Authentic Persian restaurant, MUST TRY. very welcoming staff with friendly atmosphere. They also have a small mini Persian super with persian products and souvenirs.

Came for lunch, and I really enjoyed their lunch specials! The food was fresh and delicious! Definitely will go back.

The food here is always amazing! We live in east hollywood so this is about 45 minutes away and well worth the drive!

Sadly I just found yesterday this amazing place is closing down in a week. I can’t believe they will not be part of my dine outs when I crave a delicious meal. I know Caspian Chicken for at least 20 years and they have always kept up with the quality and quantity of food. I am gona miss you for sure, but I definitely understand that the economy is not at its best plus the landlords have no mercy or respect when it comes to increment the rent. If you want to enjoy a delicious Persian chicken and koobideh kababs you still have a few days left otherwise they will be no other chance. Thank you so much to the owner of Caspian chicken for making us happy all these years. I have absolutely enjoyed your food and service. Wish you luck with your new endeavor.

This is one of the most authentic Iranian places I've ever been to during my many visits to Florida. the workers were very nice, and immediately politely greeted us when we came into the restaurant , and the food truly reminded me of Iran. the inside of the restaurant very well represents old school Iran, and I love it. I truly recommend having a dinner night here :)

Wonderful dining experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was peaceful! Waitress was very kind and helpful. The lamb shank was extremely tender and fell right off the bone. The dill rice paired with it perfectly. The Persian ice cream had a good flavor and the syrup added just the right amount of sweetness.

Fond memories visiting South Florida as a child and coming back to this restaurant recently was a rewarding experience. The hummus appetizer was delicious.

Overall good experience, the kabaabs and the lentil soup were my favorite. Friday is there buffet day so you can get a whole meal with dessert for a great price.

Wash it down with a Persian tea and some cherry rice. Absolute perfection. So much better than those expensive places with no imagination or flavor. To be honest I'm not very familiar whit this flavors but i love it, the kashkeh bademjam look horrible but it is just adictive sooo good chicken my favorite full of condiments that take this plate to a different kitchen level... and the persian ice cream 😳🥰 an incredible rose flavor ... maybe my only recomendation its just work a little in the presentation of the food and carefull whit plate whit very little dent or scrached...

Really enjoyed the ash . The tea incredible had about 7 cups Made with cardamom the way to go!!!! 4/5 stars if meat was fresh would definitely be 5 stars with fresh meats .

This is a casual place with great menu options and great food. As someone familiar with Persian food, overall I'd recommend! Weirdly my favorite part was the tea. The tea was phenomenal. Ashe was perfect. Bademjan appetizer and mast, excellent. The kebabs could've been more flavorful but overall good and rice is very good. Roulette appetizer very good. The baklava, I wish it was warmed up but also good. Service was great as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend. Only reason for the 4 stars is the kebab because I feel like that is the highlight and should be perfected.

It was pouring down rain when we got there so there was only one person in there eating but the staff wasn’t super helpful. I walked in and someone said hi so I told them I had an order and they just stood up and pointed to a bag from where they were. So, wasn’t the most welcoming or pleasant experience. I can’t say anything otherwise for the dining room experience just wasn’t great. However! The food was very authentic. We both enjoyed our food very, very much. (I missed my photos). I had the Ghormeh Sabzi, it wasn’t quite as sour as I’ve had but otherwise it was on par. Just needed a little salt. The Chicken kabob was seasoned and grilled perfectly. The rice was very good. And the Baklava was to die for. Well worth the stop for the authentic Persian food. If I’m ever back in town, I will be coming to visit! Definitely highly recommend the Caspian Persian Grill.

My three star rating of the food is simply due to my personal choice of food not being to my liking. My three other friends ordered and ate their meals without complaint. The service was very good but the server did tell us the restaurant was closing.

We had dinner here for the first time I had the koobideh very tender beef the rice and and grilled tomatoes very delicious my hubby had the caspian chicken very good seasoning and the rice delicious

Our waitress was very nice. Sadly, the only one on duty. It was a slow night. But she also cleaned the tables in between serving with WINDEX. The smell of WINDEX is very distracting to the meal. The table next to me covered their noses with their napkins. My suggestion is you can clean the glass tops off with other products with no obnoxious smell. It almost lost ruined the atmosphere. I can’t imagine someone hasn’t suggested this before. This is a quaint family business that only has one flaw that can be easily fixed. Research other cleaning methods or wait until customers leave. I can’t imagine someone still can’t get that pungent smell out of my mind. But it won’t ruin it for me not to comeback and give a second chance. By the way the food is a tad pricey.

Salad was delicious, main course insufficient and bland. Waitress kept complaining loudly in Persian to an older lady. Very unprofessional making my group of 5 uncomfortable. It really felt like a waste of $240.

I tried the koobideh and it was alright but rather dry and bland. Disappointing for the price. There are plenty of better options for this type of cuisine in the area that are cheaper as well.

We ordered several kabob and chicken dishes to go. The food was very dry, bland and not up to par with the price that they charged. The salad shirazi also had no flavor, as it did not seem like it had any lemon, salt/pepper. I will never go here again. There's another Persian restaurant not too far away that is excellent though, which we went right afterwards.

I used to this restaurant often but hadn’t been for 2 years. I ordered takeout today and the quality of food has significantly gone down. Waste of money to eat at this place. Meat is very dry and doesn’t have much flavor Portions are smaller. The tomato that used to come with the meal was a whole tomato now it’s a slice Yogurt dip was watered down and had minimal shallots Bad quality, less food yet the pricing increased. 2 dishes and 1 appetizer for $55. Not worth it

Ordered from here today, the boneless chicken kabob, rice, and khashk bademjoon were great but the koobideh and baarg were just awful. The taste, color and texture were so off. Chef needs to review and make some changes.

Great atmosphere and the service was also impeccable. Unfortunately, the food is not a hit. I didn't like anything that I had but the lentil soup and the falafel wrap were decent. The food simply lacked in flavor and it surprised me that they haven't realized this. I won't be back, but I do hope that their chef improves.

I picked up stew trio today even my cat wouldn’t eat. Waste of my $27. 😢 Instead having a good healthy lunch I had Oreo cookies and a can of soda. This picture will speak for itself. PS: I agree with others who have commented about the staff. They are not friendly people. Only once I went with friends to eat in & their attitude made us not to back to eat in.

We recently dined at this location for lunch, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Not only was the food below par ( Koobide Kabab was not even Koobide! And the Tah dig was not fresh ! ), but the service from our waitress was unprofessional and rude. We asked if it was possible to bring our children’s food out earlier, and she responded with an attitude, saying, "It is coming, but you can order an appetizer if you are hungry." When we decided to order an appetizer, specifically Ash, she curtly informed us that it would take the same amount of time to be ready. Her demeanor throughout was disrespectful and unhelpful. Overall, the combination of poor food quality and the lack of courteous service made for an unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this restaurant based on my recent experience.

i got the kobideh and chicken combo, the chicken was not bad (it didn’t taste like jooja kabab for persian people)but the kobideh was AWFUL if you’re persian you will NOT like the kobideh because you know what it should taste like, the service was beautiful and the owner is as kind as it could be. we will not be going back. the store attached was cute .oh and don’t order the kaskoobadmjoon it was awful as well .
