiences with the take-out here in the past, but eating it fresh was actually surprisingly good.

This is a busy location. Popular for high school students and day laborers. Drive-through​ often has 3-4 cars. High turnover of employees means service is like a lottery. Some you win with decent service and food. Other times it's a long wait for poorly prepared orders. Tables are either clean or filthy. In other words, you'll either get 5-star or 1-star fast food depending upon a variety of factors.

Depending on when you visit, this place can be great or awful. If their A Team is working, usually through lunch and dinner rush, it's delicious. But if you visit when Team B is on staff you can expect tough/stale muchacos, skimpy tacos, thin burritos, the wrong drink, or maybe your whole order will be messed up. Play it safe - visit during normal lunch or dinner hours. Not in between. Not late.

Picked up food through the drive thru, the staff wasn't very pleasant, no effort of a "Hello, welcome, thank you or see you next time"...which doesn't take much time to give. Food presentation was lacking as with the serving portions, but it was tasty!

I have to say, I agree with what another reviewer said, this place is not very maintained & clean on the outside or in terms of the building. I went through the drive through. The service was really nice and the food was actually pretty good though.

I stopped going to this Taco Bueno a long time ago due to bad soft drinks, brown guacamole, stale chips, wilted lettuce, employees who obviously hate their jobs, etc. The final straw was when I got food poisoning after eating here. But I recently tried it again and the food was much better (fresher). They have a new soft drink machine and the quality of the soft drinks has been greatly improved. I only rated them Good because they still have a history and I need more visits to erase all of the bad memories.

Of course beloved Taco Bueno food was delicious. The outside of the store leaves an awful lot to be desired. Overgrown grass, knee-high weeds, trash everywhere, cracked plaster, building is in desperate need of repairs and painting. It did make me question whether or not I wanted to pay for and eat food that came from a building in this condition. Way past time to clean up your property, TB!

Their queso is off the chain. My daughters like the nachos. I ordered the street tacos the meat was good but couldn't eat the corn tortilla cause it smelled awful. If you picked it up to eat it all you could smell was dirty feet.

Taco Bueno seems to be hit or miss. The tortillas for the tacos were a little bit stale. Everything seemed a little skimpy. The prices have gone up and they have cut back on the food portions. The bean burritos are now flat instead of round because they don't contain enough beans in them. Taco Bueno used to be a really great place to eat.

Out of all the fast food Mexican places, this is probably the second best. I won’t name the other place out of respect, but if you check my reviews you can see it there. The meat and bean quality is pretty much sit down restaraunt grade. A lot of fast food Mexican places their meat taste too….meaty and gamy . The meat here is flavorful and fresh, and the beans are pretty good. The menu is on the small side, but everything is decent quality

Food is average. Count your change if paying cash with larger bills! No coincidence I had to ask for my receipt and another person handed me my food other than the cashier and there was no one in the drive through other than us. I can count lady and pretending to not understand me didn’t help your case. Your job is to count money. Cashier looked like she had been busted when I asked for the receipt from the other lady handing me my food. I assume if they scam multiple people a day shorting them their change that can add up to a good amount of till overage which I can bet you they pocket. It could have been a simple mistake but It didn’t feel that way. I was also shorted a party burrito which just added to the frustration.

They tried...but failed miserably. I order my food, and got home to discover I had gotten someone elses. I went back to correct to the order. They agreed immediately (yay food time). Got home and discovered all my food items glued together by the queso they threw in for their mistake....order was still wrong...and covered in melted cheese...thank you for that

Food was... well... Taco Bueno food. No complaints there... But after feeling "swindled" by the manager on duty on multiple visits, my friends and I won't be returning... Just a tip for those of you who plan to visit... CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS.

I ordered the box.. The hardshell tacos and the salsa chips were old/chewy. It was salty for my taste. The beans and the rice were old. The beans and the rice were also old. The salsa was salty to my taste. The burritos were okay bc they had too much beans in them. Service was perfect.

Flavor was a little sub par for Buenos in the area. The drive thru menu prices are apparently not correct, because it's $1 more for items when in the computer. And worst of all, there was no salsa. I do not think I'll be returning to this location.

So I ordered a big freaking salad and a side of beans. I found what looked to be a piece of plastic in my salad after a couple bites. I took the salad and the plastic back up to the counter where the manager deduced it was a piece of onion skin and not plastic. A salad that doesn't have onions in it but has onion skin. O well, i eat here a lot and will probably be back but as I was leaving the manager says "sorry, have a good day" Dissatisfied

Decent Service, the place was clean and looked nice. Just ordered chip and queso. The chip portions are laughable at best. They were also had a pretty stale texture and crunch. Seriously, these chips will stab your gum in your mouth like fifty times.

It used to be you could throw a rock in the North Dallas Area and hit a Taco Bueno. Over the last few years this beloved restaurant that I have been going to for over 28 years has ultimately declined. With all the problems Taco Bueno Corporate has had in recent years, this one little restaurant has survived the cut backs, closures, when steak items were taken off the menu, and even the change in both the famous queso and shredded cheese. This Taco Bueno was my nightly refuge as a teenager and was there for me as young adult in grad school when I had to dig in the car seats for change to afford a party burrito for dinner. It has been there for me in good times and bad. I do not blame the staff for the decrease in food quality, for over the years they have been nothing but friendly and very helpful hence the two stars. That being said, the food has took a serious turn for the worse. The pico de gallo looks like the left over kind found in a supermarket bargain tray. It has such an acidic taste its hard to differentiate the ingredients used in the rest of the food. The tortillas are just nasty now and the chicken has taken a nose dive. For some reason I cannot fathom, the food stinks like a locker room. Again I do not blame the staff of this establishment but the Company for supplying them with such rotten quality ingredients. It is my hope that Taco Bueno gets it together while they pull themselves out of bankruptcy and start providing us with the quality of food that gave them the following it once had, or this once loyal customer and his family will never be coming back again.

Went there today because I was in the area and needed lunch. Me and my wife got two of the worst excuses for nacho salads. Have been getting these for years and these were half the serving size of normal. Barely any cheese as well. Bueno burritos were fine. That was the only thing that saved lunch.

I have been eating at Taco Bueno for decades. The food here was good. The service was horrible. I waited 5 plus minutes just to order and another 10 minutes for my food. The store wasn’t even busy on the inside. They were only focused on the drive through and prioritizing those orders over mine and several other customers dining in. The workers were also rude and didn’t provide my receipt. I do not recommend this location.

I ordered a burrito and a taco and I noticed a used filthy mask in my food order?? I donno if this is supposed to be a prank or if this was an accident but with all these new variants of covid and the DFW area becoming a red zone, I am not amused. How can you accidentally pack in a filthy dirty mask into someone's food? I tried calling the store 4 times and it just rings until it hits a busy tone. Now I'm wondering about the quality and safety of the food itself.

I dont know what happened to this place, but since July this year, this place has gone to hell, and its gone ghetto. I don't know what happened to all the previous people who were working there, but they need to get them back! Only one black girl there is friendly and does anything right. I dont even know if she's there anymore. The two jerks that work the drive thru have MAJOR damned attitudes! The last time I went through there, the idiot was fighting with me over a coupon. He said he didnt know anything about it, and I had it printed out and handed it to him and he still said "I dont know nothing about that". And every time this one particular dirtbag is working the drive thru, he throws your stuff out the window at you and then SLAMS the window shut!! He never asks you if you want sauce or anything else, he NEVER EVER SMILES, and he is rude as hell! I've stopped going to this place. I have been going to Bueno for years and now Im done with them. If this is how they are going to treat customers now, then Im done. Taco Bell dont treat their customers like this!!!

First time going to this location they were extremely rude. My husband went on our lunch break to get food and they got the order completely wrong. After "fixing" the order he checked it and notice the "BOB" (big ol burrito) was about half the size of what it should be. It might as well have been an extra long party taco. He went inside and asked why the order looks small and the woman in the back,who barely spoke English, told him if he wanted more food he'd have to pay more. We weren't trying to get free food we just want our order to be correct. I guess that's too much to ask. I'm highly disappointed.

Staff at this store are more concerned with laughing and playing around than delivering a quality product. Worst taco bueno experience I've ever had!!! My three dollar beef bueno burrito is about the size I'd a small egg roll and is missing ingredients.. what a joke!!

This place was horrible. The food was the same food as any other location, but I think that now, ,there has been some change in employees. Getting to the point, the service is the worst. In the past week, I have gone to that location because it is close and I wanted food fast. That's not what I got. I had to go back over there because the messed up my order... TWICE!!! I hate this location because of the employees.

We live in San Antonio but my wife loves this place. Ran thru the drive thru last night before we went back to our hotel room. When we got there our simple order of a platter was incomplete and we were also missing the churros we ordered. Only reason they got 1 star was that I couldn't give them none.

Came to bueno thru drive thru and the young Girl had an attitude sorry your job sucks had an attitude and even ask her a question at the window to make sure she took my order right and she had an attitude I was nice and we got our food went home and the guacamole was nasty looked black been going to bueno for long time first nasty food i get. Apparently this location's only mission in life is to destroy each party taco after they make it insuring that what you have left is nothing more than a mess to try and eat. I grab food here regularly because it's close to where I work. Sadly, more often than not, this is my experience every time I go through the drive thru. It's fast food people, not rocket science. It doesn't require a degree to make tacos that aren't in a million pieces when you get your order. Please get your act together and MAKE BUENO GREAT AGAIN.

If I could give no stars, I would. (TLDR: Had a very bad experience with a woman supposedly named Ashley (older white lady who has a similar look to Darlene in ozark) that involved her shouting at us at the drive through, being confrontational, rude.. and then taking up our time and gas to have to drive home, and back again when she messed up the order just to have her be even more rude, unapologetic, and charge us to get the right order we should of gotten to begin with. Don’t give this location your money, go to the one on Jupiter. [UPDATE: Also gave my husband food poisioning.]) When my husband and I arrived we asked for a moment to look at the menu. Maybe 15 seconds passed and we had someone repeatedly yelling at us when we were initially told to take our time and let them know when we were ready (nobody was behind us). When we were ready, we said hello and a lady, who we now know was named Ashley (red outfit, older white lady, looks similar to Darlene from ozark- I include the physical description in case she lied about her name), responded extremely rudely. From that moment we should have just went somewhere else but it’s my husband’s last day here for a while (ldr) and taco bueno is a favorite of his so we placed an order anyways. We got our food, and went home. When we got home, he realized they got his part of the order wrong and also didn’t give us a receipt. We tried to call twice but no answer, so back to the restaurant we went. When we arrived (about 2:11pm on May 3), Ashley was unapologetic, made excuses in which she tried to blame us for her mistake, and then charged us for the “difference” in bean burritos and beef burritos… after we had to drive home and back (with gas prices the way they are now). Based on google, she overcharged us… but whether or not that’s accurate, that isn’t even the point. Ashley is a very rude, confrontational woman who seems to be taking her unhappiness out on customers and rushes them. She should NOT be working directly with customers. I will not be returning to this location any time soon and if I see her there in the future, I’ll give it another year again. My advice is to go the extra distance to the jupiter location that is rated slightly better than this one, doesn’t have any rude, unhelpful, unfriendly employees- and is more easily accessible/less run down looking. Update: on top of everything else, this location gave my husband food poisoning right before he’ll have to get on a international flight.

I've been eating Bueno since the 80's. One of the few and extremely rare places that have been consistent with food and service, except this location. This has got to be one of the worst fast food locations of all fast food locations in the DFW area. I recently moved to the area and this is the only Bueno around. I've been several times, and they are NEVER consistent. I never get the hot sauce I ask for, I NEVER get my receipt, the food quality is ok one visit and horrible the next. The service is just as bad. One visit they are nice and friendly, and the next visit it's like you are harassing them because they actually have to DO something for a living. I go to work in the opposite direction, but I wanted some breakfast burritos from Bueno. I went to this location about 9:30am and it was closed!!! No lights on, no cars in the parking lot. I thought maybe this location isn't open in the mornings, so I checked online, and yes, this location is supposed to be open in the mornings. My last visit WAS my LAST visit to Bueno. I went through the drive thru and ordered a $4.00 special. The girl never told me how much it was, she just said "pull around". I had my money in my hand and she opened the window and grabbed my money, never said a word to me. Gave me back my change then disappeared. Never even had a chance to ask if she was charging me the sale price. She finally showed up, stuck the bag out the window, I was barely able to grab it in time, as she let it go as soon as she stuck it out the window, and then disappeared again. I never even got my receipt!!!! When I got home, my order was not anything closely resembling what I ordered!!! Since my order was screwed up, I got online to look at my bank account, and I was charged FULL PRICE for an item that was on sale that day! Never again!!!

The owner of this franchise should hire some people who understand what operating hours are. When you have it posted online and on the physical store that you are open until 12, and I pull up at 10:30, I expect my order to be taken. I drove around the store to the entrance and there was no signage or anything that stated this establishment closed earlier than the posted time. The lady in the drive thru argued with me, while there were still cars in line waiting to receive their order. Eventually she told me to pull up to the window to order. I guess they decided to stay open a bit longer considering 3 other vehicles ordered after me. This wasn’t even a personal order, it was got the delivery service Favor. This incident could have effected my income.

They refused to give me 10 salsas when I ordered 8 items. We offered to pay for them and they still refused. I moved away from Plano to Baltimore, MD for the last 19 months and just finished a 20+ hour 3 day road trip home. The first thing I wanted was taco bueno because they don't have them in Baltimore. I do not order extra salsa to save and eat later, I drown my food in hot sauce. Last I checked there is a self serve salsa bar inside....... Unless they changed it in the last 19 months. Regardless if I'm offering to buy something that you normally give away for free, you should be able to accommodate. I am absolutely appalled. I will be contacting corporate

I love Taco Bueno's food, but the service here is terrible. Consistently slow, inaccurate, and off flavor. Ever Uber Eats orders here get screwed up. Hit the Taco Bell down the street or any of the burger joints in the area instead. It will be faster and you'll be less likely to have errors in your order.

Absolutely terrible. Messed up our Uber eats order. I call to tell them they offer no assistance. Send my husband to get corrected items and they still made the food wrong. Won't eat here again! Can't get a simple order correct when you go in person and still get it wrong when it's typed up in front of them. Refused to help find a solution. And then just said oh well not my problem. Well it is your problem.

So came to Bueno, pulled up at 9:30pm and they were close. Like what is going on? Hours say 10:00pm, but you roll up and they’ve already closed at 9:30?!? Looks like from another review they just decide whenever they feel like closing to close up and go home. What a waste of gas and time. Don’t bother coming to this location, because it’s really gone downhill.

I only post if something is really good or supremely bad. This was supremely bad. Yesterday I ordered a carne asada quesadilla that was more than $9 bucks. The tortilla was half way filled with very little cheese. I tore the cheeseless, meatless tortilla from one side to the other and it was an inch of unfilled tortilla. The carne asada was dry and chewy, with no flavor. The meat was obviously old/sitting out for hours. Carne asada is typically tender and very flavorful, this was not that. This team does not care about what they serve you. No pride at all.

The lady in the drive thru was rude and I had to repeat my order multiple times. And even after all that I ended up being charged for items that weren’t included in my bag. I ordered two burritos, a party taco, a drink and chips and queso. All I received was a taco, burrito and the drink. I also did not get a receipt to be able to get my missing items.

Note to self; never go to this taco bueno again, ever in life...idc if you are starving don't do it

I normally love Taco Bueno but my visit a few days ago was awful. I went to the drive-thru and my order was wrong. I asked for a crispy beef taco and they gave me a soft one. Nachos came with it and they were absolutely disgusting. The chips were soggy due to the beans and greasy meat and it looked like barf in a box. I ended up throwing half of the nachos out...they were absolutely gross. Very disappointing to say the least.

I work close to this location and when I need something to eat quick, I make a Bueno run. However, the majority of the time, the lady in the drivethru is rude, doesn’t care that I want the receipt in my hand and not the bag and walks away when you try to tell her. After today’s run in which there was more grease than food in my tacos, I’ve decided never to give them my money again. This place could burn to the ground and I wouldn’t care at this point.

First they got rid of the taco burger. No reason, no replacement of any items. Then it was the cinnamon sticks they got rid of. No reason, no replacement. Now I hear they got rid of their famous 7 layer dip. No reason given, no replacement. When I asked if they replaced that item with any new items, the answer I got was "no, but we still have party tacos". You guys are going the wrong direction. More food items, not taking away the most popular ones.

I’ve gone to taco bueno for a few years, yesterday I went and noticed the menu was different. The lady informed me that prices had gone up, I ordered my chicken potato burrito not minding the increase in charge, when I tell you this burrito was thinner than a soft taco at Taco Bell, no flavor because of how small it was. I will no longer go to taco bueno. What a rip off.

I literally ordered a quesadilla combo and a combo burrito on the side. Super simple right? I should’ve known better than to drive away without checking my order. THEY DIDNT EVEN INCLUDE THE QUESADILLA! Also got a bean burrito instead of a combo. $15 for a bean burrito and a wimpy taco. I can see why this chain if failing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Its one thing to get the order wrong but completely forgetting to include the main entree is unacceptable. 1 star because there’s no option for zero

No need to really say anything, since the company doesn't respond to ANY review. My issue is they took the pics off the menu, so you have no idea what your are ordering, other than tacos. Stupid way to do business. Even McDonald's, who has had the same menu for years, still has pics on their menu. We stopped going there due to this. Not that they care

A Hispanic manager never likes when I hand him a coupon or share a deal. An African American employee at a drive through is the only generous employee. I stopped going there because other staff need training in customer service. Bueno most of the menu is high.

While the attitude of workers varies GREATLY from one person to another, the food temperature and quality has been suffering badly. Anything from being shortchanged greatly on taco meat fillings with large orders of tacos (10) to very stale taco shells and bowls. Whether dining inside or drive thru, the food is below the proper temperature to be served, very cold. It's amazing people are coming back here. The burners must be turned low because they are hot, but the food is barely luke warm and this is dangerous to create bacteria. The owner should train his people to properly heat the food and store it properly, or they are going to get a visit from the Food Inspector, I'm quite sure! You can count on it!

New management will certainly cause this location to close permanently if the corporate office doesn't get involved. The quality of the food has gone down tremendously. 9 out of 10 times I've gone thru the drive-thru they've gotten my order wrong. The manager, Carter, couldn't care less. I used to prefer Taco Bueno over Taco Bell but I guess I'll drive a little further to go to Taco Bell since they can manage to get the order right. It sucks paying for food that's not what you ordered, especially when the order being wrong is the norm for that business.

Clearly the employees at work here have no desire to provide great customer service. When you tell the employees three times no guacamole no sour cream no tomatoes extra cheese extra onions in the burrito you get home and find out the orders completely wrong that you go back to the shop and they get mad at you because you showed their boss they screwed up.

How do you miss half the items on the receipt thats on top of the box ????

Google said the drive through was open until midnight, so does the sign on the door. Got there at 10:30pm and drive through and dining room was closed. Thanks for wasting my time and fuel.

On 12/15/23 my son and I went through the drive-through at 9:45 PM. The young lady that was doing the drive-through came on the speaker and said that they were closing. My son said it was 9:45pm and asked if they closed at 10:00pm? She didn’t answer the question what she said “hurry up because we’re going to close with your order “. My son answered. Oh thank you very much and we left. As we were leaving, we passed the windows for you, pay and get your order, they’re all standing there doing nothing. I’ve been trying to get a hold of the office, to let them know that that’s not the way to treat customers. That’s being rude. Absolutely rude. We have been through other drive-through. Where they’ve comment. We will be closing in 15 minutes. We only have certain items for sale. We were not gonna order big item because we knew it was close to closing time. We were just going to get some burritos and party tacos and let’s go, sorry she doesn’t like her job But this is not a reason for you to be rude to other people. If your parents didn’t teach you manners, someone needs to teach them to you. And if you keep letting your employees treat your customers like this, your service will go down the hill. Your employees need to learn how to be respectful.

The customer service is absolutely garbage here. Iv been here multiple times and have used the drive-through. The staff is not friendly at all they are rude every time and you can tell they don’t want to be there. I absolutely refuse to go to this location because of the horrendous customer service. Please train your staff on how to be friendly. Basic customer service: greeting the customer at the speaker with no attitude when telling the total a smile wouldn’t hurt or even eye contact, when getting the food how about asking if I want any sauce and giving me more than 1. So many training opportunities here.

This was my first time trying these tacos and I was completely disappointed. I barely recieved any meat in my tacos and they weren’t the price. I definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend anyone else try it.

I come with my family to Bueno pretty regularly. Tonight the quality control was terrible. There was no care in the preparation of our order. Simply four muchacos and six tacos. GREASE. All over the inside and outside of the wrappers. Several of the tacos had almost no ingredients. Tried to call the store to give them the opportunity to address it. The phone line was busy.

I ordered a quesadilla through the drive through and they didn't even cut it and there are holes in the wrapper it came in. Seriously how is anyone supposed to eat this with no silverware?!??!!

I found plastic in my burrito. I usually like eating from here, but since I have found plastic in my burrito I am to grossed out to go back.

This location closes at 9:50pm, not 10:30pm like it says on google. I drove up there and a lady came in the speaker saying that they were closed and it was 9:50pm. The closing time on google needs to be updated to 9:50pm so people aren’t driving up there thinking there’s still 40 minutes left until closing.

Went through drive thru.. gal couldn't handle a my husband's joke if "to go, right ?"... Just looked at him... Both the beans and rice were extremely dry and tough to swallow... We wound up throwing them out... The entree was barely edible... Would rather use a Mom and Pop location

I can't lie this is my first and last time trying taco Bueno. I'm usually total taco Bueno is way better than Taco Bell but those people couldn't have been more than wrong. The meat is super poor quality. Everything is just so poor quality there's not one thing I ordered on that menu that was actually good at all and it was literally so lukewarm, it is so greasy and nasty. The people work there were valid though they're pretty cool I can't lie and this wasn't cheap either so I'm never coming back. And the top of it all off they close the dining room like an hour early bro seriously I don't want to eat in my car.

I’m honestly so disappointed in Taco Bueno. The food was terrible and the portions were skimpy. The burrito was laughably small compared to what they used to serve, with barely any meat inside. The bean burrito tasted like cheap canned refried beans, nothing like the Taco Bueno I remember. It’s sad to see how far downhill it’s gone. I will never be coming back. I will say though, this one guy working at this location has GREAT energy.

I just had the worst experience in my life at this taco Bueno today. I ordered a whole Lotta platter ate the taco and Muchacho, and then start stirring through my rice and there’s a giant steamed water bug in there or cockroach whatever you wanna call it but it was as long as my pinky I immediately spit my food out and drive back to the location and the first thing the lady says is we don’t have bugs at our store. Well I don’t have giant cockroaches in my car either!!! Then a manager took over which was a black man I don’t know his name but he told me to pull forward and he would bring me my refund. I had a lot of appointments today it was my grandson’s birthday I just left a lash appointment and I was trying to make a nail appointment I let him know that and I still ended up having to sit there and wait. They never gave me a receipt, and couldn’t pull up my receipt even though I had just left and they were not busy. After several minutes of waiting for him to come out with my money I just left and tried to call the store multiple times and there is no answer. I’m not a liar and I don’t put bugs in my food. I hate bugs. I was the general manager of a couple different restaurants and bars so I did not take a picture to make a review because this is not usually something I do. I’m disgusted and traumatized and cannot believe that I still paid for a plate with a roach in it and got called a liar!

Store closes early. Was there at 9:45 and the place was closing down. Nobody answered the speaker and nobody came to the window. Just shut the place down already. Posted hours say 10.

Placed order for street tacos, which cashier had to confirm again during order entry. When picked up, found order was wrong but cashier rudely insisted that’s how I placed my order, then just walked away. While waiting for my order, I observed that although they were wearing gloves, they prepared food, wiped off counter, handled machines etc with the same gloves. Food’s not worth going there period!
