Nice Chinese restaurant serving delicious and authentic Chinese food. Options are good to choose from . They have a good vegetarian and vegan friendly option to choose from. Tried there veg fried rice and fish which came again with a side of rice. Nice freshly prepared and delicious . They are quite popular and found them to be decently busy even during Monday lunch hours.
Olivia & Jayden are very friendly & helpful. Love their beef fried flat noodles; Japanese yams with Woodear mushrooms; dim sum selections, etc . Everything is good. My family’s favorite restaurant.
The food here was great. Can't seem to find another place that serves good cantonese Chinese food. They also have dim sum. Which you can order anytime. Beef flat noodles were great and so was their fried rice.
Authentic! Not much Chinese restaurant deserves the word, “authentic “. A few great yummy dishes. The pan fried noodles with gravy over it, has great flavor and excellent noodles texture. Love the Dim Sum dishes. The slow cook chicken bath in seasoning broth is quite tender and popular. There are three fish tanks. Wish they would consider put more fish to the tanks.
Dim sum tastes really good. Portions are big. Price is reasonable.
Salt pepper fish, cold chicken, salt pepper tofu. String beans, pig intestine with woodear mushroom, pork with tofu, lobster fried rice are all good
Good quality Cantonese style dishes. Reasonably priced. Many large tables to accommodate large party. Great service, can be slow. My favorite is lobster fried noodles. Have been recommending to our friends.
Family operated restaurant, very busy on weekends; reservation recommended. Excellent Sichuan and Cantonese dim sum. Chef's special recipes are available for reservations; some special items may need up to a week in advance. Nice humble Christian place.
After years of being a regular customers, our family still enjoy the best Cantonese foods here. The portions are generous and its price is reasonable.
This hidden gem restaurant have one of the best food in Plano. Their hot and sour soup can cure all your cold sickness. Foods are prepared fresh and delicious. Highly recommended..
Great yummy hand-made dim sum dishes. Will definitely visit again!
Very tasty food, portion is good too, I took my parents last week, service was good and we enjoyed eating there, will be back again.
Best Authentic Cantonese style food in DFW. Literally the taste I've been missing since moving here from the East Coast. Didn't wait long at all for the food to come out after we ordered. Everything was so delicious and hot and fresh, will be back again for sure!
So far the best cantonese food I have ever tried! I can eat dimsum everydaaaay! Everything was delish. Will def go back! Dishes ordered: Beef flat noodles - So flavorful! Typhoon Shelter Crab - Perefct! good for atleast 4-5 Hargow, Shrimp/Pork Shumai, Sweet Egg Yolk Bun, Shrimp Ball ———— Freshly cooked!
Nice authentic Chinese restaurant. All the dishes that we ordered were tasty and well cooked enough for us to want to come back. I wanted to note that I'm impressed that the green beans were crunchy and flavorful, since most restaurants I've been to either overcook or undercook the green beans, ruining their texture. But to be fair green beans are maybe the hardest vegetable to get right. The staff were accommodating for our requests, like asking for the fried rice to be spicy.
Food was so good i went 2 days a week. Love the rice noodle soup. Dim sum was amazing too. Price and service was great. Cant complain.
Solid as in gold plated Chinese food on offer here at this unassuming strip mall surrounded by mostly Desi shops. Don’t miss the Dim Sum. It’s ding dong delicious. The fried shrimp ball is absolutely perfect with a whisper thin crust and brimming with juicy shrimp. Thank the fry gods in the back for making this dish so light. Think the best shrimp fritter you could ever eat. The variety of the mains plates is also spectacular. So much lamb so little time…
It becomes one of my favorites after a wonderful friend introduces me here. I tried both dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. Dim sum are hand made, fresh taste. Guifei Chicken is average level. It’s hard to find high quality chicken here. Marinated duck is better. Pork intestines are amazing. Beef flat noodles can be better. The flat noodle tastes a bit soft, and they are too scattered into different shapes, some are sticked together into thick pieces. Bean sprouts can be just a bit more cooked. But this dish is indeed difficult. In all it’s a high quality family restaurant with reasonable price.
I love this place because it has exceptionally good dim sum, Cantonese dishes and Sichuan dishes. The service and ambiance was not great, but if you could ignore that, the food is very good. I highly recommend the cumin lamb or beef as it is the best of its kind I've tried. I also highly recommend the house special boiled fish, as the fish is very well marinated. The mixed spicy stew was also the best of its kind that I've tried.
This is one of the best quality Cantonese restaurants in DFW. Not easy to come by great price and taste. The Cantonese beef flat noodles were juicy and wide. The seafood and tofu pot was also flavorful. The fish was breaded nicely.
With no doubt, this restaurant is my family’s favorite Chinese restaurant!!!! I tried lots of their dish and I love them all!!! I am really picky about food, but their food are so good!:-) The kungpao chicken is the best choice with rice. The salt pepper fish fillet becomes the first choice, also the must order dish to me. My mom loves their sweet sour spare ribs. The crab fried chicken definitely their special and must order if you love carbs and fried rice! The portions are big, so it will be the best choice for family dinner! It tastes so good! I almost order their food once two weeks and always the first choice for my family dinner. Service is good and fast! 100% recommendation! Support local businesses:-)
Delicious food. Their beef noodles are some of the best I’ve had. Super authentic dishes!
We are absolutely blown away with the flavor and the quality of the food! We ordered - steamed vegetable - lotus leaf sticky rice - deep fried diced chicken with chili peppers 10/10 would come back. Update 09/29/2024 We have been back to this restaurant 7 more times since 08/15/2024. That's how good the service + food are! We also ventured out to other items on the menu. - salt and pepper pork chop - bamboo shoot pork - twice cooked pork Delicious!
Not a "westernized" Chinese restaurant. From the time you walk through the door you would not be wrong if you thought that you were transported to Guangdong China. The look, feel, smells (good) and the smiling staff are the same as any mid level restaurant there. That is to say that it has great food for very reasonable price. Here's the warning.... This is real Chinese food. It is the same as what you would get in Guangdong and Guangxi provences in China. (Except the hot and ,sour soup..... I've never found in my travels in China so far.) You need to know what you are ordering to ensure you will enjoy your dinner. Ask for help if you need too..... They will happily help you out. But I must warn you that this may cause you to look at those Chinese buffets and Western Chinese restaurants in a whole different light. So I'm closing, it's a great restaurant. Just be a little adventurous and you might just love some real athletic Chinese food.

Less options for dim sum but better than all dim sum in DFW.
Olivia is the best host/owner of this amazing Chinese restaurant in Plano. She is so attentive and remembers what you have ordered previously and makes great recommendations to cater to your group as well. The home cooked food is the best in Plano/North Dallas/DFW!! Thank you Olivia, Jason, Vivien for always being the best offsite kitchen for us. See you tomorrow.
Great food. Good price. Could get very busy so dont expect fast service during peak hours. Genuinely nice family.
i just went to get to-go at TKS and it was also the very first time eating food from there. service was great, they spoke mandarin and was super polite and quick at the cashier. order dim sum and salt and pepper fried tofu that my wife loves. got home and ate the food and the quality of the dim sum were good and the tofu was great! this will be a go-to spot from now on and it's dangerous that it is located less than 5 minutes from my house. i foresee dim sum on the regular from here instead of driving all the way to Richardson for Golden Joy. 2 thumbs up. highly recommended to dim sum lovers and lovers of awesome chinese foood.

The food is consistently very good, at a reasonable price. The dim sum is always freshly made to order and delicious, although the selection may be somewhat limited. The staff is always friendly, but quite often shorthanded.
We ordered the lobster with Noodle +3 dim sum dishes. Food quality is good.
We finally found a decent Chinese restaurant to go to! The flavor is very good except for a couple of dishes! The beef flat noodles was lacking the beef, not much flavor and the salt and pepper squid was over done! All the other dishes were just fine! We especially like the salt and pepper tofu (had a lot of flavor and texture, crispy on the outside and soft inside)! The service was quick too! The dishes all came pretty fast! We’ll be back!
>> 2025 After first visit in 2024. I had returned several times for both dining in and takeout. Food still tasty. Just adding more pictures here. >> 2024 Good dim sum. I especially liked the stir-fried beef noodles. Not a fancy place, just honest good food. Friendly service, reasonably priced menu. Would definitely go back.
Service was extraordinary. Despite being takeout, from their polite demeanor over the phone and at pickup time was very satisfactory. The restaurant has a wide variety of Chinese cuisine with the balance tilting towards Cantonese. The steamed chicken with ginger and scallion sauce was delicious and an item they it tends to sold out. The fillings for the Siu Mai was very good but the wrapper was a bit too soggy. On the other hand, the wrapper of the har gao was very good, with the right thickness and chewy texture. The sautéed veggies on a noodle nest was also good. The sauce was a tad thin but the flavor was on point. The fried noodles that serves as the best were crispy and it would’ve been perfect if the thinner and denser noodles were used. Overall the food was good with good portions for its price.
Good food! The service was really nice especially because we were a bigger group. Almost everything we got there was good except the spicy pork with sauce. The honey walnut shrimp could have been crispier but flavor was good. The steamed bbq pork buns were not as flavorful as I thought it would have been but still good. The sesame balls were fried to order and melted in your mouth. Definitely would come again.
Overall, food was good. My favorite where the shumai and shrimp dumplings. My least favorite was the bean curd wrapped pork and vegetable. The sticky rice was too wet and difficult to get out of these leaves but the flavor was still good. It's a nice place to try out. The price is pretty average for dimsum and comparable to other places as well.

They have decent food BUT omg, the service is terrible. I want to like this place so bad but how?! We came in and stood there for 5 mins then waved down a server. The first thing she said, “ we don’t have table.” I asked if we could wait, her expression was very unhappy and impatient and said we could wait but don’t know how long it would be. They are always understaffed. Customers had to get up and get their own utensils and water 😥 the experience is so unpleasant
Do not go on a Saturday evening! The wait time is horrendous and not worth it. They are severely understaffed. In terms of the food, it’s fairly priced but the portions are not big like at other Chinese restaurants I’m used to.
Small selection of made-to-order dim sum dishes and a full menu. The dim-sum was not anything special. The rice rolls with shrimp did not taste right, shrimp although big was quite fishy. Most of the other dishes were under-seasoned.

Been looking for a good Chinese fried rice since I moved here 3 years ago and still haven’t found it. The fried rice had no taste and some of the rice was still white and clumped together. Got the combination rice and there was barely any meat in it. It was a big container of rice that looked like it had been tossed into the container after being placed in a pan for a little bit to get a brown color. On top of that when asking about a dish the lady taking our order was rude. When we left it seemed like she didn’t even want to say have a good day back. Which is fine, because after tasting the food we won’t be back. I always leave a tip, no matter how bad service is…..but this time I couldn’t bring myself to bc she was rude from the time we walked in, to the moment we left. As if she really didn’t want our business. The 2 stars is because I didn’t want to be too rude, they still deserve ppl to give them a try, regardless how they made me feel….and maybe other dishes are better.
This was my 5th and final visit. Food is OK at best and very inconsistent. The 4 times ive been I was treated like an after thought and had the food thrust at me in a takenout bag. No sachets offered unless asked for and just tipped in my hand as he walked away. I tried to order a 5th meal from there today which is the same as I always order. The girl didn't speak good English and failed to understand what I was trying to order. After a couple of minutes and out of frustration I went elsewhere. I wont return if they don't understand the American language.
Food taste great , Service is also good, but I'm done having issues with my order, They do not understand the difference between thin and thick noodles, even when it is in there menu and the attendant confirmed it with you, they still serving me thick noodles. Remove them for your menu if you can not serve them.
I walked in with my two babies and waited, only to be completely ignored. The worker walked past us multiple times (at least 2-4 times) without acknowledging us, as if I was invisible. They didn’t even bother to serve us. I can’t help but wonder if this is racism or some other reason why I was treated this way. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. It’s clear they don’t care about customer service at all. I’m never coming back. I never had this experience before. I left to go to another restaurant that had serve me better.
I ordered food and was immediately called stating they wouldn't cook it because it was close to closing. I get it, you want to leave. But if you're open until 10, I should be able to place the order with 30 mins to go.
